Had an amazing dinner tonight. Service was great and our server Heather was amazing. Alvin also had some incredible recommendations. I’m glad we stopped in.

the meat was very tuff, had a hard time just cutting the meat. they brought several different flavors of meat that was tuff at the beginning of the meal. by the time the better (possibly) meats came to the table, we had eaten enough to not want to try a ham that was brought or a roast meat (possibly a better cut of meat) but at that time we did not want any more meat. the cost for this meal was over $150.00. I would not pay $15.00 for that dinner. I would rather eat at McDonald than Pampas

A great find off the strip. Was given a 50% off voucher to use and was pleased to find this clean and air conditioned restaurant. Food is excellent- buffet is delicious, fresh and a massive selection of meat free dishes -pastas, rices, all different veg and salads. Meat from the servers was beautifully cooked, amazing quality meat that was plentiful- chicken, sausages and all different cuts of pork and beef, all unlimited. The service from the waiter was impeccable. Would recommend this more for adults than children/families - but I didn’t ask for nor see a child’s menu or any children in there.

Great place, selection of meats. Something for everyone. Excellent service. Would highly recommend. If I lived in the states I would be here regular:)

We had dinner here and was told we would have 14 different meats. I seen maybe 7 or 8. Meat is ok but cuts aren’t the greatest. Some are way over cooked and dry. I never give bad reviews but this place is very low end and not worth your money. I will never be back.

Since we stayed at the Marriott Grand Château, our dinner was discounted (50% off!) but even at full price, this would’ve been worth it. The servers are fantastic and the food is delicious. The salad was fresh, the meat tray with the bread was fantastic. The meats were phenomenal… melts in your mouth! The lamb, top sirloin, any of the beef, chicken, sausages were mouthwatering! We did not get drinks or dessert but I don’t think I would’ve been able to eat or drink any more after the dinner. The red/green card system was perfect and our server (A.J. was so attentive. We never had an empty water glass! I’d love to go to this restaurant again!

Not only was the “all you can eat” dinner overpriced, but we had to pay for water and soft drinks. (Tap water wasn’t offered, only sparkling water or bottled water $6.50 each). The food selection at the buffet area was terrible with very little selections. The meat came around very infrequent so dinner was very sporadic. We were promised different selections of meat that never came. Food was subpar and meat was cold at times. It took so long in between meats that we were done with our sides way ahead of time and just eating meat. I treated my family to this dinner and I was extremely disappointed and very embarrassed. It was a horrible experience and at these prices, I would rather have gone to a nice buffet. I would pass on this place.

Go to Fogo De Chao or Texas De Brazil. We decided to give this restaurant a chance since we’ve never been there and we regret it. It took so long (over an hour) for our salads & appetizers to come out. When we tried to get meat from the waiters... they told us they can’t serve us meat until our server brings us plates which took about 1/2 an hour after we asked our server. When we finally got our plates, the only meat going around was steaks. This restaurant advertises Steak, chicken, Lamb, etc. When my friend asked for Lamb they tried to fool us and served us steak. The chicken took another half hour to come out. We were having such a great day before coming to this restaurant. Trust me... go to Fogo De Chao or Texas De Brazil which has excellent service and same price!

They promise rhodesium but in reality it was only linguiça. Meat, rarely. Completely disappointed with the experience

We had excellent service!! Excellent cuts of meat!!! We were not disappointed! I was very skeptical about having dinner there based on previous reviews! But I was pleasantly surprised and would return. The staff and service were excellent!!

The food and service was great!!! The chef was excellent, cooked steak will done and juices with a lot of flavor!!

Made reservations for 6 people. Seated 30 minutes late. all 6 of my party had show bookings so we were on a tight schedule. The server approached the table asked if we had any coupons. We said yes but he turned and left without listening to to us. He returned. He was holding a little black device and announced he had pre-ordered "ordered" 6 all-you can eat specials. We said we don't want that. He said they were already ordered. We said we wish to order a-la carte. He said there were only two a-la carte items left ("AND THEY ARE VERY SMALL".). He said he had a coupon he could give us for the all you can eat special. We said we don't want that. He left the table again. WE left. What a rip off. There were approximately 15 people waiting outside to be seated when we walked out. I pity anyone who goes here.

Up front the mgmt did give us 50% off our dinner. We arrived at 5:30pm and were sat in the back corner by the bar. If they try to sit, you here tell them to move you. The meat folks don't make it back here and the salad bar is so far back in another room that you have to search for it. The walkways to the salad bar are the same paths the staff walk. You get to look into the wait stations and dodge staff as well. Very bad design and very bad placement for a place that is going to cost you 100$ minimum to eat there. The waitress never looked at us after we got the initial spiel. Asked for a wine menu the waitress never came by to see if we wanted any. The bottle on the table for 25$ is the bottom shelf brand from our local Sprouts. While waiting for food there is this robot blasting music and leading folks to their table, but it cannot navigate the isles, the people are unaware of what to do as the robot just stops at a table and does not let the folks know that this is their table. It took like 2 minutes to navigate by our table the whole time playing loud music that does not match the ambiance. I was there for about 30 minutes had 2 slices of top sirloin, 2 slices of tri-tip and 2 slices of lamb. Now I am late for my show and am nowhere near full. Folks around are complaining about the service and getting offered steaks and other things we are still being ignored. Get the waitress attn to ask for check because we are no longer waiting and need to get to our show. We explain that we are unhappy and just want to leave. She goes to get her manager; we wait now for the manager to come. While waiting for mgmt all the meats start making it around to our table, too late now. Manager offers to make us meat to go. We state we are going to a show and do not want to carry around meat. She offers us the bottom shelf bottle of wine and again we are like we just want to leave and not carry things to our show. We were 15 minutes late to our show in the same mall, which is the reason we chose this restaurant. So finally, the manager gets us our ticket and we pay and leave. So, we still paid 70$ to get 6 pieces of meat, a bottle of Pelegrino and some salad bar. My GF got just the salad bar and she was happy; the blue cheese coleslaw was bar far the best coleslaw I have ever eaten. We pay for a service, and we expect the service. We expect to be acknowledged by the wait staff. We expect that meat is delivered regularly, timely and with a variety. We expect that the salad bar is placed somewhere that is accessible. Sadly, that did not happen last night. The food we did receive was good. I am sure that we are an outlier but as an outlier we are very disappointed and hope this review helps someone but not allowing this to happen to them.

My husband's birthday dinner. He loves Brazilian steakhouse and eating churresco. Service was slow, but Ramon was very friendly. We enjoyed the meal.

This spot had a great lunch, lots of side dishes and even a robot to show us to our table, now that was cool. The meats were very juicy and tasty. The service was on point our waitress Diana Jane was amazing and so professionally sweet. Diana Jane checked on us often to see if everything was ok. Everything was top notch here, I'll go back, fyi this was my first Brazilian style restaurant.

Pampas had the best service I’ve seen in a long time. The food was good and the selection was also good.

I wish I could pass word of this place to everyone in Las Vegas. Words can't do justice. Food was amazing, staff was amazing, they allways checked on you. Food tasted amazing. Definately pay extra for the unlimited drinks, shrimp and dessert. Our waiter was the best, he kept the drinks coming, allways one on the way while still working on the 1st one. Environment was exceptional. Words can't say enough. And we were surprised by how reasonable the price was.

What can I say the are top notch a must every time in Las Vegas. Staff and cooks to notch always welcoming. Perfect way to start the day . The food is so good and the Mango mimosa 's the bomb we get a bottle every time.

We have been to Vegas 10 times and had seen discounts for Pampas .We assumed it must not be good because there were offering discounts. Because many buffets were closed, we decided to try Pampas, We were very pleasantly suprised by the whole experience. Friendly and informative waiter and meat carvers. Great tasting food and we ate as much as we wanted like at buffet without leaving our seat.

Had a Groupon with some friends this was an Awsome place flavors of the meats was unreal and the service was excellent our waiter Tilar was in the job and impressed the whole table with his professionalism and good attention.

We had a great Christmas day lunch/dinner. The sides were served family style. The portions should have been larger, especially depending on the size of your family.

