A great quick lunch spot. Delicious grilled salmon. Love the seasonal sides. Really fresh. Long lines at peak hours but does move quickly.

The Little Beet is a weekly or semi-weekly visit for me. It’s fast, even with the long lines, yummy, and healthy. Their meal portions I find too large so I typically go a la carte. The salmon or chicken with brussel sprouts and squash. The turmeric tahini is quite a nice sauce to pair with.

Excellent concept. Very enjoyable lunch...ate here twice! Great vegan, vegetarian and regular food choices. Wish we had one in Toronto 😀

Went here for a friend who has dietary restrictions and was quite possibly my favourite meal of the weekend. Food was very tasty and fresh. Opted to skip the lettuce/base and have another hot vegetable - best! Roasted cauliflower and brussel sprout salad - so good loved the topping options, nice flavourful sauces and roasted nuts. Confession, I did add meat, but other protein options. Could barely finish my meal, best $12ish dollar meal ever! Wish we had these where I live!

If you have food issues like gluten or canola oil, this is the place for you. The atmosphere is not great but if you have food issues, to get a tasty meal without fear, it is worth it!

Whoever you are, eat here. You will love it. If you are near Times Square / The Rockefeller Centre and in need of a quick bite to eat, find this place and enjoy. It works a bit like any other fast food outlet, but all the food is delicious, reasonably priced and very well thought out. The best bit is that everything is gluten free. That's right gluten free fast food in the middle of New York. The staff are really helpful too, which is always a good thing.

tasty quick easy obvious healthy. we were in and out in 5min w exactly what we wanted and headed over to bryant park to enjoy.

After several days of Hamburgers etc, we were craving for some fresh food, and we were not disappointed. The Little Beet offers fresh dishes, either self composed or based on the recommendations from the restaurant, and you see it all being made on the spot. And it is not your typical dishes but new combinations of veggies such as kale. The plates are recyclable, which is also very refreshing.

Found this place with my “Find me gluten free” app. Lots of positive reviews and they were right. EVERYTHING on the menu is gluten free and tastes great! Great staff as well!

Great fresh 100% gluten free food. I went at lunch during a week(work) day and the line was out the door and took about 30 minutes to get food, but was totally worth it!

Great place for a quick healthy bite. Reasonably priced at about $13 a person. The chicken was tender and juicy and all the sides are great. We tried the sweet potatoes, cabbage, charred kale, and cauliflower - all fantastic!

After much deliberation, I opted for the salmon box with quinoa and broccoli and it didn't disappoint, the portion was generous but tasty and the beetroot, feta cheese and seeds all mingled very well into a healthy and satisfying dinner (beats a boring salad any day!) The only complaint was that I asked the server what kombucha was, she offered to let me try some (which I thought was very nice and proactive of her) and it turned out she offered me iced tea (which I only found out after I had ordered a cup which was a different colour to the drink I tested!) Luckily I liked it but it shows the staff were not trained and this was evident at the counter where employees was talking and joking amongst themselves even though customers were waiting, so it wasn't a professional atmosphere. But the food was nice so I couldn't complain!

This is an excellent restaurant specializing in vegetarian fare creatively prepared. All items in the establishment are gluten free. It is quite possible for anyone to enjoy a great meal without feeling deprivation. Good service in a quiet setting enhances the experience.

This is a great takeaway place for those of us in midtown who have trouble finding a healthy meal. $10-15 for most lunch items, including sides. Go at off-peak times because it's very popular and they get overwhelmed. The salmon is very good, albeit a bit small. Chicken was dry. I like the charred cauliflower and grilled kale as sides. Or the Salmon roll.

Came here to eat a couple of times while staying nearby. We loved the choice of healthy options, and the service was friendly ! Great for dining on a budget !

I am in the middle of city on a beautiful day with sunshine is out. Waiting for my next business meeting great solo place to grab food & sit outside! I had the poke' salmon bowl dish! Wow! Just hit the spot of my hunger crazed! Whew! Love it & got my ice coffee to go! Good place to eat health & maintain my lifestyle of eating right!

Fast service, great gluten free food, plenty of seating. It’s all good! Went with two other friends and we each found something to enjoy.

The Little Beet is a great place to have a meal. There are gluten-free options and everything is organic. My favorite meal is the grilled salmon and broccoli. When in season my choice of beverage is the fresh coconut water. It could be pricey but all worth it if you are a healthy eater. I downloaded the app since I eat there just about everyday for lunch.

This was a terrific find in midtown NY. My husband was recently diagnosed with celiac disease - this offered many enjoyable options from salad, to mains, sides and the most delicious gluten free brownie we have ever eaten!. This is a popular 'local' lunch spot so try to arrive just before the lunch hour - by chance we arrive just before noon with only a few people ahead of us...by the time it was 1220 the line up was out the door! Great food, great service, good price!

I'm not gluten free, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or any other thing. I eat. This place specializes in that stuff for those people, and I've been to these places before. Guys like me suffer... because everything tastes like crap and costs a lot of money. Not Little Beet. I was really happy with my meal, it didn't cost a fortune, and the service was great. Congrats on making everyone welcome!

Great Veg options. Ordered Butternut squash soup with coconut milk and Tumeric, and side of sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes a little more done than I would like. The soup was great! Lots of other great options.

The Little Beet was a delightful find on our NYC trip. It's an eatery with lots of healthy choices, which is refreshing, especially while on the road! I had the salmon poke and was delicious. Thanks Little Beet for a great dindin.

I eat here once a week! Quick and healthy, which is essentially what I'm looking for when it comes to a work-day lunch.

Another example of the healthy bowl craze in NYC and beyond. This chain of restaurants is pretty consistent and pretty good. It’s targeted at the vegan and gluten free population, and is a better as a lunch option. Food is fresh and reliable. The taste is good but my dining partner wasn’t happy with the selection - she was hoping more for sandwiches as well. The poke bowl is pretty good; portions are fair/moderate size. Price is NYC average - looking at about 12-17 USD a bowl. There are multiple “little beets” all over Manhattan. Good for a quick bite but don’t expect a table cloth experience.

Food is always great and made fresh. They don’t over season or add unnecessary ingredients. Love the food and it’s always fast and delicious!

