Even though their wings recipe still existed down the street, it's nice having a bar with the Scruffy Duffy name again. Packed out with students and construction workers. Truly enjoyed the wings they are known for. Service could have been faster, but didn't dampen our visit.

Stopped by here solo on Wednesday December 18th at 4:30 pm for a the second time.. I had a 2 hour break from my job in nearby Times Square.. I wanted to get away from the tourists that a deal with all day .. The first visit I did not order any food but found out that chicken wings are kinda famous here..So I made it a priority to try out their wings.. ERIC? THE BARTENDER was AWESOME..I ordered 8 wings $8 and a beer and a shot $5 each..Food arrived in the time it took me to take a piss and smoke a cigarette....All the need a little extra were also supplied, meaning spices and more importantly plenty of napkins and packetsof large mouse hand wipes..WING WERE EXCELLENT.. The vibe of the bar was also pleasant, with 30 something professional , to couple to construction workers.. Bar has 12 large TV, dart board and good variety of soft rock music at just the right level of volume, not too loud.. Bathrooms were very clean and impressive.. I will return frequently I will recommend this establishment to My 100+ tourist that I have contact with daily on my tour bus ...

Visited here to watch NFL game, have some food and adult beverages. Clientele ran the gamut from millelinials to boomers. Prices were reasonable for NYC. Pizzas were highly recommended but I would say they were ok.

Pub atmosphere, with loud sports reports on three screens. Beer and sauvignon blanc drunk with nachos with cheese sauce etc. Despite happy hour we had to pay almost 100 dollars for 4 sauvignon, 2 beer and 1 serving of nachos. Solid bill so .. maybe cash register on the run? Our travel treasurer just paid up.

Kiabacca is the perfect place to go if you need an "easy button" in Hell's Kitchen. It's casual without being a dive, and the prices won't kill your wallet. As Hell's Kitchen has become the new Chelsea in the last 10 years, it has become increasingly difficult to find restaurants that aren't overcrowded or just overdesigned and overpriced. Kiabacca is never overcrowded, the selection of beers is great, and the pizzas are delicious with fresh ingredients and a crispy, thin crust. (And on Monday nights you can get any pizza for $9!) It's worth the walk to 10th Avenue!

I visited Kiabacca with my good friend during our trip to New York and it was wonderful! Everyone who works there is kind and make you feel right at home. The food is delicious and so fresh (especially the pizza)!! Great prices and a good time! I recommend it to anyone and everyone, and I will be back again!

Found this whilst out walking. What a brilliant place, my favourite bar in NYC? Sports, loads of draft beer, amazing wings. Loved it.

I've had a variety of pizzas and calzones here over several trips to NYC. Very nice interior and decor, super clean, terrific staff and service, and a very well planned craft beer selection - and a variety of really good mixed drinks on top (yes, on tap) that my wife enjoyed as well.

This is a bar serving an excellent range of craft beers. As with many bars at present several were hoppy IPAs however if this is a type of beer you love then this is not a hardship. There were also excellent alternatives including brown ale and stout. The food is good bar style food but the main attraction is the beer. As with many New York bars there are too many TVs but you can choose not to look at them. The staff were excellent each time we visited.

Good atmosphere and clean for the most part, but the food quality is not good. For example the pizza crust seemed like it was previously frozen.

This friendly, fun bar moves up a notch on Thursdays, which is Singo night! This madcap mix of bingo and singalong is such a good laugh. Join up with a group of friends and enjoy the atmosphere. The pizzas are also great here - a fine accompaniment to a drink or two! Pat is a brilliant host in his sequin jacket and top hat. First class night!

Cold wet night and I stumble upon this little gem. Great staff good music and fine food. Do try a few beer's they hsve a grest selection.

We had the best time at Kiabacca. The pizza was amazing. We had one pizza with all kinds of meats. That was my family's favorite. Then we had one that had honey on it. That was my favorite. Who would think of putting honey on a pizza but boy it tastes super good. The service was also superb. The wait staff was really nice and really helped us with our order, as we are very indecisive. It was a great experience.

Good choice of beers and delicious pizza. We also visited Pony Bar next door, which was much busier!

We had a blast! You have to stop in. We popped in before dinner reservations and enjoyed the place. Staff is great. Patrons are great too.

I was wandering around Hell's Kitchen on a hot July afternoon and was really thirsty. Kiabacca was recommended by someone I was talking to at the nearby bicycle store. I found so many interesting craft beer offerings on the menu. I finally decided to try the Fire Island beer which had a hint of salt that made for an excellent beer. If I had more time I would have tried one of their pizzas. The pizzas on the table next to me looked and smelled so good.

Very lively and noisy place, great music, great staff, good food, decent choice of beers, good value, seems pretty unique.