This Is A Fabulous Place For Your Spouse, Family, Or Significant Other. Pricing Is Very Reasonable And The Food Is Excellence.

If you like carved meat at you table, this place works. My wife and I dined here for dinner. The side dishes were very good. The carved meats were many types of beef, pork, sausage, etc. I was not impressed on this visit. I added many photos of our visit. Use GROUPON if visiting this restaurant.

According to the manager not a Brazilian standard restaurant. Terrible service, terrible food. Salads not fresh and meats not good

Pampas used to be a favorite, now it barely fulfilled the expectation. Meats were not as tender nor flavourful as before, didn't see their famous grilled pineapple this time, quite disappointed as I brought in new family members to show off. The hostess, rather arrogant & not helpful. She required from us a phone number in order to dine in, I declined the request since I'm sick of all little & large businesses asking for it, she said it was a requirement to dine in. I told her if they didn't want our money that was fine w me and told me all I needed to know. A rather kinder hostess asked me if I'd wanted to share an email adress instead, then I agreed. It's not just the request but the means of it, tone, friendliness, options, etc. Right off the bat was a rather uncomfortable feeling that made the experience worse. Servers were ok, pican̈a was great. Sides were just ok.

After having a bad experience at another place we decided to give pampas a try. The staff was very friendly, fast service. The food was excellent. Highly recommended.

Loved the unique concept in how they bring around different proteins for you to sample. If you're someone who likes to try new things, this is the place for you.

The food was super delicious .Very professional staff in Brazilian style. High recommended. Very big choice of food.Nice staff::{Alexis}

Enjoyed the food. I am a non pork eater so I was disappointed that the chicken was wrapped in bacon until the next server came out with chicken legs no bacon. They even had chicken sausage. I was happy. The sides were very tasty. Having a full bar was icing on the cake. The bartender was adamant about pleasing the customer. Service to our table was continuously skipped for some reason and we had to keep flagging the server down with the meat. Otherwise everything was good and I would return again.

Went for the brunch. Bacon wrapped chicken breast (my personal fav), pork loin, garlic beef and another beef, ham, chicken sausage, chicken legs...and I'm probably forgetting something. All fresh, hot, and juicy. Plus rice, black beans, plantains, nice caesar salad, and a charcuterie board with yummy Parmesan rolls---since salad bar closed due to covid. Service wonderful too. Always a "go-to".

Good meat selection. Garlic steak, chicken apple sausage and bacon wrapped chicken were my favs. The bar is on average of what you would find for this type of place. The broccoli salad hands down was the best. So good that I asked our server about it and the chef provided her with the recipe and she text it to me. Never ever has that happened before. Best customer service by far. If you are a germaphobe like me get there when they open so you don’t have a bunch of folks touching utensils and hovering over the bar. Believe it or not people are still being disgusting and not washing hands after leaving restrooms- witnessed this several times while in Vegas. One more thing don’t complain about the price- everything in Vegas is higher than what you would normally pay. Enjoy and sorry no pics. Sometimes things just need to be enjoyed without “posting on the gram”.

My husband and I looked forward to a having dinner at Pampas. The side dishes were good. The meat from several dishes were tough, even though they were undercooked and salty. We didn't enjoy our meal and wished we hadn't wasted $75.

Wow. We wanted to love this evening out. We were seated 20 mimutes after our reservation . Pampas was crazy loud and felt so rushed. Our meal courses all came at once... there was not a speck of table space left. The wine we ordered to accompany the appetizer course came last. The meat options were OK. My steak slices were tough. Actually, the sausages and pork were best. For hubby and I, dinner at Pampas was an exhausting and disappointing experience.

This is one fine place to eat and the atmosphere and staff are amazing. I would definitely make this a go to spot on your next trip to Vegas.

We’re currently at Pampas, and I must say, this has been a thoroughly disappointing experience. The quality of the food is shockingly poor, with the meats tasting like low-grade cuts. The sausage was bland, the bacon-wrapped chicken was dry and flavorless, and the so-called "steak filet" had a sour taste that made it entirely inedible. Adding to the frustration, the restaurant appears severely understaffed. Only one person was serving meat to the entire establishment, while just two others struggled to manage the rest of the service. The lack of attention to both food and service is glaring. I did have a conversation with one staff member who was making rounds, asking diners about their meals. I expressed my disappointment and explained that, having visited many Brazilian steakhouses, this experience was well below par. He attempted to defend the food by claiming it was grass-fed and very expensive, even offering to bring me more. I declined, pointing out that I had no interest in more of such poor-quality food. It’s evident that this place relies heavily on discount vouchers to attract customers, and the food quality reflects that. If you value good food and a decent dining experience, I strongly recommend staying away.

The whole experience at Pampas was amazing! We were 10 minutes before our reservation, our server, Edgardo, was amazing and the food was excellent! The meat was brought out at a rate that you didn’t feel rushed to eat and were able to let food settle. I upgraded to the surf and turf and it was totally worth it. The lobster, shrimp and salmon were all great too!

Amir and José are very good servers. They made our stay excellent. The others were great aswell and there was a wonderfull selection of meats and salade. You should definitly go here. It won't disappoint you!

This restaurant is mediocre at best. What was such a rip off was that I had 2 glasses of lemonade and my husband had 2 glasses of ice tea. We were charged $8 for my first glass and $7 for my second. My husband's tea was $6 per glass. $27 for our drinks - what a total rip off. Service was slow but the staff doesn't care because the tip is automatically added to the bill. I would not recommend this place.

This was our first time eating here and we had the all You can eat meats for $50 a person. We had SO much food!! You get a plate of meats and cheese, with a Caesar salad and 4 side dishes (mashed potatoes, rice, plantains and veggies). You then get a variety of endless meats!! Chicken, Filet, Sirloin, Lamb, Tri Tip, Sausage and Pork! The servers constantly go around to the tables offering the different meats until you are done. They slice it freshly cooked off a skewer and onto your plate!! You don’t have to get up at all and all the food was amazing!!!

Just got back from Pampas, expected something totally different. We found the steak and sirloin almost had a wild taste and not very good. The chicken wrapped in bacon and chicken sausage was the best. Also the bill was inaccurate, the lady next to us also got out her calculator to check her bill. Staff friendly, I don’t think I would go back again. Not worth the money.

We ate at Pampas with family members, a total of 9 people. The Salad bar was of poor quality, Food was cold. Items were rarely refilled. The meat was ok, so.e too tough to cut with a knife, other meats were ok. We had to pay an 18 percent tip up front due to the size of our group. We saw our waitress when she brought our drinks and never again. Not sure what we were tipping for but goid thing for her it was up front! Worst meal of our 5 day trip.

This place is a rodizio which is all-you-can-eat for a price. We paid $60 for ours. Keep in mind that this might fluctuate depending on market price of the products they serve. The meats they served were of great quality so you do get what you pay for if the high price worries you. My husband was very satisfied and might have eaten 2 lbs of meat that night. Other things that come with the price is a Caesar salad to start with, a plate of a couple different cheeses, dried fruits, olives, cured meat and salami, a side of scalloped potatoes plus four small sides of white rice, beans, fried plantains, and kale salad. Definitely worth the price. Just make sure you come hungry. There is an option to order ala carte but there aren't many choices so you might as well get it rodizio style. Definitely recommend!

Sat through a timeshare to get a voucher for this place. Hostess was ok, seating was ok, salad bar was not good, but the meat was great. Jose was our server, was timely with waters, did great. Meat slicers were mostly good at stopping by often.

I live near a well renowned area famous for Rodizio. So, I'm used to this type of food rom the best restaurants. I chose this Vegas location so my boyfriend could experience rodizio while on our vacation. We purchased our lunch through Groupon (they also have a dinner option). It ended up being his favorite place that we ate at on our entire trip. Staff was friendly, practiced social distancing and temperature checks. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. The food was excellent. My favorite was the garlic sirloin and chicken wrapped in bacon. The meal comes with a platter of antipasto and choice of caesar or house salad. This restaurant offers a la carte menu items as well. All of which looked delicious. Desserts look very good but we were to full from a delicious meal.

