Great food for great price. Brisket was tender and yummy and potato salad - to die for! Very highly recommended

Vastly overpriced and overrated in our opinion, we paid over $50 for what in reality were 3 beef cobs and 3 small orders of fries. We all ordered the 1/2lb options but all received vastly different quantities of meat. Also without the table sauce the meat had no real disernible flavor. Certainly the 'smokey' flavor of BBQ was AWOL

Who would have thought such a good barbecue joint would be located in Lower Manhattan? The brisket was delicious. Melted in my mouth like butter. Still dreaming of it actually lol. Check out Mighty Quinn's if you need a barbecue fix in NYC.

My first visit to Mighty Quinn’s BBQ (BFPL location) did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and allowed us to taste the items we were considering. We opted for Burnt ends and brisket - amazing. This location is one offering several food options, the BFPL location, which means it’s shared seating. The good news is the seating area was well lit with natural light, clean and airy. Very pleasant experience!

Everything here is mouth wateringly good, there's not a ton of good BBQ in NYC but this place is a must visit when you have that itch.

The staff was excellent and super helpful when we mentioned soy allergies. They made us taste all the stuff that was soy free. We felt so welcomed. Loved loved the beef. Best we had in a long long times. would go again anytime if their food stays so good. the greek salad was old, hence just thre it away. Still recommend it for the meat

We went here last night, it was fantastic. We ordered the full rack of ribs and a 1/2 serve of brisket. We had the coleslaw and pickled veg sides. The meat was so tasty and tender and the veg packed a punch to cut through the meat ....soooo good! The only negative is that we sat near the bin area and it was emptied and left out while the bag was taken outside and the smell was disgusting. We will go back (sitting away from the bin)!

Decent BBQ in Times Square. As usual the price was way up there as it was Times Square and the portion sizes were pretty big. But all in all it was Ok.

I fell in love with smoked brisket many decades ago when I did a stint in Texas. I tasted the 18 hour smoked brisket in a contest held in Houston. What an initiation! Anyway, Mighty Quinn's is not then or there, but it is a good product. Tied their burnt ends, brisket and ribs. Hoped bor better corn fritters. All were very tasty without sauce and to me this is the litmus test of true cooking with smoke. The place was quiet the evening we went there. Despite the light traffic the service was uneven and a bit slow. This was not a deal breaker. I would go back becaue I enjoyed the quality of the product enough. The ambiance is very casual. Counter service and find a seat.

Came here with a New Yorker friend when we were super hungry and this place hit the spot! Had the burnt ends with mac and cheese side which was super yummy and well priced. If you want some quick and tasty bbq then this is a great place to check out.

If your looking for something different from the normal NYC food, give his place a try. Really good beef and pork. Had to wait with the line out the door, but worth it.

We loved it! The food was great and full of flavor. It is located in the financial district food court, so pick your visit times carefully.

The brisket was phenomenal and the ribs were amazing. Wish I ordered more. Could have done without the burnt ends as it had too much sauce. The ribs and the brisket as well as the black beans, coleslaw and onion sides made up for it. Will be coming back for more. Make sure to get the ribs and brisket.

I went to Mighty Quinn's on a rainy tuesday for some take out. It was almost completely empty. The counter staff was friendly and efficient. The cook however had some problems. I ordered half a chicken, cole slaw and corn fritters. The chicken was already cooked, and the cole slaw was ready but the poor woman behind the counter had to ask the cook at least 10 times for the fritters. (I counted). When they finally came after 15 minutes of waiting they were cold and over cooked. They gave me bread pudding as compensation which is absolutely the best bread pudding I have ever had. But if this is the best barbeque in NYC I'll eat my hat! I would not complain if the place was crowded but there was no one there. Come on Quinn you can do better than this!

2nd time in less then a month, coming from Chicago I stopped bye for their food. Yes a fast food kinda think but who cares. They have a good food, brisket at his best and ribs OMG. I'll be back.

I asked what the most popular selection was and the answer was “Brisket”... It was great... for the 1/2 that wasn’t fat. When you’re being served by the ounce, the fat is costly to sit on the plate. My father-in-law got the same thing, but he didn’t get as much fat and he still commented on the small portion size. I added fries with burnt ends and they were great (which is why MQB’s is getting a 3)... throw in a Diet Coke and the bill was $22... yikes. BBQ is traditionally more expensive, but this was a lot for essentially fries and a “taster” of brisket.

This place is fab. I had the brisket with burnt end beans, slaw and pickles. Everything was super tasty, service quick and it's in a great area!

I didn't do enough research to realize that this restaurant is in a food court at a mall, so we had a little trouble finding it. They do a good business and have great tasting BBQ. The meat is served very wet and the bun they provide is not toasted, so it makes for a bit of a soggy mess if you order the pulled pork. We shared the 1/2 pound and a side of onion rings. The Onion rings were wonderful. We were told we could get refills on our drinks, but when we returned to the counter, we could not get service to get a refill.

After seeing this restaurant on Micheal Simons TV episode, I knew I had to try. The Brontosaurus rib was a little fatty , but fall off the bone and tender! The bean and burnt ends was awesome as was the broccoli salad! Can’t wait to come back and try the rest.

The food is great, but complimentary sides are pathetic and frankly i'd rather pay some $ towards something that weighs more than 2 oz.. Ordered 3 meals and got only 1 side of slaw that wasn't enough for a child to eat. The person on the phone gave me a lame excuse and then her manager gave me an even more lame excuse.. For any of you who don't know how small 2 oz is, you know when you go for a burger and they give you a little cup for ketchup? well thats it... PATHETIC

great service and burnt ends to die for. Recommend by a friend and was not disappointed. Very relaxed atmosphere.

I visited this restaurant after a recommendation by a guidebook, and was surprised about the variety of different salads and sides, all with high quality and lots of taste. This is not a fancy restaurant, but great for a bite or fast lunch, even for late night snacks and drinks. It really gave me the NYC vibe (even though it's southern food). Highly recommended for foodies!

