Great restaurant, we had the shrimp dumplings ( I can’t remember what they were exactly) and one of the specials which were the scallops, we followed this with lamb noodles and cold chilli noodles, both packed a punch in terms of heat and flavour, couldn’t finish we were so full, the waiter was really lovely and staff that we met, really helpful and even though it was busy they were patient with us when we asked questions… I’d definitely recommend, great food and amazing value

Best spot for solo dinner on a cold winter night. Ambience is beautiful. I had the garlic chicken ramen, potatoes and cucumber salad and I got a complimentary pork belly button! SO GOOD! The staff is so friendly, handsome and all smiles! Please be patient with your restaurant staff they work hard to serve you and to make sure your food is fresh. Thank you for a lovely experience. I have lots of leftovers.

I arrived to NYC for a short weekend and was by mistake I found this great restaurant. The food is vet tasty and the service is wonderful. I was alon and I choose to sit on the bar in front of the cooker. A young lady helped me with the menu. Highly recommended! The price is reasonable.

This is a must! Huge portions and great food. I would recommend the pork ramen. Can’t wait to go back!

I was looking forward to trying this upscale noodle bar but frankly was disappointed. I had a chicken garlic noodle soup. I didn't find it special. Didn't have that much chicken in it. Seems overpriced

After reading David Chang’s book with the history of how we introduced noodles and ssam buns it was great tasting both at the Columbus Circle bar confirming the innovative, unpretentious and delicious meal. Pity that service was not proportionally good too.

Had lunch here after a walk through Central Park. Sat at the bar. I really enjoyed the broth of the beef ramen. My daughter had the pork ramen and it was good also. Very friendly bar staff.

Every aspect of this restaurant was an extremely disappointing experience. I got there early (before noon) and even though the place was empty, I was told that “all tables were spoken for.” I was seated at the counter which was also empty. I ordered the chicken ramen which was served to me barely warm and the egg was essentially raw. Perhaps had the broth been hot, the egg would have cooked in the broth. I asked the woman behind the counter if she could warm up the ramen and she said she could, but it would take 15-20 minutes. I said that didn’t make sense since I only waited 10 minutes to be served. She said she would ask if she could bring me a new order. I waited and that was the last I saw of her. I asked a guy for the check and he noticed I didn’t eat my ramen. I told him that it was cold and he apparently told the manager. She came over to the counter and she was appropriate and apologetic. She gave me cookies as I was leaving. The cookies were burnt! The place is horrible and belies the hype. And as I left I observed the restaurant was still more than half empty. This place is NOTHING like the Momofuku downtown. I do not recommend this place on any level.

David Chang has created the best ramen on this earth. I have never seen/eaten an egg so perfect. I had the smoked pork ramen and it was 10/10. Unreal

Excellent restaurant full of life fantastic surprising dishes If you are not a regular at Asian food, find out about the menu. Fantastic noodles in their different combinations, now the level of spiciness is not the usual one, they warn you, but in the mouth it is a real explosion Really delicious, a place to get lost

OMG. This was such an experience and I had the best ramen ever. We went to Momfuku for lunch and we picked their lunch deal. We could pick a first choice, out of 3 options to start with, being some small snacks. Then we could pick a second choice, out of a selection of 3 buns. Then the main dish, out of 6 dishes and we closed the lunch with a miso chocolate chip cookie. Each of the dishes we picked were fantastic, but the star dish (for me) was the smoked pork ramen. The best ramen I have ever had and it was just delicious. Anyone visiting New York City should add a lunch at Momofuku on his/her to do.....

This was highly reviewed on a few sites I use and it did not disappoint. The service was friendly and approachable, the food was fantastic and it has a fun casual vibe. Had the big eye tuna and caramelized mushroom starters, and the garlic scallion noodle bowl and the pork noodle bowl. All were delicious!

