The atmosphere was truly wonderful, creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. The food arrived hot and was exceptionally tasty, exceeding expectations. Great experience at Olio e Più in NYC. Making a reservation over the phone was smooth and easy, and the staff was very friendly from the start. Our server Anela was amazing attentive, warm, and provided excellent service. The mushroom pasta was delicious, the carbonara was amazing, and the beef carpaccio was exceptionally good. Overall, great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

We walked in at lunchtime without a reservation so Lorena brought us over to the bar seating. We weren’t comfortable there (we are over 60) and we had bulky puffer coats, etc., so we went back to Lorena to say thank you but we were going to leave. She said let me talk to my manager and got us a great table near the windows in a comfortable bench seat. She was just a delight throughout taking our order, checking on us, etc. The space is beautiful and so Christmassy with a huge real tree in the center of the room and garlands on the beautiful huge mirror, arches, etc. The meal was delicious as was desert. At the end of the meal I returned to our table from the Restroom to find that Lorena had left me a gift. It brought tears to my eyes. I asked permission and then gave her a huge hug. She made my day. Together with the food, the ambiance and the service, we highly recommend this restaurant- if we lived in NYC we’d be there weekly. Thank you Lorena! ❤️

Stopped in for a few drinks to escape the rain with my boyfriend. Rogelio was great!! We had the cocktail of the week which was a mezcal negroni and my boyfriend got the olio’s old fashioned. Both were delicious. We just sat at the bar and it was very nice and intimate. Wish there was a 6th star!!!

Very delicious food, we ordered two pastas, the carbonara and seafood fettuccine, both taste very good. Nice interior, and good service especially from Marija, would come again.

I rarely write reviews, but our experience at Olio E Più truly deserves one. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The food was exquisite, authentic, and beautifully prepared, and the ambiance was warm, lively, and perfect!. Our server, Jose, was outstanding and elevated the entire experience. He was attentive, professional, and very fun to talk to. He made us feel welcome, and ensured that every detail was just right. Our family of five had a wonderful experience, and we will absolutely be returning next time we are in NYC.

I had a very delicious meal at Olio E Piu with my girlfriend. Jose was a great server, he was very attentive and helpful during our meal. I highly recommend this place if you're ever in the Greenwich Village area.

Olio e Più offers a cozy, rustic vibe in the heart of the West Village. I had the Burrata & Limoncello Ravioli rich and flavorful with a bright citrus twist and the wood-fired Campagnola pizza, which was crisp and fresh. The service was friendly, though a bit slow during the dinner rush. Great spot for a relaxed Italian meal.

So so overrated. The pastas were so bad and blad. I seriously didn’t get the hype. Avoid! So many better Italian spots in the city.

We came here for a dinner on a nice summer night. They have really nice outdoor seating and it didn’t feel over crowded the way they had set up the tables. Ambiance: the vibe is really nice here. Especially when you can sit outdoors. They have a European cafe style set up that feels comfortable and upscale. Food: We started with the bruschetta. It tasted fresh and had a nice balance of all the ingredients. I especially liked the olive oil added on the top as a final touch. They also gave us complimentary bread and olives which is always a nice touch. I asked for a spaghetti pomodoro and they were nice and accommodated the request. The pasta ended up being my favorite dish. The sauce was so flavorful and it was well mixed in with the pasta. We also got the pizza, it was good. Again the sauce was the best part of it as it was flavorful. The chocolate cake as dessert was a great end of the meal. I love that they drizzle the chocolate sauce right as they serve it. Service: everyone was friendly and great about answering our questions. As the end we did feel a little rushed out but they were busy so makes sense. Price: the food is on the pricier side and so are the drinks. We paid about $100/person, including food, 2 rounds of drinks, and tips.

Exquisite cuisine, most pleasant atmosphere. Our son, who has tasted more than a million pizzas, here ate the best of his life. When you go, ask about Lorraine, professional and unbeatable human being.

We had a lovely meal at this restaurant over Christmas. It was busy but the service was fantastic. Our waitress Marija was very attentive and very friendly. We didn't feel rushed despite there being a queue.

Great ambience and food portions were perfect. Great flavor. Spaghetti carbonara was cooked perfectly and the poached egg on top gave it and extra natural flavor. Easy to park on January first 2026. Both mocktails and drinks had a great mix of flavor and smoky taste.

