Over Price for Families

By KC4444 |

I would suggest waiting until you get back to the city for better choices for your money. Tip - Take an apple and bottle water like we did. They also had Kiosk - that where selling "Super Pretzels" - that's an insult to New York City.

Great value

By andrew l |

I ate here visiting the statue of Liberty and it was great value. Beef or chicken burger two sides for $12. Fast service they have it all worked out for fast entry and exit but it can get really packed.

AWESOME FOOD!!!!! Awesome Service - Recommended by my Tummy

By Gary P |

We came here after seeing Lady Liberty, although we weren't that hungry we decided on hot coffee, English Tea & cakes - I had a large latte & a Raison & spice (cinnamon I think) cookie which was the best I've EVER HAD, My wife Had flapjack & had similar thoughts to me on her cake. The staff were helpful too, I needed help finding a seat & carrying the tray (it was almost full as it was raining heavily), the staff member took my tray & made a path for us & managed to secure a table, clear it & settle us there, then went & got my wife milk for her tea, as strangely they don't make tea with milk in the US. Highly recommended & get some raisin cookies to take out, they are so yummy its untrue

Statue of liberty crown cafe

By fnjskdf |

The island is very well maintained and offers amazing views of Statue of liberty, Downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn. If you go to the Statue of liberty, you can eat at the Statue of liberty crown cafe. Hudson Greene is an apartment complex in Jersey City which is a great place as well.

Quick and easy to buy

By Guillermina M |

The crispy onion rings are the best and the signature fries together with the well-done Angus beef, the perfect combination. You can eat outside and enjoy your day just next to the Statue of Liberty.

Great food, amazing views.

By GinaNYCtraveler |

This place can get crowded, but the food is pretty good. They have tables outside, to enjoy a beautiful day and views. The ice cream next door is fantastic. My students loved this place.

Hit and miss!

By NicolaTravelAgentAU |

We popped into the cafe after visiting the statue - the food was average nothing to get terribly excited about. The space itself was a tip - there was dirty tables, plates and empty cups strewn around and it was just unpleasant!

Fries are awesome!

By jabouchard |

We got burgers and fries made by Red! He welcomed us and made ordering easy! If you eat outside know that the birds will beg for your food. Greetings from Maine Red!

Great Value, lots of Choice, Well Run, Friendly Staff!

By @TheHarrisons_VanLife |

This was really well run. Just think how many thousands of people visit Liberty Island each day, these staff are amazing! Lots of choice of food and drinks, the queue went down quickly. We were served by a very friendly man, so happy and jolly and really made us smile! The food was delicious and cheap (surprisingly cheap to say this was at a world famous attraction). Great value. The hot chocolate was amazing! Till staff very friendly. We then tried to find a seat, well they are actually tables that you stand at and a few seats dotted around. There is a lot of outdoor seating but we visited in early April so chose to stay inside. We were lucky to get a table. There were lots of condiments, sauces, tissues for use. Staff were constantly clearing trays away, picking up litter. They worked so hard! Lovely cafe, with lovely decor.

Good service for overpriced food

By Kishore Patnaik |

Wanted to try out the food there knowing fully well that it was way overpriced. Food was not bad but for NYC standard it's well below par. Prices are off the charts as you would expect at a place like this. The worst was people smoking in the outside eating area.

Decent

By Urška G |

Expensive, like every other place in NYC, but it was OK. The portions are huge, so you can actually order one dish for two people.

Disorganized garbage

By Dugstor |

Overpriced, completely disorganized, filthy and disgusting food. But hey, what do you expect when serving up fried slop to a trapped audience. Eat before, or after.

For Quick bites after a satisfying Liberty Statue visit.

By Dayakar Reddy |

You can have quick breakfast / lunch here after your visit to statue of liberty. Also they a house lots of artifacts for your memory of this place.

Tasty

By Elisa M |

Good choice of foods, including healthy salads, and a Nice Place to rest after visiting the Statue. Poor choice of salads dressings, no oil/vinegar but only greasy dressings.

Everything Pretty Average except for. . .

By Syreeta M H |

The meal options were very very limited for those with a vegan diet. All that was available was the fries, which was disappointing. I received the order of fries and as I walked away, I tried one. It was lukewarm and dry. I went back to the counter and spoke to a friendly and hospitable server called Red. A very flamboyant and funny man, who saw no problem in rectifying the issue quickly. He checked the temperature of the fries, agreed that they were barely warm and was able to replace my order with fresh, hot fries. Red was able to put me at ease and not make me feel that my complaint was odd. I appreciated this and what started off as a fair to middling first impression, ended up with a pleasant experience. Red is a true asset to the Statue of Liberty Crown Cafe.

Not bad

By LeahSydney01 |

The food here is pretty good for a diner-style cafe. I had a decent clam chowder. The service was excellent. There is a lovely outdoor area to eat which was comfortable even on a cold (albeit sunny) winters day.

Decent food

By William O |

We all enjoyed our lunches. This was a perfect break during a long visit to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Hit the spot. Just right.

Not what I expected!!

By FloridaLife87 |

Let me say first the this place is AMAZING! I so thought it would be snack bar food. Man was I wrong! The meals were delicious and freshly made. The service was quick and convenient. It’s a perfect fit and there is seating inside and out. Will do again! Great job!

How can you mess up a sandwich?

By Annette R |

I rarely throw away food... my friend and I were famished after a long morning in NYC--mainly visiting the Statue of Liberty. It was great to find this café because they had a refrigerated section with sandwiches and salads ready to go. I grabbed their turkey sandwich on focaccia bread because it looked good. I ate only half the sandwich because it was that bad. How can you mess up a sandwich? It had some weird sauce on it; I would have preferred simple mayo and mustard. It was dry. I don't mind paying $11.50 for a sandwich but seriously.

