Convenient place to stop by throughout day for a light refreshment

By Kathryn L |

The lounge is stocked with good supply of water and soft drinks and some light snacks for members. One can stop by and also enjoy the view from high up there

Cozy

By Olive54 |

Nice and cozy spot for a drink. Smaller area but comfortable

morning and evening

By taxgirljudy |

We traveled with five boys and they were in the middle of a playoff and the access to the tv was great and they could order food from outside restaurants and enjoy the games and other guests became interested

Love this lounge, one of the best!

By Linda P |

The lounge at the Sheraton Tribeca is awesome. Besides the variety of breakfast items (there are actually scrambled egg whites!), we love the happy hour (bottled beer, wine, hot/cold food)... but the best part is the rooftop with the amazing view. and the staff is so helpful! We will come back to this place again and again!

Hopping.

By PW11803 |

A little loud and a little crowded and a bit understaffed. Busy with a good vibe. Nice range of wine and cocktails No need to leave the property to grab a drink.

Best attribute of this hotel

By traveler222Irvine |

The best attribute of this hotel is the club lounge outdoor patio. It's rare to find an outdoor patio in Manhattan, this is a real treat.

No one would go here unless they were staying at the hotel.

By EndlessVoyage |

The title says it all. We stopped in the bar several times and had a meal when my husband arrived after a red eye and my daughter was upstairs. The bar staff were great, but the crowds of noisy tourists are obnoxious. The food in the restaurant was okay. However, you are around the corner from Tribeca so why would anyone eat here if they didn't have to.

10 STAR SERVICE FROM DEON CLUB LOUNGE MANAGER

By Josephmontrealcanada |

I stayed in room 302 in your presidential suite. My stay was from June 22- 25. I have been staying at the Sheraton for 15 years with a combined 536 nights. I had the pleasure of meeting the most curteous, inviting, charming host by the name of DEON from the club lounge on the 21st floor. I rarely find myself writing reviews. When one receives such superior service as I did I feel it’s only fair for all of New York and the world for that matter know about this hidden gem. Located on the rooftop with a panoramic view of Manhattan you can be sure to be in aw. Meeting Deon and having the luxury of being a guest in his club lounge was my best club lounge experience yet! I must have been to over 50 different club lounges in my years and this one has exceeded my expectations. Bravo to Management for recognizing value in such a wonderful man like Deon. After all my years of travel to New York I have finally found my home when I’m here and it’s definitely thanks to the hospitality I received by this gentlemen. Thank you again and we can’t wait to see you again. JR

Nice and Neat

By DoctorRetired |

Small pours but nice ambiance and not a bad cheesecake sliver. $20 bucks ain't bad for NYC!

Friendly service, inflated prices, limited space

By Rudof W |

If you survive the wait for the evelators, the offerings are really mediocre. Mixed drinks are US$ 10.-- per shot and if you have two on your room bill, US25.--, are chrged to your room despite a cash tip given to bar hostess...!

Great location; super comfy bed!

By Msmarge1 |

Stayed here on business; quick walk to courthouses, and many yummy restaurants. Pretty close to subway entrances. Room service was good; room size pretty good for NYC. Slow elevators, so plan accordingly. Staff was wonderful.

It is worth the money

By M H S |

Breakfast: Egg, Bacon, Bagels, Croisants, Fruit, Youghurt, Tea, Coffee, Hot Chokolate, cheese, marmelade. Its is your own fault if you leave the lounge hungry as there are plenty of food. The terrace: Enjoy a drink, enjoy your breakfast in sunny days, tale a break .... all with a great view to Manhatten.

Deon - Club Lounge Manager

By DIANE L |

My husband and I were delighted to meet Deon, the Club Lounge Manager during our stay last November.  While the actual lounge was closed for renovations, the temporary location was wonderful due mostly to Deon.  His kind, gentle, warm and friendly demeanor made our lounge visits some of the most enjoyable we have ever had as Platinum members.  Kudos to the Sheraton Tribeca for having such a wonderful and valuable employee!  Can't wait to go back!  Diane and Blake

No recommendation for the lounge

By Mirko K |

The best of the Lounge is the view from the terrace. Evening snacks and beverage disappointing. Breakfast ok, but no machine for cappuccino and so on…. For these categorie of hotel we would have more expected. 9 days before we was at the Intercontinental Miami with same price level of the rooms and a real lounge experience.

Jessica - club lounge attendant

By Dogqueen |

This was my first time at the Sheraton & was more than pleased with the excellent customer service Jessica offered (weekday morning attendant). She was attentive to all the guests & went above and beyond when we asked her on recommendations on what to do in the city. She was extremely professional, more than I can say for the other 2 attendants who worked the evening & weekend shifts! Thank you Jessica for making a stay amazing :)

Best Club Lounge I've had.