The food and beer is excellent in this casual dinning space. I highly recommend it to visitors to this area of the city.

I loved this restaurant, it was cafeteria style which I liked, they had great music playing and the place was just cool! The service was very quick and efficient and the workers were all friendly. The people in front of us had samples of a couple things before they decided what meat to get which was smart, but we were lucky enough to have recommendations from friends! There were a few of us so we tried, the ribs, the burnt ends, and the brisket. For sides we had sweet potato casserole, mac and cheese and onions rings, all good! If I had to just choose two I would get the brisket and sweet potato casserole probably every time. The brisket, don't even put it on a roll, it is so good just by itself, it just falls apart and melts in your mouth and without the roll you can eat more of it!

My wife and I visited this restaurant in late April and it's not to be missed! The food is excellent, the staff friendly and very helpful. The brisket is like nothing we've tasted before and if the bread pudding is on the menu - you have to try it! We'll be back.

This place is simply amazing!!! If you wanna have good meat and enjoy the real taste of what American people do when they wanna eat meat! Just come here!

My daughter and I ate here about 2 weeks ago on a Saturday for lunch and we were NOT dissapointed. The restaurant does not have servers. You place your order and continue walking down the food line for sides and drinks. Excellent though! We ordered a single serving of Brisket and a single order of Burnt Ends, 1 small side of mac & cheese and 1 small order of corn fritters. The brisket and burnt ends were perfectly cooked and very tasty. The portion size was also perfect for lunch. We enjoyed the fritters but my daughter did not love the mac and cheese. She thought there was too much pepper but I did like it. With that said, mac & cheese is pretty basic. We would definately eat there again when we come back to NYC.

My first time but will definitely not be my last. Started with great service, friendly and helpful. Then perfectly smoked and slow-cooked burnt ends (thanks for the recommendation). Good selection of cold beers, I had the Firestone IPA. Ambiance is laid-back and casual with in industrial decor. Only minor knock was that the music was too loud for the acoustics (mostly concrete and tile). Near impossible to have a conversation without having to raise your voice. All-in-all a legit 5-star BBQ joint in NYC.

Saw the reviews and pictures of this place online and reallly thought it would be alot different than it was. Place was dark and food didnt look appetizing or well put together at all, definitely not what we expected.

I DO NOT eat restaurant bbq...for anyone...except my husband!!! He insisted we go and while I was not excited I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing. Great quality, great portions, AMAZING FLAVOR, and fair pricing. Staff is very nice and interacted with my kiddos while quickly preparing our food. We will ABSOLUTELY return!

Burnt ends. And the ribs are top notch here. As well as their beans. The brisket is good but what really stands out are the picked and spices. Prices are a bit high but well worth. The trip over. Best baked barbecue in Manhattan.

Saw this restaurant on food tv we had to try ... so good ... I tried the brontosaurus rib ... that thing was awesomeness on a bone juicy ...We live in Maryland worth the trip..

I love Mighty Quinn's. The place is really low key with tin chairs, even communal seats and even bar-style high chairs for people eating alone. The food is always outstanding and unpretentiously good.

We came here after visiting the nearby museum, because we had been to the Hudson Eats branch and absolutely loved it; this one just didn’t meet the same standard at all, sadly. The staff didn’t seem to care that you were there, the food wasn’t anywhere near as nice and the portion sizes were pitiful in comparison. Whoever manages this branch needs to take a leaf out of the Hudson Eats branch book, they stand to make significant improvements.

Really good BBQ in the heart of Manhattan. Is it KC Joe's? No. Is it Cosy Corner in Memphis? No. But it does satisfy the BBQ craving for sure. I would definitely go again.

We decided to come to East Village for dinner. After walking around, we found Mighty Quinn's which wasn't overly busy, so in we went. I asked what the "dirty ends" were and the guy behind the counter let me try it - amazing! We ordered the dirty ends, crramy coleslaw and fries for me and my other half got the brisket on a sandwich, creamy slaw and fries, all of which were amazing! The dirty ends just melt in your mouth! Highly recommend this gem of a place and staff are really friendly as well

The meat on offer at Mighty Quinn's is sold by the pound and is delicious; however, it is let down by the awful salads, paper plates, plastic cups and generally crappy service.

The food here is magnificent, I had the brisket and the burnt ends and both were perfectly cooked and very succulent. Also had fries and coleslaw and a drink and it came to about $25. Not cheap but for good BBQ food also a bargain! Definitely go here if you're in the Greenwich Village area

Friday night my wife and a few friends stopped into mighty Quinn‘s barbecue spot on second Avenue. Mighty Quinn’s is a place that is cafeteria style where you walk up order and then pay at the end. The food is fresh and smells delicious but the way that service goes there isn’t the best. Lines can get Long and the servers are limited because of the design. When you get to order make sure you know what you want patrons are waiting in long lines and the food servers can get overwhelmed and impatient. The menu has many great options as well as many great options for sides. I ordered a half rack of ribs and the brisket. As a side I ordered the mac & cheese which was delicious. The ribs had good flavor but the barbecue sauce used on top was average. The brisket was very tender but they use too much salt leaving me with the salty taste throughout the brisket. My wife for the brisket sandwich and she enjoyed it so overall I gave Mighty Quinn’s an A.

my review pertains to the broadway location, but its a chain so spread the love. I am VEY fussy about the quality of bbq, read my other reviews, and I was so glad this place did not dissappoint, as I thought so when I saw burnt ends on menu. Rare find indeed. Rare even more was the quality fo the cooking, and having wings (careful -spicy!!) and decent flavored sides, esp the vinger prepared slaw. Missing from most menu bbq joints. We enjoyed these and the sides plus a drink within steps of T Square and the tab was reasonable considering the city we're in. Highly recommend, even for its small size, the taste was exceptional.

