My friends and I had so much fun here for Valentine’s Day. Service was great, food reminded me of france, and lots and lots of wine <3 brunch is also great here and you feel tucked away in the west village.

Cream Brûlée is perfect for this time of year with Hot Toddy, I was missing the snow to feel more cozy like in mountain next to the fireplace.

This casual spot with upscale food and amazing staff. House made Cocktail menu is outstanding . Susana , Vlada, Balsa and Nemanja gave us a taste of all house signature coctails. We had beef tartare for appetizer and salmon for a main course - delicious . The bread and butter that they serve before the meal is a must try !!

Came here for a girls night out! I got the escargots and steak frites. They have a great Cote du Rhône. If you need to catch up with someone this is a great spot!

I wanted to love this place given the reviews. Beautiful ambience and friendly staff although one waiter was looking after everyone so was a bit stretched. Bread was fantastic, escargot nice, steak fries not good - steak had not a great flavour wasn't sufficiently salted and was really chewy... I can do far better than that at home. Couldn't really get the waiters attention for salt and then he forgot part of my order by which time I'd lost interest. Shouldn't be too hard to fix though as has potential to be really fantastic

Our server, Susanna, was absolutely wonderful. I’ve been to this restaurant so many times and keep going back - it’s the perfect vibe, perfect location and amazing food! So cozy, cute and stunning. Came with my girlfriend after picking out my wedding dress and felt as celebrated here as I did at the bridal shop. Love it!!

Petit boucherie exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Charming restaurant in a great area but disappointing meal. We had the prix fix menu. Arugula salad was good but lamb had the taste , color and texture of beef. Our waiter said that he heard other diners say the same thing and asked the chef who assured him it was lamb but cooked in beef broth. Cherry dessert was lacking as well. Escargot was good but had spinach on top rather than traditional butter and garlic. Wait staff were very friendly and attentive.

The place is really beautiful and has a great vibe (the music is great and not too loud or distracting). The restaurant is on a quaint little corner, and is very inviting. The food was very good, I came with h husband and we had the prix fixe lunch menu, and we got a very good served caesar salad as a first and then an exquisite salmon for me and a very good papardelle veggie pasta for my husband. Outstanding was the service, our waitress was really attentive and nice. We highly recommend!

Came because of TA and it did not disappoint. It was a birthday brunch for my husband. We were greated warmly and given our choices of tables. We had the steak and eggs and the smoked salmon Benedict, with a starter of French fries.

The ambiance is definitely the highlight: charming decor, cozy lighting, and classic French vibes. We ordered two cocktails, and the Papillon was crisp, refreshing, and probably my favorite part of the evening. The escargot appetizer was excellent — rich but not overpowering, especially good with the house bread. As for the mains, the pork chop was tough and dry, while the beef bourguignon was much better — tender and flavorful, with hearty mashed potatoes underneath. Service was polite but the wait for food was longer than expected. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for drinks and conversation, but I wouldn’t come for the main dishes alone.

Sat outside in the beautiful west village and had lovely cocktails and food on a perfect spring air. No place better than petite boucherie.

Suzana looked after us and we had a lovely decadent lunch at the bar. We ordered foie gras and mussels and salad and had wine and cocktails. A great tucked away spot in the village. We look forward to our next visit.

I had an amazing evening at Le Petit Boucherie. The bartender Balsa and Vlado were absolutely exceptional — welcoming, attentive, and very professional. They knew the wine list inside and out and made perfectly balanced cocktails. You can tell they truly love what they do and want every guest to have a great experience. The bar has a cozy, elegant atmosphere without feeling pretentious, and the bartenders service made the night even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My daughters and I visited Le Petite Boucherie yesterday and had an amazing lunch! First, the space itself is quaint, tastefully decorated, and feels straight out of Paris. Our server, Suzana, was so kind and helpful with the menu - especially since one daughter has celiac’s disease and requires gluten-free items. We had the escargot, mussels, octopus, etc. and all were outstanding! We decided this was our favorite meal of the trip, and we will surely return. Also, it was super easy to access from midtown on the subway.

We had a wonderful evening celebrating my wife’s birthday at Petite Boucherie in the West Village. From the start, everything was spot on—classic French onion soup and beef tartare were both outstanding, and our mains (fish and steak frites) did not disappoint. Dessert was a perfectly done crème brûlée. What made the night truly special was the fantastic service from Nemanja, who seamlessly handled the bar and our table and made us feel genuinely at home. He surprised us with espresso martinis to mark the occasion, which was a generous touch we truly appreciated. For a few hours, we felt like we were in Paris. We’ll absolutely be back soon!