I hate leaving a bad review for anyone. I always want to give a restaurant or a business a chance. Yet, this was a shockingly unsatisfying experience. We go to churrascaria a lot. So, we thought let's give Pampas a try rather than Fogo. We should have left after the hostess asked us if we had a "voucher." When I asked what she meant she didn't respond and sat us. I should have pressed for an answer. The "market table" was tucked in the back of the restaurant past a whole room of empty tables. The salad bar was picked over and unappetizing. The prepared salads were mayonnaise ladened and completely unappealing. Back at our table the gauchos brought meats on a sword. They were incredibly friendly. It's not their fault that the majority of the meat was just okay. Chicken legs, small sausages, and garlic sirloin (that clearly was made "garlic" to cover up that it didn't taste very fresh.) A couple of highlights were a spicy beef tenderloin and a ham and pork loin. Overall, the food was just okay. The biggest issue is that we were charged over $144 before tip. We get it. Vegas is expensive these days. But if you are going to spend that kind of money there are MUCH better options for just okay chicken legs and old steak.

Used a 2 for 1 coupon I got downtown. We were seated out of the main dining room in a area that wasn't near as nice as the main. Asked to be seated there (main) and was told it was full although we could see many vacant seats and tables. Meal started and we got very little attention, found other guests in this area had coupons also. We were skipped the better cuts and was offered chicken, sausage, etc. After asking why the people in this room were left out of the better cuts no answer was given. After this we were stared at (by 2 staff) until we left. Way to many good restaurants to deal with this crap. Around early 2019

Service was great. Food was excellent. Atmosphere was comfortable. Great place to enjoy a wonderful lunch with family.

My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant last week because we love Brazilian food in special rodizzio. The meat cuts were ok, however, were COLD! they were around the restaurant event hough because of the pandemic was not full. The taste was good but cold, and also the sides were cold,, so we didn't enjoy the dinner. Also, they include in the ticket MY PIECE OF BIRTHDAY CAKE (cheesecake), in others place was a courtesy of the restaurant. Nayi.

This is a great experience, if you love a Brazilian restaurant. You will get a ceasar salad with a cold tray (cheeses, meats, veggies, and bread). Then your entrée will include sides (cheese potatoes, white rice, black beans, and fried bananas). There were a wide variety of meats available. You certainly won't be hunger when you leave! Our waiter was fabulous and very personable.

Good service and good meat but really poor buffet compared to other similar restaurants we’ve visited. We came at 9pm and it just looked like we got leftovers. Cantine ambience. Alltogether not worth the money.

Hostess did not clearly explain the charge for choices. Waitress talked so fast and when asked to repeat she did not slow it down. Food was good and the meat servers came around a lot and had patience with our children so that was a great positive. Chicken, sausage, and tri-tip good, sirloin options were tough. Our waitress did not refill drinks so was challenging just having regular water let alone iced tea and lemonade. Would not return due to the price and poor waitress service.

Great ambiance, crew, and food! Come ready to eat... A LOT. Some may acknowledge the cost, there is good reason. This is a haven for the carnivores of the world.

So went about 5 years ago and thought we’d try again and was not disappointed. Service was great, price was incredible and food out of this world!

Milton was the best! Hooked us up with the all you can drink and the food was absolutely amazing! Fire!!!!

My wife and discovered this great place several years ago (pre-pandemic) and were wowed by the great food, service and amazing salad bar. Then, during the pandemic they remained open and the salad bar became a "waiter/chef selection" brought to your table and they focused on simply the best and dishes and soups - we felt we were in great hands. Now, just recently the salad bar is back with that perfect blend of high-quality items but not overwhelmed with choices of ho-hum items. Of course, the meat dishes are great, especially the lamb, and they really do take time to meet your request about cooking it rare/medium/well-done and you are never being rushed. Again, for this experience to be the best, the salad bar is a meal unto itself and the quality and way it complements the meat dishes is outstanding. For example, have you ever tried "cream of jalapeno" soup? They have it and it is rotated out for other choices, always fresh, throughout the evening. I really like how they can offer these spicy and/or sour vegetable dishes along well-seasoned meat. Yet another word about service. This is very important if you are going to spend $$$ on a special milestone meal like we did. Not only are they reasonably priced for the quality and variety but the staff, from server to manager, are very attentive. You can also get a professional photo taken at your table to remember the evening. We have been here now three times in about 6 years and I think we got the photo each time - that says a lot for this place. HINT: Since this restaurant is indoors at the far back end of the Miracle Mile shops in Planet Hollywood, a great time to go there is a Sunday evening after the regular tourist crowd has already left for the end of the weekend.

Amazing Charcuterie Board. Worth every penny. I really enjoyed the plantains and black beans, too. Our server was friendly. We'd never experienced a steakhouse of this style. We would return but maybe not order the full meat experience. The quality was pretty good and of course you can eat as much as you'd like. However, we don't eat a ton, so probably didn't do justice to the price point for us. You get plenty of meat on the charcuterie option and all the sides. I can't say enough about that deliciousness. Oh, and the Caesar Salad was very good.

I always try to look at things positively. Let's see what I can share that was positively: 1. we were assigned to our table relatively quickly. We had a reservation. 2. The raspberry tea was good. As far as the service, buffet selection, cleanliness? Well it's not positive so I won't say anything. See picture of fork that was during there greeting me. Just nasty. And it was ridiculously expensive. It's not even worth half of what they charge. Basically, I wouldn't go back even if I had a coupon for 75% off....

We had lunch here one day. Arrived about 11:30 and did not have a reservation. Were seated immediately. Menu was explained and food service started immediately. Salads were delivered along with side dishes and cheese/bread plate. Meats were abundant and carved tableside. They only stopped coming around when we said we were full. Delicious and fun experience.

We were looking for a restaurant for a late breakfast or early lunch, when we stumbled upon Pampas. It is located in the Miracle Mile shops a little south of the Paris resort. My opportunities to eat at a Brazilian/Argentinean restaurant is very limited so I quickly made the decision that we had found our lunch location. The restaurant opens at 11:00 and we arrived at 11:15. The meal cost was $30 per person but it was the only meal we needed for the entire day. The meal started with a salad, plus a cheese/dried fruit/salami board. It was quickly followed by dishes of au gratin potatoes, white rice, black beans, fried plantains, chopped kale and bread rolls. We were still enjoying the above-mentioned items when they started bringing us the meats on long skewers which the servers would slice off for us. The meat was cooked at various levels on each skewer so no matter what your preference of “doneness” you should be satisfied. We were supplied with a card consisting of a red/green side. If the green side was up the server would stop at your table, if you displayed the red side, you would be bypassed. The lunch menu contained 7 different varieties of meat. You could sample all seven or at any time request a certain type that you had already had. (There was a wait period if you wanted a specific type of meat). I thought the seasoning on the beef especially was fantastic. Staff was attentive and beverages were refilled in a timely manner. My favorite meal during our four day stay in Vegas. Note the dinner menu/option is larger and cost more. My only complaint would be that our table should have been larger to easily hold all of the food that was presented to us.

Yes you get loads of meat but its rubbish meat. I can't stress enough how poor the quality of meat is. And the buffet - oh my word. Absolutely pathetic. An insult. It was right at the back of the building as well - which is inconvenient enough to make you not want to keep going back to help yourself which is clearly a stingy ploy. However in this case I'm glad it was at the back of the building because I wouldn't wish to see that buffet ever again.

I would call this the "Budget Fogo de Chao". The place was dirty. Chunks of meat on the floor that many staff just ignored. It was a slow Wednesday night. The bathroom was so trashed I had to tell the hostess. The food was good! They serve these little popover rolls that were SO good! Most of the meats were very good. The chicken was dry but the lamb and filet were amazing. It was worth the $50 due to the location especially. I wasnt thrilled about offering to take a "complementary photo" of us only to offer us a proof and we could buy the actual photos. That seemed like a bait and switch to me. I hope this review was helpful! If so please click "YES"!

We had never been to this type of restuartant before dining here. We were pleasantly surprised how much we liked this. The choice of meats was fantastic, the salad and all the sides were all very good. We didn't really care for the lake but everything else was really good. Service was also very good!