Picked this place out as we were passing through, food is amazing service was great, really helpful staff talked us through the options and food

Best Brisket Beef that money can buy with very reasonable prices!!! Found this place by pure accident and kept going back!!! The most amazing Mac Cheese ever!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my dinning experience over there... simple & delicious!!!

Ohh this place rocks ! One the finest barbecue around the place ! Don’t expect Texas style Barbecue but they sell what they say and it’s pretty darn good !

If you are looking for good American BBQ, this is definitely a place you should try. Their Pulled Pork and Brisket are some of the best I've had at a fast-food/takeout style BBQ establishment, and because ordering is done in a Chipotle-style line order fashion, you typically do not wait long at all to get your food. The only gripe that I have here is at times the french fries can take some time. It looks as if they cook the fries made-to-order, so getting fries with your order usually comes halfway through your meal

This place had a delicious selection of barbecue meat, great sides, particularly the fries and broccoli side dish. Staff were young, friendly and helpful. Loved the location too, more of a neighbourhood feel. A hit with my teenagers and me!

A very simile location that offers BBQ. The proposal Is simple and the options limited, but the few things are yummy. But the service Is sloppy and we waited 30mins for 2 frites.we foto One and we waited other 30 for the second.

A lot of great reviews about this place, but I was underwhelmed. Perhaps New York really lacks good bbq! The husband and I, being bbq lovers, tried every meat on the menu, and honestly can only say that if we had to go back, we would only order the brisket and maybe the sausage next time. The brisket had a nice char on the outside and was moist and tender on the inside. Good flavor overall. The sausage had a good cardamom flavor, which was a nice change from the usual mustard, or paprika, or cumin-dominant taste. The pulled pork was somewhat dry, which the restaurant attempts to save by dousing it in a sickly sweet bbq sauce. Similarly, the burnt ends are also ruined by swimming in a sweet sauce. The ribs were fine but nothing special to write home about. Sides-wise, the vinegar-based coleslaw was quite good and comes with all meat platters. We also tried the potato salad and broccoli salad, which were both fine but again not special. I don’t typically say this about NYC restaurants, but I would choose my go-to bbq joints at home over Mighty Quinn’s any day.

Them burnt ends were the mega. Friendly counter service - staff happy to guide newbies through how ordering works. Great selection of IPAs and beers. them Burnt ends though...

We visited Mighty Quinn’s in NYC recommended by our travel agent. The ribs are yummy meat falls off the bone. The brisket is also nice. Onion rings not so good had way too too much batter similar to KFC batter. We worth the walk through Central Park.

The food was great! Zaekima and Rasheem were awesome! Thanks for great service. The brisket and the brussels never disappoint!

Burnt ends, pulled pork and brisket are a must. Order in 3 different sizes. Free Cole slaw and pickled veggies complete the meal. Some interesting sides like beans and mac and cheese with bacon.

Absolutely loved the food! First time going and it was well worth it!! Planned a trip with friends and got the idea to go here from locals who said it was the best BBQ in the city!

Sorry so late on this review. Went here on 3/7/17. Me and my friend were on the UES and wanted some bbq and we were going up to 125th street then we looked up good old Yelp and found Mighty Quinn's. The food was awesome. I got the burnt ends and baked beans. My friend was hankering for pulled pork and Mac & cheese. The portions were huge. We shared everything and almost had a fight over the rest of the burnt ends. Great bbq flavor. Totally a BBQ gem on the UES. Can't wait to go back !!

As can sometimes happen when wandering around NY, we had lost track of time and missed lunch. So by 4:30 we were starving. This placed hit the mark. Don't be thinking waiter service, sit down fair. It's a cafeteria style bar for food and drink but it works well. As for the food... Great BBQ- we tried the brisket, the pulled pork, the pork ribs and the sausage. The first 3 were great (the Brisket particularly juicy), the sausage good. For sides Mac 'n Cheese, and dirty fries (with burnt ends on. The Mac was lovely and cheesey, the fries really moreish. Price wise it wasn't cheap maybe $50 for 2 but well worth the money.

Wow brisket to die for - dirty fries are spicy and we should have shared as portions are generous - pulled pork also amazing in fact everything was simply yum - you’ve got to eat here it is that simple - wish we had food like this in the uk

We love Mighty Quinn’s BBQ. Tried the dirty fries this time and they were delicious!! The bbq pulled pork wasn’t very strong tasting as it usually is. Also, the line was long and took a while to get through, resulting in the food being slightly cool. Prices have risen since last time we visited but you have to pay for a quality meal in NYC.

You will enjoy really good food in this eatery. The sides are really great too, I think it is one of the best chips I ever ate in a restaurant, they are very close to the ones my mum used to make, really well cooked, crunchy! Delicious. One thing I didn't particularly enjoy is the display of the food in a platter, a bit more attention like a pot or let's be fancy a plate would make me feel more comfortable.

If you like barbecue the Mighty Quinn is a must visit. The brontosaurus rib is incredibly delicious. Tender and fall apart good. Any side you choose will be great, especially dirty frites. Never thought I could get great BBQ in NYC.... boy was I wrong.

Went to Mighty Quinn's without any prior knowledge of the place, you order at the counter and there is no table service. The food is exceptional, we had the brisket which was cooked to perfection. The large rib also looked exquisite! The on tap lager was very good. The prices were reasonable and staff were helpful! Would definitely go again!

Stopped here for lunch. Located in East Village. Nice place. Order at the counter where you can see much of the food, then take iit to your table. Anything that is not immediately ready is brought to your table. We tried brisket, burnt ends, slaw, corn fritters, and brussel sprouts. All were delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. Plan on spending $20 or so per person unless you are a big eater. Will dine here again if back in this part of town.

I can only hope we stopped at at off hour on an off day. We had brisket sandwiches which were half cut in front of us and half from a plastic bag from a fridge that he put in the microwave to reheat. Mix the two, chop them together then make the sandwich. Nope. Too many other things you can do with yesterday's brisket. Selling it to me as today's isn't one of them. Again, I hope it was an off hour on an off day.