Def recommend this restaurant ! I made the reservation 7:45 but i had to come 7am is because my wife had to go to out of state. But manager control everything for us. So we didnt miss the flight and could enjoy

I’ve never tasted Italian food as good as we had in Florence, Italy until…we ate here at Olio! Loved the ambiance! Even though we were there during the day for lunch, it still had that special Italian warmth! The food was authentic and really, really good!! The server was accommodating and substituted the tagliatelle pasta for me in the Oriecchiette Broccoli Salsiccia dish with no hesitation. My daughter had the gluten free pasta substitute in Fusilli Del Cacciatore and it did not disappoint- when most gf pastas do!! Flavors were amazing! Waitstaff was very attentive. There was always someone stopping by to fill our water glasses and making sure we were taken care of. I’m not sure why some reviewers have complained about prices- this is NYC! And what you’d expect for a nice sit down meal of this caliber! My only regret is not having room left for the yummy desserts we saw served around us! The chocolate mousse looked amazing and as a raspberry lover, I’m looking forward to leaving room next time for the Olive oil cake!

I'm not sure why this place is so highly ranked here... Prices are moderate for NYC, so maybe that's the appeal. The appetizers (Calamari ($29) and Burrata ($25) were both decent. The mains (2-Carbonara @ $28 each, A Ravioli @ $29, and a Filet at $45) were all average at best. The steak was already cold when delivered and we have had better Carbonara in Austin. The Tiramisu was average and the Gelato was good. Service was acceptable but not great.

Great time with friends. Tiramisu amazing. All pastas delicious. Gorgeous vibes. They really know what they’re doing here. Staff was so sweet. Even the music was vibrant and fun.

An overrated, full of itself mediocre at best restaurant. I was 20 minutes early and as is par was told by the blase hostess I could wait outside (in 100 degree heat) or get a drink at the overcrowded bar with no stools available. It was a little after 6:00. There were plenty of empty tables. This is typical, obnoxious NYC restaurant etiquette, but honestly I haven't encountered this in a long time. I had to saw through the chicken Milanese, and the restaurant was terribly loud. People go out to be waited on, so they don’t have to cook, to eat good food and to have a memorable evening with friends. Why the great rep for this place? It's beyond me, but impressions start at the door so get a hostess that is capable of pretending she cares.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor—but what truly made the night special was our server, Lorena. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, making us feel so welcomed without ever being intrusive. Her recommendations were spot on, and her service elevated the entire meal. We can’t wait to come back—and we’ll be asking for Lorena again!

Everything was delicious! The fusilli with lamb was particularly amazing. Maria, our server, was so lovely and even changed our order after a mixup with no issue :)

Amazing food! We got the beet salad, the boar pasta, and the mushroom pasta. The boar pasta was especially delicious! Cozy vibes! Aidan was great!

The place eh small and when we went was crowded. Pretty loud and disorganized. Hostess was antipatic and took a long time to lead us to the table, which was awful and in place with the irregular floor between the outside and inside, in the middle of a door, terrible. The waiter could not approach the table to attend us. The food was very good, but the experience was bad by the Mood being chaotic. I was fooled by the reviews on TripAdvisor.

Our celebratory evening was wonderfully guided for us by Nicholas who made our experience a treasured time! 5 stars for Nicholas! The food was good, but not the best Italian food we have eaten. We did enjoy the offerings of grappa on the menu and a lovely dessert. I would come again for the great service and wonderful atmosphere.

Our experience was FANTASTIC! Anela was such a great server and gave great recommendations. The caesar salad and margherita pizza were excellent- you can always tell the quality of an Italian restaurant by how well they do these standards. Basics executed flawlessly with high quality ingredients and superb flavor. We also enjoyed the orriechete, gnocchi, chicken picatta, and filet. The cocktails were flavorful and balanced to boot. Strongly recommend!

I went for a quick lunch that turned into happy hour, turned to a solo dinner. The place is nice and cozy with a large Christmas tree right in the middle. The carbonara pasta is the best one I have had in a long time. Bartender Paola was so attentive and gave great recommendations. Highly recommend for a couple date or a solo visit.

A very beautiful restaurant, warm and nicely decorated for the holiday season. The Aperol Spritz we ordered was quite mediocre, with very little prosecco and not very refreshing or effervescent. Regarding the food, the dishes are more French-style than Italian, meaning they are quite small and don’t really have anything special, which makes them a bit overpriced. We ordered, among other dishes, the Branzino fish, which was quite good, but all the pasta dishes were really bellow the expectations. Good service from the staff, and the food arrives quite quickly.