We visited Pampas on May 2nd. There were four of us. We found the food and the service to be good. We would recommend Pampas.

Pampas was our favorite Brazillian Steakhouse in Las Vegas. Key word: WAS. We made reservations for last weekend and could not be more disappointed. The salad bar is completely closed. They DO NOT tell you this when you make the reservation so when you get there---surprise---no salad bar. They brought a horrible selection of 4 items to our table (dried out plantains, beans mixed with rice, kale, and potatoes). You do not get to select your 4 sides. We tasted these "filler" foods and were disgusted by the texture, temperature, and lack of flavor. We could not eat them. By the presentation, I thought they had been recycled from another table. They were that BAD. The meats that are served at your table are very limited!!! You must pay extra if you want pineapple or any seafood. The one good thing is that the meat they did bring to the table was tasty and prepared well. The bill was $280 for 3 people (we had a drink and dessert. Also, paid extra for the pineapple). This is NOT the same as it once was. It is definitely not worth your time or money. I truly wish someone would have warned us!! Next time, we will be going to Galpao Gaucho. The salad bar is open, and the overall experience is far superior in every way!!

!DO NOT EAT HERE!! My family and I had reservations for Pampas on Saturday night to celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday. The experience was the biggest disappointment ever. The food was so extremely bad that just with the salad one of my guests got so sick that they had to leave the restaurant. After waiting for 15 minutes the meats finally showed up, but they were terrible, some were under cooked and others were dried and flavorless. At this point we were so disappointed that we asked the waitress to politely cancel our bill. She brought over the manager, and we explained the situation and the dissatisfaction and that one of our guests got sick, she told us that we needed to pay for the full meal because "the customer should expect risks when eating out". We argued back and forth and she would not cancel our bill. We finally gave in and agreed to pay the price of the salad bar which none of us truly eat in fear of getting sick. Stay away from this place, Los Vegas has so many other options to choose from and this one should not be one of them. !DO NOT EAT HERE

What an awesome experience at Pampas in Las Vegas today. Made our anniversary celebrations even more special. Thank you to Dewey, Rob, and master carver Keenan.

My wife and I made a reservation 3 weeks ago. Upon checking in, they tried to seat us in the outside patio right at the exit to Miracle Mile Shops. We said no, we want to be inside. Hostess said inside is reserved for private party. Funny, the 2-top seated right before us got to sit inside. We had a 50% off dinner email from being in their e-club. The server said oh, it has to be printed. Not according to the email. It said "Show to server for 50% off". That took 5 minutes. We were ready to walk because my wife didn't like being seated outside and then having to wait for a table to be cleared. Meat servers were slow to come. They skipped us several times, my wife had to call them over and say "what do you have?" Buffet line was new yet awful. Awful because at least a charcuterie board should have been brought to the table by the server. It was totally like a buffet experience that should cost $9.99 and not $62.99 for dinner. Meat servers came by very slowly and we had to call them over because they would skip us. Lastly, we had Miracle Mile Gift Cards which my wife wanted to use. It is the same as cash. Our server said we couldn't use the 50% off email and the gift cards together. That is total BS. I will never return to this restaurant. Is management trying to destroy this restaurant? It sure seems so.

The wait staff makes you feel like you are at home. The cooks took pride in the food they prepared. Everything was delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant. The apple chicken sausage was my favorite.

We went during restaurant week for the $20 lunch special which is served til 4:00 pm. We arrived at 2:50 and was told there would be a 30 to 40 minute wait. We were a party of six so that was reasonable. Well, we waited and waited and they kept seating large parties ahead of us. We waited until 3:45 and began asking how much longer and were told they were clearing a table for us and pointed to a large table with 6 chairs. Next thing I know they are seating a party of 5 there that came in after us and only waited about 10 minutes. So I politely asked the same hostess why they were getting the table she said was ours and she said they were setting up two tables for us and pointed across the room. Again they seated another party before us. I asked yet again and she said just a minute. Finally at 4:10 we were seated (and it was not the two tables she had indicated.) I was peeved but was told that they would still honor the $20 lunch since we did arrive at 2:50. We sat for quite a while, the waitress finally took our drink order. We asked for silverware and was told they’d be coming right up. Next thing you know we have our salad and still no silverware. Had to ask twice more and finally someone from the kitchen brought it to us. The entire experience was just so unprofessional and rude. The servers with the skewers were very friendly and came around often enough, but that did not make up for the overall dissatisfying experience. We were not offered the advertised grilled pineapple for dessert but I was full so not that big of a deal. The big deal came when they charged us for the dinner price $50. My husband had to go up there and explain about our arrival at 2:50 and not getting seated until 4:10. They finally changed the bill to the lunch price. The last few times we were they were somewhat disappointing but I figured they were shorthanded like most places. But seriously this was the absolute worst experience and we will not be back to this location.

This restaurant is to be avoided. We have been billed for meals we didn’t order and the manager of the restaurant refused to correct the bill. She also had a very disrespectful attitude, which is nowhere to be seen. If I were an American citizen I would report this to a consumer protection office as an obvious case of misselling.

The food was good, can't really go wrong wiht just grilled meats. We had Christmas dinner here and if you've been to Fogo de Chao, it the same concept however where the restaurant fell short was the de.cor of the restautant. It just felt old, out of place or may be we were tucked away into a side room which is used for banquets. Getting to the restuarant was complicated too. Its connected to Planet Hollywood Hotel, just fyi. We are not traditional Christmas dinner fans so the Turkey and stuffing were wasted but like I said the meats were good.

This is a honest review of our experience: Absolutely appalling hygiene at Pampas restaurant in Las Vegas. Every plate in the salad bar area was coated with leftover food or grease, showing a complete disregard for basic cleanliness standards. If they're willing to serve food on dirty plates in plain view, one can only imagine the horrors lurking in the kitchen. We were so disgusted that we left without even touching our drinks. Until they prioritize cleanliness, service their dishwasher, and provide proper hygiene training to their staff, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Food was great. Steak was one of the best i have ever had. Service was great also. If you leave hungry here its your fault. They keep bringing food out as you eat and you can choose what you want as they walk around and pull it off skewers.

First of all, the service was horrendous....as in barely existent. It took forever to get seated and then we waited, waited and waited, The food was MEDIOCRE. The meats were few in choices (sirloin, sirloin and MORE sirloin) and that which was available was dry and of the cheapest cut. When we asked for a drink, it never came and finally at the end of our meal I wanted to take my beans with me so I could try them later. They refused to let me take them. This was not an inexpensive meal nor was it our first time here (The last time we were allowed to take some items with us) So, it was better for them to throw these items away, than it was for us to try the beans later. While it was not our first time here (we own at the Elara). It Will Be our last! If you are looking for wonderful Brazilian food there are several places in Vegas. Patronize a restaurant that truly appreciates your business. This place is an F- on way too many levels.

They had lots of tasty meats brought to the table, and the buffet had lots of salads, pasta, rice, beans, etc. (though not many meat based ones). There was also a photographer who snapped some pics of us. One of them showed up on a postcard coupon, complimentary, and you had the opportunity to buy nice big printed versions of the photos too, which we didn't do. We headed over here because some comped tickets for doing a timeshare presentation. It's tucked away in the mall but definitely was a tasty visit.

We had a large group of us there from a missions organization, and if I could leave a 10 star review, I would! Everyone (chef, hostess, waiters/etc) was so incredibly kind! The staff felt like family. It was also cool- the chef pointed out someone and said it was Joey Fatone’s brother, so that was cool! The food was also amazing (especially the chicken apple sausage, I do have to say). Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend!

The food was decent. We had lunch. Good variety. Service was so-so. We were put inside corner, large round table. People forgot us for about 15 minutes. They served everyone else and then left. We had to flag someone down to get some food.

We had the dinner for two given to us for doing a Westgate timeshare presentation. We reserved online for 8 PM, walked up at about 5 minutes after 8 and were seated within a few minutes. There were several couples waiting, so make a reservation. We went ahead of them. Nice table, good waitstaff and meat was brought around frequently until we had eaten all that we wanted. Meat was good quality, but no ribeye or NY strip. Booo! We had a bottle of wine. Total out of our pocket for bottle of wine and tip was $56. We would probably not come back because we don't spend that kind of money to eat, but since the dinners were free, it was a pretty very nice experience.