Lobster roll

By advcards |

They offer a large variety of menu items, tourist prices. Only complaint was took forever to pay and got onion rings cooled. Lobster roll recommended

Food is average

By Ferry A |

We ate here during our tour. Food is so so for hungry tummies. No sitting areas coz the place is packed with tourists.

Just ok average

By EL20165 |

The food it very average but your on the island and have no other alternatives so it will work. The nice thing is eating outside behind the Statue and enjoying the view so for that it was worth it. Also not super overpriced

Varied Menu

By carole c |

Limited indoor seating and a great outdoor patio with plenty of seating along the water. A person would be hard pressed to not find something to eat among the varied hot or cold offerings. Reasonable pricing for the serving size and fresh produce used. I loved the Vegetarian sandwich.

Awful customer service and horrible food

By Madeline H |

Got to be one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Extremely rude person served us and actually had an argument with us saying that we had ordered differently to what she thought. It was incredible. This person appeared to be working against their will and the manager had no control over the person’s behaviour. The food was horrible - my fish and chips was a tiny piece of dried battered fish.

Organized and Have starbucks

By Exector |

Went in December and coffee was hot. They are organized and have a gift shop attached. It was costly but it is in the New York area,, so..

Miss it

By Michael W |

More like a fast food restaurant. Crowded, Grubby. Long queue. Nothing to recommend it at all. You can use the toilets.

Odd little cafe on Liberty Island

By fork_handles |

This is the only restaurant on Liberty Island so it has a captive market - we visited on a January afternoon whilst waiting to catch the ferry back to Manhatten. Picked up a fried chicken meal and some fries, staff were ok but we were there near closing time and just after we paid the restaurant closed. Shortly after two guys came round and started clearing the tables and hustling people out, standing near them and talking loudly until they left. I know customers will try to take liberties to try and stay as long as possible and these staff members needed to go home, but it was all a bit too blatent for my liking. The food was ok and reasonable value, but nothing special really.

Decent Place

By JAMESknoxville |

The cafe offers a good selection of foods for those on the island. The prices were a bit high for the quality, but overall it was a decent lunch. Very nice place to sit outside and enjoy a beautiful fall day while eating.

Expensive

By CarrigGirl |

Everything in this Restaurant is expensive so be prepared if you are planning on having anything here. A healthy bar was around $4.50 and a cup of hot water was $2.75, all plus taxes and a tip. The staff were not the most helpful here either.

Decent Food, Slightly Chaotic Ordering

By MissLenore |

We visited this cafe for a quick lunch during our visit to Liberty Island. The ordering process was extremely chaotic, but the food came quickly. Prices were what you'd expect for a touristy place. I loved that they had healthy options as well. I had a Cobb Salad, and my husband had a buffalo chicken sandwich. They also had plenty of dessert, parfeits, drinks, and more. There is also the ability to order your favorite Starbucks drinks.

Good fast food

By Harrisfamily845 |

Good quality fast food, it cheap, but tasty. We had to eat outside though as not much seating indoors. Nice seating area, but freezing cold.

To flee

By valouecad |

Two burgers, one hot dog, two coke for 56 bucks! In addition for company on the terrace, you will have, sparrows, pigeons and rats!!

Shame there is no option for 0/5

By GaelleB72 |

Probably the worst food I have ever eaten... in fact I struggle to call it food. We were desperate for something to eat as we'd taken the early ferry to the island and had missed out on breakfast. Big mistake. The food was bland, my panini was completely soggy, the staff were rude and the place looked shabby... Unfortunately it is the only option on Liberty Island and they can therefore prey on a captive audience.

Awful start to finish. And terrible if you have dietary restrictions.

By Sarah E |

My two children have celiac disease- they have a medically necessary gluten free diet. The Crown Cafe advertises a number of gf options and has signs that say, “food allergies? We’ve got you.” Instead, we waited in a long line to order. The person taking our order said they couldn’t do gf pizza. Then went and checked and said they could if I waited 12 minutes. I said ok, ordered one cheese and one pepperoni, and stood sweating next to the line for 30 minutes. A full 30 min. It was incredibly hot. I waited while my smoothie melted and my own lunch got cold. Once pizza came out. I guess only one had been made… I was told I could wait another “12 minutes”. I pointed out it had been 30. The person taking my order shrugged. My kids have been gf for almost 4 years, we’ve travelled a lot of places- this is the first time an establishment has made me cry. I had 2 kids and one lunch and no one at Crown Cafe cared. Not allergy friendly at all. Which is a choice… but don’t claim that you are. If they didn’t claim to have gf options, I would have fed my kids yogurt and fruit and whatever else I could scrounge together. And don’t treat people like this. It’s a real bummer that my clearest memory for a trip to the statue of liberty is weeping about a pepperoni pizza.

Only Game in Town....ended abruptly

By Joe C |

Ok, you've been walking around on the tour for over an hour with a 1970's style walkie talkie in your ear. Suddenly it hits you -- I need to eat something. Good news -- there is one place to eat on the island. semi-Bad news, its the Crown Café. For starters, the service is Leonid Brezhnev Soviet style slow. Second there are not enough tables (we stood at the one we could find). More tables outside. Save money by drinking water instead of expensive soft drinks. My kids had: 1. Hamburger (fair at best); 2. Chicken fingers (awful), 3. hot Dog (pretty good actually) and I had a grilled chicken sandwich (pretty good also) Overall, the food was decent, prices a little high, but overall its okay for families. Oh forgot to mention we had to skedaddle out of there, because some delightful and thoughtful individual decided to scale the monument, requiring the police to come take her down. So everyone had to leave early....

Decent Food, Reasonable Price

By Jac8351 |

With being the only place round here you can eat, the prices and range of food are very reasonable. The staff are friendly. Go early to avoid the rush or queing for food.

It was ok

By Suzanne2767 |

The food here was ok but you're limited on the island. The service was ok but it's to be expected at a fast food outlet. I didn't think there was enough seating and it was very busy but I wouldn't discourage people from eating here.