Verry verry good ribs eating this place. BBQ I recommend to everyone! The flavors of heaven! Comming back next time!

Very sloppily presented, didn't look appetising plopped on a tray, staff monosyllabic.!!! ribs tasted ok, but done better on my own Grill. I wouldn't go again,

A bit different! In essence a fast food outlet and that does great BBQ fast food. But decent wooden interior and more bar style seating. Good food and worth a visit.

I had to experience for myself to believe it. This place was featured in an article about the top 28 BBQ places in America. In New York City? It made the ranks of Salt Lick in Driftwood Tx and many others. But, in NYC, really? So we tried it last night. And now I understand how it made the cut. It was phenomenal!!! The brisket and the ribs will be on my must have again list for a long time. Oh, and biggest shocker? Their Mac n cheese was amazing! And I don't even like Mac and cheese!!!! Be a doubter. Think I'm crazy. Then check it out. You will be glad you did...

The menu isn't clear on what is included as sides, and i was expecting beans and fries as a standard inclusion - Not! So I went ahead and got the $3.50 beans with my brisket. Throw in a beer and that's a $22 meal. The brisket was pretty good, though, not the best I've ever had, and the beans had a favorable picante heat, however, there was a sour after flavor as of there was vinegar in the beans. I know I'm not in Texas so I would say this is pretty good barbeque.

After we had a sample of the brisket we were on our knees! Such quality of the slow smoked BBQ meat. Also one member helped us to order as we are French tourists. A total outstanding experience, highly recommended

We decided to visit here (2nd avenue store) after all of the fantastic reviews however it was so disappointing. Our ribs were dry and cold, the staff were so rude and unfriendly, the fries were burnt to a crisp and not edible. The portion sizes of the sides are small. We definitely won't be back and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting NYC.

If you with family or friends and pressing for time this restaurant is great place to have a fast delicious meal. My best item I tried was the baby back ribs,Mac n cheese, & Dirty fries. There are many choices of food items that I'm sure are just as delicious as the items I ate. I'm definitely eating at this place again .

Lets start off by saying the taste was great Fast food joint with bbq upclassyness I must say that the pork sandwich was interesting as it was just a sandwich. Until he came with all the sides which was a pleasant surprise Really friendly cashiers Would come again

It's an over-the-counter fast-food style place. We had the pulled pork and bbq chicken plus roasted brussel sprouts, plus fries. The food was okay but not great.

The BBQ was simply delicious. We had ribs, burnt tips (AMAZING), brisket sandwich (TO DIE FOR) and a pulled pork sandwich. Everything was delicious!!! The new manager very super nice too. Total thumbs up!!!

After visiting the 911 Memorial museum, we headed uptown to this renown restaurant. It was easiest taking an Lyft to get there because of the traffic at night. Once inside, we could smell the scent of barbeque everywhere. There was slight wait but we grabbed a table to hold our spot. There are not many tables inside. It was dinner time and everyone was coming in for a great meal. We ordered off the backboard on the wall. We decided to get three different sandwiches and share the experience. One of the sandwiches came with pulled pork while the other had roast beef and barbeque chicken. We also ordered a large side of macaroni and cheese and beef ribs to help complement our meal. Fountain beverages have refills so that's the best bargain. The sauce had an interesting flavor with the vinegar. The food was fantastic. The flavors were extraordinarily delicious. While the portion size was a single, we were still hungry. Ordering a half of full rack of any of the meats would have been too much to eat. We probably should have ordered at least on half-rack of the beef. In the end it turn out okay because we had dessert uptown a ice cream bar. While there are several locations in NYC and NJ, this is truly a food experience. We hope that you enjoyed it as much as we did.

The BBQ was seasoned well and cooked to almost perfection. The biggest drawback is the cost of the meat when a large portion was fat. Be watchful and ask that they trim the meat before you leave. The mac and cheese was too cheesy... and not in a good way.

Searched lower east side for bbq and this got the best reviews. The bbq is good but served in paper with disposable cutlery and the atmosphere overall was disappointing, it's like a diner and not a place you can hang for a while.

I was surprised at the amount and quality of the brisket between the roll. Everything was great - the meat was soft, tender and full of flavor. Well worth the price.

This is a very interesting interpretation of US barbecue that has its own style without losing the essence of the meats. I was particularly a fan of the pulled pork, but the brisket and the wings were great as well.

Dined at Mighty Quinn on a Saturday evening around 6pm. I ordered half a side of beef ribs and a portion of beef brisket with some coleslaw and a ginger beer. The bill came to nearly $30. The meat was decent though not great. I felt like it needed some more seasoning and it all seemed a bit dry. I left full, however, and would return for a reaonably priced fill.

I'm absolutely crazy for good BBQ food. Sadly, in England, at least where I live, there aren't really any places outside of London doing proper BBQ food in the sense that you get fatty, gelatinous brisket you can pull apart with your fingers, or rib meat coming clean off the bone. I checked Google for good BBQ places in NYC before a trip last year and Mighty Quinn's in the East Village came right up. My mate and I weren't disappointed. We had ribs and brisket which were both absolutely outstanding, and came incredibly quickly. Friendly staff served us with a smile and were complimentary about our ''accents''. Doesn't get picked up on in New York too much. Food was served with various pickled chillis, vegetables etc. All delicious. All very reasonably priced as well. Best BBQ I've ever had, and I'll definitely be back if I ever get the chance.

Meat variety 10/10 Taste 8/10 Not cheap, but will definitely be back for more and try all of their other stuff!

3.5 stars I enjoyed the BBQ here, but the main things that annoyed me was the service. While very friendly, the service was very slow. The brisket and burnt ends are very good. The BBQ sauce is pretty solid. Overall, I thought Might Quinn's was very overrated, but still a good BBQ joint.