We stopped here and had a couple of beers, which were great ! Then we decided that we liked the atmosphere, so we ordered a pizza and salad, and enjoyed a laid-back dinner and relaxed after a very busy day touring New York City. The staff was wonderful, and we had a great time. Not as busy as a lot of the restaurants in NY City at night !!!

We visited Kiabacca twice during our long weekend break in NY. There's a great selection of craft beers and the pizzas are really good !!!

Nice pub with good food. Nice staff. Went there the day before the marathon...was very quite late afternoon.

Simple cafe. TVs that showed sports. We were here during Happy Hour. The three of us had four wines, two beers and nacho chips. Cost us $100. Pretty hefty bill for a Happy Hour. Apparently something went wrong, right? We didn't figure it out. Thank God we had a good time.

We stopped in one night during our trip to NYC and really enjoyed it. It has more of a local feel, compared to most places in the area we went to. The food was pretty good and the service was great. I’d recommend this place if you’re looking to get out of the tourist areas.

Stopped in for pizza on Monday night $9 special - very glad we did! Delicious pizza and friendly staff (and I learnt a new dice game!) Will be back.

We were in NYC for a couple of weeks, and enjoyed eating here a few times. The staff is wonderful, good selection of beer, and the pizza was delicious. I had the Bro Heavy at least twice, and my brother had a couple of different pizzas~we both loved this place, and can't say enough positive things about it!

Stored in for beer and pizza. Had the Honey Delight which was delicious. Not too sweet - just the perfect amount. Beer selection is a bit limited for a place advertising craft beer, so I knocked it one star (I like beer). Service was good.

We stumbled across this place for a late dinner a few nights ago and met Jeff... We have been back every night since we found this gem! It's a cool bar with awesome staff and the pizzas are good. The chicken wings with the chilli sauce is wild. Love love this place and it's open till 4am. Get involved with a chat with Jeff. He is a legend. Awesome dude and we loved him hence why we returned on three occasions. Two thumbs up and thanks Jeff for the love. The Aussies!

This is a really cool bar just round the corner from the amazing 414 Hotel. The bar has a great selection of craft beer , good wines and a really good food menu. The stone baked pizza is really great. We would highly recommend this place. The Pony Bar next door is also a great craft ale bar !!!

A great place to relax after a busy day in New York.We ate here twice and food is very good, beers are good with a full stocked bar. This restaurant will not rush you for the table, the manager And staff are great to help with local knowledge if your new to New York as we were.would not hesitate to recommend this place for a relaxed atmosphere

Great tourist-free bar with craft ales and great pizza. Sports playing on big screens. The staff were happy to help and service was fast.

One of my favorite neighborhood haunts, right next to Pony Bar (huge rotating selection of beers from all over the country) Kiabacca has an excellent selection of beers as well, and one of the best places for pizza in town. They have a great happy hr. and every Monday ALL their pizzas are $9.00, a terrific deal!

I’m from Arkansas, and I don’t always understand the rules and norms of the areas I travel. “Time to go”. I quickly found myself being threatened by the bouncer when I asked what I had done… “don’t make me put my hands on you” The next day I got (very closely) bounced again when I returned asking to speak to the manager. I broke a rule. Twas one I did not know existed. I took a photo. My sincere apology for breaking the rule. Very. I hope the nightmares end soon. Very scary. No more of my beloved manhattan for me. Not safe for us ol’ arkies that don’t know the culture I will miss… The Pony Bar Katz The museums Yotel Mr Biggs The theaters St Andrews And on and on John Wells, MSW P s Sorry, can’t leave pics of the bar as requested.

Fell across this place after a long day’s walk from the off it’s great , bar man was helpful an a great range of beers on offer , if u dare try the the hot wings if not medium is great

Over to 10th Av. We seek out great beers everywhere. NYC has an abundance of course, but we would put Kiabatta among the best. We're old, and yes it's loud. At the next table were a bunch of 20 somethings acting like they had never been out before - so excited about absolutely everything and full out screaming with joy nonstop. Still have to say this is a cool NYC bar. Very hip bartender and sassy staff. We didn't eat. Just beer. On a scale of 10, beer selection is a 9. Wonderful choices. Had a Hill Farmstead ale to die for. This bar will be on our list whenever we are in town. Will try the bar food and report back

Had a couple beers.....and the pizza was awesome. Fresh and very tasty...... loved it. Service was great!!!!

We visited after googling for a pizza place in Hell’s Kitchen, we found so much more. The pizza was great, the beer and cocktails great. We arrived on a night where they played singo which was great fun. If you want a good night highly recommended

It became our favourite in New York. The choice of beer is great and food is nice. Our recommendation in West Manhattan. Thanks.

pizza not very good very little cheese or sause, over cooked., Service is good, nice selection of beers.