By wendcla |

This is our second trip to this hotel this summerm and the Club lounge with the outdoor terrace is amazing. The morning and evening food are like having a real meal. Love it!! Duane was the morning attendant and he was very helpful and professional. Great place to eat and worth the money for the upgrade.

Super Lounge

By dcronin913 |

Great staff making us feel welcome each and every day. Especially Deon, Steve, and Josh. They all make us feel welcome and are extremely hospitable!

Great city views

By TJS |

Great views , food and drinks. You can sit outside in the sun, enjoy a drink from the Club floor and relax.

Love The Sheraton Tribeca Club Lounge — 21st Floor

By PatMarCat |

Steven & Deon are excellent Sheraton Tribeca Lounge hosts. The evening Happy Hours (5:30 - 7:30) include wine, cheese, chips, hummus, salads, fruit, coffee, tea, etc. Continental breakfast in the morning, and beverages & snacks are available throughout the day. The Lounge is well maintained. Offers excellent views of the city, and has a great terrace. Be sure to upgrade your reservation to include 21st floor lounge access.

Deon is the best!

By Sheila R |

Every time I stay at the Sheraton Tribeca, I take part in their Club Lounge on the 21st floor. The evening host is Deon. He is charming, friendly and fun. He seems to know every guest that has ever stayed at the hotel. He remembers your preferences and does all he can to get you what you need. It is always the perfect breather or end to a busy day in NYC to visit this lounge with gorgeous rooftop views of the city and Empire State Building, topped off by the excellent service you are provided!

Drink before dinner

By Mark D |

Staying in the hotel decided to have a couple of drinks before heading out. Extremely friendly staff all over the hotel bar no different here. Worth a look if you are nearby.

Had such a great time thank you,

By Lisa N |

Came for a long weekend with my husband, one of the nicest hotels we have stayed for a long time, staff at the front desk were helpful with everything we needed fast checkin, rooms are perfect size (don't need bigger as we were hardly there) beautiful bathroom, concierge and bell boys attentive and helpful, loved the location will definatley stay again,

Great Hotel in a cool location

By rvent198 |

This is a fantastic hotel with friendly helpful staff set in a great location. On Canal Street in Tribeca, the hotel borders Soho & Chinatown with many great bars & restaurants nearby. We stayed on the top floor with fantastic views over Chinatown & had access to the club lounge for breakfast and evening snacks, i recommend this. I would recommend this hotel to anybody that wants to stay Downtown, its a fun area with lots going on.

Expensive and very avarage

By Cameramens |

There is nothing wrong with the food, but it's very expensive for such everage food. Very limited choice. Only eat here if you don't have the energy to go out anymore.

good times

By Outside101 |

yes if you are staying at the tribeca then you will deffo ask Tomasz for drink. makes a mean rum and coke

I would not recommend this for business.

By LeesaSoulodre |

Slow service and a busy hotel thoroughfare do not lend the environment to business. I would not recommend this for client meetings unless a super casual environment was acceptable.

Top team!!!!

By AlexBer91 |

I spend 5 days in this hotel. Really good location just between soho and TriBeCa and bad really good time there. Rooms are small but really nice. But I left the hotel back to Europe with my IPad still in the safe of my Sheraton room!!!!! And I realised that just one hour from taking off from Newark!!!! Thanks to Michael James (front desk manager at night) and Kevin from security my IPad was in good hands and they succeed to send it back to home before I get there!!!!! True magic!!!!! I'd like to thanks them again because they were really nice and took the time to listen to me (even with my bad English with my French accent) and took all this story rally seriously!!! Thank you again Sheraton to build so nice hotel and with your amazing team full of nice people you really make traveling a nice and safe journey!!!!!!!

Great little bar

By WestonMOCook |

Very accessible for a quick drink and snack, buzzing without being overly loud.

good local beer

By nana1003 |

Great little bar-- had a local Boston pale ale. Good beer and nice location. Great location for conversation. Bartender was super friendly

The Lounge is part of being a Marriott Club Member

By Justin W |

We stayed at the Sheraton Tribeca for one night and since a friend of mine is a Gold Member, we were placed on the Club floor on the 22nd floor that night. We got access to the Club Lounge for Happy Hour and Breakfast. That was a nice benefit. We did not have to leave the hotel. The Happy Hour had cheeses, antipasti and salads with mini quiches and fruit so it was a nice light snack as neither of us was in the mood for dinner. They had a small but nice selection of wines and beers as well as sodas and waters to choose from. I noticed that people really ate at this affair. The breakfast was also very nice but pretty standard with eggs, sausage and bacon along with breads, pastries and fruits and yogurt. It was a nice way to spend the morning and the views from the lounge are just amazing. On a pleasant warm day it is nice to eat outside on the Terrace. It was a very good benefit and it was nice that she was a member.

pricey but worth it

By gogobellatravel |

Loved the Lounge, nice breakfast. The terrace is badly designed because if you sit down there is no view.So you have to stand and drink your cup of coffee.Have they never heard of bar tables and chairs? No heat lamps freezing in winter. No color (flowers candles,or lighting)

Great Food and Service

By bpageski |

We ate at the Hotel the first night. The food and service was very good. Prices for wine and the meals are similar to the restaurants in the area.