We were looking for a place in midtown Manhattan for a reasonable supper which would accommodate, vegetarian / vegan food as well as the limited possibilities of someone with Coeliac's Disease. As South Africans we were pleasantly surprised to find such food options at a reasonable price (the USD was 17,5 x the ZAR!). The cavernous space is a bit impersonal, especially as we were the only ones there at the time, but the food was served quickly from the orders counter and an added bonus the night we visited was the fantastic music being played. My wife Shazammed an entirely new Indy / electro music discovery. Well done Little Beet - food-wise and musically!

I sought out a place for lunch that was near the theater that I was attending, was gluten free and had food my two friends, one of them vegetarian, would enjoy. This place made all of us happy. It was so good that I went back after the play to get take-out for the train back to DC. The food was fresh and delicious and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was such a pleasure to be able to order a meal and not have to worry about gluten issues!

Went with my grandaughter. She has Celiac and finding good gluten free food is not easy! This place was awesome. We had steak and it was cooked perfectly. The side dishes are all good especially the sweet potatoes. Sauces for your meet are excellent and portions are plentiful. Prices were reasonable. I will definitly go back! I would have given it 5 stars but the A-C was broken and it was hot.

Stopped in for quick lunch. Food ingredients and ideas are fresh tasty and healthy. Thumbs up! It does get busy.

The Little Beet is a weekly or semi-weekly visit for me. It’s fast, even with the long lines. lines, yummy, and healthy. Their meal portions I find too large so I typically go a la carte. The salmon or chicken with brussel sprouts and squash. The turmeric tahini is quite a nice sauce to pair with your protein.

Finding gluten free options in the USA is not easy and requires plenty of research. For some strange reason those that do offer gluten free don't advertise is readily. We found out that Little Beet was 100% gluten free and ate there many times during our week long visit to New York. Healthy, filling and really good value for money. The two of us usually shared a bowl and some of the soup. It was funny to see that butternut squash soup is popular right now in the US as it's been a staple in Australia for forty years. It was a tasty version too with coconut and turmeric and very warming on a freezing cold day. Recommended!

Ate breakfast on two occasions here. The quinoa porridge with brown butter and bananas was the best porridge I have eaten. Service is quick and efficient, atmosphere a calm oasis in the city!

Found this deli as my hotel did not cater for gluten free for breakfast for my wife on the complementary breakfast option. What a great find. We both had the egg, bacon and cheese rolls with drinks. Absolutely delicious and I could not tell that the bread was gluten free. If you are anywhere near West 50th Street at the corner of 7th Avenue then check this place out. It does not matter whether you can eat gluten or not. This place deserves more publicity so spread the word.

This is a delightful hidden oasis from the hubbub of New York City. Affordable, delicous, and fresh food that is delightful to the palate AND filling. I have celiac disease, and have recently made the smart choice to only dine at 100% gluten-free establishments for the sake of my health. The Little Beet not only meets this requirement, but appeals to people without dietary limitations due to it's great atmosphere and excellent menu. The friends I traveled with (neither of whom have celiac or food allergies) are now fans of The Little Beet. We can't wait to return!

Loved that all the food was gluten free. Did not love the flavor of all the dishes. The lentils were crunchy and un-edible. I liked my salad but did not love it. The flavors and textures were odd. The chicken was dry. Broccoli was good. Overall I give it an average rating because the food could be so much better. There is a dining area if you want to eat on the spot, otherwise they will bag your meal and you may take it to go.

Really disappointed in the food from here, especially after reading some positive reviews. The rice & beet falafel tasted as though they had been sitting out all day which is not what I would expect from a place that supposedly serves fresh food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I would recommend going elsewhere, although this place has a lot of potential.

While I love that everything here is gluten free/everything also could use some spices . It was all very bland. We all had separate breakfast sandwiches-the one on toast immediately started apart which made it impossible to eat. We all commented that everything needed salt or something tasty. Great concept-not great follow through. Donut was fair.

Very good experience, we were looking for vegetarian and gluten free options and this is perfect for a casual lunch and on the go... The one located on 50th street had better service and quality of the food. also we went to the one on Maddison Sq.Garden and found differences in the service, and many products were not available..

Great idea for fast, healthy food. Fresh pressed juice selections ($9). Many meal options - 2 sides ($8), 1 side + protein (priced by protein), ala carte salads ($7). I had the cabbage salad which was really tasty - Chinese cabbage, peanuts, rice noodles with a soy-seasame dressing. Despite dining there the salad was placed in a disposable plastic bowl WITH a lid. Option for plastic bottles and cans recycling but not the plastic bowls. Sides came in a paperboard container. If they had a compost option for disposal (like a few other NYC) restaurants they could really cut down on waste. Love the whole concept. Lots of food choices for everyone.

This place was just a block away from our hotel and I read good reviews about it so decided to try it out. Wanted to try the breakfast sandwich, it doesn't come with a muffin anymore, you can choose a wrap or roll so I chose the roll which looks like a small hamburger bun. The bun itself was on the dry side. I suggest they spread some butter and grill it to make it more tasty. They give you a large porton of ham and egg so this is definitely a big breakfast, full of protein that lasted me past lunch time. I also purchased one of their healthy drinks, I chose the spinach, pineapple vege juice but may not buy it again. It was good but expensive for $10,00 I also tried their zucchini bar and brownie. Zucchini bar was dry but brownie was good. Service was so-so. Kind of blase and not too friendly. By the way, they serve breakfast items only till 10:30am

We made it in time before the huge crowd hit (Tip: get there for an early or late mealtime, or else the line will be gigantic), so the wait wasn't too bad, but I can see how if you come during the rush how the mad dash can seem overwhelming. The food was delicious and I loved all the options for healthy dishes. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, but since the establishment is small you may need to fight for seat. It was also on the pricier side, but it's NYC and you get what you pay for. Overall, it was a good find and I was glad to have eaten here.

This restaurant is not far from Times Square, yet so much more affordable than the restaurants there. The food is good, much healthier than many typical restaurant offerings, with fresher foods. Also, it is a completely gluten-free restaurant. People like me can order anything and not be concerned about cross-contamination. What a pleasant experience. It is a self-serve, order at the counter, restaurant, but that didn't seem to affect the quality of food at all.

I was not impressed with he food or the service . no big deal, menu hard to follow and felt rush when nobody was there. food is just fair , and decor was basic. will not go back again

I order from there for lunch quite often. My go to dish is the Yuzu Poke Rice Bowl. It is pretty healthy and tastes great. They could improve this dish by putting less ginger in it since it overpowers the dish. However, it is an easy fix. You can just take it out the excess yourself. The half avocado that is included in the dish is always very fresh and neatly cut out. The dish though is a bit on the smaller side. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for a quick lunch bite.