Petite Boucherie is a special place where you feel as if you’ve been transplanted from the busy streets of New York City to a café in Montmatre. The food is spot on and you can’t go wrong with the Pre Fixe menu for lunch or dinner. The mussels are out of this world too! Susanna is one of a kind, offering suggestions and making the whole experience even more special. Don’t miss out on this sweet gem!

We visited Petite Boucherie on our last night in NYC. The restaurant, as the name suggests, is small. The location was convenient to Our Washington Square Hotel and to the Jazz clubs. We were seated immediately but reservations are a must. We shared a wonderful bottle of Chateau Moya Bordeaux 2014. They have a nice wine list. My wife had the chicken with mushrooms and I had the boeuf bourguignon. Both dishes were excellent. We shared the Basque Cheesecake with mixed berry coulis which was fantastic. The service (our waitress was from Serbia) was amazing - HVALA MNOGO!

The kitchen is not professional. It's almost fast food with an expensive price tag. The menu, the seating, the kitchen, the toilet is very small and small. Doesn't hold up the scores that are here. Not recommended at all.

We had lunch at Boucherie and it was, without a doubt, the best French meal we’ve had in New York City. Every dish was flawless – the moules were fresh and flavorful, the filet mignon au poivre was cooked to perfection with an incredible pepper sauce, and the crème brûlée was the perfect sweet finish. The atmosphere was elegant and warm, with that classic Parisian charm we love. A very special thank you to Susanne, our server, who made the entire experience outstanding. Her kindness, attention to detail, and spot-on recommendations made us feel truly welcome. She’s a star. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, elevated French cuisine in NYC. Traveled from Alaska for the first time to explore NYC. Had coffee at Bedford Studio where I was given recommendation to come to Boucherie. It did not meet my expectation. It completely OBLITERATED it!! Atmosphere is fantastic! Not to mention the FOOD! Au Poivre was Au POSITIVELY the best meal I’ve had since coming here. I don’t know how she did it, but Suzana was an angel! So kind and attentive. Was in the best absolute hands and trusted her wholeheartedly with meal and wine selection. Instant best friend! If you love food, family, and friends then this is your place to be!

The croc Madame it was amazing as always. It’s the best I’ve ever had state side or Europe. The service is also always great. Every time I visit NYC this is the first place I go to eat. Super mellow atmosphere.

Beautiful little french restaurant with fabulous food! My husband and I were looking for a great restaurant that was not packed, crowded, and noisy. This was just the spot. It’s small, but a great little space. It’s located on a very nice street that is trendy, and feels safe to walk around. All of the food was delicious, and excellently prepared! And, oh, that bread!! Suzanne, our server, was super friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is romantic. The weather was nice, and they have these huge windows that they opened, which made it feel like you were sitting outside. We will definitely come back here on our next trip to NYC!

This is a super late post but I couldn’t let anymore time go without adding this review. We came back to Petite Boucherie on Valentine’s Day as it also happens to be my husbands birthday. We popped in for a quick cocktail when we saw that Suzana was working. We love coming in when either she or Vlad is working. We were warmly greeted by Suzana and immediately sat at the bar. We chatted a bit and mentioned it was hubby’s birthday. Suzana was so amazing she even took the time to make us a special cocktail that we had requested but wasn’t on the menu. She was so lovely and even comped us a round. We will be forever loyal to this locale for the food, drinks, ambiance and above all the SERVICE! Thank you Suzana and PB for making a special moment that more memorable!

This is such an amazing and cozy french restaurant with great food and great vibes. The onion soup is top and the food in general is delicious. The drinks are really good and the attention of Daniel was the best! Highly recommended!

We went to the west village location on Christopher st. The vibe was really cozy and the onion soup paired perfectly with the chilly weather outside. None of it would of mattered if it wasn’t for the great and attentive service from Fernando. He knew the menu really well. Will definitely come back when I visit NYC again.

Came with my girlfriend and had a fabulous experience. The waitress Susanna was very helpful in accommodating our needs, even allowing us to take over a big booth due to our big bags. Food was delicious, Caesar salad was light and fresh, French onion soup was perfection. Have been here multiple times and it never disappoints. This location is my favorite, it’s much cozier and intimate than the others. Highly recommend!

I had decided on the duck breast and was very surprised at the size/amount of the meat at first... 2 large pieces of meat in a delicious sauce, with apple slices and cherries.... I had already wondered about the big saw knife, but without it I wouldn't have gotten through! The meat was rubbery interspersed with tendons (42$). I claimed and decided to use the Caesar salad. It consisted of green leaves, little cheese, 4 sour pickled anchovies, vinegar/oil... nothing else!! for 20$ the glass of wine cost 21$

Had dinner at the bar with my friend and loved the ambiance, Daniel the bartender was super knowledgeable, and attentive. The duck confit was delicious and the burger its a must. Will be coming back soon!
