Excellent crispy chicken burger and the staff is also very polite. The only area of improvement would be their coffee which did not taste good at all.

There is more choice in USA McDonalds than the UK counterpart so it was a bit more tricky to choose something - however we managed! The food was hot and fresh, and we enjoyed everything that we had.

No icecream many days. Some street people in their asking for money the day iwas there. Super noisy and insane volume of orders

Found a big black hair in my Big Mac and when My wife told the staff they told her to go to the back of the line and told her she was being rude?? We were then kicked out by a manager saying my wife was too rude??? Disgusting and still really confused to what's happened. Only in America!!!

I have been in McDonalds restaurants all over the world and I have never experienced anything like this one! My family love McDonalds and I just want to let everyone know this is the first time I have ever had to complain about one! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left it was awful. The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful when I was ordering the meal and I was by no means making any demands! Just the normal meals no extra nothing taken out! I wasn't the only one have trouble with the staff and the ordering! We sat down and had our meal which was mediocre and my daughter wanted to use the bathrooms. I brought her downstairs and was disgusted at what I saw. They were filthy dirty with no toilet paper in any of them. Even the stairs on the way down were covered in spilt drinks and food. There was nowhere to sit and eat down there so I don't know why this would be. I came back upstairs to get some napkins and helped my daughter to hover over the toilet. She was young and really needed to go otherwise we would have gone anywhere else!! Anyway when we came back up I went to find an employee to tell them there was no toilet paper. When I found one she started shouting and ran off in the other direction and completely ignored me. I followed her and then just thought I am wasting my time, gathered my family and promptly left the restaurant disgusted at our experience there.

I'm not a McDonald's fan. But they typically put out a decent, cheap breakfast. I do think the prices are about a dollar an item higher because of their location. They did have a decent restroom, which is hard to find in the city. And I think you might be able to get in without buying something.

Used Micky D for breakfast and 3 biscuits with drinks was over 20 bucks. Still it was good, consistent tasting food.

We visited a few McDonalds when we were in New York, this was none of the better ones. The food was good and plenty of seating available.

I liked this McDonalds because it was close to our hotel and breakfast was cheaper! Also it does breakfasts all day!

Came by after seeing Beetlejuice. No issues and meal was correct. Place was really crowded and tables need cleaned more regularly, but no big issues. Was happy to see prices pretty close to what we pay at home. May have paid $3-5 more than we normally would pay for 4 of us.

They've done a good job at duplicating the McDonald's food chain model at this store - met all my McDonald's expectations. Seating arrangements were varied, which added somewhat to the general ambiance. However, I had credit card transaction that caused me problems later because it wasn't done properly - had to go there several times during a work busy season - food stable, but young workers were not the sharpest knives in the drawers, in general.

McDonalds never fails to impress. This visit was amazing as we accessed the second floor where we could overlook Broadway and get a great view as well.

Service with a smile, nice set up, one person on coffee station, one at fryer, fast service nice atmosphere

We tired of the hotel breakfast buffet after a few days and a couple of mornings opted for Egg McMuffins and cokes from McDonalds. It was a refreshing and inexpensive treat. The place stayed full, but an excellent staff made it all work quickly. We also used the public restrooms which were surprisingly clean.

secure late night eating, for a quick bite, didn't get to go on upper level it was closed off, would have liked to

In this place, you order , grab and go, or just eat in one of their counters. Flat screen monitors showing music videos abound for the diners. Fast food , well , yes it is. Breakfast all day , get coffee , sodas.. and the new latest sandwich offerings such as the striploin burger and chicken ceasar . I think it opens 24 hours daily.

Very crowded, but they can handle the crowds. Always get orders right, have lots of seating. NYC prices are higher than other places, but not by too much.

An average McDonald's. If you want a great burger, go instead to Gallagher's on 52nd Street, or walk over to 9th Avenue and try Island Burger. You're in New York. Eat like a New Yorker!!

This place can move some customers. We ate there mostly in the mornings. Prices are pretty much the same as home. Food is hot, orders correct every time and served with a smile and thank you for coming into McDonald's.