Very accommodating for dietary restrictions and fair prices. Food was tasteful. I returned 3 times in my 4 day stay.

This restaurant was perfect for a reasonably-priced vegetarian meal. They had lots of options for a satisfying meal for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. I was so pleased with this restaurant that I tried to return the following day for lunch. The line was so long, though, that I ended up eating elsewhere.

This was the most awesome gluten free meal - very inexpensive also. This is a 100% gluten free facility. I had the chicken with 2 sides - best ever. My son had salmon as a protein and sides. BEST ever. Only issue is that we could not find it. Address listed here on Trip advisor and online is incorrect. If you try to go to 135 w 50th- is a Time Inc building with locked doors and guards. It is the the left of the Time building.

grabbed a yummy grain/salad/protein bowl to take for my train ride. Very fresh ingredients - perfect vegan lunch!!

Went here randomly on our 4 day trip. Heard it did gluten free meals so gave it a try. Went about 3pm & wasn’t busy. Ordered steak with broccoli & sweet potato. Served in a takeaway container. Was very hot! And very tasty. Position size was good but after a long morning walking we probs ku could have eaten a bit more - but we are greedy! Drinks wise it’s all flavoured sparkling water & fruit drinks. Don’t expect a Coca Cola or sprite from here because you can’t buy one! Off the beaten track and a good find for a quick bit to eat

We took Amtrak from MA and knew we would be hungry when we arrived at Penn Station. After reviewing the Penn Station food options online, we chose The Little Beet, which is located in Pennsy Food Hall. I commute to Boston to work everyday, so navigating trains stations is not new to me. Still, finding Pennsy Hall from Amtrak was no easy feat. Of course that’s Penn Station’s issue, but it’s helpful to know if this is how you will arrive. The Little Beet was delicious. They already had a star from me, because I love beets. I got beets and lentils and the beet falafel. Everything was fresh and delicious. I appreciate how they identify choices as hot or cold. There’s nothing worse than having an expectation that something will be one way, only to discover that it’s the opposite. We went on a Wednesday around 1pm and Pennsy Hall was crowded with what appeared to be mostly young professionals. Even with the crowd the line moved fast and we found a seat. I would certainly return.

It was great to visit a restaurant where everything is gluten free. It serves good quality healthy fast food so is great if you are short of time on the way to somewhere else. The surroundings are a little utilitarian and the utensils are definitely fast food standard meaning this is a good place to eat, but not spend the evening.

Even though we are not vegan, it's easier to eat at one place because of other restrictions. The Little Beet was busy, it was rush hour, the line was long, it was a bit overwhelming to be honest. While we waited in line, had time to read the menu and pick a few things that stood out to us. By the time we got to the register, we'd have picked up our choices. From then on, the service was flawless. The line of service was in tune with each other, lots of team work, fast paced but precise. It was like watching a show on its own. Our food was ready shortly afterwards, we went upstairs to eat trying to stay away a little bit from the hustle and bustle. Our bowls were perfection, tasty, refreshing, healthy, colorful. It was a delicious meal and we were very happy to have tried it.

After a $44 breakfast at our hotel, this gem down the street became my go to for breakfast.I would have gladly returned for lunch if given the opportunity. The coffee was good and the healthy food choices delicious. This is for those of us who embrace kale, know what quinoa is,etc. I absolutely loved the avocado toast and egg breakfast.Friends with other choices were just as satisfied. Glad I tried it.

For people who are eating gluten free this is a great option. There is a great array of really tasty vegetable dishes and large portions of different proteins, bread is not a requirement! Hope this chain expands outside of the city.

A reasonably priced and healthy option for eating in nearby Bryant park. Very good quality vegetables, especially the cauliflower. Chicken is average at best- not so tasty or delicious. Con: No indoor seating.

Achingly hip cafe that is trying hard. Very popular at lunchtimes with takeaway crowd. High quality vegan food but at high end prices: $20 for takeaway soup, salad and juice.

If you are the type of traveler ( like me) that needs to keep your green juices routine or like to have a fast, fresh delicious and informal "something to eat", this is an option. Located very close to the main attractions, The Little Beet offers not only a great variety of green juices that you can buy to go and keep walking along the beautiful city but you can actually seat and grab a sandwich or salad with the possibility of reviewing a chart where it explains in details the calorie count, protein, gluten etc. It is a very nice, informal clean place. I felt at home the minute I walked in. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions I had regarding the different selections. My whole body was grateful to receive good nutrients that naturally kept me with energy up before attending my matinee Broadway show. Definitely Little Beet will be from now on my list to places that I will visit every time I go to NYC.

For fast and healthy food this was absolutely the BEST place to go ... super friendly staff and really great food!

We ate at the Park Ave South location near 25th St. Tried the almonds (definitely had a kick to them-were very good), flat bread pizzas-were piled high w/toppings but the flat bread is more like the thinnest cracker you've ever eaten. Both the mushroom and prosciutto were good. Entrees we tried skirt steak had chimichuri sauce very good, organic chicken w/herbs was delicious, arroz con pollo was morrrocan spiced but more like spanish rice(not as much chicken as would've liked), salmon was good. Brussel sprouts were fantastic! Great assortment of roasted mushroomsWe tried all 3 desserts on menu and all were wonderful. The main attraction for us was everyone was happy in our group, vegetarians, paleo-eaters, and just want a good healthy meal eaters. If nearby EAT there

Sometimes you need food that isn't going to make you sick with gluten and you want it to be healthy-not junk . Then its time to come to the Little Beet. The chicken bowl I ordered for dinner was tasty and plenty--I had leftovers for lunch. I also tried the quinoa salad, wild rice salad, and chocolate cookie. Everything was good and refreshingly fresh. With the exception of the cookie, it all was healthy food-a nice break from some of the junk I had been eating while in the city. The salads and chicken bowl came in sturdy plastic containers that travelled well-i brought them on the train with me the following day. But some items come in other containers that might be leaky.

I stopped by The Little Beet on my way home from work around 7:30. It was really quiet as I think they get more of a lunch rush being in midtown. I was just looking for a couple dishes to round out the leftovers I had at home and the staff was happy to help me find what I was looking for by providing samples of anything I was interested in. I ended up settling on the charred cauliflower and the charred green beans. I don't even really love beans, but these ones were delicious. Then, as I was checking out, they even gave me some free mini ice creams from a local creamery! Super nice. Definitely an authentic gem in midtown.

