The mushroom cheese”steak” is one of the best sandwiches I have had in my life! Do yourself a favor and if you are visiting the UWS, make sure you stop at Sandwell. In fact, buy yourself some to-go items to stow in your hotel mini fridge for your whole weekend. All of the sandwiches and salads were so good, we kept going back for more. It’s a stone’s throw from the AMNH and very kid friendly. The cookies, Mac and cheese, and crunchy broccoli were so delicious. Our kids loved it and we loved it. When the weather is nice and sunny, they have cute outdoor chairs and tables that have an enjoyable NYC view and feel. I will be coming back next time I’m in the city!

Stopped by Sandwell on a Natural History Museum outing and could not have been more pleased! So many good options that appeal to everyone (I like decadent, my wife is gluten free, my kids like kid stuff). Amazing to find food that is super satisfying but also fresh and healthy. Also cannot beat the prices. 10 out of 10.

Went to New York for the weekend to visit friends and stumbled upon this gem. I had the chicken pesto burrata sandwich on their homemade semolina bread and it was soooo delicious! Bread was soft and crunchy perfect ratio of chicken to pesto and mmmm that burrata. I could easily devour this sandwhich daily. However I was a little jealous of my friends turkey meatball sub so we ended up going back the next day and ordering each others sandwiches the next day. And the turkey meatball did not dissapoint! Wish I lived closer bc I would DEFINITELY be a regular.

Awesome lunch with clean ingredients! Something for everyone. My kids loved the Mac n Cheese and the mushroom cheesesteak was unreal!

My wife and daughter went here for lunch when they were visiting friends in NYC and thought it was so good that they ordered a meatball sub to take home to Baltimore for me. Not only did it travel well but it was so so incredible. Could not recommend this place more, and I can’t wait to go back!

amazing sandwiches that are fresh, delicious and perfect for the whole family. we ate here before an adventure in central park and the museum of natural history only a block away. 10/10 recommend

This place was amazing!!!! HUGE yummy sandwiches at very reasonable prices. My husband had an enormous fresh salad. They even had a kids meal with mac and cheese that my 5-year-old actually liked. We went here after the museum of natural history to pick up lunch and it hit the spot!!! Can't wait to go back here again :)

The food is delicious my son enjoyed a lot he keeps searching for places. What really stood out was the freshness of the ingredients—crispy greens, melty cheese, and a hearty, well-seasoned protein at the center. Highly recommend for a quick, satisfying bite in the city.