Lunch break during Statue of Liberty Island visit

By Edward |

This café is conveniently located on Liberty Island it has a nice terrace but it was over crowded on the day we were. Personnel is very friendly. Sandwiches are tasty

Gluten free options available, nice staff

By Sarah R |

This little café can be found on Liberty Island where the Statue of Liberty resides, we got the boat early in the morning and even though we had breakfast before leaving the hotel, we were quite hungry by time we got there. As I suffer from gluten, wheat and dairy allergies, I had brought some snacks with me and had not expected to get anything from the islands in terms of food, as prior internet research said that there wasn’t any. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they DID have gluten free options! It’s advertised on their menu as you walk in, with a selection of burgers and hot dogs to choose from. I chose the hot dog as I have yet to get a gluten-free hot dog, in America or the UK (where I’m from). My husband ordered a hot dog too, but the gluten-filled variety as he doesn’t have allergies. When I got to the ordering station, I was asked if I wanted onions, and as I saw freshly cut onions on their station I said yes, but when it came it was actually the caramelized variety, which I didn’t want and wasn’t sure was safe to eat anyways, so I asked if I could get one without. The woman looked a little put out at my re-ordering of food, so when the fresh hot dog came I apologised for the confusion. But both her and the male employee beside her both said immediately ‘don’t apologise, you need to be happy with your order’ which completely took me a back – in a good way! The gluten-free hot dog and bun was overall OK; the meat was satisfying and the bun was a little stiff but to be expected with some gluten free bread products, so the meal hit the spot when I needed the extra protein boost before walking around the island. My husband enjoyed his hot dog as well. So, if you have food allergies and are visiting the statues, there are option to eat here for kids and adults. The staff were nice too so can’t complain about my visit.

Only if you are starved

By Wandering duo |

We ate here only because we were hungry. If we were not going to Ellis Island we would have waited. Food was cooked in advance and wasn't hot. They should have McDonald's on the island, prices and food would have been better. Choice of standing up inside or sitting down outside in the cold where pigeons were begging for food and pooping on tables.

Food is ok

By Kathy M |

Food was good, but the young girl that took my order was a straight up B! That's the only word I can use to describe her.

Worst food ever!!!

By Wendy H |

Had pizza and fish and chips, both were over priced and equally as tasteless as each other, shabby surroundings, cupboard doors hanging off in eating area.Do not go here if you want good food and value for money.

When you need lunch on Ellis Island, you’ll appreciate them!

By Bob G |

Excellent spicy chicken sandwich. Very good grilled chicken sandwich. Expensive lunch. But it’s the only game in town! Excellent customer service!!! Thank you.

Wonderful Caring Staff

By LoveThisTour |

First, I would to say, that I have rarely given a review to a restaurant in a tourist location but I must make this exception. My wife and I had no intention of eating at this cafe. It was cold during our visit and we just wanted something hot to drink to warm up. My wife was upset that our tickets did not allow us to enter the statue and after we walked around, in the cold, we headed for the gift shop and the cafe. When we got to cafe we met an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. I would like to give a special shout out to a very pleasant and hilarious man who called himself Red. Red consoled my wife and made us feel very welcome. We learned that we can get special tickets to go inside the statue and when we return to New York we will go inside. I hope Red is there so that I can thank him.

Needed Lunch

By Laura M |

This is an extremely busy fast food cafe with no seating inside. On the day we went it rained during lunch and had to sit under a tree to try and keep dry. They sell loads of different foods. We were very impressed that the Suchi chef was happy to make a dish especially for our granddaughter. The salad was good and the wrap my husband was ok. We do not like this sort of food normally but there is not another option. We were happy with what we had.

Good place for quick bite and a rest.

By Kelly A |

It was hot on the island when we visited the Statue of Liberty. This basic tourist eatery wasn't too crowded, was cooled, and had decent food. It's not an incredible value, but it's not badly priced either. A nice spot to wait for the next ferry and to get something to eat.

Tourist Food Better than Expected

By Philip B |

A good enough food source on Liberty island. Better than would be expected. Wam items such as burgers and cold sandwiches. Very nice outside seating and ambiance there.

Rudeness of the staff is unbelievable

By Sab L |

We ordered 8 coffee and realised we forgot one, the way the staff talked to us was unbelievable. I felt so ashamed. The coffee was 👌 ok

Fast food at Liberty Island...

By Andrés Blanco |

Stopped here to grab a bite while roaming Liberty Island. The place gets a lit bit chaotic when crowded so don't expect nothing fancy or quiet. After all it's a fast food place.

Much better than anticipated

By RR_Denmark |

We had lunch here after seeing the Statue of Liberty and before taking the ferry to explore Ellis Island. The background with the view of the Statue of Liberty was superb. The cafeteria looked very dull but the service was effective and friendly and the food was delicious.

Expensive eats but plenty of options

By anereview |

Had lunch here after we did the Statue of Liberty. $33 for a chicken sandwich that came with onion rings and a chicken finger plate that came with fries plus two drinks. It was definitely not worth it. The onion rings were decent though. It was a beautiful day and we were lucky to get a table looking over the river. That was nice. It does get busy so seating can be unavailable at times. We did splurge since we didn't eat all our lunch and went to the ice cream stand outside next to the souvenir shop and got a soft serve twist in a waffle cone. Two cost $10. The ice cream was really good. If I had to do it again I would have gone straight for the ice cream and had lunch once we got back to the city.

Nice burger

By MyDiabetic N |

Nice burger $12.95 and onion rings $1. Good seated area with bird netting to make experience good without the birds.

Eat before you go!

By Dana K |

The lines! The birds flying through and over the food prep area! Horrific check out process! Take a backpack and snacks/sandwiches to have a picnic instead.

Good unless it rains...