Stopped in on our way to a show for what turned out to be a fantastic lunch. Great choices of fresh tasting veggie concoctions that were each incredibly flavorful. Good value just off tourist central!

This is the kind of place where if you order chicken you will learn the name of the farm, the farmer and the chicken. It is very cute. I went specifically for roasted vegetables to go. And this is the best selection I've seen. Tasty, Hot ovens, Seasoned. Not so cheap. But there are some salads that look worth trying and maybe some breakfast items, too. Very near Broadway and business so one should probably double check as to weekend/evening hours. Godo for a chilly day and we've had plenty of those.

Great to have a place in the mall where you can eat food that is not fried, over processed and perhaps even green.

Quality of food is ok, but unless you are on a strict gluten free diet there is not really a compelling reason to go here. There are places with similar quality at much lower prices elsewhere. The lentil salad was tasty, the bean tomato soup was uterly disappointing (a watery substance and no bean to be found) and the charred kale was ok, but not worth the $4-5 spent on it.

Delicious breakfast sandwiches (wrap or roll), oatmeal, and fruit. Entire menu is gluten free. Good location in midtown.

I must admit I stay away from "healthy" looking menus because I think they compromise on flavor. Well, I was wrong. Thanks to The Little Beet, I now have to admit that "healthy" can be just as flavorful and enjoyable too. They offer different combinations of quinoa, avocado, pickled Asian slaw, salmon tartare, etc. Amazingly the combinations work. So "healthy" does not have to be boring. It can be just as exciting as pasta and meats.

Stopped in for lunch and both ordered salads, which were fresh and delicious. The system for ordering was a bit confusing, though. The gluten-free donuts and zucchini bread were amazing! The spa water is great, too. Great casual dining spot.

I think I found the best in town. Butternut, smooth creamy delicious, blended to perfection. Warm outstanding. 10/10.

Delicious bowls plates. All natural yummy tasting food. Very filling and quick service. CleAn area as well

I was really hoping to have quick meal here with my family, but we spent nearly half an hour just waiting for a salad to be prepared, we ended up packing it up and taking it with us. We got there just as they opened for lunch and there was no food out. So odd, but I ordered the special and then the register wouldn't process our credit card and then the lady behind the counter kept asking the guy making food how long the food would be until it was ready! I don't get it, did they not prepare anything before opening? My mom got a soup and they gave her the wrong one. Which we didn't notice until we left. We asked for utensils and the lady had to dig around in some cabinet/pantry behind the counter it was a mess in there! The little station with napkins and such looked ransacked even though we were the first customers there. The worst part was the bathrooms, my mom said it looked like they've never cleaned it. Do you not clean the bathrooms each night?

I had the Little Beet bowl (a salad with chicken, arugula, beets, quinoa, goat cheese in sherry shallot dressing) which was very good - and very healthy and satisfying meal for $13

The little beet is the perfect place for a good vegetarian meal. Fast food style so don’t expect something super cosy. Good choice of dishes. Nice colorful presentation. Recyclable containers. Free water. We were six and all chose different dishes. We all enjoyed it. Will be back!

The food here is quite good and if you know someone with gluten intolerance, this is the perfect place to go. All items are GF and GMO free. The millet was my favorite item I ate, but it was all tasty. Prices may seem a bit high at first, but you do get generous helpings of the sides. I will definitely come back when in NYC again.

The Little Beet is a gem! It is wonderful to be able to find a place to eat in NYC that caters to people who are eating gluten free and want to eat real food - not just sandwiches. There is a wide variety to choose from. You can pick a protein and two sides. Or if you just want veggies, you can choose just sides. The vegetable dishes are fresh and tasty.

We popped in for lunch and were surprised that it was so large. from the outside it looks like a little hole in the wall. Being in the design industry, my eyes automatically went to the walls, light fixtures, overall decor-all well done. Now for the food-excellent!! I had the salmon with two sides: chose the cabbage soba noodles & roasted sweet potatoes. The salmon was very fresh and cooked well without being dry & chewy. Would definitely recommend to those working in the area as I do & want something that tastes great and is good for you.

This place is a gem! All farm sourced fresh ingredients. You choose one protein from chicken, salmon of tofu, and as many sides of roasted vegetables or salads as you want. All food is gluten free. A friend introduced me to it and when we arrived the line of people waiting to order was out the door; when we left 90 minutes later the line was still out the door! But it moves fast. Eat in or take out. This one is a keeper of place!

I was recently attending a function at the Sheraton on 7th Ave at 50th Street. What a pleasant surprise that I found a place that is completely gluten free a half a block away!! I had people with me that did not have to eat a gluten free or vegan lunch but about 10 of us ate there together and every single one was thrilled with their meal. So much so that some of us went back the next day. The employees were so nice and helped us decide what to get (can't remember the name of my dish but it was a healthy caesar salad and was absolutely delicious!) and were genuinely friendly. I would highly recommend eating here and will find it again for sure. Please come to NJ!!

We came here for breakfast on our first morning. It was quiet but don’t let that fool you. Good vegetarian food. Good price.

Had lunch here ordering the Tofu and Mushroom Wrap. Don't expect to eat a wrap w/o a fork unless you are a wizard. Best to just get a fork, empty the wrap and pretend it's a bowl. Otherwise, it's very good, healthy and adequate for lunch. Place is noisy, but rather long line moves quickly. Interesting operation to simply watch while you are waiting in line. I would return.

On Nov 7, 2015, we went to the Little Beet restaurant and found the wait for food so slow given that there were only 3 people working the food line and register. They also ran out of veggie burgers even though we paid for them and they said that they had enough. They substituted tofu instead, which was okay at the onset, but then cooked it on the same grill surface where they had just cooked chicken. This was very disturbing given that we are vegans. When we mentioned this they just said, "Oh we cleaned the grill as best as possible...not so, as I was watching the whole time." Also, the tofu was bland. The only vegan desert was the cookies, which they ran out of. Not going back!

This is a great place for a healthy lunch in NYC. Very clean and the food was delicious. There is a line, so be patient

I'm not a vegetarian but I often eat vegetarian just to be healthy and especially after doing the Arbonne 30 day challenge. This food was great - Awesome healthy yummy breakfast! Loe that they compost and recycle also!