This place is amazing. The pizza is great, the beer is awesome and the music even better! If you're looking for a really laid back atmosphere that still delivers top quality food a drink look no further. I don't have a bad thing to say about this place!

Went on Monday for happy hour... $4 draft craft beer, $9 pizzas. Cheap but so so delicious. The service was a little drab from the server bit the bartender was spot on.

We stumbled on this gem two nights ago they had a 10$ for any large specialty pizza we got the shrimp and sausage pizza I was anxious never had shrimp on pizza also got a small pepperoni (in case I didn’t like large one). I ended up taking small pizza home the specialty pizza was so good my picky eating husband also loved it. The small pepperoni pizza was very good no soggy crust here. The atmosphere was also great good service . Excellent dinner

What a cool bar with fun vibes! We were meeting friends for lunch next door on a Sunday afternoon but had some time to kill and stopped in for a drink. When we found out they were running late, we were getting hungry and ordered some onion rings. I wasn't expecting much from bar food but the onion rings were pretty good and definitely hit the spot. Plus, drink prices are reasonable, and the place feels clean. We actually ended up popping back after lunch for another drink. There was a football game going on, and the staff was playing some kind of contest to engage the crowd. If I knew about this spot back in my youth, I can definitely see it as a bar I would have frequented.

I'm not sure how this place isn't busy. Kiabacca has the best pizza for the best price that I've found since I moved to the city ten years ago. If you REALLY want a good deal, come by on a Wednesday for Wage Gap Wednesdays! 21% off for any women that order food or drink. EVERYTHING is discounted! I give my gf the credit card and we're good to go. They also have a game called Singo that can keep me laughing for hours. Ask for it at the bar. They're very accommodating.

This was our last stop before leaving NYC. The Pizza was delicious and the beer was great. Our server provided some great tips on which beers were most local to the area and he didn't steer us wrong. There was a good selection and we didn't feel wildly inappropriate bringing our 13 year old daughter in with us.

Title says it all. The food was great, service was entertaining and the beers were tasty. Nice place on a Sunday night, with a small crowd. Will certainly go again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent visit to Kiabacca and would happily recommend it to others. As a particular fan of craft beer, I knew Kiabacca would be a decent choice for a drink, but the food we had there was also extremely good. We visited around 6.45pm on a Thursday night, and after we arrived it soon got very busy, loud and a little cramped, but that's obviously a sign that it is popular and the service was still good. If I visit NYC again I will definitely head back to Kiabacca.

I just loved my visit to Kiabacca in NYC. They have a really relaxed ambiance, nice waiters/bartenders and the best pizzas. I had the "Bro Heavy" and my fiance had the "Come on Eileen" pizza. Two very different kinds of pizza, hers a vegitarian and mine with a massive meat feast. We were both exceptionally happy with the food. We also had a couple of beers. The prices are not as steep as in the Times Square region, but is not far from there. I'm definitely coming back the next time I visit NYC. Their toilets were the cleanest in NYC by the way.

Found this bad accidentally on our last trip to NYC. Visited again to watch a football game last weekend. Inexpensive pitchers and the wings and buffalo cauliflower were delicious. Even though we’re not locals, Scruffy’s made us feel like we could be regulars. Not touristy at all.

Made 2 visits here during our recent trip to Manhattan. Happy hour is 4-7 with great specials. Loved the white pie, we had "Conflicted" and "Local Hippie" both were fresh and delicious. Relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely return.

Sports bar with a good simple menu with burgers, pizza, wings etc. and a lot of different crafts beer on draft.

We were looking for an authentic NY Pub experience and literally stumbled across this gem. It was a perfect Friday night at a local pub with basketball and baseball games playing on several tvs. Interesting to see how “free shots” would be given to everyone based on two patrons spinning the wheel and how it matched the “prizes” on a card that was given to each table. We had the dirty chicken (delicious) and medium wings that were more like hot, but tasty. Very busy but very friendly service. The guys behind the bar kept things very clean. Nice to see everybody out having a great time. Awesome atmosphere. Highly recommend.

We stopped in here for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The staff greeted us warmly and we ordered their pizza and beer. They had a $5 pizza or wings special, so we went with the pizza. It was delicious. Very comfortable atmosphere, would definitely go back next time we are in NYC.

Great neighborhood place! A good selection of beers and knowledgeable staff to make recommendations. The Big Mike and Hawaiian pizzas are my favorites. Go for the larger size pizza - you'll be sorry if you don't :-)

Finally justice! After all these years of gender pay gaps a restaurant that recognizes women may have less jingle in their wallets. I am happy to take advantage of this offer. Delicious personal pan pizza. Neighborhood type bar. Cozy.