Ordered a pickup meal not know anything about this restaurant. Ordered rotisserie chicken sandwich with scalloped potatoes and sweet plantains. I was impressed, the sandwich was excellent and the sides were very good.

We have been here multiple times before when we visit vegas. This was out first visit since covid. Vegas itself is dead during the week. Stores/shops closed and few tourists M-Th. When we booked a dinner we just didn't know what to expect. We were seated in the area just outside the walls of the restaurant in the main walkway. I fully expected service to be lacking since we were not in the restaurant proper. However Ismael, our server was on point! Our drinkskept flowing and he made sure whatever meat we wanted (and how we wanted it cooked) was sent our direction. Instead of having the buffet, they send a charcuterie board with meat, cheese, olives, and a teppanade. They also brought out the ever popular cheese rolls. Anything more we wanted Ismael made sure we got. Service and food was on point and much improved from our last visit a couple of years ago.

PAMPAS LAS VEGAS is a great place to go for delicious and flavorful food in a cool and unique atmosphere. I have been impressed with all of the meals that I have had from here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

Never had Beef sirloin like that Ever before and All You Can Eat. Even the sides were cooked and seasoned PERFECTLY. My wife and I can't wait till next time to eat here for dinner. When you have a chance stop in for lunch or dinner give your taste buds the opportunity, ok?

Go only with a discount voucher or Groupon. And only if you like your beef med or rare; had to wait forever for well done meats. Nice to have salad bar back after covid. Service just ok, nothing special. May try again sometime...

Total disappointment, raw meats, service is not good, take a long time to pass cuts of meat and is very expensive because of the warmth they offer

I took advantage of a Groupon offer for two at dinner time saving us $40 of the regular price, but be aware that the price you pay doesn't include drinks & taxes. The quality of the miscellaneous meat cuts, sausages and chicken is very good. Additionally, you get a plate with deli, cheese, olives, cheese bread, plantains, etc. If you are a meat lover...Pampas is a place to go.

We thought it'll be a new experience and we're definitely not disappointed, Miguel made sure we'd have the best experience in dining "Brazilian". We definitely had an evening we'll remember for years to come. ¡Muchas Gracias Miguel!

We wanted to do something different for Christmas so we decided on Vegas. We chose Pampas tonight and had no regrets. All you can eat different cuts of steak, lamb, chicken and pork with a huge salad bar. We had a ball. I haven’t laughed and had that good a time in a while. We left full. The atmosphere and service was fantastic my daughter and I had a great time and plan to return. Our server was Bryce and the bartender was Freddy, they were both characters and made our visit memorable. Great food, great drinks, great staff.

A wedding party using the party room. The server first took away all the glassware.... then gave each table of 10 seats (2) bottles of water. We sat there without cups for 30 minutes staring at the bottles. Asked for cups several times. Another 30 minutes goes by without any service. We thought might as well utilize the salad bar. Did that and sat another while until anyone came around with meat. Each person that came ran out of meat by the time he got to the back of the tables. They never returned with more, either. Only pork, sausage. Then finally some tough steak. Once. That was it. A young server with hand tattoos dropped greasy meat all over my light colored dress. He apologized quickly and said, "Do you want me to get a wet wipe?" I said "Yes, please." He never returned. Nobody did. Awful. The bathrooms were a wreck. Toilet paper dispensers were in pieces and falling off the walls. Paper towels would not dispense. I have no idea how this place is allowed to operate inside Caesars Palace.

This was a pretty good Brazilian steakhouse, but could have been better. They said would be 11 different cuts of meat for lunch, but we only counted 6. The meats were pretty good but could have been better cooked and prepared. The salad bar was decent with many options to go with the meats. Grilled pineapple was extra and not included which was a disappointment.

My husband and I visited for my birthday dinner. Alexander was our waiter and he was fantastic! He made sure to take excellent care of us with a great attitude and a smile. We will be back next time we are in Las Vegas! Thank you Alexander for a wonderful birthday dinner!

As in most Brazilian restaurants you have salad and meats are brought to your table and you have a card which is green on one side and red on the other, green to say you still want more meats, red to stop or just rest. It took a while but then it seemed like one waiting person left and the next was at your table and it all seemed to come at once. So felt a bit rushed. The food was very tasty but we quickly turned our card to red.

Got a Groupon and was pleasantly surprised at the quality for a buffet like this. I made a mistake of not confirming I wanted the vegetarian option but when it did come out everything was lovely. I wish the salad bar had better labeling (e.g. "Italian pasta salad" appeared to be cheese tortellini and tomatoes but had thin slices of salami throughout) but all of the chefs carving meat were super friendly and my partner said everything was delicious and well cooked.

in need a of a meat fix rather than a plate of evil vege we decided to give it a go. only downside was the live band for the first 1/2 of the meal were too loud. good music etc but too loud for dining music. only meat i didnt like was the chicken sausage. beware of the garlic beef though and make sure whoever you are spending the night with eats it too. drinks were reasonable priced, service really good from the waiter who served us, sorry i cant remember his name but we did comment favorably to the reception staff on the way out. sorry i am terrible with names but wow he was exceptional and friendly

It is horrible experience. Host and table service both bad. Food are so bad old very few selection no wonder it in Groupon. If I know this bad I wouldn’t even buy groupon. We pay 75 for too and it hurts just think about it. waste money

Most places you go the food is pretty good and it ends up being something else that you remember whether good or bad. At Pampas the staff are amazing. You leave feeling like you have made new friends. The food is amazing and there is so much to choose from. I live in Oregon and my wife and I schedule trips to Vegas around our need to visit our friends at Pampas. For the best in flavor, atmosphere, and service visit our friends you won't be disappointed.

I know this restaurant for more than 10 years now. The quality now is very much lower than before. The salat bar has less than 50% of former choices. Meet quality is now in best case average. Cannot recommend it any more.

We booked this place for a group of 10. Upgraded from regular admission for the Super Bowl to the VIP experience where we were supposed to have our own private room, unlimited drinks , two large screens for viewing and a private server. Well, we didn’t get that. Not even remotely close. We were seated outside of the viewing area, not even in the restaurant, but in the mall!!! We were so crammed in that my Veteran handicapped partner could not get out so he sat on the opposite side of the railing so he could access the restroom (that’s a whole other story). Half our groups backs were turned to the TV and there was only one TV from our seats that was viewable. Commentary was questionable, we missed a lot of what the commentators were saying because we were outside of the room! We spoke to the manager about this and he honestly did not care. Told us to call back tomorrow. People that paid $99/seat were sitting INSIDE the restaurant!!!! The food was underwhelming. Sliders were raw and the chicken wings were questionable. If it lets me post pictures you will see our whole entire disappointing experience.

Go somewhere else This is a poor representation for a churrascaria. Expensive, poor service, meats not all good. Setting is not attractive either. “Tired” describes the whole experience.

It has nothing to do with the Brazilian food and barbecue! Service is bad, we stayed 50 minutes waiting for a table, And when we entered meat passed 2 times, no meat passed, The buffet options were awful. the bean is rice seemed to be yesterday's. and the meat the only time it went awful. Please don't go! $66.99 per person! I do not indicate and I will not return.

Eating here is one of our traditions and I don’t see it changing. We usually go on Groupon and get the two person with unlimited beer and sangria deal. They have not re-open their salad bar and bring a variety of products to the table which we had trouble fitting on the table. The steak was amazing. Unfortunately no one came around with grilled pineapple this time, which is also a favorite. The dessert for us to share at the end with just the right amount. Staff was friendly and prompt!

Make a reservation if you decide to try it. They have no problem letting you sit there for 45 minutes. Per the review we would not go back.

The food was awesome. It beat our expectations. The servers with meat choices kept coming around, so we didn't need to wait long. My wife loved the top sirloin steak! This is an all-you-can- eat restaurant, so come hungry!