This place is a gem in the middle of Manhattan. We were delighted with the fresh food choice and ability to build your own plate/bowl. It's not a fancy place and you are in/out pretty quick, which is just what we were looking for. Plus the line is out the door - which is only a good sign as the locals who live/work nearby are dining in. They move people through quickly and you can also order ahead of time and have it waiting for quick pickup. Loads of healthy menu choices, too.

I had a student with a food issue so they couldn’t eat at the group meal while we were in NYC before a broadway show. We stumbled onto this place which is a short walk from Broadway. The food is healthy and fresh and everyone was incredibly helpful and happy who helped us. I asked about ingredients and other things and the staff was never annoyed but happy to help and answer questions. We also lucked out and got to try some new menu items. One was a kale/corn dish and the other was a golden raisin, roasted cauliflower, and curry. I enjoyed both but the cauliflower curry one was amazing- I loved it! It was somehow light and refreshing but I wasn’t expecting it. When it’s added to the menu I recommend trying it. I had the salmon on a bed of greens, with an avocado thing that was amazing with an awesome cold fresh pea and radish salad and some picked radishes. It was fresh, fast, healthy, and delicious. The place was cool and clean. The prices were also incredibly reasonable for the quality, ingredients, and location. Thank you for an awesome dinner!

My husband and I decided to have a quick healthy lunch before seeing a Broadway show. I googled healthy restaurants near the theater we were seeing the show at and Little Beet came up. Both of us decided to make our own plates. Both of us were satisfied with our choices. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Everything is gluten free- what a find!! Great for when you can't eat gluten and can order ANYTHING and not have to worry at all!!! Oh and it was yummy!!

The poke bowls here are AMAZING. Seasonally, there are a number of sides to try (I usually eat at the location in Flatiron) and everything is very fresh. In addition, there are a number of sparkling waters, smoothies, juices and more to enjoy.

I love the idea of The Little Beet, but they didn't deliver at the Midtown-East (Park Ave. and 51st Street) location. As a gluten-free, severely lactose-intolerant foodie, this place near my Midtown-East hotel seemed the perfect place last month to pick up a quick & healthy meal "to go" before racing off to Penn Station to catch a 4-hour train ride home. I selected the salmon dish with sweet potatoes and quinoa. The friendly order-taker assured me they would customize my potatoes without any pecorino cheese. Unfortunately I didn't look inside the container till I was already onboard my train and zooming away from NYC. The entire dish was sprinkled with cheese. I could eat none of it, given my high sensitivity to cheese. I went without lunch and had wasted $13. I contacted The Little Beet to convey my experience, just so they might improve their customer service. The general manager was kind enough to reply a couple days later, saying, "It really does bother me that we did not provide you with the dining experience you deserve as we do take food allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously." He generously offered to refund my expenditure, plus send me "several free meal vouchers" for use at any Little Beet location. I was surprised and delighted at his thoughtfulness. But weeks passed and I had received neither a refund nor any free meal vouchers. I emailed the manager to say nothing had arrived, just in case he'd delegated it to a staff member and lost track. He wrote back to say, "This should be in your hands by Wednesday at the latest." Then two Wednesdays passed, and still nothing. I emailed him a final time two days ago to say life goes on without his refund and wish him the best of luck. What I've learned is that both at the Little Beet's Park Avenue location and in corresponding with the manager, I've experienced wonderfully friendly words combined with zero follow-through. This was my first experience with The Little Beet and, absent further action on the restaurant's part that I no longer anticipate, likely my last. So be forewarned: If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, check your food carefully if you visit The Little Beet. You may be unable to avoid ingredients harmful to your health, and to make matters worse, you certainly won't be getting a refund.

I met a friend at The Little Beet for breakfast and it was the perfect spot! Great menu, lots of tables and not too loud. Food was DELISH! Highly recommend if you are looking for a healthy, fast option.

Interesting concept. Orders taken at a central location. Food packaged in disposable/recyclable containers. The food was good and an interesting twist.

The food and atmosphere here is wonderful. This is quite a gem in NYC. A couple of things could make it perfect. My $14 pour of wine was so stingy they should be embarrassed. Really???? So was my friend's pour. I know you make your money off the alcohol but that is just s but to blatant. The waiter was professional! He made great recommendations for dessert, for the meal, and he checked in with us regularly but not too much. Overall this was a wonderful dinner with a friend. However the hostess...his is harsh but she needs some training. She is a RULE follower (her own rules) and missed a chance to sell more drinks by making decisions that were poor. She wouldn't sit my friend because I was late. I get it. But you had the majority of tables empty. Maybe I would've completely not come. But if she had sat at a table she would've had a glass of wine. At least. Instead she LEFT and wandered around. Loss of revenue there. The hostess told me we would only have our table u top the next reservation arrived and all their reservations arrive (I suggested that maybe we souls to have to eat with an hour time limit). After dinner we wanted to have another drink at the bar. There were 2 single chairs around the bar. She pointed to one single seater and said "she is almost done because her table is ready so you can go to the end of the bar and wait" (end of bar where the waitstaff get their drinks). We left. Gone was too more glasses of wine sold. My suggestion was she could've MANAGED the bar glow and asked someone to move over so that we could've sat at the bar and spent another $30 on drinks. It's hard to gee good about a place where the first encounter is someone with little creativity or grace. Good thing the food and service is splendid. This would be 5 out of 5 if the hostess matched the level of food.

Wow, what a fabulous eating experience. We did find this place with a gluten free restaurant app. Both myself and my partner are gluten free and spent a lot of time researching before our visit to New York. Fantastic lunch, filling and healthy. Staff were very helpful (strange to get the odd look when you ask for GF salad to be told it's 100% GF - just not used to this type of eatery). 10 out of 10.

You stand in line and order EXACTLY what you want. I had a quinoa bowl with sweet potato, green bean and all sorts of wonderful healthful ingredients including seeds. All the flavors came together beautifully and it was only $10.00! Will definitely eat here again.

Great place for a quick lunch in NYC for gluten free. Fresh, tasty food, well prepared with lots of great choices. I'd highly recommend you pop in if you are in the neighborhood, the entire menu is gluten free, but don't let that put you off if you are not a coeliac, the food is great and being GF is just a bonus for the many who need it.

This is a gem for people who are looking for good, healthy, clean food. There is a very wide selection of vegetables which are very flavorful and varied in how they were prepared. No boring salads here! The protein is good too (again nicely seasoned in different ways), and portions were pretty large. At last a good option for lunch or dinner which isn't based on 'bread with everything'. I wish there was one of these restaurants near where I live - for now its for when I am in the city.