We first visited last year after attending a show at the Comedy Cellar. Love the food and atmosphere but the reason we come back and recommend Olio e Piu is OMAR!!! Hands down the best host. He makes you feel welcomed and valued. We’ll be back for sure!!

I took my mom and my 4 year old son here a few weeks back and it was absolutely perfect. Our server was Gokce and she’s the absolute best. The manager brought my son a couple blankets since it was a little chilly that night and that started off our experience with a 10/5! The ambiance of the outdoor seating is straight out of a movie. The food was so incredible that we are planning another trip to come eat here. Our server, Gokce, was so kind and friendly. We had the best conversation with her and she was so attentive to us and my little one. On the way home my mom said, “I just felt like I had a NYC Italian dinner like I see in the movies!”. She is a true gem and we can’t wait to come back soon!

Maria is an amazing server. I came here to eat the Carbonara and brought a girlfriend with me. It was her first time at this spot and Maria was so welcoming, warm and inviting. She made sure we were happy with our meals, made great drink and food recommendations, checked on us to make sure we had enough water and filled every request for extras we inquired about. The second time we came she offered to serve us which was a pleasant surprise. I would come back just to have her be our server every time!

I had brunch today at olio e piu West Village. It’s a beautiful restaurant. I highly recommend. My server Carlos F was very accommodating. He recommended us his favorite dishes and we loved them. We tried the Rústica pizza and then the Pomodoro. The wine selection is good and affordable. I definitely will go back.

We ordered the spaghetti carbonara and the ravioli de short ribs and I will be totally honest. This was one of the best Italian spots I’ve ever been to. The noodles were perfectly hand made. The ravioli was rich and balanced with the perfect amount of short rib. Coming from Chicago this place stood out. We also ordered cocktails. We got the Fenice and Alitalia and they were some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had. Service was exceptional. We were sat at the bar as walk ins and Sebastian and he was nothing short of amazing. He was quick, attentive and gave some phenomenal recommendations. Our experience was wonderful and we will absolutely make the effort to come back not only because the food was top notch but because Sebastian made our experience so special!

My boyfriend and I went for dinner in the Bryant Park Location for his birthday. I had added a note to the booking about his birthday and every person who seen the note was sure to acknowledge the birthday and say happy birthday. They all ensured we had a wonderful time, and then even gave him a recipe book with a birthday message inside. We loved the special experience the staff provided. Thank you all.

Food was very good but did not blow my mind. The environment was overall great though a little loud. My main issue is that portions were very small for the price, so it felt like high end dining portions without the high end atmosphere. Service was good but again nothing that stood out.

I had a reservation on Christmas Eve at 11. First of all it is almost impossible to find an Italian restaurant open on Christmas Eve., I found an amazing situation, with Nicola serving and treating us like his family during this sacred Christmas night. Thank you Nicola! Also even though I am far from my family, I felt at home for a bit when dining here!!

My wife and I visited for the first time during lunch and just loved the Italian atmosphere. It was nicely decorated for the holidays. We shared the personal rustica pizza and it was delicious. Generous sausage and mozzarella with red and green peppers in a light red sauce. The crust was baked just right. The service and manager were personable as well as the price points being varied. The food arrived in a timely manner. It was a great dining experience and we will definitely return.

Anela is amazing! The restaurant itself is okay, I don’t need to come back but luckily we have anela! The Cesar was good flavor but not crunchy and the carbonara shouldn’t be the star of the show here, but it’s definitely a good place to go to for a birthday which I’m here for! Went with girlfriends on a Tuesday night and loved it. The space was warm and energetic without being too loud or crowded. Busy but comfortable and easy to catch up. Food and drinks (martinis) were excellent. The house made pastas and wood fired pizza were standouts and everything was fresh, well done and satisfying. Service really made the night. Our server Anela had great recs and took such good care of us, and the whole team was genuinely kind. Manager Ian was especially friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Would absolutely come back. Great West Village Italian for friends, family, or a fun date night!

Food, service, and atmosphere was wonderful!! Very delicious and everyone was so nice and helpful would return!! The location was super easy to get to by train and we had no issues whatsoever