I'm a formal employee in my youth and still love this restaurant. I got my #2 and it was everything I expected. A good quick, inexpensive meal in NYC.

better than the English McDonalds and the food was good and family friendly. plenty of space to sit.

Although accepted a very busy site the service was painfully slow. Not enough staff on the registers for the volume of people. Disappointing and small toilets that could have done with a better clean when we visited about 3.00 pm Overall not what expected from this chain in New York.

Orded online, didn’t get all drinks. Not so clean place, full of people. Meal was too salty, salad was yeasterdays salad.

Wow... Usually most places are hard to keep clean located on Broadway especially fast food but this staff just a great job! Fast * current * clean and typical McDonalds taste :)

Food was McDonalds usual food. Very crowded, confusing to the out of town user. Tables were difficult to locate.

great location and good price. i loved the white hot choclate they did, i was gutted when i got back to the uk and the uk mcdonalds did not do it. always a good choice of food. staff helpfull

Went here a few evenings during a work trio - usually about 8-9pm. Decent service, decent food. Was very happy with the meal I received.

Restrooms were disgusting. No free refills on sweet tea. Crowded, all tables were dirty, staff was rude.

It's McDonald's, so you know what you're getting... however, even though they're always busy, the wait isn't long, and you can get a decent bit of food pretty inexpensively, comparatively.

It's nice to have some place fast and familiar to grab some affordable food. This is my most favorite McDonalds!

What an utter shambles. If there is a less efficient, more badly run McDonalds anywhere in the world I'd be surprised. Order at the screens and it asks you to specify if you want sauce etc. You wait an absolute age for your order, open your bag and find no condiments! You pick up your coffee and find no sugar etc in the bag. Back up to the very small and out of proportion service area and ask for sugar. They ask how many, you tell them, they give you them and then they walk away. Excuse me can I have a stirrer please? A stirrer they ask. Yes unless you want me to stir my coffee with my middle finger! You have to go back to pick up the straw they don't give you with your cold drink and all the time you're served by people who give a damned good impression of not caring one jot. Customer service? Don't make me laugh

Why would you ever travel to NYC to sit in a McDonalds?? Lots of decent eats In the area, just venture down a side street & find something much more interesting to eat.

Went here to grab a quick bite and it was insanely busy and rally grotty, Looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in a long while.

I had just got back to downtown NY from the tennis at Flushing Meadows and needed something to eat quickly. This McDonalds is close to the Sheraton and suited my needs very adequately. For a Friday night at c 9.45pm I didn't have to wait that long to be served and I enjoyed my double quarter pounder and large coke for $10.22. I got a table with a great view on to Broadway so was able to watch the world go by - worth the cost of the meal alone. Basically you always know what you are going to get at a McDonalds and it wouldn't get a Michelin star but service was prompt and it was good value with nice scenic views. For what it offered I enjoyed it - simple as that.

Stopped in just to get a drink. 10+ people in each line. My biggest complaint is that there is no system and it was absolute chaos. I worked at McDonalds for 2 1/2 years. The guy who took my order was all over the place. He would take an order, have the person step to the side then take another order or two. Then he would stop and fill all his orders in order. They need to have someone backing up the register workers to fill the orders, while they keep ringing. I waited about 20+ min for a simple iced tea. I would have left but I really love my tea.

Came here twice during our City Break. The restaurant is fine and we had no issues with the quality of the food. Staff appearance was odd with uniforms not matching, mobile phones visible and piercings present. Attitude wasn't fantastic.

I try the one behind the Hotel for breakfast if you want coffee and food you best place to grab food at 6 am great location fast service and you know that when you visit McDonald's you food is perfect

No matter if there are 5 or 50 people in there, they....always...are....sooooo....slow.....Training needs to be a priority as most of the time the cashiers can't find the proper button to push for your order. "Fast" food this is not.

You know where you are with Maccies ! We grabbed Lattes a couple of times and if you eat in upstairs there is a view of times square. Food is good and breakfast is good and value for money.

