This place is a real find! How wonderful it is to peruse the menu and not have to look for gluten free options - everything is gluten free and delicious! We tried the fried calamari and rice balls, chicken parmigiana, encrusted lamb chops, tiramisu. Yummilicious! Ina was great as our server too.

Omg amazing!!! I’m GF but no one else in the party was. The good and service were amazing and we all said we’d go back. You cannot tell that this food is GF, and it’s nice to have a whole menu to chose from in a really nice upscale restaurant.

Fantastic Lasagna! Wonderful service, personal and friendly💕 We will return later this week. Drank my first Manhattan. The cake was fantastic!

Amazing food so delicious atmosphere beautiful price very good and staff attentive the have outdoor and garden will definitely come back near theater district

Excellent all gluten free menu Italian restaurant. The food was delicious although very expensive, it was lovely to eat without worrying about food! The service was excellent.

The food here is superb. Everything is gluten free which was fantastic for my Wife who needs that. Having said this, I could hardly tell the difference so if only one of you needs gluten free it is a good option. It is expensive. Even by New York standards this is a dear night out. We marked down a star because at the end they said we only take AMEX (who presumably they have done a deal with) and cash. The waitress said she told us this early on. It we must have missed it. Most restaurants don’t want AMEX. Presumably this is to save on debit/credit card fees which seems odd given how expensive it was. The manager agreed we could use Visa. It this took forever manually entering card details and slightly took the shine off the night.

As a renowned gluten-free dining establishment, Senza Gluten by Jemiko was high on our to-do list for our New York trip. They exceeded our expectations on all fronts, as a beautiful dining establishment with fantastic food. I’m a gluten-eater and the gluten-free calamari might have been the best calamari I’ve ever had. The red sauce on the side was absolutely incredible, and I almost just spooned some up like it was soup. For my main, I had the lasagna. It was well-crafted and, most importantly, also came in a delicious sauce. It was exactly the right amount of food I needed. Be aware, they only accept cash or Amex. I think they have an ATM on-site, but it’s always best to be prepared, especially considering most dishes will set you back $30-$40 plus tax and tip.

The best gluten free food I’ve ever had my entire life. Highly recommend if you have celiacs, are gluten intolerance or just hungry in general. It was so good, you can’t even tell it’s gluten free!

It’s a wonderful place, not only for the celiac people, my wife is dairy-Free and she can eat a lot of things. Great food and super staff! We are Italians, and our daughter prefers this lasagna than her mother’s lasagna!!! Great job guys!!!

My friend and I were looking forward to this restaurant. The menu looked fabulous and the prices were high. Had to be good right? It was ok, honestly I only went with her because she eats Gluten free. The bread was good, but I ordered the braised lamb ragu over gluten free pasta, which was good. It was the sauce that left me looking for taste. Very bland. She had ordered the ravioli and stated her sauce was bland as well. Not willing to go back due to the prices.

I accidentally booked the other GF restaurant, so when we arrived for our booking of 4 there was no booking! I was so embarrassed, but the staff were so lovely. Apparently I'm not the first to do this. The food was incredible, we have one Coeliac in our family but all 4 of us enjoyed our dinner so much. I loved the mood of the restaurant and the service was fantastic. Special thanks to Vincent, who helped find a table for us and settled us in.

Wonderful dining experience! 100% gluten free restaurant creating a safe setting for those who might be celiac/coeliac or gluten intolerant. And it’s just an all around delicious restaurant whether you are gluten free of not! Lots to choose from between the salads, appetizers, pastas, and other email dishes… and don’t forget the desserts! The chicken parmesan with penne pasta is my favorite. Lovely ambiance. Attentive and friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor seating. If you are visiting NYC, you can’t go wrong with getting a meal at Senza Gluten by Jemiko. If you are out sightseeing, it is conveniently located close to Times Square, the theater district, and the Intrepid. They also have a nice bar if you just want to stop in for a drink. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic restaurant with incredible gluten free food. I enjoyed the food just as much as my celiac daughter. Calamari was tender and tasty. Lasagna and gnocchi bolognese were so good. It was such a treat to not have to explain celiac to the waitress and to not worry about cross contamination. The food is fabulous even if you aren't celiac! We will be back! Thank you!

Went as a family of 5, two of whom are coeliac The service was incredibly friendly and helpful Food some of the best gluten free we have ever had - calamari was succulent but coated in a perfectly crispy and not greasy batter, home made breads delicious, and the lasagne was superb Incredibly highly recommended

Food was good, but service was atrocious. Was looked up and down when we first walked in. One of the staff members first of all shook his head and said there was no availability but then after being called over to speak to us, he then said a table was free. Felt like we was constantly being judged throughout the whole dining process, which made us ask for the bill fairly quickly after receiving our food. Also the restaurant is cash and Amex card only.

