Visited the Manchester pub to watch a United game - as you do. Word of warning, make sure you book. This pub got extremely busy. We hadn't (we don't book for pubs in the UK normally) but luckily they squeezed us in at the bar. Food was great!

Amazing food and staff, huge selection of drinks highly recommend for anyone As I am from Manchester it made me feel home for a good 2 hours

I happened to be in New York for the Champions League final this year, and having been there before during big tournaments I know these guys do their soccer well. I therefore made a point of reserving some seats so we could get some food as well. Needless to say the friend I took there was not disappointed. Great food, a good range of beer and friendly service, all in a very good atmosphere with other people looking to enjoy watching a decent game. What more could you want?

i live in the neighborhood and there are many bars like this and what you expect here is friendly staff and a 'feel at home' experience each time..went in there yesterday for the soccer match. had a few drinks and when the bill came, the bartender says gratuity is already included for all world cup matches... 20%. ???????... why did he/she not tell me this before i started my tab. not that i had an issue with the gratuity but this was blatantly rude, greedy and scammish....didn't want to create a scene with the match and excitement in the bar so i decided i will post my reviews so that the management can explain to their staff to be truthful and sincere to their customers and not take customers for granted by cheating them. i will not use the name of the server just so that the individual learns it speaks about their character.

Crowded space. Very hard to move around in. But has karaoke on certain nights where a live band plays along with you. Very entertaining.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon the Manchester Pub while visiting NYC. We love wings and fries, extra, extra crispy, and finally found the kitchen that understands what this is. We love(d) it there. I went back on my own a few times, and each time, the food was just a great. In September I went again, and was going to go for some wings, and the restaurant had suffered a fire. The next time I went, they were also not open. Does anyone out there know if they will try to open up, and will they still be a pub? I loved this place. I went a few times a year, and I would love to have it back. I hope the cooks got work. Maybe someone knows where they went and I can get them to make wings and fries extra crispy for me. Loved them. The wait staff was always friendly as heck also. I gave low marks on appearance and bar scene, but the appearance and scene are perfect for the place. I hope it won't be rebuilt and foofoo. Blechk! Unless they get those same cooks. I wish the owners and employees well.

Small water hole but with character and a good choice of ale and bar food. Good English Football viewing on bar screens. Would go back and take a friend. Very enjoyable with nice local patrons.

We made this bar our base when visiting NYC the other week, It was around the corner from the hotel. We enjoyed it. Sports on the TV, nice atmosphere and Dave is a good bar man.

The place is a bit run down, the drinks are OK and the food pretty regular. Nothing to write home about.

Suprise to see more than 12 tab beers to choose from such local and cosy bar, Amy the bartender is super witty and fun!
Football and food
Came here on a lovely Sunday morning to watch a United game. The place was absolutely packed - and rightly so. We were lucky enough to snag a large booth and were later joined by a fellow fan finishing up some work while enjoying the game. I tried the chicken and waffles and was not disappointed in any way. The appetizers were tasty as well, and the single waiter/bartender who was somehow running around and helping all of the packed tables/bar seats was equally impressive.