While in NYC awaiting departure for The Capital Jazz Cruise, I visited McDonald's at 1651 Broadway. There was a crowd of us as well as other patrons. The restaurant staff was courteous, attentive, and worked well under pressure. My order was right on time and perfect. Great food, great staff, great service!

Very mixed, but overall a bad experience. Welcoming, whether at the counter or the attitude of security officers

Cleaner than McDonald's elsewhere. Taste same as other McDonald's. Variety of selections. I would recommend this place.

Today we had a quick bite at the MC. Very crowdy but fast service. The Pico guacamole with artisan grilled chicken was wel prepared, hot, and tasted good for fast food.

Every time I seem to go into this location, it is worse than the time before, service is at a snail pace, and most of the staff don't speak good English, asked the cashier the same question 4 times, without every getting a real answer. OK for a bite but only go in if you have a lot of time to wait for your food.

We dropped in for a snack as we were passing and hungry. You could be anywhere in the world if you close your eyes whilst eating as you know you get the same great taste no matter where you are.

We went here for a quick eat after a show on Broadway and it was clean, cheap, quick and tasty. A lot of choice. And tasty warm food. Great location!

its the same as it is world wide not really a load to say about it service was quick not to much waiting , price of the food not much less than the uk , was plenty of room to sit down .

Dirty and crowded. Food was warm at the best. Too many people just hanging out and staying warm. Avoid at all costs!

I found this one to be average. Coffee was below what I´ve had at other McD´s. Good location for those in the times square area.

A typical McDonalds very busy and you need to get used to the fast pace of the store. food was good but large portions, and noticed a lot of the homeless were in for warmth and as long as they had food drink they were left alone, otherwise they were moved on. Great location for a fast meal near our hotel.

We came here looking for a quick bite to eat before a show, and figured "It's McDonald's... what could go wrong?" Everything. There was no line as we walked in, and the cashier began to take our order immediately. Unfortunately, half way thru my ordering, she just walked away into the back. Strange and rude. Then she told another girl "oh by the way, they didn't finish ordering", and we had to repeat the order. Then a third cashier came so we could pay. This took way too long (about 5 minutes) and we had to repeat things several times. Bizarre. When we went upstairs to find a place to sit, half the place had caution tape (no idea why) so those tables were obviously closed. We had to pick between 6 booths, all were dirty and the floors and even seats to the booths were equally as dirty. I shouldn't have to pay for food, then clean my own table and seat, especially when there are so many employees just standing around. I refused to even check the rest room but if I had to guess, it probably wasn't any better. I got a cheeseburger and although warm, the cheese was hard in some places (I'm talking crispy). Gross. To be fair, half-way through our meal, one employee did begin to clean empty tables.

Typical McDonald's, but nicely refurbished. Not open 24/7 at this point, which is disappointing. Always great coffee.

Is McDonald’s the same everywhere? Ridiculous €90 for 5 small meals… everything is much smaller than ours! A total rip-off

It's a Mcdonalds so didn't expect to be anything special which it wasn't. Service was quite slow and toilets were small and disgusting.

You can always count on MacDonald's for fast and free internet connection. It is also an excellent place to go and rest from your long walk around the city and enjoy an ice coffee (much better than Starbucks) or ice-cream.

Clean and not to crowded. McDonald's is McDonald's. Food was the same. Hash browns for the kids. Close to the Novotel New York.

if you need something quick to eat then this is the quickest place to go......curtious staff and the food upto macdonalds standards

Too busy Staff too shouty Average food Missed out food from my order rude staff Totally disappointing that NYC cant get McDonalds right!

whats not to like! quick friendly service, the same quality all over the world busy atmosphere just off Times Square

This was my first time visiting this restaurant chain and let me tell you, they do not disappoint. Try this place out while you're in NYC. I'm not sure if they have locations in other places, but I definitely won't be surprised to see more popping up around the US. The food was great, fast service and price couldn't be beat. Can't come to NYC without a visit to this up and coming restaurant.