Excellent service

By kevin j |

Deon provided exceptional service with enthusiasm and professionalism. It was a highlight of our stay.

The club lounge and the staff who provide the service in the lounge could not be faulted

By Margaret51255057 |

There was a good choice of food for both breakfast and early evening snacks, staff were attentive and helpful and were generous with the drink measures, we only used it 2 of the 4 nights we had booked as we were trying to take in as much of the city as we could in the time we had.

AM & PM visits.

By bmckaneyiii |

Again, both the Associates in the AM & PM handle the Club Lounge & Terrace with exceptional professionalism.

Real italian taste in New york

By MASSIMO M |

In a really super central location, you can find a real italian restaurant of good level. It is atypical because there is nothing of italo-american and it is instead a conventional italian food just like you can taste in a normal italian one. Competent owner he can advise for wine e correctly serving it. A pleasant discover.

Lovely barmaid.

By adobeKent |

Just what we needed after a full day sightseeing. Good choice of cold beers and comfortable seating.

Amazing!!!! Every time.

By MKWhite99 |

This makes our trip. It is well worth that SMALL upgrade and the staff that work this room are so friendly and make you feel at home. I wish I could remember his name but the guy that works at night is absolutely amazing! This is our fifth time and we will for sure be back over and over again.

Nice lounge

By Linda V |

Only had a glass of wine but the service was quick and the place was pretty full. Prices seemed reasonable for New York City.

Hope away from home

By monsuwail13 |

As soon as you enter you will be greeted by the staff with a big and happy smile! Very accommodating! Room was expected, standard size but with a nice view on a full glass window. It has a rooftop where they serve breakfast with a charming view of New York, it was never crowded, usually lots of space to sit down and talk. Would love to stay there again!

Lovely!

By Linda M |

Excellent room, clean newly refurbished and modern and a massive bed! Staff very helpful and a great location. Will be back.

We stayed at this hotel and they were hardly open!

By Charlene M |

Everytime we walked by this lounge they were all closed up. What lounge in NYC doesn't stay open. And they didn't have anything to make a Bloody Mary on a late Sunday afternoon. Kinda of a disappointment. The bartender didn't even pretend she knew how to make certain drinks. Another disappointment. There are lots of bars out there so unless you have to and you find them open, don't bother.

Convenient and Nice for gatherings

By sixseto |

The drinks at this lounge was decent. It was very comfortable meeting place for not only hotel guests but their visitors. It was conducive for meetings. There is a cafe with Starbucks drinks a few feet away and many computer terminals with free access to hotel guests, which adds to the convenience of this lounge. NICE!!!

One of the best from Sheraton

By augustjasmine |

This one was a better one of the Sheraton lounges - more food variety and very friendly/helpful stuff

Always Welcoming

By Northern_Traveler00 |

Mornings with eggs and sausage or similar, evenings with crudite, and cheese/crackers and wine, and that roof deck, it's why we keep on returning to the Sheraton TriBeCa! DON'T FORGET TO LEAVE A TIP for good service and free food!

Good Lounge

By WINEandTRAVEL |

This is an unusual lounge, esp. for NYC. Rare that you are offered free beer and wine... offered during the 5-7p service. Snacks are ok... cheese, veggies, etc. The lounge is not very large but was fine for us. The terrace is very large, so in good weather it should be amazing. Killer, direct view of the Statue of Liberty. Breakfast was good. Tight area makes it a little cramped to get your coffee, etc. Lots of windows opens up the space nicely. Nice service staff.

Great hotel but the room....

By Panterenoire |

My husband and I planned a weekend getaway and choose this hotel because it was very close to China town and little italy. We were greeted by our door man David. He was so nice, so energetic and so full of information. The staff at he registration and the concierge desks were very polite and helpful. There were lots of store around and eateries on location. So off we go to our room. Once We entered, We Were Very disappointed. Our room was so small that we entered sideways. The bathroom was so small that 1 person couldn't be there comfortably. The closet doors cannot be open while one of us try to get in or out of our room. We had a great street view and the beds were so soft and inviting. Everything about the hotel is great except the room. This is the first time I've ever stayed in a room that small. That's the only reason why I gave this rating. Would that stop me from going back? I'd think twice about it.

Very Good!

By J D |

Fantastic view from the balcony, very good food, courteous staff. Peaceful and accessible to famous landmarks.

ho hum

By colden197 |

Did not find the lounge inviting enough to hang out. Felt cold and uninviting. Boring, too open and unimpressive