The food was very good and you should definitely try the Ramen here if you have a chance, but I wanted to talk about the amazing service. This location was scheduled to close at 10:30pm and after an incredibly long Broadway show, we made it with 8 minutes to spare. Initially we were told that it was too close to closing time, which made sense, but then they went in the back, asked the kitchen and were able to get us some delicious Ramen! They had no need to do that and honestly, they all probably wanted to go home but the fact that they let us jump in and order meant the world to us!

Pork Belly Buns started my lunch last weekend. I have been eating Momofuku’s buns for over two decades when David Chang started his Noodle Bar on First Avenue. This location at the Columbia Circle Mall is larger with kitchen seats where I sat. 4 tender ribs ($25) were a special and worth every bite. I paired it with white rice. Janine, the server, was charming and gave me an ample helping of the Vietnamese iced coffee soft serve. I could barely eat two bites as I was stuffed to the brim.

The restaurant offers very little choice for vegetarians but ample choice for non-vegetarians. We didn’t require a booking. The place became very busy once open for lunch. We ordered pork bun, seafood curry, garlic chicken ramen and caramelised shiitake (the best). Presentation was good and food tasted great. Received service with smile from Mia Jeanne. I will recommend this restaurant to my family and friends.

Excellent food and charming, friendly wait staff. Our group had the smoked pork ramen, spicy beef ramen, Japanese fried potatoes, scallop rice bowl and two kinds of the bread dishes (shrimp and pork). All delicious and nicely presented.

The ribs are well seasoned and fell off the bone. Ramen was fresh and the broth tasty. The Charred Snap Peas with the kimchi was pleasantly different. Our favourite was the whole Dover Sole - cooked to perfection with just the right types of dipping sauce.

Pretty good spot to eat. The smoked pork belly bao buns are excellent. Noodle bowls were pretty good as well. Service was excellent,

The place is very nice and welcoming. The service was very good. I guess I'm not a big fan of this type of food (although I do love noodles). We started with Shishitos (a bit spicey) and seared shrimp bun (excellent). for main course we had mushroom ramen and ginger scallion noodles. Both were very salty. The ginger scallion noodles to the point that I could not eat it.

It was our last night in New York, and we were looking for something special to finish off our trip. We’d heard of David Chang’s restaurants from Netflix, and we were really excited to try out some Michelin starred food in New York, so we decided on Momofuku. We were really disappointed with the place - the staff were hard to get hold of, as were chopsticks and menus - unacceptable! The noodles looked like they were thrown together in a messy rush, and tasted bland and like instant noodles. I feel so sad for anyone who thinks this food tastes authentic and even sadder at the price. Overall, a mediocre experience not worth the price. They can do better.

Pork buns were amazing!! Ramen was quite good and the service was good. It was exactly what it advertises: above average noodles with good service at Manhattan prices.

Located right by Lincoln Center Jazz, this 3rd floor noodle restaurant is on the smaller side. Each noodle bowl is about $18 and up. Staff is good, energetic and well informed of the menu but half of us weren't amazed with our choices.

I wanted a delicious but not pretentious meal near Lincoln Center. This place delivered. I usually travel alone so like sitting at the bar, especially if the bartender is friendly and knowledgeable about the food. He was! The food speaks for itself, but add the chili crunch to just about anything to make it a five star flavor.

Most reviews are focused on the Ramen but one of the gems not mentioned often is the Lobster Hozen Noodles - creamy, rich and full of big pieces of Maine lobster. Much more Italian style than Japanese but still amazing - don't miss it!

The tuna hand rolls are special everything from the nori, to the rice and then perfectly spiced tuna blend together for a sublime flavor. Simple ingredients done to perfection. The garlic chicken ramen and scallion noodles are also superb.

Lunch on a weekday at 12pm. No wait. Very efficient service. Strtrd sith the classic pork bun (2 pieces). Then tried pork ramen and scallion noodles. Both very good. Large portions $50 total. Definitely a great addition to the Time Warner center.

popped in for lunch while in the area of the Time Warner Center/Columbus Circle. Busy loud but fun atmosphere. Helpful staff especially for first-timers to a noodle bar! I had the Ginger Scallion Noodles ($15) which is not in a broth, and comes with assorted delicious veggies. My partner had the Beef Ramen ($19) which came with a nice broth and had spinach in it. Note to mushroom allergies - all broths contain mushrooms. Our server was VERY helpful with this allergy.