Unfriendly rude staff, way over crowded and chaotic. Not really much to say about this McDonald's, but it is in the busy Times Square so I didn't expect too much anyway. Our 5 and 6 year old wanted to eat here, otherwise I never go to McD's at all. I think it was the attraction of Times Square that made our girls want to go.

I went to this place to enjoy some fast food. I waited for 10 Minutes and then sat down to eat. I looked up and saw a sign that said that my time was limited to 20 minutes! Really? Who can eat a whole meal in only 20 minutes without exhibiting bad table manners? For a restaurant that has been in the hospitality business for a very long time, I'm surprised that they haven't figured out how to be hospitable. Anyway, this is New York City. There are plenty of places that serve you quickly and don't rush you out. Try one of those places instead.

very busy as to be expected, toilets not the cleanest, but again the volume of people, had a hard job getting an order of a chicken sandwich plain, ie not lettuce or mayo, got a plain hamburger!!lol, also bothered alot by people selling trips etc and the homeless asking for money etc, but good value as mcdonalds is.good idea to have a 20 minute time to eat so tables where almost always available

Went to the toilets and there was no toilet paper, no soap to wash your hands, taps not working and general hygiene is utterly disgraceful. Don't have the same menu as most of the McDonald's do. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

In the sweltering heat of NYC in summer, this was the place to go for takeout iced coffee. Low in calories and under a dollar. You could not ask for more.

The McDonalds is less busy than others near Times Square, but is still nearby. The food and drink is what you expect. Probably one of the best values in NY is the any size coffee for a buck. And even to this semi coffee snob, quite good.

Had to wait 30 minutes for my order. People who ordered 20 minutes after me would have their orders before I did. Extremely busy, which means they are making a lot of profit. With this in mind, they don’t even offer a free refill.

This place was heaving with dirty tables and lots of disruptive people were milling around. As is usual in NY the toilets are locked and it wasn't until much later that I realised some McDonalds give you a code for the loos on your receipt. One of us queued for the meal and I went to use the loo. Rubbish bag outside the door and a pile of litter and wet, with a brush laid across the entrance. I assumed the cleaner was in, so stood patiently waiting behind the woman in front. After about five minutes a security guy unlocked the door and the woman in front went in and let the door slam, so once again it was locked and I waited patiently again. After another five minutes had gone by, the security guy said I could go in as there were two booths, I said how the door was locked-so he let me in. The woman in the other booth came out of hers and started banging on my door and didn't respond to my asking what she wanted. I could hear her muttering and shouting and it felt quite scary as we were both locked in the loos. After some time I decided I would need to leave the booth and the woman just kept staring at me-luckily the cleaner came in at this point and I made my escape. Not a pleasant experience. The police had been called to a homeless woman who had apparently taken 19 sugars for her coffee and there seemed to be a lot of homeless people in McDonalds. No doubt trying to get warm, as it was very cold. I can see how toilets might need to be locked but it felt very scary to be locked in with someone who seemed to have mental health issues

Lots of room, three floors, clean bathrooms and nice staff. The prices were a bit higher but still a bargain.

What can I say - it's McDonald's after all, so nothing special except the location. It is convenient to Times Square and theaters, and it was most welcome when we got in to town late at night after spending several hours stuck in a horrendous traffic jam (due to fatal accident the parkway into town). It also provided a fast and inexpensive alternative to the $25 a person "continental buffet" breakfast at our hotel just around the corner. The staff did a great job serving huge crowds efficiently and they also had someone making the rounds in the eating areas to pick up spills from the floor, wipe the tables, and keep the trash cans from overflowing. They don't encourage lingering over your meal as the turnover is high, as is the demand for tables, but it was a welcome and speedy alternative to the overcrowded and overpriced tourist-trap themed restaurants all around the area.

Was fairly shocked that the McD was as bad as this. The service was very slow and it wasn't that busy. Also, we couldn't get a seat as there were a lot of homeless people occupying the tables most of the mainly asleep.

I like the the Times Square many people taking photos there was ASEAN Fistival in W42 St. the police in NEW YORK VERY BUSY MAN.