We visited on our last night in NY. I hadn't been before and hadn't realised it isn't a service restaurant. It wasn't a problem though, and the wait time to be served at the counter was pretty short. A local man recommended the brisket, so we had some of that plus some ribs and some chicken wings. I also had a side of baked beans. my wife doesn't do spicy food but I LOVE it. The chicken wings made her eyes water as there was no warning that they were spicy. The menu on the wall just says chicken wings. I loved them but they should warn you they are spicy. So good food and reasonable prices. Worth a visit.

Originally from Oklahoma (now a Jersey girl), I know BBQ! This place serves up delicious BBQ and wings. The sauce is delicious, and not too spicy. The wings are the best I've ever had. The optional chili lime sauce is hot and so yummy! Their signature beer, Mighty Quinn pale ale is as good as the BBQ. This is a must do if you've been missing good BBQ. Not only is the food great, but the service is exceptional. So friendly! Sareta and her co-worker (didn't catch her name, but it's Tuesday at 2:00pm) were so kind and patient, which is a rarity in this city. We originally came because my daughter's name is Quin, but we will return because this place is SO GREAT!

We got the ribs and burnt ends which was good, but most of the flavor came from the sauce. The people there were awesome though, really helped us with our order. Sad though that they were out of brisket, but we must have gone during an off peak hour, so there really was no wait in line. A plus was the beers on tap, always a plus in my book.

All very good! Taste, quantity, agility and price and fight. Good at everything, just no bathroom! It is located on Broadway near Time square. Quick attention.

Got my labor day bbq fix with them: nice place and great food. We tried the brisket and ribs which were great. We also had the brontosaurus rib which was ok, a little over cook to my taste. The onions rings were great, but the fries not so. Side slaw and other pickles were also good. Overall, very good but on the pricey side. Over $30 pp if you splurge.

I don't think I will be able to eat another rib without comparing it to this one. We ordered the single serving pulled pork and the $28 brontosaurus rib. It was worth every penny. It's about a pound of the most tender meat that you could pull off the bone. The vinegar based sauce was delicious. It was not too heavy and not sour. I loved it all. We also ordered the corn fritters and fries. The meat comes with slaw and any pickled sides we wanted. Honestly the best ribs I have ever tasted. I can't wait to come back and try the mac n cheese and the burnt ends.

The food has always been good, but the service is better than ever. I especially enjoyed Brian, so charming and accomadating. What a pleasure!

Good bbq, nice food and not too heavy. The staff were incredible, made us feel very welcome and our kids loved it. We will go back for sure, decent wings, ribs, chicken and max n cheese was really good. Thanks

Never disappoints. Great BBQ meats. I like the burnt ends, the brisket, and the ribs. For sides, the corn fritters are pretty good too.

We walked around after the afternoon Stomp matinee for a place for a late lunch/early dinner. This is the type of place you select with your nose. The food tasted as good as it smelled and was reasonably priced. My husband likes to try different beers when we travel and he was pleasantly surprised they gave him a few samples so he could make his choice. The brisket and sweet potatoes were so good! And he says they have a very good beer selection.

I had medium serve of brisket, cole slaw, onions and bar-b-que sauce, together with a serve of fries. Food was delicious with the brisket being unbelievably tender and juicy. Service was quick, probably because there were few diners because the Oscars were on tv. Almost fast food, and not a place for fancy dining, but good wholesome food. Highly recommended for casual eating.

I ordered the burnt ends. They were really good. A little bit fatty but something I would definitely get again. Well done.

Counter-serve setup; long communal table plus smaller two-seat tables; went for a late dinner/meal; ordered the brisket (solid), the dirty frites (OK), and shared my friend's mac 'n' cheese (not noteworthy); the food overall was fine but due to the buildup of the place's reputation, I came away feeling less than satisfied

There is so much choice here and it all looks so good! We ordered pulled pork and full rack of ribs with sides of beans and mac & cheese, it was great and the BBQ sauce was awesome! It's a fast food restaurant not table service but the staff are friendly and food was ready quickly. Would recommend if you're a BBQ food lover and want a good choice of menu items cooked well, we would visit again.

Excellent service and food. The staff was exceptional and very helpful in making food selections. The pulled pork is amazing!

Was craving for pull porked and brother brought me to this place for lunch. Place was quite quiet and I was a little skeptical of their food. Ordered the pulled pork, baked beans and ribs and boy, the good is super yummy!!! Love, love, love it!!! I passed by this place on another evening and the place was packed!! Hence would recommend that you go for lunch on a weekday to avoid the crowds so that you can really enjoy the food. Highly recommended. Must go!

A friend brought us there and it is a really good place for a casual diner. We had the pulled pork and the beef it was delicious! It comes with chips if you want to... Really to die for we went there twice The team is friendly and fun, always acting and playing with clients Had a great time and would definitely go back if around!

Great meats and salads, not too expensive, seated and served quickly. Dirty fries very dirty indeed.

This was a take out order due to the pandemic so can't comment on the service but the BBQ is real good -- I have TX BBQ regularly and this is a good substitute --- We had the Spicy BBQ wings and the sauce was spicy for sure, good smoke on the wings and we had a slab or spare ribs and their BBQ sauce was very good on them. We also had the burnt end baked beans -- they were definitely spicy. All in all our group liked the Que --- Next time we gotta try the brisket or the huge beef ribs.

We were looking for a typical BBQ place and this was one of the suggestions. The place is popular and there's no table service so you need to queue in order to get your food. Apparently you can't get a table before you have your order, but there was no one to explain this to us. The beef brisket and the pulled pork were absolutely delicious. Some very nice beers on tap. A major disappointment however : they ran out of ribs and we couldn't get any.

We always heard about this place and we finally got here. We tried the brisket, pulled pork and ribs. My favorite was the ribs. All had a great smokey flavor. We also enjoyed the potato casserole . It was like eating a dessert. What an amazing side dish. We will definitely return here soon. Enjoy!

Beef brisket to die for and a sweet brioche roll that helps put every single bite down. Worth the wait!