I am very disappointed with our recent experience. We went there for lunch, but we ended up leaving hungry because of the way the steak was served. We had no issue with the complimentary vouchers; however, we paid for our meals and the service was very poor. We felt ignored during service. The server passed by us twice without offering the steak he was serving to others. We waited for 39 minutes and were only served ham and sausage. This made us feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated, especially as we are Asian customers. When we raised the issue, the manager was rude and insisted that we pay, without offering any apology for the poor service. Instead of addressing the problem, she dismissed our concerns. This kind of management attitude may be the reason why the service quality is so poor. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

We received a coupon from a casino for dinner . The dinner was 49.00 a person with coupon . This was the worst meal we have ever had . The food was not good at all . Most of the meat selections were dried out , tough and flavorless. The salad bar was below average . Our total bill for two was 153.00 . Wish we would have went Simple’s e . The wait staff were great . The meat servers were also good . Sadley the food was terrible. Save your money and go elsewhere

Food - HORRIBLE! If you’re used to go to Texas De Brazil or Fogo de Chão DO NOT give this place a try. Cold meat, everything is well done, it takes FOREVER to get meat served to you. Service - TERRIBLE! The little short girl who took us to our table was so rude and not caring. The server was awful, dirty appearance, cussing and not visiting the table to see if things were okay. And when we needed another plate she told us where to find one. Ambiance - Just don’t go to this place. Thank me later!!! From the way they greet you to how they give you your receipt. The worst Brazilian steak house I’ve ever been. And I am from Brazil. Ohhhhh and their price isn’t that different than the TOP Brazilian Steakhouses so if you want good food, good service, and good ambiance pay a little more. Thank me later.

What an experience! When you are ready for the main course, the waiter can quickly overwhelm you with the food being brought out - especially the meats!!! Went on a Friday evening and met another couple there. Service and food are outstanding!

Lower quality meat. We ended up there due to location convenience. I regret every bite. Worst meat quality ever. The service is not that great. Don’t waste your money. Pay more and go to another place close by. Or, get yourself a burger… much better

First, if Heather is the manager on shift leave. The food was Good but not exceptional. Juan Hose was a fantastic server. BUT if you have a coupon or vouch make sure the math is right, because our $15 voucher got an $ 11.50 credit (don't let them take it). Back to Heather, somehow one of our party was aggressive to someone? If that means I want more steak, then be aggressive. She ruined our late lunch, and we were so discussed we left, regardless of paying too much.

We were offered this from a timeshare review and so glad we did not pay for it. The salad bar was weak with little options. The meat portions did not come out frequent enough for you to enjoy dinner. When they did come out, they went to the larger parties and ran out of food for couples. I say pass on this and look for something else.

We came for the late night rodizio. Price was right but the food seemed to be less than what we experienced in the past. Took awhile before the meat servers came by our table so we had eaten all the potatoes and veggies from the buffet bar prior to getting any meats. Nothing was really bad but then again nothing was outstanding. The salad/veggie bar seemed to have fewer and not as good selections as we had in the past. We just hope this was an off night but we were not impressed with Pampas

A simply dreadful experience, one of the worst from coast-to-coast. We arrived as part of a small wedding party WITH A RESERVATION, and yet we were forced to endured a wait of approx. 1 hour, 10-15 minutes before our appetizers arrived! As if that weren't bad enough, a health inspector (allegedly) was inspecting the kitchen during our visit. Add a list of totally confusing dining options, and, well, a hellish experience was had by all. The food itself was actually pretty good (we had savory tri-tip dinners), but overall, our experience was totally miserable.

Every Time To Visit Las Vegas. This Is Our Favorite Spot To Eat At! We Both Enjoyed The Lunch And Dinner Menus! Pricing Is Affordable If You Have Coupons.

The food just hit the spot. The service and the host robot are incredible. I will say that it was a little expensive but it was worth it. It was a different experience.

We went to this restaurant in the expectations of good and a proper amount of meat. The meat was really good, the PROBLEM was just that the service was awful. We where at the restaurant for 1.5hr and got 5 servings, and we sat with empty plates constantly. The last time we sat for 25min without any meat-waiters coming to our table. The manager gave us a discount that match the REALLY BAD experience. Good meat, AWFUL SERVIVE

It has been several years since we visited Las Vegas but our fond memories of Pampas from 6 years ago brought us back for an important milestone birthday for my wife. Back in May 2015 I had praised their reasonable prices, very good quality of the meat choices, great service and outstanding salad bar - all essential to a memorable churrascaria experience. On this visit for an uncrowded late lunch, we were escorted to a special booth (one table within its own small room) and received outstanding service from regular food server Stephanie and meat server Blake. Their kind and professional attitudes were very much appreciated. At present, the buffet is closed in order to be configured for a reopening under updated COVID-19 health guidelines but in its place we received at our table a more than ample selection of kitchen-selected appetizers, including wonderful fresh-baked miniature bread rolls, rice with black beans, high-quality (cold cut deli) meats and cheeses, fried plantains and (upon special request) outstanding chimichurri sauce for the meats. In the absence of the usual crowded (and not very COVID-19-compliant) salar bar, this was very thoughtful and "best of the best" alternative. We will definitely be back next time as it is clear that the management is really focused on an excellent customer service and quality.

By far, our family’s favorite Las Vegas restaurant. We were quickly seated at the time of our reservation and our server was polite and friendly. We plenty from which to choose on the salad bar / buffet and meats coming to our table every few minutes, we were quickly full. The price is a little high, I agree, but for the level of service and quality of food, I have no complaints. However, while we were there, I overheard and saw one employee (a manager) shouting and swearing at another employee. I didn’t care that she was being corrected (from what he said, it seemed like this wasn’t the first time the issue had been addressed), but I didn’t appreciate the obscene language while I was trying to get some salad. Otherwise, top notch service from Izzy was much appreciated. My husband, children, and I love this place!

My wife and I dined here for dinner. This was our first time at a Brazilian Restaurant with this style of dining. What a lot of fun! The meal started with a charcuterie board with meats/cheeses/bread/olives/cornichons/dried apricots (sorry, my photo was so blurry I couldn't post it). Salads came next. My wife chose the house salad with a Brazilian vinaigrette and I chose the Caesar salad. Then we were presented with the sides. I thought we would pick what sides we wanted, but all sides were automatically brought out. Our sides that night were sauteed kale, fried plantains, and jasmine rice with bean stew. The meats came out next. Fabulous. Including: sirloin, tri-tip, 2 types of sausages, lamb, filet mignon. They give diners a little card that says Finished on one side and Keep coming on the other side so the servers with the meat know to come or skip your table. The service was fantastic, the food excellent, and I can't wait to return. Management should be proud. Many photos added.

We were seated within 5 minutes after arrival, which was just after 12. We were greeted quickly and offered water and drinks. Salad bar was excellent. Really enjoyed the blue cheese coleslaw. Other notables included fresh Mellon as well as sweet peppers. Various meats arrived in a constant and timely manner. Skirt steak, sirloin, sausage, bacon wrapped chicken and two or three others were offered. I like my meat medium rare and was not disappointed. Had a pleasant meal while watching the Masters. Service was above average. If you’re hungry, Pampas should be considered. Very enjoyable.

Want to send a shout out to the front of house and the folks doing the magic on the grill. The hostesses were pleasant and efficient, the meat carving gauchos were friendly and approachable. Our gaucho offered us a great deal for all we wanted to drink and kept us supplied for the entire meal; even opening full bottles of decent red on the table. We used a Groupon and they certainly did not treat us any different than those paying full price. We enjoyed a full rotation of all the beef, pork and lamb, plus turkey. It was easy to enjoy the option of pleasing 2 of us who preferred very rare and 3 others well done and they usually had meats cooked to all levels . The “optional” lobster tail was perfect as well as ayce fried shrimp, grilled salmon and an order of scampi. It was Christmas and busy and very festive. And it all worked great.