Again, I find myself at Senza Gluten on 10th Avenue and 44th Street, where Eric Clapton’s Change the World drifts softly through the air, and the incomparable Mr. M. presents his Strawberry Surprise. Tonight, a black salted rim transformed the cocktail: forth in tender melody, it moved from sweet and aromatic to a layered, symphonic journey, each sip a note in a glass, as if inhaling the finest perfume of Paris. For my main course, Gnocchi with Mushrooms, the experience transcended mere taste. The gnocchi, tender and plump, rested upon the tongue like lips upon a ripe, succulent peach. Cream, thick and fragrant with white truffle and dark pepper, enveloped the palate, while mushrooms sang in bursts of earthy melody. Midway, I paused, overcome by a rush—a revelation, a foodgasm previously unknown. Whether conjured by the gnocchi alone or the alchemy of the cocktail pairing, the effect was sublime. Senza Gluten is more than a restaurant: it is a stage where flavors perform, textures dance, and every note lingers long after the final bite. Patrick Cupid

Being new to gluten free living has been an adjustment, yet Senza Gluten By Jemiko makes it easy. The bread tasted like regular bread and my chicken parmesan was off the charts as was their gluten free spaghetti. The literal frosting on the cake was the chocolate eclair hubz and I split for dessert. I will be dreaming about the light pastry, perfectly blended custard and chocolate glaze for a long time.

My husband was thrilled to dine somewhere where he could select anything on the menu. He had lasagna and tiramisu for the first time since being diagnosed with Celiac four years ago.

I planned a dinner here last night for my friend’s 45th birthday—she has celiac disease, and finding a place where she can truly relax and enjoy a full menu is almost unheard of. The moment she realized everything was completely gluten-free, she was in tears. It was one of those rare, beautiful moments where food feels like love. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The pasta was unbelievably good, the kind that makes you pause mid-bite because you can’t believe it’s gluten-free. Our server was so sweet, thoughtful, and attentive—they genuinely went out of their way to make the night feel special. The bread was incredible, and the chocolate éclair… an absolute MUST. Truly unforgettable. What’s wild is that I’m not even gluten-free, and I loved every single thing on the menu. Flavorful, delicious, comforting—just perfect. This was a 10/10 experience in every way. If you’re gluten-free, run. And even if you’re not, trust me—you’ll be blown away. A must-do.

We had made this booking well in advance and were really looking forward to the meal. It’s great to have a restaurant where my wife as a celiac can have such choice from the impressive menu. However service was very rushed had not finished bread before main course lasagne arrived which was not hot. Barely finished eating and table cleared. Ordered a glass of wine which never came so overall disappointed.

I feel really bad saying this, because I have been gluten-free for 38 years due to celiac disease-so I know gluten-free food and this was a huge disappointment. I had manicotti and it was just a big glob of cheese and my husband had gnocchi and they were gritty and pasty. Sadly I know that I can cook better than this. I didn’t come here to eat meats because you can get that at any restaurant. I came here specifically for pasta and left very disappointed. Sad to say bc I really wanted to like it. The service was great.

've traveled almost the entire world, but I've never seen such delicious gluten-free cuisine as Senwa Gluten by Jemiko. Bravo!
Excellent Gluten Free Italian Meal!
My son has celiacs disease, so we decided it give this restaurant a try while we were visiting NYC since it is 100% gluten free. I read some mixed reviews so I was unsure of my decision, but since my son wanted Italian food, I thought we'd take the risk. In addition, we are an Italian American family and have spent lots of time eating wonderful Italian food both at home and in Italy, so we are a tough crowd when it comes to decent Italian food. I'm happy to say that we LOVED everything we tried. We started off with the bread basket, which had 3 different types of bread. We all liked the consistency of the typical baguette style best, but all of the choices were good. We then shared an order of the arancini, which were cooked perfectly. Crispy rice balls with gooey cheese in the center. We then ordered a chicken parm with pasta, a lasagna, and a special grilled veal chop with polenta. Everything was cooked to perfection. My other son and I are not gluten free and we enjoyed every bit of it. The service was impeccable with our water glasses getting refilled every few minutes (this is very important to me). I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will return when we're in NYC again. Be advised.... it is cash only or AMEX. It is also VERY expensive for a good Italian meal in NY. However, we would pay it again for a chance for my son to eat everything without worry of getting sick.