Cheap and delicious pizza. Personal pizzas (no slices) so don’t get an appetizer. If you do (you cow😚) get the Buffalo wings.

Pizza was good although I've had better. Beer was excellent. Atmosphere wasn't bad. Wasn't sure what all the marijuana leaves everywhere had to do with anything. Seemed to be good for families with young children, as well, judging by the children that were there.

Small but friendly bar with great craft beer selection and outstanding food! Gourmet pizza is their big thing, and the ones I saw go past looked fantastic, but I decided to stuck to the 'Kind' green salad and an order of the fantabulous meatballs. They were both so awesome, I will definitely return on my next NYC visit and probably order the same thing!

I must say that this place was awesome with pretty much everything. The decor inside the restaurant was interesting, the waitress was very attentive and helpful, food was very good as well. They have a nice amount of seats for the bar hoppers and regular seats for the dine in people. The restaurant layout is very spacious and for the people that does not do well in the crowded place, this might be one of the better choice of restaurants for you. They specialize in a think crust pizzas. I must say that they strike your taste buds pretty well. I can't say that it was the best pizza I have ever eaten but definitely one of the top pick in NYC. If you are looking for regular 99 cent NY pizzas, this might not be the place for you. They have 2 sizes. I believe it to be personal and 12 inch if I remember correctly. Personal size for the regular american crowd might be small. My fiance usually never finishes any personal pie but she ate it and were still hungry! If you do eat pretty heavy, I would suggest you to get the big one which might be the better size of the two. The beer selections are plentiful as well as cider and other unique drinks. I was very interested in a drink called Avery Lilikoi Kepolo that had Lilikoi flavors and it was just like how I imagined. Very sour but has this passion type of tropical taste to it. Not sweet like how anyone would imagine. If you like tropical flavors, this one might be for you. I would definitely come back here if I take a trip to Hell's Kitchen area again.

Great pizza, great staff and enjoyable atmosphere! Had a fun night watching the game with a small group of friends. The Conflicted pie was awesome and the Buffalo Chicken pie was one off the best we ever had! Can't wait to go back and try out some other pizzas and draft beer!

Popped in here after the intrepid attraction, such a cool bar. Staff were so welcoming, glad we came in (lady behind the bar was lovely & the owner was so good with our son). This place optimizes 1st class customer service...and there Guinness is up there with the best I’ve had (including the Guinness factory in Dublin). Food also looked amazing. So glad we came in. Thanks guys

Lively place with great service even though it was extremely busy. Pizza was out of this world. I would come here again and again. Brilliant. Well done guys.

Stopped in late, after a show. Staff was friendly, service was quick, beer was cold, and the pizza was delicious!

Great place to go with large groups of people or for a nice night out in NYC. I came here with one of my girlfriends. There is outdoor seating. We ordered the boneless chicken wings and onion rings, which were pretty decent for bar food. After eating, we enjoyed a round of darts inside. There is also a pool table inside the bar and great music. They had a selective variety of music, mostly songs that are currently popular in the mainstream regardless of the genre. The only experience I did not like was the service. Our server smelled like alcohol and forgot to serve our water then pretended like we never mentioned we wanted a beverage. Maybe he forgot to tend to us because we were sitting outside and not within the workers' purview. Still not a good excuse for poor service.

We came here since it was close to our hotel and we wanted some pizza. The staff were very friendly and super helpful to help us find a local craft beer that we liked. It was one of our favorite places we have eaten on our vacation. Will definitely be coming back!

Decent selection of good beer on tap 🍻. Tvs with ESPN sport. Showing football while⚽. Nice and helpfull staff.

Great choice of drafts, friendly atmosphere, swift service and tasty (although limited in their number) dishes. Nothing to complain about.

Great for game nights. Several TV screens and wonderful selection of beers plus full bar. They have really really good pizza priced really well for NYC. Monday nights is $9 pizza night. Great value. Nice fun vibe. The owner occasionally walks around and asks if you would like a different game on one of the many TV's. Service is pretty good.

Great location. Very clean inside. Didn't plan to eat there but ended up ordering nachos which was a very generous size and quite good. Great selection of beer.

This bar has a really relaxed, intimate and friendly atmosphere. The staff were delightful and the pizza was first class.

We, the Germans, have invented the Purity Law for beer....so sad we missed all these nice “unlawful“ beers. KIABACCA is a place where you can try some of them and enjoy a fresh pizza.

Big thank you to John the bar man he works hard. Food was great and so was the beer. Plus thanks for giving me my hat back John lol
Fab bar !
Loved it.Staff great and great vibe. Well worth a visit. Great location and away from times square pricing!