By Dave B |

Food is reasonable and fairly priced, and the outside eating area is great overlooking the harbour with the statue in the background. But...if it rains...the inside area is woeful and you’ll feel like you’re eating in a zoo

Lunch at the Statue of Liberty

By David B |

I was pleasantly surprised at the cost, variety, and quality of the food offered. There are not many options for food on the island, but the menu is diverse and the prices decent. We had a quick lunch here after climbing to the top of the statue prior to taking the ferry to Ellis Island. Not sure if I will ever go back to the Statue of Liberty, but if I did, I would not hesitate to dine here again.

Very disappointed with this place -

By Kelley P |

We went to Lady Liberty and it was amazing. However, we were all extremely disappointed with the $4.50 hot chocolate that had no chocolate in it and the vanilla latte was terrible too. On a cold day our teenagers were looking forward to the hot chocolate and it was horrible. I wanted to ask for a refund, but it was so crowded, didn't want to stand in line again. Not a good experience - they have you captive though. Only place to get anything while you are at Lady Liberty.

Yes to the terrace, not to the food

By Lyubov M |

The caffee terrace with a great view and nice openwork-like cheers and round tables is a good spot to those who need some rest. As for the food - better to eat somewhere else. I was hungry but throw away their veggy burger after first two bites, also couldn't drink their coffee as it was too bad to me.

Standard Cafe Food

By Deb W |

There was nothing special about this cafe. However we were hungry and got a quick bite to eat. There are prepared items or you could order from the grill.

Normal

By Andrea V |

Good enough food, sky-high prices, banking on it being one of the few food shops on liberty island. Clean but surrounded by screeching birds

Crown Cafe - accommodating for food allergies!!

By Danielle G |

We are so thankful for the Crown Cafe on Liberty Island. As a mom with two food allergic kids (egg and peanut / sesame and strawberry), we are constantly worried about family vacations/trips and safe food to eat. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the Crown Cafe had a whole book of every item on their menu, complete with the ingredients for each item. The kids could safely eat the chicken tenders -- no egg! The french fries were in vegetable oil-- not peanut! Special thanks to Eve Lopez-Pichardo and her staff who helped me comb through the pages, double check labels on boxes and find something safe (and fun) for the kiddos to eat. It is awesome to find patient and knowledgeable people who are happy to help you keep your kids safe!

Not amazing, but well run

By AmeliaHope |

Staff were kind and lovely to us, unaware of the how the system worked. My sister had a cheese pizza which she said was really good, but the rest of our party had the chicken and italian hero subs which i honestly wouldn’t recommend. The chicken was very dense and despite being warmed up was very cold. Only the bread was slightly warm but the other cold components of the sandwich made it quite unappealing. Food was reasonably priced however, and if I was visiting the island again I would return.

Cold $12 Chicken Burger!

By John P |

We spent $48 for two adults, two children, 1 bottle of water. All the food was cold apart from the Pizza for which we had to wait 10 minutes. It’s gone down hill drastically as i visited 3 years ago and it was much better. Perhaps an off day but based on this visit, I’d prefer to keep hold of my money and wait until I got back to Manhattan.

Overpriced!

By Javier C. |

This cafe is conveniently located but expensive. The cashiers are not so friendly. Please be advised and better take your food and water to this tourist attraction.

OK place to get some food

By Ramesh A |

Cafe located inside the Statue of Liberty Island this quick grab food like, chicken fingers, fries, Burger. They do have cold sandwiches, wings, and beverages. The prices are okay. The portions are definitely good. You have an outdoor dining area as well as inside. The staff inside the serving area doesn't care to attend the customers. I wonder if they might be tired after seeing a lot of people. It's a decent place to grab something quick.

Not enough indoor seating

By 798debbies |

I think in my mind before we visited the Statue of Liberty and even seeing the building I had a vision of a large cool comfortable cafe to escape from the hot summer sun and grab a bite to eat. There was a big queue for food but they seemed to be quite efficient in dealing with this and there was a good choice of hot and cold food and drinks. Unfortunately whilst there was quite a lot of outdoor seating this seemed to be mostly full and not all in the shade and the inside area was mainly taken up by the serving counter area leaving very little dining space. The best wasn’t made of the space available with a handful of large metal type circular tables and not enough chairs, there were also a few upright small tables but with no chairs as you might imagine most people want to sit down. There were also a few benches round the edge of the room all occupied. It could do with a refurbishment. There was a screen separating a shop accessed via a separate door. This should be relocated to allow the cafe to make use of all the space in the building.

out for lunch

By Steve W |

The Statue Of Liberty Crown Cafe a bit over Priced but what the hell your hear for a good weekend and you pay for what you get and we really enjoyed our lunch we were recommended by our guide Andrew to go the coffee was great and pastry sweets were to die for .

Good variety

By ericalindsey |

While we hadn't researched where to eat on our tours of Ellis Island and Liberty Island, this ended up being the perfect place. There was a great variety of options that suited everyone in our group. Seating was limited, but not too hard to find despite being a nice weekend day in August. Food was pretty good and prices were what you would typically expect from a touristy area.

Pleasantly surprised by our lunch on the island

By HeidiH-L |

Following our long-planned visit to the island and climb to the crown, we were ready for a sit-down lunch. Expecting pre-packaged salads and sandwiches, we were delighted with the menu options, fresh-grill ordering, and generous portions. Everyone was pleased with their meal, and the outdoor seating had plenty of room. Thank you Crown Cafe!

Good choices

By Ginette Perry |

Lovely choices good queue system well priced just outside could do with a upgrade with the bird poo but food was good

Glad they had Veggie Burgers!