Went on a Saturday...bad idea! We felt that they cannot handle a large volume of costumers. Even though it was 2:00 in the afternoon, they struggled. Once seated, we waited approx 20 minutes until ANYONE acknowledged us and that was after stopping a few employees to ask if anyone was assigned to our table. Eventually Veronica showed up and no apology. She made us feel as though we were putting her out when we told her it was our first time there and could she explain how the meal worked. The food was ok, we felt like the charcuterie board was put together WAY far in advance. Some of the meat was tough and had no flavor. The sides were pretty good but once again felt like they had been sitting for awhile as nothing was served hot. The good news was the gals working in the front, the busboys, and the guys who served the meat were outstanding. Also want to give a shout out to Melanie who came by to see if we needed anything because we probably looked like we had enough. She took our dessert order to go and came and checked on us as Veronica was no where to be seen....

Tried this place out for lunch. The buffet was way more packed with food options than I thought! Huge variety, from beans and rice to caprese kabobs. All that I had on my plate was delicious. My husband was thrilled with the variety of meats brought out on the skewer. He said the seasonings/flavors were spot on. We both agree that the apple chicken sausage was by far the best.

Food was decent, service was terrible, especially the four women at the hostess stand who had no idea what they were doing. We waited 35 minutes passed our reservation time. Would definitely not recommend.

We went for a wedding dinner celebration with family and friends. Great atmosphere, great food, great deal.

Better than expected, superior to last visit. We chose the Tomahawk 2lb ribeye + salad bar rather than the full meal deal. Steak was delicious, done to medium rare perfection and ample for 2 with the whole buffet for $10 more pp. We found it much superior to the full meal deal @ half the price and a very personable waiter to boot. Best pampas experience ever.

I had an excellent meal at pampas in las vegas . For 40.00 dollars they have lunch special. All you eat and drink and dessert.

This place was delicious! All the staff we encountered treated us like royalty. It was great trying all the different meats they brought around.

We wanted a true 'all you can eat' experience in Vegas and this certainly lived up to those expectations. We booked a table and still had to wait 5/10 mins for a table, our waiter was lovely and we did not catch his name. We had a starter that everyone seemed to get salad bits etc, then we had the main part of the buffet delivered- beans, potatoes etc which we really enjoyed alongside the meat. The meat was delivered quickly and simple to select and put onto your plate, all meats were cooked perfectly to our taste however there was other options if you preferred more rare/well done. We really enjoyed it here and left feeling very full! Would defo recommend to other English friends visiting Vegas.

Whilst food was lovely. The menu was not very clear and led to a lot of food waste. When we have gone to a Brazilian in the UK, we have gone to a salad bar for our sides whilst the meat comes to the table. At Pampas, the sides all come out and actually we were not given time to study these on the menu and if we had, we would have requested only a couple of them. The waiter as well was a little bit fussy. Meat that came out was good quality and there was a good variety. Overall we would go again as long as we had a discount voucher as not worth the full price advertised on the menu.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Customer service is beyond horrendous. Management is a joke and needs more training, they will give you attitude if you don't buy a $200 "Special" that they say is the only menu available and no substitutions can be made. So if you are allergic to something you will still have to pay for it and they won't switch it out for something else even though they will give you a full menu of other items and even advertise those full menus right outside the door, false advertisement at it's finest! And if you decline the only special they have that day, they will snatch the menus out of your hand like they did us. They will let you make a reservation, but upon arrival they will have you stand in a long line to check in for your reservation then direct you to the 2nd long line to wait for a table with everyone else without a reservation. When you finally get to the hostess stand they will be rude to you while trying to get you to pay upfront for something you don't want before they will seat you. When we FINALLY got upfront and told them our reservation time was at 7:30 (time now is 8:00) they will "see" if there are any tables available, if not you will have to wait until one is. They have no idea what is going on, no system in place, employees look confused and running around checking for available tables, manager just standing there offering no help to the employees or customers. The place is so completely disorganized, and no one seems to know what is going on.

Brazilian restaurant, with carnes rotizes, we went with an expectation, in the desire to eat a different food, because it was a Brazilian restaurant, the meats were not the way we expected, too long to come the Carnes, and also the spices had nothing to do with Brazilian food, it looked like Arab food, and in the end they wanted to charge 25% tax. An absurd for poor care, need to review this, if not the cow goes pro Brejo.

Great meat they give you more and more Also free salad bar with big choice Also some fruits Good cocktail Nice place. We have discount because we were in Polo towers Try it a good choice for the money

We stayed 40min waiting for a table. Curiously, there were several unoccupied women. After the 3rd couple that came later to be called, we went to talk to the receptionist who did not find our name on the list. She asked if we had really given her the name, what we had done. The amazing thing is that there were not many people waiting and she couldn’t notice that we were there and we were never called! As for the meat, it was passed by the waiters only every 15 minutes. Certainly a strategy not to eat too much. The pique was not pique. Lack of salt, but this is a personal taste. I ⁇ 't come back and do not recommend.

We were in Las Vegas to celebrate my brother’s wedding. It started off unpleasant as our party was standing waiting to be acknowledged while the staff was on the phone. Once we were finally acknowledged we were told to wait for our table to be ready. We walked about two feet and were seated right outside of the door. The hostess was very abrupt and rushed to sit down. The service was so rushed even though the restaurant was not busy the waitress dropped off bottled water and we didn’t see her again until time to pay our bill. She had an attitude and didn’t want to split the bill even though they said we could pay 3 way split. I don’t recommend getting the ribs as they were very tough. The other options were grossly overpriced and not worth it. The staff acted as though we were inconveniencing them with our presence. I would recommend a different restaurant to celebrate. We spent well over 1k and it definitely was not worth it! Spend your money where you will be appreciated and enjoy the food!

Highly recommend. It was $50 a person and worth every penny. Staff was very polite and attentive. Staff was entertaining, kept us engaged, they all had great personalities. Everything that we had was amazing! The lamb and sauce was amazing. Plantains and scalloped potatoes were delicious. Cheesecake was great as well.

We've been to this location several times over the years. Sadly their quality has gone downhill. The meats were low quality and extremely dry and chewy. Their salad bar wasn't very good either. Their cheese rolls were hard as rock .....they're supposed to be soft and airy ! Considering how much you pay for the dinner it's a total waste of money. We will definitely avoid going there again.

We first went to Pampas about 10 years ago and decided to return on our latest visit to Las Vegas. It is a shame that there is a distinct lack of atmosphere here. The food was average with some of the meats being good and others being very tough. It was similar with the waiters, some being very attentive and others seeming like they didn't really want to be there. However, not bad for the price and wines also available at a reasonable price.

This place. It was during a busy weekend, which is why I went UP to 3* instead of 2*. The food was just not good. The traveling food distributors were not plentiful at all. Had to wait for ANYONE to show up sometimes. One of the pork offerings was just about as dry and hard as could be. The beef options were all decent. This place AIN’T Fogo De Chao, so if your expectations are very low, then maybe it will be ok. Would NOT go back.

Sadly I didn't get pictures when I was getting the Meat served, because I was very much interested on eating it :P The service is great, the food was awesome and the price is good. The only downside of my Lunch was when a lady came to my table and asked if she could take a picture, I said no but she insisted. When the picture arrived and I wasn't interested on purchasing it she didn't take it with the best mood. But again, I'll say that the place is good and a nice stop on the the city that never sleeps.

I’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes with my mother eating from the salad bar. We’ve been offered a chicken sausage link and a medium rare strip of leather. When I asked TWICE if there was any “more tender meat” the server replied a clear and loud NO twice then walked off. Two other couples were shocked at the response as they’ve been sitting T the bar waiting to be acknowledged for the last 10 minutes. AVOID THIS TRAP AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

This was our first experience. They give you a lot of food and I was stuffed. Loved the sides and salad and being able to eat all the meat you want was a plus for my husband. If you go, you should be very hungry.

Highly recommend the all you can eat rodizio. Love the food and environment. Very friendly staff and customer service.

This is our #1 stop when we are here. Stuff ourselves silly with the never ending, mouth watering meats available. The sides are just as tasty but when you have a plateful of lamb, filet mignon, top sirloin, ham etc… there isn’t much more room.