Lunch here at the Chef’s counter. Service was friendly and efficient. Great selection of boozy and NA cocktails, which were well-designed and tasty. Everything we tasted (spicy cucumber salad, pork belly buns, tuna hand rolls, pork ramen) was delicious. A great meal!

Food and service is good as always, but the prices went out of control. 70 dollars for a beer (15) a pork bun (15) and the tuna crudo (22) + tip and taxes… almost 70 dollars for lunch, way out of proportion. To bad cause the food is nice.

The hyped pork buns are fatty. The ginger scallion noodles are flavorful. The soft serve is a nice surprise. The sound level was deafening at lunch due to music.

My wife really wanted us to try this restaurant and after bit of a wait it did not disappoint...Everything on the menu that we had was good and we all enjoyed our meal along with the attentive staff. Hey it’s NYC and at the end we got a NYC bill....Completely worth it!

The noodles I got here had a really spicy kick! It was too delicious enough to pass up for being spicy too. Delicious and very customizable as well, the staff was super friendly. Recommend this as a quick bite if in the area.

We have been big fans of Momofuku from afar ever since David Chang put out the cookbook of the same name. When we were finally able to visit a Momofuku restaurant we were so excited. Unfortunately our expectations were not met. The service was friendly but we felt very rushed. Our ramen hadn’t been on the table for 5 minutes before we were asked if we were done. We saw they were busy but you’d think they’d allot more than 5 minutes for people to finish their meal. The biggest disappointment was the food itself. The bao were just fine. The ramen was immensely disappointing. There was a solid clump of noodles that refused to come apart and was too hard to eat in mine. The offering of toppings to add was so small and really just the other meat options for the different types of ramen. The flavour was fine but they didn’t even have garlic oil. This had been one of the things we were most looking forward to and were therefore the most letdown by. Don’t go here.

The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. This was my first visit and I would go back again.

Here's a moment where a better description of the offerings would be valued. I am a vegetarian. This means, I do not eat fish or any seafood. When my order of Brocollini arrived, it looked great, but sadly, it didn't smell right to me. I asked the servers who told me it had fish sauce on it. I wondered if it could be made without it and they said, "no". I wondered about another dish. It turns out that EVERY entree was prepared with fish or meat sauce. They could not be prepared otherwise. There was no mention of fish (or meat ) sauce on the menu. I wound up having an appetizer, a Shitake Bun. Though it was well prepared, it was not what I was craving. It was quite greasy and I left feeling unsatisfied.

First time in Momofuku and it exceeded my expectations. Location: It is located at the 3rd floor of columbus circle shops. There is a lot of seatings both regular seating and bar. You have to make reservations to avoid waiting in line. Service: he was good, not much interaction. Food: Everything was good. Not quite sure what kind of broth they have with the ramen it is light and not typical broth you’ll get in a ramen. STEAMED BUNS: we chose the pork belly and it was so good! This is a must if you eat here! The pork belly was so juicy and flavorful. The bun is soft and it was perfect in every bite. GARLIC CHICKEN RAMEN: the broth was very light, it actually reminds me of the broth in instant noodles. Shredded chicken is added which is flavorful. The noodles was cooked properly. SMOKED PORK RAMEN: again the broth was very light. It was flavorful, you won’t feel heavy after you eat the entire bowl. The noodles was the same which is cooked well. There is a pork belly on it which is the same as the ones in the steamed buns. Price rating: 8/10 quite expensive. Thanks to chase reserve it was free for me. Definitely will come back to try other food that their offer.

Fun place to eat very tasty food, have a drink and enjoy a fun lively atmosphere. They serve a regular menu + daily specials which appear on a large board on the wall. Located in Columbus Circle - this is a great new place to try.