We were recommended by our 9/11 tribute museum tour guide to visit the winter gardens food court and we were not disappointed. I had the brisket burger and my girlfriend had the crispy chicken sandwich with honey chile. Both of us loved the food and it was good value, we would recommend to anyone in the area!!

They are lucky that their food is so good, because the service I received was not.... The most joyless bunch of misery guts staff I experienced all week in NYC. Not rude, just very disinterested with the whole thing. And it's a shame, because the food they are serving is pretty darn good. Had the burnt ends, fritters and some broccoli and enjoyed it very much. Nice location, good price. But cheer up people!! :- )

Simply a great BBQ experience. Bought dinner for 4 on Gilt.com (30% discount). Cafeteria style service with a smile. Brontosaurus rib was fantastic. Huge slab of flavorful tender beef on a bone. Rack of ribs, brisket and spicy wings did not disappoint. Add fries, mac and cheese, burnt ends beans and two growlers of beer. Loved the food and friendship. No problem getting seats. Early March, restaurants just starting to empty due to Covid 19. We all left with a big smile on our faces, but worried about the future. The future is here and it's not pretty.

Since I no longer live in NYC, I decided to order some of Mighty Quinn's Brontosaurus Ribs. They are a good size, and are meaty, but tend to have some fat as well.. One of the bones had little meat on it although what was there was tender. A packet of sauce was incliuded, but it was too spicy for my taste so we made our own. For what we were charged, I was rather disappointed. The product arrived in good shape so I have no complaints about that. We were hoping for good barbecue, but this was just slightly above average.

The queue was very long at Mighty Quinn's, so I was lucky that my friends came before me. The meat is very nice, but the sweet potato casserole I got as a side tasted like a dessert. Their beer selection is quite good.

Popped in here around 4pm on a Saturday and had the barbecued brisket and fries. Cannot complain , amole portion, decent price and the meat was soooo tender.....

I went heare with a Canadian friend who has little American barbeque experience. I have had barbeque all over the country including in the south where the average barbeque afficianado does it better than here. The pulled pork wasn't bad, it was good but I was unimpressed with the place itself. Our tables were not wiped and the manager seemed to be spending his time guffawing with the check out girl when he could have been taking just 5 minutes to spruce up. The music was horrendous. I tried to explain to my friend that Sunday from 6-9 is a prime time eating time on the upper east side and I took him up and down the block to show him packed eateries and a mostly empty Quinn's. There was brisk take out business but I and my friend as world traveling (Europe/Asia and more) and living abroad experienced Black travelers are not ging to give a place a break on bad gangsta rap that is not family friendly with many folks walking in and out with under 10 year olds. I was in another meat based eatery (also with a chain on this block) and they played 90's neo soul and they were packed with local upper east siders relaxing and grooving. Good soul versus gangsta rap..... and some unclean tables..and the tables not straightened out. And a boss who could have just said hey folks welcome. And looked like he cared. Thoroughly unimpressed. The food was decent but not enough for me to go back at the prices for the portions when there are two places on that block that I have reviewed the chains of with better prices, portions and values.

Delicious meats - all cooked the right way- tender, moist, seasoned well &mouth watering. Great sides & a decent beverage list all makes for a hearty meal at a budget conscious price. Definitely not for vegetarians & it's a Vegans Hell.

The beans and mac & cheese were best. The chicken (on bone) was a bit dry for US bbq standards. Nice outdoor patio.

Not the best BBQ but definitely decent. The burnt ends were served shredded (like pulled pork -- except they're beef) which was a turn off; used to them being served in whole chunks which helps them to retain moisture. The ribs were good as was the sweet potato casserole.

Delicious, every bite. The baked beans with the burnt ends and chunks of brisket are to die for. One of those meals you hate to end.

Note, this review is for the location on Broadway. Went mid afternoon mid week, place was near empty. Staff was friendly and let you try things before ordering. Was excited to try the sides but most had clearly been sitting there for a while for their was about 25% left in the hotel pans with crusted empty parts so I passed The brisket is very good. Yes it is a little fatty but they absolutely nail the cook on it. Good bark, nice smoke, tender just enough not to fall apart The burnt ends left a little to be desired. They actually just tasted like hunks of brisket that they cooked a few hours less bathed in sauce. I guess my major complaint was they were so buried in sauce, it masked the meat. And to be honest, the sauce isn’t that great. Very plain and a light tomato base without much seasoning. Kraft has more of a taste that this. Fries were outstanding. The only other odd thing to mention was the staff was constantly sampling at eating up front. I saw them do it 4-5 times which isn’t something I need to see. The brisket is definitely better than Hill Country

A friend took us here and we enjoyed it very much. We all had the burnt ends and they were great. The staff we very patient with newbies to the restaurant and explained all of our options. They also have a good selection of beers available. Would definitely come back again.

Was in the city for a night and really was looking for something good to eat the restaurant came up in my Uber eats search the food was hot the wings were good my spare ribs were dry extremely dry the burnt in baked beans they didn't use vegetarian beans are pork and beans that use Black eyed peas my soda was good in my water was delicious not worth the 40 plus dollars that I spent

Very very good excellent I recommend Clean and well maintained place Background music Pork melts in the mouth Cheese pasta is excellent

such a great place to eat a very good meal. we were a couple and the meals are big and very yummy. we would be back next time for sure !!

Very disappointed with the brisket here. Was dry and lacked flavor. On the other hand, the ribs were decent: meaty and tender. The BBQ sauce was terrible: thin and watery without much flavor. I expected a lot more from a BBQ place with such high reviews. The best thing I can say about this place is that there were no lines in the middle of a Saturday.

On a recent family visit to New York this had always been on our list of places to visit having read about it before going out. During a walk around Manhattan having visited the USS Intrepid and taken a walk we came across this particular branch. Our part opted for some chicken wings, pulled chicken, BBQ brisket and myself the BBQ burnt ends. These were served up quickly and can be had in a sandwich or without. The portions for the price are good and the meat beautifully tender and flavoursome. This was washed down with one of their choices of beer, in my case an IPA. Well worth seeking out if in New York and want simple but tasty BBQ.

