Fantastic location and views of nyc. Drinks/food card is good. If only the staff could match up with all of it. Manager appears to be useless, seems to be more involved with his phone and his looks then the guests. Service is rather slow. Staff generally very friendly except one of the female employees seems to hate her job and treats customers accordingly. There are definitely better rooftop bars in nyc.

Beautiful venue, good drinks, and friendly staff. There is a bar section that my friends and I sat in because we only wanted one drink. The tables under the glass ceiling are for bottle service but the staff was friendly and told us we could sit there but may be asked to move if a party arrived for bottle service.

Ventured into the rooftop bar as a guest of the hotel. The venue is beautifully decorated with stunning views. Enjoyed the drinks especially at happy hour prices. Unfortunately, was disappointed at the attitude of 1 female member of staff who made us feel unwelcome. Our server though was pleasant and efficient.

Nice rooftop bar, great view, good cocktails but extremely loud music, therefore 1 point deduction (I'm actually not sensitive about this).

Food, drink, venue - excellent. Customer service patchy. We basically got ignored on arrival - even though the bar wasn’t particularly busy. When we were seated, it was virtually impossible to get a second drink or even pay the bill. A fabulous venue with poor customer service

Great experience at the starchildrooftop where we were extremely well served by Dave the manager who offered us tequila shots, set us up inside and found us a table inside as we were cold excellent Service, the prices are affordable, the view is exceptional and the Mood is very nice cozy chic with great decor and a very good Mood I highly recommend

Spent an amazing evening celebrating my bestie's 40th birthday at Starchild Rooftop and Bar. From the minute you arrive, you are immersed into a beautifully decorated venue with NYC views for days. Two balconies allow you to get closer to the city skyline while you enjoy amazing musical vibes. The Nordic Gin and Tonic was my personal fave and their disco bathroom was a nice surprise : )

The view from this rooftop bar is one of the best is New York. The drinks are a bit expensive, but not expensive at all compared to the view. A beer is 11 and a drink is 20.