The food was hot and pretty good. Could use cleaning, but was just ok. Pretty good location and friendly staff

McDonald's has the best coffee compared to the others. They have great iced coffee and mocha coffee. Newly renovated place on 51st St. is great and not too noisy.

Expecting a super long line, we were in shock when we walked in and the server was asking "Welcome to McDonald's, can I help you?". Took the order and the food was in hand within minutes. Food was warm and taste no different than any other McDonald's. Prices is slightly higher than most McDonald's but not that bad. Even with a massive holiday crowd there were plenty of seating on the second floor. However, the line for the bathroom was out the door.

Keep your receipt as you need it to get into the bathroom. It has a code on it and must enter the code to get into the bathroom. Not like Australia where you can just walk into the McDonald bathrooms. Plus the ice cream cones where $2.50us dollars each. If I had known that I would have ordered a cheese burger to get the bathroom code receipt. The place was clean and tidy and it was after 9pm

You can easily identify that it is McDonalds because of the lights on their signage.Good location too. you can find it anywhere.

You must Go for one of the greates meals frim this company in the Big Apple. You See a lot of thinks the same as in Holland but by this companie there are a lot differecence Food.

Service was really quick, food same as always, nice and clean but with some weird customers, one was going round shouting to himself.

The place was very nice and clean but the food wasn't that nice chips was like they had been there for a while they wasn't fresh. And the burger was cold we only walked two blocks back to the hotel so we know it wasn't that!

We needed a quick bite and to use their wifi.Burgers were really really good and in spite of the crowd were served quickly.

Called in last night to order some cold iced drinks as it was a very hot day. What an interesting experience on how not to treat your customers. Not one member of staff spoke to us during our visit. The man at the till took our order without speaking one word such as hello, next, how can I help you. He didn't even tell us the price - we just read it of the register. The person putting the order together (Manageress I am guessing) took a really long time to prepare our order and seemed more interested in telling another girl off in front of us as she couldn't work the iced lemonade machine. I do believe they even forgot about us and after seeing us standing there for a while, they checked back through the orders on the computer to try identify what we had ordered. The two iced lemonades were not as cold as they should have been as they were sitting out for a while before they were served. Eventually the third drink (a caramel Frappe) was prepared. After waiting 15 minutes the drinks were put on a shelf and our magic number 580 was called. No sorry for the delay or enjoy your drink. If you are interested in experiencing a restaurant where the staff don't speak to their customers, this is the place for you - otherwise go somewhere else. Should have said it said thank you on the receipt!

We don't usually frequent McDonalds' anywhere, but we needed a quick bite, as we had about 20 minutes left before catching a tour just around around the corner, and needed something to eat. We've ordered 2 combo meals, and a chicken sandwich. I've asked for one of the drinks without ice, but you'd think I've asked for a million dollars. The lady behind the counter said she would have to give me half a cup only, since the rest of it would be filled with ice. Seriously? I've never heard of it, and I've been having drinks with no ice for 20+ years. I didn't argue, but was puzzled. Her manager came over anyway and loudly commanded her not to give me a full cup of a dink since it's without ice. The lady behind the counter did what she was told, and smiled apologetically. When we started eating, we've noticed that there was something floating inside the drink, so I went to the counter to ask for a fresh drink. I didn't even get to the counter yet, as the same manager loudly called out to the lady who took my order: "Here she goes again!" I don't know what her problem was, but I did get a fresh drink. Oh yes, and the charged me an extra drink upcharge for one of the Sprites. Nasty, awful service, just awful! Stay away!

we stopped in for a quick breakfast early one morning. we are from Georgia and were craving some "sweet iced tea" LOL the place was clean & fast service. saw a lot of cops eating there or having coffee. great food & TEA!

It's a McDonald's, not much to say. They take your order, give you a receipt and you wait for your number to be called

McDonald's on 51st and Broadway is never disappointing, they provide quality customer service and are very efficient on how they run the crowds. Always clean!