By nancyolah |

It is often hard for a vegetarian to get a "fast food" meal - but kudos to Crown Cafe for having a decent veggie burger and very good fries - served up fast! We needed to eat in a hurry to make the ferry to Ellis Island!

yummy

By Kay S |

The cafe on liberty island was amazing. It's reasonably priced. You get large portions. It was awesome.

so average, so few seats

By Digestivebiscuit |

what a let down of a cafe for such a landmark. nasty fast food outlet with no real effort to be anything other than a hot dog or burger joint.

Hmmm, ok

By Kathy M |

Of course you HAVE to visit the Statue of Liberty while you are in New York. And while you are there, there is the cafe you can take advantage of. The prices are ok, food is ok. The service is a hit or miss. Think American food, hamburgers, chicken tenders. Stuff like that.

Lunch while visiting Lady Liberty

By danbot94589 |

Located next to the souvenir store they have an assorteded menu with drinks, salads, fruits, chicken strips, sandwiches, burgers, chips and sushi. The normal tourist food. I got a sandwich at the Panini vendor. So good. Table are for stand up eating. We ate outside even though snow was on the ground it was a nice sunny day with a slight breeze. Another cafe in located on Ellis Island.

Decent Food

By silhouete2 |

Prices are a bit high, but the food was decent. Nothing special--regular fare. Go inside to the larger cafe which has more options than buying from the smaller cart outside.

Lunch

By Sandsy40 |

We lunched here during our visit to Liberty Island during the last week in October. The café offers a decent range of snacks and light meals and the prices are not too bad, given the popularity of the island as a tourist attraction. We tried the hotdogs and pizzas and the quality was better than expected. There isn't much room for eating indoors, and what there is tends to mostly be standing at tables only. There is outdoor seating (and lots of seagulls).

“: Do not Bother :”

By 99michael |

If you want to have a bad meal in New York then visit the Crown Cafe at The Statue of Liberty. Over priced food, poorly cooked, in fact a disgrace overall to the Catering Industry. If the authorities in New York read this review, may I suggest that this Cafe be closed down. The eating area outside the cafe is a rodents delight, no effort by the staff to clean or tidy the area, to be blunt, some of the staff need retraining.

Nice eatery

By Aisha M |

They serve good variety of food prepared on the sport. The staff who prepare the food are very friendly. Plenty of space outside to seat and enjoy your meal.

Great food, not too many places to sit down.

By Karen G |

Food was quick, hot, and had a good portion. There was a good selection of sandwiches. If it rains, there are very few chairs to sit down.

hot coffee

By cossyann |

It was a really wintery day when we visited The Lady Herself so we were glad of a hot drink and a snack. Lots of choice and the service was quick. Ideal.

Plenty and multiple food varieties

By Nirvana Hafez |

different food items are available with good price..seats are behind the statue so that you can see it from its back while you are dining.it is better to have your lunch or dinner there before going to Ellis island.this allows you to rest before the second half of the trip.

I was pleasantly surprised

By Kate B |

As someone with massive food allergies (corn, dairy), it was a breath of fresh air to find a place that organic food. It's not the best food I've had BUT it's good enough for what it was.

Pit Stop

By Becky F |

We popped in here prior to walking around the island for a quick refreshment break in the sunshine. It was very quiet when we visited so we were served very quickly. We had a mix of hot and cold drinks and a cookie each. Everything was lovely but definitely overpriced for what you got, but it’s not surprising given the location. The seating area outside is lovely on a sunny day and overlooks a lovely stretch of water.

As you imagine...very pricey for average food.

By moretonpc |

You can at least get some fresh food here...salads and sushi etc but expect to pay an absolute premium for average food.

Surprisingly Fantastic!!!

By Dana P |

We had a very early lunch (about 10:30 am) here on July 7th. My son has a Peanut/Tree Nut Allergy and I have a bunch of food sensitivities. We both found things to eat. Amazingly, they had a sushi chef who made a special avocado roll for me. My son had some packaged items. And my boyfriend had a delicious chicken sandwich with a side of the best onion rings he'd ever had in his life. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in total shock that there was such a wonderful restaurant on Liberty Island of all places.

Have the fabulous fish and chips

By ThePackedBag |

It was going to be a long, hot day and being on the water made me wish for fish and chips. Well, low and behold they did a fine version here. Very light and fresh and not an exorbitant price. I highly recommend.

Crowded and expensive

By 𝐴𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑙𝑜 𝐷'𝐴𝑔𝑜𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑜 🇮🇹 |

Not bad food but. being probably the only place on the island, at peak times it is difficult to find a table and there is a long queue at the cash registers. Furthermore, it is also quite expensive for the product offered. The employees are kind.

Stop for a rest

By markj4golf |

Basic cafe food, nothing special, but to be able to sit and rest, get a drink and a snack, enjoy the view.... its perfect.

Staff are helpful and friendly

By Jose Lejin P J |

Good service. Staff are helpful and friendly. Due to the crowd seating may be an issue sometimes. During the trip to the Statue of Liberty you plan lunch here. Statue of Liberty is one of the main attractions and a must visit for anyone coming to New York.

Decent food and decent prices

By Adriana P |

Considering in the only cafe on Liberty Island, I was surprised by the quality and and price of the food; both better than expected. Service was rather quick considering the massive crowds. Seating is very limited but the flow of people is rather quick. A nice place to eat when visiting Lady Liberty.

You don't go to the Statue of Liberty for the food so I didn't have high expectations. The "All American burger" and stale pretzel would have had the immigrants heading back to their native country if they thought all US restaurants were like this. I joke some, but this was by far the worst food on our 10 day trip that included Taco Bell and street vendors. The burger was bad (tasteless but with a hint of cardboard). Enjoy the Statue of Liberty, but bring lots of snacks.