The buns were dripping oil and the ramen was increadibly mediocre. It seemed that I was given an instant cup of noodles.

I found out that they opened a Midtown branch of this place, so I visited it. The noodles were very good, excellent texture. The smoked meat was also perfect!! Overall great noodles! However, given the price, I think the portions are little bit too small.

Had reservations for 3 at the counter. I was worried about being seated split across the counter because it's a huge counter, but it was just fine. Was worried about counter seating being comfortable, but it was okay. By the end of service one leg was falling asleep, but it was fine after I stood up for a bit. The restrooms are located outside the restaurant down an adjacent hallway from the mall entrance. Okay, on to the food! First, we ordered some very tasty and generous cocktails including sake, Toki Highball (suntory toki whisky, handcut highball ice, club soda), and Lunar Mai Tai (nordic rum blend, averna amaro, pineapple, mandarin, orange, orgeat, lime). We started with the Pork Belly Buns. I cannot imagine that these could be any better. The tastiest bites! Also got the special curry mussels special (not on the menu). Wow! Delicious curry with tender mussels, served with fried buns. The broth had the perfect amount of heat with the buns offering the perfect accompaniment to dip in the broth. In our party, we had the Garlic Chicken Ramen, Smoked Pork Ramen, and Mushroom Ramen. The portions were very generous all the way around. This was good and bad because I did want to try the cheesecake soft serve on that day's dessert menu, but I just couldn't eat another bite! I just have to remember that there will be another visit here on my next trip! Really enjoyable, delicious, and satisfying dinner!

I am a fan of David Chang, but after eating at this place, the love only increased. The taste is so good, that I regret I cannot visit them every week unless he opens a location in Utrecht. I had the noodles spicy beef and my son garlic chicken. The meat was so tender, awesome! We have eaten it like it was our last meal. Great place, great service and worth the price!!

We have ate here 2x now for lunch. Sat at both the bar and a table. Both are good options. Meets expectations in all areas and we will continue to be repeat customers.

I like Asian food and I like noodles. So this place was made for me. I had the Lobster Hozon noodles. Well prepared and delicious with ample lobster. This was after a shrimp bun appetizer which was equally delicious. My wife had the ginger scallion noodles also yummy. The room is quiet and the service attentive, friendly and not overbearing. Our dessert was interesting and quite good. This consisted of a chick pea miso soft serve ice cream. We ordered this with some trepidation but our server assured us it was really good. He was right. Reservations are accepted so be sure to make one. We will again.

I've eaten here a number of times in the past weeks. Obviously I like it enough to keep coming back...but it never quite as good as I want it to be. That said, the apps are almost always delicious and occasionally spectacular. The pork bun, shrimp bun, spicy pork dip, cucumber salad, and tuna crudo are all worth ordering. Note that the tuna crudo is really tuna carpaccio - thin slices not chunks. Of the larger dishes, only the Lobster Hozon Noodles were worth writing home about. I tried both the beef and pork ramen and both suffered from the same problem - great noodles, good protein, and broth that just isn't anywhere near up to snuff. There are at least half a dozen better places to get ramen on the West Side. Lastly, the deserts are best avoided. I tried both the rice cake pudding and the lychee slushie and left most of both behind. On the drink side, the 'draft cocktails' are an unfortunate abomination. I tried the Fun Guy and the Sundial but both suffered from the lack of fresh botanicals and tasted like drinks a somewhat skilled frat brother would throw together from the bottles at hand. And so I've learned to sit at the 'bar bar' where I've grown quite fond of the De La Sol and the Haru Mai Tai. The service has been uniformly excellent. And the decor is modern wood-y high end informal dining.

Had an amazing dinner with a selection of a few different items from rice cake special, cucumber salad, buns, cumin noodles and the chocolate matcha tart. Two great cocktails as well.

