This is an upscale Mediterranean restaurant on the Upper East Side. The atmosphere is nice. Good for a date. Food is good and service is fast. There is an extensive bar as well. In the back is an intimate little room nicely decorated. Very pleasant. I had a hot chicken sandwich on a challah roll. Definitely yummy. Judging from the staff, I would say it is LGBTQ+ friendly.

We found this place on Instagram and planned to visit. Worth it. Service was amazing, food was excellent and the place is really pretty. Had the falafel platter and soup plus a couple of drinks. Loved it and recommend it!!!
Name change Menu change
I came here for the first time 3 months ago and it was amazing. Lots of menu options and huge portions. I finally convinced a friend of mine to go last night and discovered the name has changed to Miriam. No big deal, same decor same bartender, etc. However, the menu changed, expected, but it felt limited. We ordered hummus, crudo and lamb shawarma. All of it was presented beautifully but lacked seasoning and flavor. It is a beautiful space with great service. I will be back and hopefully whatever management/ownership changes will be ironed out and the menu will expand a bit and improve.