Plan to Avoid Eating on the Island

By AGW42103 |

This is the only food service on the island. Plan your day so that you are not stuck eating here. We were expecting overpriced, mediocre food simply because it is the only option in a location that does not require many repeat customers. We were not expecting questionable service practices and bad food in an uncomfortable environment. The guy taking our order mistakenly put fries on one of our plates before giving it to us. He walked away, and we told him when he returned. He took the plate and scraped the fries back into the warmer container. Gross! (We did not sample the fries or do anything to them, but he had no way of knowing that.). Our onion rings were cold, the burger was over cooked, and the pizza was soggy. The food was simply not good at all. There are about 12 small tables without chairs indoors. We were lucky to get one, or so we thought. People bumped in to us the entire time that we were standing there. In short, plan your day so that you will not need to eat lunch on the island.

Excellent burgers

By Busatti |

We were surprised, we thought we would have to settle but instead this place really surprised us, there are various cuisines including the one we had, well-made American burgers and plenty of fries, the two of us spent around $35 and it was really worth it sorry. The only flaw is the seating in winter, not many inside.

Tacky and tasteless

By BlueBananaSkin |

I never thought it was possible to make a roasted vegetable sandwich taste of nothing. But this place somehow managed it. It has a monopoly on Liberty Island, so if you're hungry, this is the only place you can go to. It's either tasteless sandwiches, or fried food. I guess the incentive to produce good food is totally lacking. The outside area is plagued by seagulls and starlings, all trying to steal your food. Ignorant customers feed these pests, which is probably why they are there in the first place. But the staff do nothing to discourage this. Our lunch experience was like something out of Hitchcock's The Birds, but with tasteless food to go with it. I would say this place is only good at staving off hunger pains.

Nice little place.

By Cakefoodlover |

We went in for a drink and a snack. We ordered fries and coffee. The fries were crinkle cut with no seasoning that I could see. They we soooo good. Generous portion for a good price. Coffee was very good. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 rating was because of the seating. It was too cold to sit outside. The seating inside was strange. We stood at a small high top with no seats. It wasn't a big deal for us because we were having something quick.

Surprisingly good

By Andrew |

Was really surprised in such a busy tourist destination how good the food was. Great choice in the menu and good quality and fair prices. Watch out for the birds outside who would snap up your food quickly tough! Nice.

No recommendation

By SCL131 |

Didn't like this place at all. Completely overrated and overcrowded as well. I had no space to sit down anywhere. The food was not good. Below average! Eat before you visit the island.

Yeah to the attendant named "Red"

By Jazz L |

At first when we walked in to one of the attendants who help you with your food we were disappointed, but then we heard this one male attendant who was so upbeat and friendly. We decided to go to his line and he made the experience so much better. He would ask you where you were from and he would holler out your state and say "Is in the house." I enjoyed his love for his job and helpfulness. The food was wonderful. The attendants name was "Red" and he even came out to the eating area where he continued to have an upbeat personality. More people like this makes visiting anywhere a pleasure and puts a smile on your face. He needs to help train his co-workers especially the female we first encountered at the first station once you walked in with the attitude on Nov. 8, 2016, which happened to be my birthday. Thank you again "Red"

Drinks

By Karen Fairweather |

We stopped here for a quick drink before walking around the island. We had a mixture of hot drinks and cold drinks and some cookies, which were very expensive. We sat outside, and there were rather a lot of pigeons flying around or bathing in the puddles.

Nice Sandwiches

By George I |

The cafe was understandably packed at lunch time but we managed to find a table on the terrace outside to eat our food. We bought sandwiches which were delicious and fresh. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Ended off a very nice visit to Liberty island.

It was okay

By Samantha R |

We ate here while visiting the Statue of Liberty. The food was just okay. The Beast burger is filling, but it’s more like a frozen box burger than a real hamburger. It was not worth the price.

Captive wallet

By Doug Parker |

We didn't buy food here. Just drinks and an ice-cream. Almost $10 for a regular size water and the 16oz lemonade was over $3. Captive audiences will pay the price or wait till you get off the island and back to the city. It can be very busy as crowds come and go from Liberty Island.

Family vacation

By Pocahontas6 |

I came to visit New York from Texas with my family we went to a couple different attractions like The Empire State Building, Times Square but lastly Ellis Island we were a large group of people who had small children with us and didn't quite no what we wanted to eat but a gentleman by the name of Red helped us out he greeted us with alot of respect and played with the kids he helped us out ordering the food and even helped carry some trays he had alot of patience with us and even suggested what to get the kids he did this all with a smile on his face god bless him and he really made our day we tried to give him a tip but he wouldn't accept it we would definitely come back again the service was extremely helpful but some of your other workers we not as nice and helpful as he was they could learn a thing or two from him oh and the food was great especially the burgers

A truly unique experience!

By Edgar A |

Definitely, you can't miss trying the burger; it's an experience you can't afford to miss. Simply delicious. Enjoying these delights in the outdoor dining area was truly magical. While savoring every bite, I gazed at New York and the majesty of the Statue of Liberty. These were unforgettable moments that will be etched in my memory. A truly unique experience!

Best sushi!

By Sharyn T |

What a great cafe and best sushi I’ve ever had In a stunning setting. It was a beautiful day too. Lots of options at this cafe and service was great. Highly recommend!

Unsanitary

By Scenic63024960409 |

There were a bunch of pigeons flying everywhere INDOORS also pecking at my feet. The place is too packed for mid food. Have to stand to eat. Would not recommend.

Good Chicken Strips

By Kelly M |

Even when this place is packed the service is exceptional and the food was pretty darn good, but still expensive, which is what is expected.

Great place for lunch

By Larry L |

We had lunch here on August 20th when we did the Statue crown tour. We had the great fortune of being helped by Red. Red was one of the best people we met while in NYC for our vacation. Red was friendly, helpful and full of life. This man truly loves his job. Thank you Red for a memorable lunch....the food was very food too. :)

Island Lunch

By Terry B |

Food was pretty good. Similar to how you order at Disneyland, several lines. Seemed very slow process. Person in front ordered two plates, got one and waited approx 5 min for second plate. Fries weren't that hot away. Had a cheeseburger and chicken sandwich with 2 drinks. Cost was $28.04

Good food.