I went here with my boyfriend when we visited New York because I’ve heard so much about Momofuku and David Chang. The waiter was very friendly and attentive and the restaurant has a nice ambience. We ordered the pork buns, rice cakes (we were asked if we were good with spice but they weren’t that spicy in the end), smoked pork ramen and cumin beef noodles. The rice cakes were amazing, would definitely recommend to anyone going there! The buns were nice, the pork belly portion was quite thick. It’s quite fatty (as you’d expect with pork belly) but we liked this. The noodles were quite average, I preferred the cumin beef noodles but my boyfriend preferred the ramen so down to personal taste! If we were to go back I would probably miss the noodles and focus on the buns and sharing dishes, even if that’s a bit odd when it’s a noodle bar.

We first came into Momofuko at 7:30PM. Was told to wait 15-30 mins but only waited 3. Our server was Luis and he was amazing and helpful all through our visit. We ordered the potatoes and I got the spicy mushroom ramen. Both were amazing and I would definitely come back and hope that time is soon!

The famous pork buns and ramen are must-haves. Surprisingly, even the soft-serve ice cream was great too. Great vibe, great service. Lovely staff recommended a variety of things to eat. Highly recommend restaurant that is well known for a reason.

We stumbled upon this and quickly discovered it was David Chang’s restaurant. Everything we got was delicious! Kimchi, pork belly, and ramen. So good would totally go back

If you come not expecting much, then your experience will be better. I had read and heard about this place and I was looking forward to coming for some time. It is located in a very upscale mall and the setting is metropolitan Chic. The service was good and people were friendly. My only problem was the food. We ordered the pork belly cakes. They were tasty enough but quite fatty. In fact, it was the richest meat. I can remember eating and I'm 71 years old. The charred carrot dish was fine but just a little bland. The charred romaine dish was quite good. The noodle soup with chicken was bad. It was both bland and the taste it did have was mildly unpleasant. Overall, there was a sense of expended effort and it seemed like there may have been better dishes. . If we pork belly was crisper and the soup was a different dish, I might have had a different experience.

After our trip to Asia a few years ago I like to look for dishes that bring me back there, so we tried this restaurant during our brief stay in New York City. Ramen was good, and ginger scallion noodles were good too, but honestly we had higher expectations and were expecting more flavor. Both our dishes were also expensive maybe because this place is in the Time Warner Center and maybe also because I forgot how expensive is this city in general. Electronic music was playing adding to the atmosphere. Bathrooms are outside the restaurant and are shared among all the businesses.

After watched a lot of episodes of Mind of a Chef on Netflix I realy wanted to eat here. I Started with a bun, a big bun stuffed with meat and caramelized onions. Smoked Pork Ramen with a beer, just great start of my NYC trip!

Enjoy the noodle bar when first opened in lower Manhattan , crowded , and simply good. Now they have opened many branches , including Toronto , they seems to lost the luster of a modest beginning. The noodle and soup ( fatty ) still good and tasty. This branch in Columbus circle is clean , seating still tight and very crowded . Service is marginal

I love this place. We have visited several times before and they have never let us down. This time my family of 4 was seating at the bar where we could watch the chefs work their magic. That was a pretty cool experience, even though it made conversation a little difficult. Ramen was spot on, and the shrimp app was incredible. The star of the show was the special. Buns with fried chicken and caviar. We have always wanted to get the fried chicken meal, but usually we don’t have enough people. If this was a small sample of that, then we may just pay and do as much damage as two people can and give the rest to the homeless!!! Great meal. It is pricy, but completely worth it.

Service was good. We got the pork buns to start, they were ok. Not worth the $15 price tag for the buns. Lacked flavor. I got the Garlic Chicken ramen and it was good. Not the best ramen I’ve had but decent. Broth was a little too salty for my liking. Others in my party got the pork ramen, they thought it was ok and had heavy spice. Don’t get if you don’t like spice. The pork they said was very fatty. The price tag for $20+ per bowl of ramen is definitely not work it. Sorry but I would go somewhere in Chinatown and I would probably be a lot happier.