Great gluten free food, fast service. This restaurant is cafeteria style....A bit expensive and the portions are small, but the food is excellent.

While the cuisine offered here is not my normal type of food that I prefer, I was able to find something that was quite OK for my taste. My Mother has Celiac disease, so it was to her great surprise when she was talking with the staff and they very happily proclaimed "EVERYTHING IS GLUTEN FREE!!!" Great place if you have a gluten allergy. I personally found the steak a little underwhelming and bland. Cauliflower was quite delicious that I ate with it. Great selection of gluten free deserts/bakery items, which made my mom very happy!

Just happened to be walking by and so pleased to find such a great lunch spot. Delicious range of healthy bowls of choice, superfoods, drinks-mix and match to suit your cravings. All very appealing, clean and a lovely respite from the cold.

We stopped in here the first afternoon in NYC after walking around all day and enjoyed the many food options and customization of their healthy bowl menu item. The menu is fully gluten free and we found the $9 bowl customization option of picking 4 items to be a great value and tasted amazing. The staff was very friendly and the place was also very clean to sit down to eat and rest up. We liked it so much we came back 2 more times! They also have dairy, soy, vegan, vegetarian and nut free options.

Loved everything. GF food! Chicken, salmon, vegan, vegetarian. Easy in and out. Air conditioning..yeah!

If you are looking for a quick, healthy meal at a reasonable price stop in at The Little Beet on W. 50th. We had about an hour before the Rockettes and came upon this restaurant (right around the corner from Radio city music hall) and I will definitely be back. You order at the counter and select a protein (chicken, steak, salmon or tofu) and two healthy sides. I had the sautéed kale and roasted sweet potatoes with chicken. The food was ready in about 5 minutes and I have to say it was delicious. Expertly seasoned and fresh, but also a reasonable portion with interesting and tasty ingredients. There is a seating area upstairs and down - we went at 12:45 on a weekday and although the place was hopping we had no trouble finding a table. You can eat in or take your food to go. I would say it is filling enough for dinner also. $26 for two - worth every penny!

We ate a late lunch here before a matinee of "Indecent". We chose it because it had gluten free and dairy free options since my daughter has those restrictions. We both chose "create your own plate." The salmon on mine was very tasty, and that is saying a lot because I am from a coastal town and I eat fresh seafood all the time. The sides were yummy- collard greens with kimchi and golden cauliflower were my favs. The sides sauces of salsa verde and lemon tahini were also delicious. When you pay $100 for a ticket to a show you want to economize on your meals. This is a good option for that- delicious and fast and healthy.

Food is delicious, healthy and has variety. A little expensive but you get what you pay for in NY. The meats were cooked to order and the sides were really good. Nothing tasted old or left over from the day before. Good choice!

I really wanted to like this place, but the roasted vegetables are just too salty. Hopefully they can fix that.

The Little Beet can be very busy so better to order ahead or go early or late. Though even during crowded times the line moves. I like their salmon and vegetables.

I was happy to see that everything is Gluten Free. The Tofu and Mushroom entree is Vegan and was really good. They fulfilled the order quickly and I will definitely be back again.

I love this place for something quick and fresh. Always yummy sauces to choose from. I love the veggies.

So glad I found this restaurant with vegan options. The healthy food was great! The staff was so helpful telling me about all the items and the dining area was neat too.

I was thrilled to happen upon this little restaurant. Everything is healthy, gluten free, and delicious. I was a little disappointed when they told me they were out of the raita sauce, but that was forgotten when I tasted the maple chipotle BBQ. Wow!

We were looking for something quick later in the evening. The staff was friendly and made up for a very minor mistake by doing more than they needed to. The kale side was our favorite. We'll definitely be back.

Worst service ever. ABC Kitchen wannabe. Most of what we had was terrible. How does someone manage to screw up salad? How is that even possible???????????????? Ridiculous prices for such an unprofessional atmosphere. This place was so trying too hard. Boooo. The worst.

I was really impressed with the multitude of options for mains and sides. Everything looked delicious - and was delicious too. However, I think the prices are a bit steep for what is essentially Chipotle-style dining. The Salmon poke bowl was underwhelming in terms of portion size and certainly did not live up to the price tag. It is fast and convenient in terms of gluten free and vegetarian options, and I would eat here more often if the prices were more reasonable.

I was so looking forward to eating here for a quick bite while in NYC 12/29/15 - 12/30/15. We eat healthy and I require Gluten Free. While the choices were very nice, the staff were mixed in their engagement. The staff taking the orders were helpful; however, one of the prep people was fine, but the one making my Beet Salad was not. It is a shame that the owner may not know what is going on while away? The chicken in my beet salad was dry and cold. My husband's salmon was cold by the time I received my order prepped by the lackluster employee. Too bad the person making the salmon wasn't didn't make both orders and serve them together since they were placed together. Good luck The Little Beet....

A great GF alternative to MacDonalds! Light, tasty and quick. Cold brew coffee is very strong, so if you need a shot, try it!

The food was very good and I only subtracted a star because tables were not clean. The staff was nice enough and the place has a lot of business. Everything we had was exactly what we ordered.

Very tasty "cafeteria" style food served in a stylish setting. It's also healthy and locally sourced and it is all Delicious. Gets busy during weekday lunch hour, but line moves really quickly and you never have to wait very long. Staff is friendly. Limited seating available. Highly recommend this for lunch or a takeout dinner

I like the roast veggies at Little Beet. And now I am happy to report I love their charming sibling restaurant-more of a sit down place, on Park Av. South between 24th and 25th. It is remarkably heelchair-friendly and very pleasnt in terms of decor. It is open for weekday lunch despite what you will hear if you call the restaurant. Not that cheap. But indeed you can get sides of the best roast sweet potatoes and the best roast brussels sprouts I think you will ever have. My salad was fine, not great. My friend's fish tacos were very good.

Found this place as we had originally saved another restaurant in the food court on Google maps. Decided to order for lunch, liked the idea of creating your own. Food was good quality and the staff were friendly. Typical New York prices $13 for pictured.

It wasn't easy finding health food in the city. This was a great find. Healthy ingredients but great taste. Even healthy desserts. Took it to go and sat and ate at Central Park. Qyietbend to a hectic trip.