By Shondellel |

The food is good, but pricey. We got food that ranged from burger to seafood. It all tasted fine, but for the price I would expect better portions.

Vegetarian and Vegan food

By numerologi |

The food was very fine, Im so happy that there where both vegetarian and vegan food, THANK YOU! It was so hard to find i NY in general. We had Vegan Salad and Vegetarian burger menu, all very good. And there free drinking Water and ketchup/mayo for the fries, thumps up for that service.

Nothing Good to say sorry.....

By Retro Rocker 70 |

My wife & I had had lunch here as we were hungry, food 'looked' appetising, quick service, but bad manners from the cashier, very abrupt, & unfriendly, didn't say please thank you or anything polite, no customer service skills, miserable. Getting back to the food, as previous reviewers have stated, the food was luke warm, & the staff cleaning up outside looked like they needed to have their uniforms deep cleaned. I cannot understand why or how anyone has anything posititive to say about this place.... AVOID & bring your own food!!!

Surprisingly very good

By Treacletops67 |

Decided to have early lunch as kids hungry and surprised at how good the food was. We all had burgers and fries but it was really tasty and reasonably priced considering we were on the island with no other food options. Found the staff very friendly and had a lovely lunch sitting in the sun. Would recommend.

A fast bite

By David K |

So we were staying in midtown and it is difficult to go somewhere else for lunch and see the island for several hours. I had a burger and fries and the food was pretty good. The service at the register was efficient and friendly. The food was prepared quickly. Pricing was not unreasonable. Here is the problem, the complete lack of seating inside. Who designed this place? We came on a somewhat cloudy Friday and had a difficult time finding a place to eat inside (this was December and was cold). The seating outside in the summer may be sufficient (and if it is really hot in the summer this may not work out real well either), but in the winter it is not. You may want to consider building a gift shop somewhere else and put seating for the cafe there, because this is not working out.

The only Cafe on Liberty Island but it's fine

By Alan1Bangor |

After walking round Liberty Island you will come to this Cafe. Or if you prefer, go there first as it's situated to the right of the main entrance just near the ferry terminal. It operates on a self serve basis and then you pay at one of the checkouts in the middle of the floor before going to find a table (most of which are outside). As you are a captive audience it is a little expensive (about 50% more for a bottle of water or iced tea than Manhattan). You can get anything from coffee and snacks right up to main meals. There are a lot of birds hopping on and around the tables looking for scraps of food so if you don't like this idea, eat inside.

Good food at great location

By RickardTrip |

Had a lunch here during the visit to the statue. A bit confusing ordering system, had to wait a long time for my order, probaly someone else who got it by mistake so not a fault with the girl who took my order. The burger tasted very good. If i recall, no beer available, just non-alcoholic beverages.

Pretty standard

By Rachel548 |

Pretty standard cafe food. We hit it at the right time(before the lunch rush) so it wasn't too busy. Found a table inside with weird individual bench seat-things. I can't really describe them but they weren't comfortable. They also looked like they needed to be renovated. Price was ok for being on Liberty Island. Soup was good.

Awful lunch

By Paul S |

Terrible meal, we ordered fish & chips and all we got was a small bag of Lays chips and a small, dry fishstick. The dinner room was not clean. We had to pay $60 for 3 meals and 3 bottle of cokes. One of the most terrible dinners I had in my life.

Huge servings and affordable

By Leonardo C |

Beast burger is a must try! even their pizza, And eating it on the outside dinning area was magical! seeing the New York Skyline and the Statue of Liberty itself. Good times

Better off waiting. Or just get chips and bottled drinks.

By Sylvia G |

The food and frapps lack in flavor. Our mocha frappe tasted like water. Fries had no seasoning and the chicken strips just no. Skip this place. Or only purchase chips and bottled drinks until your actual food place with flavor.

Pretty good for what it is

By ems_jls |

Pretty good for what it is, a tourist destination café. Line moves reasonably fast even at lunchtime in June. One of us had the Italian Panini and thought it was excellent. Chicken fingers, fries, fruit cups, frozen Snickers bar all well received. Lots of soda and water selections. Couldn't find a spot to sit down and eat either inside or outside, so ate at a standing table, was okay. No straws. Much better selection here than at the café on Ellis Island.

Not bad

By PizzaMavin |

Expecting bad touristy fast food, instead were surprised with decent food for prices you'd expect for this type of place and location. People working there were very nice. If you are visiting the statue and want a quick bite without having to travel to somewhere else to get it, check this out.

Cafe of most on middle of River Hudson.

By Rocky Patel |

Great time spend on cafe that give you relax of mood on visiting to Statue of Liberty. Best to take you food overthere as next visit island having no facility of anykind of food. Just pack you stomatch at Crown cafe.

Good Cafe as the Name Suggests

By gagan_madhu |

We were hungry after a long queue and a cruise ride and ended up at this cafe, good cheese Pizza, vegetarian burger and fries we liked the place as the food was good, huge rush still they are able to cater all demands..

Fast food

By RaShee B |

I like burger there delicious well cooked and tasty. I don't know about others experience but my experience is great.

Poor breakfast options… eat before you come!

By Jdiddy25 |

We had the first reservation for the Statue of Liberty at 9 AM. Getting all of the family out the door, onto the subway, and down to battery Park before we missed the ferry was a feat in itself, and we didn’t have time for any breakfast on the way. We hoped there would be some thing to eat out there on the island and/or at Ellis Island. When we got to the cafe off the ferry, we saw people ordering hot dogs and coke at 9:00 am. This was not a good sign. We looked and found several breads/coffee cakes kinds of things, some yogurts, and they do have regular coffee and (poorly made) espresso drinks. My wife is gluten free, and they have no gluten free items for breakfast except the yogurt. There is no breakfast protein at all. Since we came early, we didn’t try any of the lunch items, but I think it could be passable for a quick lunch in between there and Ellis Island. Their menu says that they have gluten free buns and breads for the burgers etc., but you should confirm before planning on eating there.