Great BBQ!! We split a half rack of ribs and a half pound of brisket. So tasty and delicious! There was nothing left when we were done. They also have a nice beer selection on tap.

Most people were on lunch hour and taking it to go. I somehow found a table to eat in. The chilli and sweet potato was delicious. My friend loved his brisket sandwich and macaroni and cheese. Had a taste of the Mac and cheese. Very good Also. Decent price for BBQ

The dirty frites are fries "smothered w burnt ends, chile-lime sauce, red onions and scallions (spicy)" and I must have had them at least five times in three weeks at various locations around Manhattan. All the locations have hightop and table seating and friendly staff. Wish I was eating dirty frites right now!

Not much of a BBQ fan but came here with some friends recently and chowed down! Brisket was by far my favorite and the sides are fabulous as well. Will certainly be back.

Wow, it technic how make a meat it very cool. If you travel NYC and like a meat important visit in here. staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is cool, little busy, hard found free table, but is unequivocal. I eat in here best bbq meat in my life. I think about it and i want go back.

This is my favorite BBQ joint in manhattan. Prices are reasonable. Food quality is amazing. Serving sizes are good. Service was a bit surly but totally worth it. It's fast casual like Chipotle, so don't expect table service but I much prefer that.

This was the best famn bbq around. I have tried others and no one can come close. I had the half chicken and it was so juicy and tender. This place rocks and the staff are great too.

It's a nice space and the counter people were friendly. I thought the brisket was okay. I've had it so much better. The chard slaw was very nice and a good balance to the fat content. The chicken was quite dry. The corn fritter was the best part of the lunch! I also liked the potato salad. I just felt it was all overpriced. I would not return.

This was soooooooo good!!! Unforgettable!!! The size of the meal was decent. The tastes were amazing! The way it was organized on the tray! The service kindness! All made it unforgettable launch! The yams with the pecans was hysterical!

I went to NY for family vacations and had to go for a bbq here as we saw the place on Symon’s show at Food Network. The brisket was at its very best point. The ribs were a little over cooked or may be were a little dry but were delicious. You must try the local beer. It was one of the beat beers I ever had. This place is absolutely recommended. You won’t regret one single bit.

A new American Barbeque restaurant in Dubai.catching its popularity for its delicious Brisket, thin cut beef stripes, specially marinated process which crested fully cooked but remains soft. Caesar salad was good Mac & Cheese Balls with sauces wss tasty Brisket with barbeque sauce was superb Apple crumble with vanilla Ice Creme very delicious Ambiance 4.0 Service 4.5 Food 4.0 .

Excellent nook on 2nd ave - visited on Sunday when the ave was closed for Sunday public walk. Excellent choice of meats - beef, pork ribs, you name it.

Are here with family and it was quite pleasant, nothing to get to excited about, everywhere is about burgers!!! Staff very friendly and not a top off, not bad value for money.

The brisket was amazing, so delicious. The staff were helpful by explaining how the menu worked as it was our first visit. Simple, yummy food, we could come again!

I saw this Best BBQ on food network, so the next day we took 1.5 hour ride to NYC to give it a try, We were not disappointed. I resisted over ordering and getting the Beef Rib, but we tried the Brisket, wings, baked beans and corn fritters. all were as betrayed on the show, FANTASTIC, all workers were friendly and helpful, so nice I felt I had to tip them for their help. they came over helped us pack up and clean off table, great experience. I did not expect it to be like a self serve but it al worked out for the best

As any other Mighty Quinn’s, they have good meat. The personnel here are different because not every worker is happy. Do not know why but the management has to correct it. The one in West Village believed is well managed. Let’s get better and do not be so stingy!

We walked the high line then walked to the east village mighty Quinn’s, it was so worth the walk! The food is unreal.. we had ribs, brisket, burnt ends and the dirty fries.... soo good and the staff were extremely helpful and polite

Mighty Quinn's is like a 'real food' fast food diner, pick a table, pick your food, pay and eat! The meat is all fantastic, My husband and I thought we would share the Brotosaurus rib to start then go up for brisket.... there was no chance we could eat anymore after the ribs so had to go back the following day for brisket!! it can get busy but you can book a table, but tables do turn over quickly 😀 All staff really helpful 😀

Stopped by on a whim and glad we did! This is not a glamorous place--just straight ahead BBQ with no pretense. You get in line, pick your cut of meat and side dishes, find a seat and dig in. The decor is simple and utilitarian. They let the food do the talking. I had ribs and they were perfect. The sauce was tangy but not too sweet--everything is in balance. Grab lots of napkins!

We headed to Mighty Quinn' on the Upper East Side in search of their beef ribs made known to us through Bobby Flay. We were so disappointed when we found out that they were out of the ribs by around 3 PM that day! We ended up with burnt ends, pork ribs, and chicken both of which were fantastic, but sadly we lamented missing the beef ribs all day! So go head there for lunch if beef ribs are your choice!

When you think of NYC, you don't immediately think of good BBQ. However, this place is a gem. We had the brontosaurus rib and brisket with some sides. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly. The price-quality ratio is great too.

I think I had the best ribs in NYC! I went at 8pm and there were some line, but the waiters were very efficient and we did not waited more than 10mins. The ribs are just E-X-C-E-L-L-E-N-T, with all the siders that come with (Coleslaw and so on). Highly recommend this place!

Had a great BBQ meal before seeing STOMP on Broadway with my son. Great food; great atmosphere; great location.

One of the best places we ate while in nyc. We went back for a second time within two weeks. We ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a side of pomme frites. The second time we ordered the pulled pork sandwich again and the brisket sandwich. The slaw that comes with the sandwich is also perfect. The second time the fryer was not on so we were not able to get the frites. I was sad at first but after ordering the mac & cheese, I'm glad....so delicious. Very friendly staff & quick!