We visited for our 10 year anniversary and received fantastic service from everyone. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Andrea was our server. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The chef stopped by our table to let us know about a new steak, Parmesan sirloin. The steak melted in your mouth and had wonderful flavor. Ray, the manager, stopped by our table multiple times and was very attentive to the restaurant. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back! We visit every time we are in Vegas and the experience gets better every time!

We did lunch here inside of Planet Hollywood. Food was decent but just average. If you haven't done this kind of place you might like it. If like me, you frequent the other places I mentioned in the heading, then skip this place, you will be underwhelmed. The service and servers were excellent. The food was

We've eaten at similar Brazilian Steak houses and sadly, this was a disappointment. The service was excellent. The music was so loud it was difficult to carry on a conversation. The sides placed at the table were meant to serve 6. It was disappointing to be hungry and get a couple olives, small slice of bread and a tablespoon of potatoes. The meat arrived in waves. There was a good variety, but the complaint from our table was everyone served a variety of meats, was dry and overcooked. With the price you pay, even with prices higher in Las Vegas, this restaurant was average at best and the review should probably be fair to average.

We went (family of 3) to Pampas to celebrate son’s graduation. During over 1.5 hours we were at the restaurant, we were served the quality of meat was subpar for which we paid an exorbitant price. We have had authentic Brazilian Churrascaria in Brazil and also in the Bay Area CA (Fogo de Chão and Espetus) so it was not our first experience eating Brazilian Churrascaria. We can say with certainty that PAMAS is a cheap knockout of a Brazilian Churrascaria (steakhouse). STAY AWAY! The salad bar was a little above average. As they kept serving us chicken and sausages, we had to remind them several times to bring the some of the good meat they advertise to serve – Beef tri-tip, Lamb, Top Sirloin, and beef filet. We requested medium rare meat for at least 6 – 7 times; but they kept bringing well-done meat which was over-cooked and therefore dry. When eventually they served the medium rare, it was raw (see the photo). The top-sirloin which was served after very long wait was salty. The chicken was without any flavor. We sat at our corner table waiting for the meat and eventually lost our appetite. Not sure if this is a trick the management plays so that the patrons eat less of the expensive meat. Overall, it was a horrible experience. We felt having wasted $146.47 (after 50% discount) and left the restaurant feeling cheated.

This restaurant is located inside the Planet Hollywood Casino. Our family of three came here for lunch and it did not disappoint. The service and food quality was excellent. It was the first time my wife and son came to a Brazilian Steakhouse and we all enjoyed it thoroughly. We thought it was a great meal and it kept us full for most of the day. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Vegas.

Made reservations for 330pm at 12pm. Got to restaurant at 3pm to check in. Was told to get into a line out front that was over 2 hours long. Very bad organization and Management. Sorry for the honesty. Food is great at previous visits but scheduling is terrible.

We were pleasantly surprised by how amazing the food was and how friendly all the staff were. The meats were rotated at a good pace. The rice, plantains and bread were delicious. There was live music and a great selection of songs were played. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food, entertainment and wonderful customer service. Alvin was the funniest and friendliest waiter we’ve ever met while dining our way through the city. We had an excellent time and would definitely return when we go back to Vegas.

Maybe not the absolute best Brazillian Rodizio I've ever had but still a wonderful experience. I'm sure that the covid restrictions have thrown them off a little bit, but they have adapted and overcome the difficulites.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant, and I can confidently say it’s the worst service I’ve encountered anywhere. We decided to give it another shot, thinking maybe our first visit was just a fluke, but nope—this place is a total disaster. Before buying a Groupon, we called to confirm it would be accepted, and they assured us it would be no problem. However, when we arrived, we were told, along with two other groups, that they wouldn’t honor the Groupon after all. The manager was not only rude but also incredibly arrogant about the whole situation. If you’re looking for good food and even halfway decent service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The constant Groupon deals and half-off specials should be a red flag; once you experience their awful service, you’ll understand why they’re always trying to lure customers in.

The meats were plentiful and really delicious - which is really why you come to place such as Pampas. ESMEY (waitress) and ALEX (carver) were super nice and ensured we had whatever we needed - For example when the kids asked for more of a particular slice of meat that hadn't come around in a while ALEX made sure to get it there asap. The restaurant certainly looked fancy from afar, but upon close inspection things like the chairs and tables were clearly showing wear. The appetizer buffer was good, but not great. And there was no dessert table which was surprising. Again, though, the meats were outstanding and the service was great ... so a win all around. We stayed at the adjacent Hilton Grand Vacations which provided a 50% voucher here so that made the cost much more palatable (although still pricey). But I am happy to say that I did not feel we were short changed in any way with the quality or quantity of offerings despite using the comp card.

Wow wow wow Amazing service.....incredible and tasty food Highly recommended. Everyone is super nice. Very pleasant time we had there. Food first class. All meets were delicious.Loved the bread with olives and and garlic.Thank you

STAY AWAY! That is the best advice I can give anyone! The price tag was almost $140 for me and my girlfriend and basically we got salad bar and 3 strips of meat. The meat was so bad that the lamb was over cooked and fatty and the steak slices were average at best. The waiter was terrible. I asked him for a glass of water and he didn’t bring me the water for 20 minutes. At that point I was all but done with the meal. The carvers barely came around to serve meat. And to boot the hostess sat us in a corner almost outside of the restaurant instead of in the main dining area and the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. Furthermore the same terrible waiter never came over with the check that I asked him to bring and I had to go to the cashier myself to ask her to print my check so I could get overcharged for a horrendous meal and worse service! If this is the best in “Brazilian style” dining that Planet Hollywood could come up with than it is a sorry state of affairs for dining at Planet Hollywood! Terrible dining experience with terrible service and lousy food! Let me reiterate….STAY AWAY!

Located in a shopping mall. Noisy but casual atmosphere. Brazilian steakhouse cuisine. Dining choices were quite varied. Quality of foods were average +. Did not drink any wine as list was just house wines.

When we are in Las Vegas we always make it to Pampas a time of two. We love their buffet and all of the meats. We try to leave just enough room for one of their desserts. One day Candy provided great service while it was Mathew a few days later.

Horrible experience and the server was even worse if you can even get that bad. The food is not Brazilian. The salad bar was disgusting and not as advertised and nothing like Brazilian rodízio. The meats are undercooked and have absolutely no flavor. And the linguiça was a hotdog. Terrible experience

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. The service was presidential!! From the server to the men who brought the food to the table they were friendly and very pleasant. We got our picture taken for free but you can buy them already framed. How cool is that to have your picture taken at the restaurant and in beautiful frames. We are going to return every time we come to Vegas.

In 1h they serve 1 chicken leg and 1 slice of meat. Horrible service. They have 1h free beer but they took 1h to bring 2. Even asking for more meat or beer they just ignored.

What a neat experience. Lunch is super reasonable with all the meats and sides you can eat. Meat was carved at your table and they were attentive and came often. My daughter is vegetarian and she got a skewer full of veggies. Glad we went

Today, 3 friends and myself had the pleasure of having lunch at Pampas. The food was fresh, cooked as requested, hot and/or cold (depending on what you ate). Justin is a chef above the rest. The meat was tender and well seasoned. Although we are out of state visitors, we will return one day.

The meats, when it came around were cold. They say it's 14 meats but we counted maybe 10 with the same 5 coming around. The meats had no real flavor. The meats are the only thing that is brought to the table, you get everything else from the salad bar. The service was mediocre and definitely not the norm for a Brazilian steakhouse. Extremely overpriced. The next day I was sick (stomach) and I'm pretty sure it was from this restaurant as it was my only meal of the day.

We were here last time in Vegas and enjoyed it, so we returned. The food was good, service fine, until we asked about dessert. We got cheesecake and a chocolate cake for the table and it turned out to be $12 each. We just wanted something sweet after dinner and we're disappointed when we discovered the cost. Kinda put a damper on a nice meal

It took us more than an hour to order. The service is suck. Don’t order chicken, it smells bad. Do not take free coupons, they charged us even with coupons! Bad atmosphere
Really rexommend Pampas
4th time here at Pamas Las Vegas, enjoyed every time, but this visit was exceptiinal, special thanks to staff member Bryan for being so helpful during our meal.