Atop the upscale mall, the Westchester in White Plains, is a great place for healthy eating amid the usual pizza, burger options. They have a menu of suggested combinations but the real fun is putting together your own ‘bowl’ or salad. You pay according to the protein you choose: chicken salmon, beet falafel, tofu, etc. you get a choice of 2 vegetables, a carb and dressing. Super seeds are available, too. Not only can you assemble a healthy meal but also a very good tasting one. There is more than ample seating for the food court and you can be at a common table or far from the madding crowd.

I couldn't have asked for anything better. I had a box filled with plenty of rice, chicken and vegetables with a delicious chimichurri sauce, all for just over $10. There is lots of flexibility to customise your box and it caters well for vegetarians and vegans too. Service was speedy, the food was piping hot, plenty of seating, and only a short walk from Washington Square Park! The only annoyance during our visit was that the tap water fountain was not filled up.

I ended up going there almost every day of my vacation for lunch. They are the best! Lots of choices, which is a rarity for people with gluten allergies. The lentil salad is simply divine. And donuts? Good heavens, was I a happy diner. Not to mention a very chill and pleasant staff. Highly recommended!

This is a great lunch spot right at the edge of Times Square. It may seem pricey, but you get high quality food in a good portion size. The place is entirely gluten free and they also have a great variety of vegetarian or vegan options. I recommend the cauliflower, green beans, quinoa, and chicken. The meats are grilled and not in heavy sauces, but many sides have a nice dressing so if you mix together it is still flavorful. And even though they are expensive, the donuts are great too. They are jammed at lunch, so if you can avoid weekdays 12-1:30. The crew moves fast but it may overwhelm you. There is a lovely park type space across the street or they have two levels of tables in here.

Had lunch here, it offers great food and wine, and it's the place to be seen for locals. The food is well prepared and presented with the odd surprising colour. We really enjoyed it, the staff were very professional and courteous. Great little find.

Great fresh food. Many items to choose from. Great service and incredibly friendly staff. The broccoli was great. So was the steak

The food here is fresh and delicious. Many vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available. The staff was great too.We ended up visiting three times, once dinner, one breakfast and a final time to pick up a gluten free cinnamon bagel (a must try!!!). The food was delicious.A quick, healthy and affordable option when you are on the go. This is a real gem!

This restaurant serves 100% gluten free foods and some are also vegan or vegetarian. I was so happy to find it on a recent visit to New York for a family wedding. It is conveniently located near Times Square on W50th between 6th and 7th. Have one of their signature bowls and your mouth and belly will be very happy. I had the roasted beet, quinoa, and arugula bowl and practically licked the bowl clean! Portions are substantial. They also offer all gluten free baked goods like zucchini bread and brownies. Beverage selection is vast---juices, kombucha, teas, etc. There is so much to choose from that I literally took 15 minutes to order. Can't wait to get back and now I will look for other locations.

I was recently in NYC to visit my grandson and we were in mid-town at lunch time. He has celiacs disease and we needed to find a place that is gluten free. The Little Beet was a good find. Everything is prepared GF and it was tasty. Our only problem was that it was during the heart of lunch hour and it was very busy. So it was pretty noisy and crowded- but I guess that it to be expected in NYC at lunch time. It is located on West 50th Street in mid-town so fairly easy to get to and grab a subway home. We will definitely go again.

I <3 this place! I went here thinking it was just a place with GF options but their ENTIRE menu is GF! I had breakfast here after a morning concert and it was delicious. They hadn't received their order of toast so they gave a little hard time when ordering and replacing it for a regular bun since "it would be the same taste quality as toast". I appreciated their commitment to their standards but in this case I appreciated more that they replaced it with a bun since I was starving. A few weeks later I passed by for lunch and it was great! I built my own lunch platter and it was great. This is my go to place when I am in the area =)

I have celiac disease and I sometimes I am afraid to travel, but I had an Excelent Experience on NY. I Found many markets to shop cookies, rice milk, fruits, but the best of all was eating on The Little Beet. I Ate there 13 days and I did not feel sick, on the contrary, I felt great.

After looking at the menu, I was reluctant to try this restaurant for a business meeting. However, I was convinced by a guest that the food is quite good and the prices are reasonable. She was right on all counts. Very good setting for a round table discussion and the food was very good. The fish entrée I had, Wild sea bass was a first for me. It was very moist and tender. My shrimp and chick pea appetizer had some zing to it. It too was very good. The other fish dishes, vegetables and kale salad were met with approval by the five of us. Reservations suggested. I would go back with my wife who is a vegan. She would enjoy her meal.

Amazing! This is now, quite possibly, our favourite restaurant anywhere in the world! Friendly, relaxing venue with great menu and fantastic food! Can't wait to come back!!

I had two lunches and a dinner at The Little Beet during a 2 day stay in NYC. I had too much to do to spend hours dining (more important to see shows and shop!) and this place fit the bill! Quick, inexpensive, delicious and clean. I am vegetarian and there was plenty of variety to make each meal different. Favorites were the sweet potatoes, lentils and cabbage with soba noodles. Least favorite was the veggie burger that was way too dry. Great staff!

The salmon poke wrap was really good but I could have passed on the expensive salad with chicken. After a long day at a conference, I'd been wandering through Times Square looking for something to eat and decided to Google gluten free nearby. The food took longer to prepare than I thought it would and those behind me in line received theirs before I did. The gluten free banana and zucchini breads were pretty decent - moist and didn't fall apart - but the donut left much to be desired.

Kudos for having an all gluten free menu so we can eat there without worry! The salads are plentiful and gourmet. The hummus salad dressing was a treat. My steak, on the salad, was a bit dry so I would recommend the grilled chicken (very moist).

Great for a quick healthy breakfast, with good organic options, good coffee, tables, etc. Egg sandwiches are very good.

The Little Beet is a 'friendly', 'urban', 'hip' and 'delicious' fast Food Restaurant which concentrates on healthiness and freshness. We liked the dishes and were happier after eating here:)

Was a quiet place, so no waiting. Visited on Monday 5pm, from then most orders come in to take away. Plenty of tables to sit down and eat. Food was alright. Yuzu salmon poke bowl was on the small side (see photo) and was the most expensive on menu @$14. Warm soup bowl was nice and comforting. Also has the option to make your own bowls.

I loved this place, it was just what I needed. Lots of healthy options broken down into choices for protein and other nutritional needs to create a well balanced meal. Good sized portions too and I felt well satisfied!