We had a great pre theatre feed at Mighty Quinn's. We really fancied classic American BBQ and had a decent fast food experience that was both good value and tasty! The brisket was great and we really enjoyed the ribs. The dirty fries were also very good! We probably ordered too much food but just about finished it and went to the theatre full and with zero temptation to order any overpriced snacks!

We stopped here with our East Village tour with Ziggy. I am not a ribs fan at all and when I saw they had brisket on the menu, we ordered a side to taste. OMG ! It was melt in your mouth kinda meat. SO tender it was awesome ! The ribs were OK but as stated above, I'm not a ribs fan to begin with so can't really judge fairly here....Try the brisket, you won't regret it.

Our first here and it was very enjoyable. We ordered a single serving of brisket plus a half chicken, broccoli salad plus fries. The meat was delicious and very tender, salad was crunchy and tasty. We had to wait for them to bring fries over around five minutes later which was a bit odd. They were piping hot and well seasoned. Only downside was that the meat/chicken wasn’t piping hot to start with, so if you don’t hurry it will get cold in about five minutes - I can see why people have had issues if they’ve gotten food delivered from here. Would return though for the quick efficient service and tasty fare.

The ribs at Mighty Quinn are very, very good. But because of this, the restaurant is very popular. There is no table service, so you need to line up and place your order. When we were there, the line up took about 20 - 25 minutes. If they had table service, that time could be spent having drinks at the table, like a normal restaurant experience. I think they need to consider this as an option. We had the Adobo Baby Back ribs, and they were excellent. The side dishes - baked beans and fries - were great too.

This is a great "pit stop" restaurant. Arrive, order, pay, eat, leave with a smile. Highly recommended.

Good food with lots of gluten free options. Also good location close to 9/11 museum that was easy to walk to.

Not the sort of place we find in the UK, this is a casual dining (eat in/take away) meat fest! Counter service using cardboard trays but not you average burger place. Great tender brisket full of flavour. Also try the 'burnt ends' and the dirty fries. Take the family here - they'll love it and talk about it much longer than many other places you're likely to visit.

top to do you have to go cozy place their service is impeccable: **discreet and fast installation, autonomous equipment, careful presentation, and a service at the counter that smoothes the passage

Heard about this place from Michael Symon's TV show and that the owner use to work for Michael. We had to try it. A beautiful night in NYC and we ate outside. You order at a counter - the servings are HUGE - both the main course and the sides. Unbelievable amount of food for the price and it was all delicious. Having lived in Texas, I thought we knew BBQ, but Mighty Quinn's could definitely give anyone, anywhere, a real run for their money on what BBQ should taste like. Definitely will be a return destination next time we are in NYC.

“Ah brilliant” Carolyn, my wife, said when I asked how we should review the Mighty Quinn’s. It is as good as Manfred Mann’s classic song if the same name. We had brisket and ribs - tender, moist, tasty. Great fun atmosphere and some great music playing in the back ground. Service is a little slow, but don’t let that put you off.

Food was delicious me and my husband split a lot of food!! We had: All single portions which were split Mac n cheese Sweet potatoes with candied walnuts Corn fritters Brisket Pulled pork Bar b que wings Burnt ends Sweet tea Bread pudding Everything was sooooo delicious we had a lot to take home for leftovers LOL The workers there were so pleasant and friendly I don’t know about the other locations but I visited the one in East Village Def will be back

I'm originally from Kansas City which is home to some of the best BBQ in the country, I work out of NYC most the year so I go to Mighty Quinn's quite frequently as it gives me my BBQ fix whenever I'm home sick. First off the price is on point and the wait staff is great so you will never leave hungry or leave feeling you were never waited on. The brisket is amazing it's always soft and tender and it never feels like you're chewing leather which happens when you overcook brisket. If you want a great selection of bbq at a decent price and a great homey atmosphere well you could do a lot worse than Mighty Quinn's. They have a believer in me and I'll be back a lot.

The food here was just what we wanted dirty, messy barbecue food! The brisket could be cut with a spoon and the Dirty Frites are just amazing. Free refills too!!

I loved all the choices we chose we had brisket, sausage, pulled pork (the best) my wife loved it. Burnt ends lived up to expectations followed by a Root beer never tryed before it was awesome 10/10 Great work Do Try.😀

We only had the brisket and pork BBQ but WOW! The side of coleslaw and pickled cucumbers and hot peppers were just as delicious. Don't forget the fries either.

My husband and I wanted to find some real American food. We looked this place up and from the reviews were sold on going here. We shared meats and some sides. It was really great food and the staff were heaps of fun!!!

The food is good and you can tell it is made with attention. That said - I’m from the south and this is not the bbq I’m used to. Order the wings. Out of all the things ordered, this was the best flavored. Don’t miss the fries or corn fritters also.

We went to Mighty Quinn’s during a trip to NYC. We had the brisket, burnt ends and dirty fries. It was a lot of food. The quality of the barbecue is excellent. The meat was nicely smoked and delicious. A pleasant surprise is we arrived during Happy Hour and we able to try some good beers at happy hour prices. The staff is nice and helpful. They also gave us samples to help us decide what to order. We were a little surprised that Mighty Quinn’s is a restaurant where you order your food cafeteria style at a counter, and you carry your own food on a tray to your table. We had been under the impression before we arrived that this is a sit down restaurant. It is very casual. While we were there it was apparent that Mighty Quinn’s is a neighborhood favorite. Most of the people there were locals, rather than tourists, like us. If your are looking for high quality, delicious barbecue while in NYC, Mighty Quinn’s is excellent. Just know it is very casual, and you will carry your own food on a tray. Enjoy the barbecue and beer.

Seriously the best wings. They’re slow cooked and topped with a delicious spicy bbq sauce that they make. I really couldn’t rave more about this place. Love it
Delicious Food!
Very friendly Staff and food was amazingly tasty! I enjoyed it very much. .. Would highly recommend!!!