I wasn't too happy with my breakfast bagel with egg and bacon. I'm not a McDonald fan anyway, but it did the job.

we stopped off here for breakfast was pipping hot really nice staff were friendly and helped me choose what I wanted

Big store with a lot of activity. The service was quick as usual and the quality of the food was good. I was surprised how full the restaurant gets and how good the service was. As always when my child who is very picky eater gets hungry I can count on MacDonald

We ran into this McDonald's to get out of the rain after seeing a show. The lines moved quickly and the restaurant was kept clean. The place is big and can accommodate a lot of people. As for the food, it's McDonald's.

Friendly environment just need better training on making sure all food should be in the be bag but good job on the service

Was given a table locator and told to find a table our food would be brought to us. Twenty minutes later I went downstairs to find our order set on one side behind the counter and virtually cold ! Of course no one knew anything about it. Need to get your act together guys.

When visited the Times Square decided to have a fast food. Have seen this iconic Mc Donald restaurant in Pictures and Movies. So decided to visit this place. You can enjoy the burger or happy meal at Time Square view.

The food is as expected, tasty, and the service is as expected, good. The location is convenient, right near all the Broadway theaters and tour bus pick up areas. One nice thing is that they have a clean bathroom. Four stars for being consistent and exactly what I wanted.

as usual, mcdonalds did not disappoint..its standard and very good fare. the usual chicken burger, the chips and the nice seating arrangements...

It wasn't even a peak period of the day, but this McDonald's location hasn't adopted the common organizational practices of the suburban counterparts. The staff (that barely spoke English) took the orders fine and in a timely fashion; however, instead of using the receipt number to call out completed orders, they yelled WHAT you had ordered...and not from a central "receiving" food area, but from their registers. They need to get "McOrganized" at this location.

If you are in Times Square and craving an Egg McMuffin, this is your place!! It's a McDonald's folks. Not the worst, or the best, one I've ever seen. It was OK as far as cleanliness, the kiosks for ordering made it easy to do. The one weird thing was that there was an employee who pulled the trash containers on the first floor over in front of the elevator so you couldn't use them to access the seating area on the second floor. I have mobility issues, but was able to use the stairs with a little difficulty. Not a deal breaker, but after I got up there I saw employees using the elevator from the second floor to go back down to the first. So when we left, I used it. When we got to the first floor, there was the trash receptacle right in front of the door. So I just pushed it out of the way. If there is something wrong with the elevator, they need to say so and also block it on the second floor.

The food was its usual mcds standard but when the man asked for the money he asked in a way I could not understand and im English!......at which he made a joke about me to a co worker and they stood laughing at me.....not impressed!

Actor Union ATMs by 2. charged only 2 US D for cash withdrawal- cheapest anywhere. need to buy something to get a code to use the toilets but esp in the morning there was always a homeless person right on your back to walk in with you. There is a cleaner toilet and sitting area up the stairs. Food is Mcdonald's

Just up from Times square. Fast staff and quick with your order. If you like fast food you will have no complaints here.

I always enjoy the food from here, but ordering on Uber Eats they literally NEVER give me a straw and it’s so annoying. But the food is always warm

This is the first McDonald's where I ordered a big breakfast and got watery eggs . The primary thing I expect from a McDonald's is consistent quality of food and this place unfortunately did not deliver.

I loved visiting for breakfast as I had the American version. I liked that the sign outside was in braid way style and inside was as if you were on the set of a movie, based on a sci if theme I imagine. L loved that it was very clean. Not crowded. I went on a Monday morning just before 11:00. So I got breakfast and those with me waited 10 minutes and got lunchtime menu.ci lived taking a photo of my McDonald's with the sign for the musical on the town in the background, great job guys.

Close by our hotel and wanted to get going early so popped in here twice. Won’t return. Food ok but if you stay in to eat lots of interesting clientele and certainly doesn't have the clean standards of the Mc Donald’s we frequent back home. Restroom downstairs a little scary and my shoes stuck for the floor. Maybe if you purchase and take away you won’t be disappointed as the food was fine.

We ate in 2 McDonalds and, compared with Uk restaurants, I found them quite scruffy. Having said that, they’re still good value for money.