For a quick, reasonable eatery, The Little Beet was awesome! I'm a vegetarian, and I was thrilled with the selection of veggie offerings! The options were prepared in interesting ways, and everything I had was scrumptious!

The food is great: tasty, creative, and nutritious. The ingredients are remarkably fresh. You can exercise a lot of control over your meal with choices of proteins, sauces, vegetables etc. There are several locations throughout the city; this one is great if you are looking for something moderately priced and reasonably healthy near Times Square. The staff is friendly, and patient with diners equivocating between two sauces. Kids may not entirely embrace the concept, since there are a lot of exotic sauces.

I love eating here. The food is always delicious, yet I know I am doing something good for my body. I have only had the protein plus sides (always chicken), but the sides are always wonderful. A few of them are spicy (sprinkled with red pepper flakes), but not all of them. I find it amazing that the food is so simply prepared, yet delicious. Recently they began offering sauces on the side - which are absolutely delicious. Plan to try one of their gluten free cookies next. It is great to eat something healthy that doesn't feel like a punishment!

Came here for a quick bite for dinner. If you want a quiet place to enjoy your food and not feel rushed, then come here anytime after lunch/later afternoon. You can choose a meal from a list of choices on the menu, or create your own delicious mixture - cafeteria style - just survey the different choices and point to what looks good. I choose the braised pork (excellent), green beans, and beets and lentils with the tumeric tahini sauce. My daughter went with the Yuzu Poke - marinated raw salmon (they warn you it's raw, which is thoughtful), sea veggies, grilled avocado and seeds). Everything was fresh, flavorful and filling. This place was a pleasant surprise and the healthy choices were welcome after a few days grazing on bagels, pastrami, cheese cake and pasta. Tyr it out, it was delicious.

Love this place. Great place for people to eat with food restrictions. Staff is knowledgeable and knows off top of their head what is in every item on their menu. Perfect Stress free takeout for people with allergies.

Good options. You can make your own or they have their own bowls. The food is healthy and fresh. I got all four bowls that were available and will eat them over a number of days. I recommend this place. You can have vegetarian options or there is meat and fish available, as well.

Menu on wall is a build your own menu which didn't make a lot of sense. Some of items were no longer available. We had to ask was it table service or counter service . The place was empty it had an odd feeling of a business maybe not doing too well. Looks good inside and has rare vegan options so little more clarity on style of service and a beefed up accurate menu and it could be good.

Tucked away in park avenue south is a wonderful restaurant serving healthy cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. Lots of veggie and healthy choices with flavor

This restaurant was right up my street as it puts vegetables at the centre of the meal. We did the make your own where you just go along and chose what you want. It meant we had two completely different but equally delicious dishes for us all fresh and packed with flavour. We were on a time limit on our way to the theatre and this was definitely fast food at Its best!

But beets are far from the only veggie you can get here. And it's not just a restaurant for vegetarians. They have chicken and salmon, in addition to delicious beet, veggie burgers. Their staff was very professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Next time we're there, we'll have to try their breakfast but it's not available on weekend. But their veggies were outstanding and not the same old broccoli, peas, and carrots. Go and try their selections. You won't regret it.

The Salmon was fresh and nicely cooked, with extra lemon on the side. Fair warning, lunchtime is a great time to go, but during the week it is BUSY! For the working crowd, it is a golden. But because they're located near some theater, hotels, and shopping, it is good choice. They're cafeteria style for ordering. and a large upstairs and down with private and communal tables. Lines move, the service is good, and it's a fun atmosphere. Drop in.

The food was Mediocre. The options sounded better than they tasted. Restaurant looked like it could use a good cleaning. Staff were efficient but not friendly. I would not recommend.

Went on a Saturday for lunch after boasting that I we could get a delicious healthy meal quickly here. Since only 2 people behind the counter we waited just as long as we would have at a table service restaurant. Menu changes not a tasty in my opinion. Salmon portion sizes have also been shrinking .

A little gem....soooo delicious...all gluten free...both had chicken which was cooked beautifully and served with delicious carrots, shared acorn squash with hazelnuts very good, kalettes- delicious and the forbidden rice- our only disappointment. We had a great server who was very knowledgeable about the produce and me u who decoded the menu for us. The only qualm was with the rice we asked what Shisho was and were told a spice...it sounded good with tomato..it was mega spicy...otherwise a divinely serious meal.

We’ve been to the Little Beet in other locations and have really enjoyed it. This location has pros and cons. The staff is very friendly and veggies were really well prepared. We had amazing sweet potatoes, broccoli and green beans. The cons are, it’s dirty. The tables were not cleaned up. The Beet Falafel was hard, dry and not good. In other locations we have had the Beet patty. It was different. Tastier and not dried out, like it was here. Also a beggar came in and asked for money which was awkward. The staff should tell people who come in to beg for money to kindly leave and not bother their guests. If I ever come back here I would only get veggies. But I would probably opt for somewhere else to eat if I had a choice.

Super fresh. Super tasty and super healthy. Fast food but fast real food for a change. I'd recommend it and I'll be here again.

Seven of us had a delicious New year's Eve dinner here. Our veggie daughter was very happy but so were meat eating boys. Delicious cocktails too!

This was a great spot for a quick, celiac-safe lunch. Lots of fresh options, all of which made for a delicious light lunch! Seating was a bit limited.

So good, we ordered more to take with us for the next day. 100% gluten free. As a celiac this is an awesome place to eat. The food was simple and delicious. I had chicken, sweet potato and butternut squash. SO good! The staff friendly and helpful! Please open this up in Colorado!

Cafeteria style, very popular w locals for take-out lunch There is some seating. Had the charred green beans, cauliflower leek soup, lentil salad, wild rice salad. All were satisfactory, not great. Tried 2nd time, think I'm done.

Vegan meets Paleo here. A small array of menu options can be paired too make your own personal meal just the way you want. There are nondairy, glutenfree, grainfree, or any combination of those choices for those like me with dietary restrictions. Your protein can be plant or meat bases. Everything was tasty and nicely spiced. There's also juiced options as well and if you are feeling indulgent dessert options with glutenfree options as well. Great little find in the theater district!
Vegetarians and Vegans will love this restaurant!
I dined at The Little Beet during my last visit to NYC. My first time there, and I loved the selection of fresh vegan and gluten free choices they offered. I ordered their roasted kale and also their roasted Brussels sprouts. They were perfectly seasoned and roasted. Very large portion sizes as well. Lots of bowls and wraps to choose from, so you won't be disappointed!