Overall it wasn’t great. The tuna crudo was absolutely dynamite! But so meager! The pork ramen was too Smokey but the noodles were good. The scallion and ginger noodles were not good -gummy and flavorless, even while overwhelmed by soggy nori. The drinks are great. The miso cookies a complete fail. I won’t return and I’m not buying the hype.

We went for a quick dinner - had 3 friends join us with no issues from staff. Octopus was great as was the pork sandwiches.

Came here while shopping in the mall. I’m pescatarian, there are plenty of options for me as well as well as for vegetarians. For appetizers I highly recommend the roasted carrots and also seared shrimp. The chefs really know what they are doing!

Unimpressed with the food. For all the positive buzz about David Chang’s new place, it was underwhelming. Limited food choices as well. My complaint really is with the service. The waitress was happy to welcome me to the restaurant, but that was the last I saw of her. No one bothered to see how the meal was and I had to ask multiple times for the check. I couldn’t find my waitress, so I asked a staff member who acknowledged me but no check materialized. So, I had to ask the host twice for the bill. He said he would have someone bring it to me. Sure enough a few minutes later a waiter dropped it off without any comments. Same when he picked up the signed credit card receipt. Not even a “Thank You”

My daughter picked this restaurant to celebrate her 40th birthday. Champagne, caviar, and fried chicken, a unique combination that really works was our special order. This bustling restaurant located in the East Village was filled in a matter of minutes after the doors opened. We had a reservation for this special dinner, but other diners had to wait on line. We started with shrimp buns and sausage buns which weren’t part of the dinner. Either was the champagne that came in a 1.5 liter bottle for $150. Presented by our fabulous server, Laura, she gave us good ordering advice. The 2 fried chickens was brought cooked for inspection to our table before being carved in the kitchen. Cooked to perfection, the meat was succulent. Served with a creme fraiche with chives and a white bbq sauce, Laura suggested trying each sauce with a different caviar. We opted for the oestra caviar and a sturgeon gold caviar both tasting yummy. We were also given a bowl of homemade potato chips which was a nice substitution for the chive crepes which was served with the dinner too. Because of our choice of caviar, the special dinner came with a hefty price tag of $800+++. The desserts, too, were excellent. We had both, the white chocolate and caramel tart and a soft chocolate ice cream with sesame. Along with iced Vietnamese coffees, we all enjoyed the dinner that served 4–6 people. Although it was an extremely expensive dinner, it was a special birthday for a special daughter. We felt it was worth every penny, and more importantly she had a great time as did we.

Sat at the bar. Super friendly staff. Had the shishito peppers which came with a cream and a garlic crunch. Very good. Highlight was the smoked pork ramen. The broth was just delicious. The pork was crispy yet soft. Yum. Definitely worth a return trip

We've traveled and ate at LA, San Francisco, Chicago, Annapolis, and New York, the best restaurant however lays here at New York, Momofoku Noodle Bar, food was so enticing! We honestly had to order more of the food we had first ordered. OG pork buns were so juicy tender melt in your mouth good, as well as the Shrimp bun. They had a dish, like fried potato with dip, very good. Also their servers were very approachable and helpful, especially their server Enzo, had given us good recommendations and time. Recommending this place to my friends immediately!

Was very excited to try this place, but left pretty disappointed. First course started out great with these delicious pork belly vapor bun bread appetizers, but it all went downhill from there. Ramen noodles are ramen noodles no matter what you try to do to them. Why I paid $20 for them I’m not sure. And the place over peppers everything just to try to justify the high prices. Definite pass unless you just want a quick appetizer.

Great pre-theatre Saturday lunch and ambiance at the Noodle Bar, tucked into 3rd floor of the Shops at Columbus Circle (the Time-Warner Center). Prepare to wait a bit, but we thought it was definitely worth it. (Walk-in only at lunchtime.) I was very pleased with the smoked pork-belly ramen, but the biggest hit of the table was the Lobster Hozon Noodles ordered by two of us. Its lemon-y sauce worked very well.