If your from the south and if sweet tea is a must, you can get it @ McDonalds.. Like most McD's food and cost too.

Had a quick breakfast here on a few mornings - so much to see and so little time. Typical McDonald's breakfast - love the coffee.

the staff told me about a special that i wasn't aware of and saved me some money which was appreciated and it was pretty clean for a broadway location

Rude staff, food takes ages to come, absolute chaos all the time it is so busy with no system to calm things down, would not return

Very busy place. The order taker was very nice, she even shortchanged me a $1 and she chased me to give the $1. Good selection of food, good quality, and they had a well organized order area and pickup area. Good job.

We visited 2 different McDonalds having had an exhausted day, eaten a larger than used to street vendor lunch (husband has an insatiable appetite) & had no energy left to wait for a restaurant meal to be prepared. One McDonalds attracted 2 drug using couples later found slumped in a shop doorway. More choice on style of coffee though.

I know, it's just 'McDonald's' you say......you won't believe how big this place is! Looking at it from the street you would never know that it's the biggest McDonalds ever! The food is the same as everywhere else, but it's the interior, funky, two story seating that makes this worth going into.

Had a quick bite here when short of time for a more substantial dinner . The food was the usual McDonalds standard. It's conveniently situated for Broadway and Times Square.

We were staying at the Double Tree Suites and this was best suited right below the hotel for a quick eat. Or if you dont want to walk around in the crowded times square!

Went to buy 2 milk shakes ticket 812 was issued, called 813 to 817 when I asked why I wasn't called I had to wait while she served order 817. When I asked why I wasn't served in numerical order she took exception to that and went to give me my refund. She asked me to sign a slip for it. I refused as I had not had my order and she was obliged to give it to me without question. I found her whole attitude rude and unprofessional. The last place I had to pay and get a ticket to wait for my purchase was in Leningrad now St Petersburg in 1972. Be advised stay well away they do not know the meaning of customer service.

This is a typical McDonald's, but in NYC, getting to go to the bathroom is a blessing. And, this is one of the few places that has a wall of charging stations. Will be back again!

Was surprised the prices at this McDonald's was the same as my home state. Nice and clean and employees friendly.

Awful awful service, the staff look so fed up. Had to wait ages for order, so much for fast food. Yuck.

Its the mcdonalds flagship and is huge! Its worth a visit to try it and I'd stay with the burgers more than nuggets, a tad rubbery but burgers are great and with big portions you cant argue with the value.

McDonalds is McDonalds no matter what country you visit, perfect for a quick stop anytime of day. Never gonna get tired of it.

I hoped for so much more! Whilst my sausage and egg McMuffin was definitely tasty, as expected - my toasted bun was overdone and burnt. We were approached by so many beggars during our meal and one of them threatened to slap my daughter when she left the restaurant, when she asked the girl to leave her alone. This really ruined our visit and McDonald's need to up their security to deal with this.

The volume of this McDonald's is unreal, but speed of service is still good. Cleanliness and neatness did not seem high on the priority list but that's probably impossible given the volume. Staff seemed driven just to get people through - friendless was not on the priority list.

Of the many McDonalds I eat at in New York City, this one is not one of the better ones. I thought the service was obnoxious as the crew member was mouthing off to the manager right in front of me. I could not use a coupon here and the French Fries for a small order is $2.99! That is ridiculous. There is no value menu here at the $3.00 price point like at other McDonalds and the food was mediocre at best. It was a waste to spend the money and the food being just average. There are nicer McDonalds in Times Square so avoid this one!

I’ve eaten at various mackdonalfs all over the world and I’m sorry to say that this one is in my opinion not a good one the taste of our burgers was not like we are used to - they just didn’t taste right. Same with our drinks.
Bad customer service need to shut down.
The food was so nasty. It was dry. They took too long to take my order. They didn’t give me what I asked for some of the machines aren’t even working. I never received my McFlurry. I waited 20 minutes for my McFlurry. I never got it. They never gave me my sweet-and-sour sauce they ignore customers dirty, and trashy on sanitize disturbing bad community