We arrived around 7pm. we had the kitchen countertop seats. The action in the kitchen was very pleasant we had 6 dishes and all of the delicious A couple of hiccups with our orders but nothing really bad. Cucumber salad was out least favorite. also we had an issue with the check that we waited 25 minutes to get it and asked 3 times to have it. Very good overall the food made us forget the mistakes

The ‘buns’ are not bao, they're large sliders (2 per order); the seared shrimp features a somewhat rubbery patty formed from shrimp - could use some flavorful sauce. Ginger scallion noodle bowl is not very gingery, not complemented well by cold raw carrots, cucumbers and seaweed. Very crowded/loud (not great ambiance).

The food is very solid. The rice cakes are to die for - really. I was very impressed. I enjoyed my meal, albeit a tad expensive!

I went with great expectation, but the truth was a disappointment. The pork ramen didn't seem very tasty, the broth lacks soul. I wouldn't come back.

Thank you very much Ron , restaurant manager for the great customer service!!!! You really did above and beyond 👌👌👌 It was my first time here. It’s located in the 3rd floor of Time Warner , accessible place. You can do walk in or according to Ron , they have a special table for special occasion. So , I am very appreciative of his time and great info about the restaurant 😎😊 it can fill up very quickly for lunch. So many fall in line that Sunday. I love the food choices and delicious desserts, They served us special desserts free for the birthday celebrant 🍮 thank you very much Ron 💃💃💃 I highly recommend this place!!!

We loved Secret Chef on TV and wanted to try David Chang’s food. Service was excellent and the food was ok. I got the pork ramen and the meat was a little dry. I had clumps of solid ramen at the bottom of my bowl. Not very pleasant. Our pork buns were tasty. Overall ok, not something to write home about.

Pleasant for an informal meal. We tried dinner and really loved the bao offerings (we have the layered one with shrimp and the beef). The Japanese rice cakes were too hard. Paired with Patagonian Pinot Noir.

Packed in like sardines. Server could barely get to the table. Could not go to the bathroom without other diners getting up. Online menu not available- fried chicken only as pre order which is not stated on website. Overall really didn’t enjoy.

This restaurant provides a very good brisket sandwich & soy daiken lunch inside the Columbus Circle mall. Sit-down seating is available.

They have a small menu, which at times is just nice to not have a hundred different options. Decent food, not the best, but better than average.

I’m normally very measured with the reviews I write and try to balance the good with the less so good, but I can’t think of anything positive to say about this restaurant. It’s in a shopping centre/food court, which is always a bit of a red flag for me, but it was after 2pm and we wanted some lunch. So what to say? It’s ok inside at best. Not much to write home about and little atmosphere,…and that’s the best of it. It’s possibly the worst meal in can remember. Truly dreadful. $150 for four bowls of flavourless, oily ramen and some rice. Left most of it. Do yourself a favour and find anywhere else.

The person I came here with really enjoyed the options that they had with meat and remarked it was one of the best ramen they had in their life. As a non-meat eater, I don't typically get that experience at restaurants, but was hopeful David Chang's vision would be the difference maker for me. I absolutely loved the shiitake buns and thought they were delicious. Truly blown away by the flavor and balance. This set me up for failure with their miso ramen, unfortunately. It wasn't anything special. If you have a solid vegetarian ramen in your city, then you can skip this one. Besides the chili, the ramen felt phoned-in and bland. I wish I had ordered something else for the price. Service was okay. The price was okay. The atmosphere wasn't great. The seating is crammed. If you're a vegetarian going WITH someone else, you'll be relieved there's edible passing food. I wouldn't suggest a vegetarian seek this place out to eat. Go to say you went if you must.

We went for a stroll and rowed a boat in Central Park and worked up an appetite. We decided to visit this recommended noodle bar, I was a bit skeptical since we already had asians last night. But oh, i was surprised, the off menu bbq pork steam buns was so good, the fried green chillis were amazing and all washed down with a garlic chicken broth.
Nice Asian Food
Located in Columbus Circle, it is a very crowded and busy place. We set at the bar and had some nice Asian dishes - some were tastier than other.