Quick Relief

By Indiana_Jonesse |

Like many other tourist spot, this place was crowded. It was raining a little when we came to visit. So needed a quick relief and some warming liquid. We had hot chocolate and pastry, then left. But they serve sandwiches as well, burgers and fries and you can stay to have lunch and take your break. The price is reasonable for a tourist spot.

Relatively Good Food!

By KM_SGP |

We orderer Fish n Chip ($9.95), Cheeseburger with onion rings ($10.50), Junior Cheeseburger ($5.95) & spicy chicken sandwich ($9.75). All the food that we ordered were surpriaingly good & tasty, considering the Cafe is located within a small island meant for tourists!

LLLLOOONG lines and cold food

By JSD47630 |

Would not do this again. Hard to arrive not hungry after waiting for the ferry but wait in line was LONG. Don't feed the birds.

Welcome stop

By Renay G |

Good place to get a hot cup of coffee, lines long but moved quick enough. Nice to stop and sit for a bit amongst the rain and sleet. Staff were busymbut polite

Not the best, bring your own food

By gostartraveler |

Chaos as there's no real order to lines. Kids meals include apple slices and baked chips, but no drink. Very limited seating inside (most of it is outside, and they have this thing called seagulls and the weather), and what seating there is inside lacks seats! Still, prices aren't too expensive and food is decent enough.

Reasonable all round

By Teuchter_11 |

The food was nothing to write home about and ordering coffee was a bizarrely tedious process but all worth it for the view outside. Compared to some NY attractions good value for the quality.

Better than expected

By michellemarie1311 |

Obviously the prices are high but the food was better than expected. They have many choices - even vegetarian! There are seats inside and outside.

Pretty good considering the only place to eat.

By stm24 |

Crowded, yup. Expensive, yup. Hard to find a seat, yup. But you kind of have to expect that. But we were surprised how good the good was and the portions large. The staff were patient with the language barriers and the crowd. Speaking of the crowd it was fun to people watch in the outsided seating area.

Worse than the school canteen - avoid!

By Charlie L |

Staff act like they couldn't care less, just shove the food carelessly onto a paper plate and then you watch it go cold while you queue to pay the grumpy till operator. Wouldn't go on principle next time due to the shocking service.

Good food

By Making Memories with Family |

Good food in good prices. Extremely busy so you may have to dine in the tables outdoors which is good. Be careful though, don't take the tables near the trees - our food received free free "bird sh?t" sauce! Good we saw it dropping, otherwise, we could have taken it as part of our food :@

Not too bad, and a bit chaotic

By Dan |

Not too bad for what you pay for. Ordering is a bit chaotic, also many tourists cannot read and enter the wrong way. Other than that you can expect fast food (burgers and fries).

Family Lunch

By tbennettstmartin |

On a recent trip to the Statue of Liberty, we decided to eat lunch as a family. Great salads and a ton of hot food options. Reasonably priced and quality of food was excellent

Reasonable food

By Kerog |

Even though we were there fairly late in the day there was a reasonable range of food available. Like all tourist attractions nothing is cheap. We sat outside which was quite pleasant.

Not great, but no other choice...

By avipiti |

Food is so-so, but without any competition it's either eat or be hungry... Not many food choices, and also limited snack choices.

Organised Chaos

By tranzactnow |

You would think that a cafe at such a popular tourist destination would be run in the slickest way possible - its not as if they don't have huge crowds everyday. This was our experience. Line up one to order food and coffee etc. Line up a second time to collect items purchased and then line up a third time to pay. Whilst doing the third lineup, battle with people trying to get into the cafe through the exit location, part of which is down to poor signage. This could all be done so much easier and better. Look at how Disney and Universal seem to manage it. Coffee and food we had was ok without being anything remarkable. Inadequate seating for the hordes of people passing through. All in all not a great experience and plenty of room for improvement.

Lunch Time..

By Peter R |

Certainly crowded as you have to expect at such an iconic site but staff were good at getting everyone into organised lines and the staff serving were well organised and efficient along with guiding customers on how to save money with their orders Great to see such good customer service which made the experience on Liberty Island that much better

Glad it was there but not great

By A929NKkimd |

The chicken sandwich was meh and the veggie burger wasn’t too good. Stick to the french fries to get you through until you can get something when you are back from the ferry ride. We were really hungry though so thanks to the staff who were nice and it was a good place to sit out of the wind for a little bit.

OK for a last minute option

By Krisjand |

We ended up eating here after having to pass up other options to make travel connections. First, it was raining, so the place was packed. Not their fault, for sure, but there is nearly no seating to eat inside for kids. All of the tables were standing or had a 'lean on' seat. Second, a lot of the food was pre-made and appeared to have been sitting a while despite the lunch rush. My daughter's cheeseburger had cheese that looked like plastic and my fish was pretty tough. Seems the pre-made sandwiches (wife and other daughter ordered) were better and the fries seemed fresh. Again, probably not recommend except for a snack or in a pinch. By comparison, the last time we went, we got our lunch at South Ferry and it was pretty good but also a better location to find a place to sit and enjoy the view before the trip to the island.

Average Food and OK price

By gawildcats |

It's the only place to eat on the island, so not much choice if you're hungry. The lines to order were pretty unorganized and slow. Seating inside was very limited.

Cold and shabby

By Luka |

There's a huge expectation it's expensive (the three fries fighting in duels are 6 dollars without the taxes or the shabby expensive Burger at 12 dollars without the taxes) the waiter took 15 years to serve us and besides it's cold

Okay

By Sanjeev_Sharma |

First it is always crowded as anticipated. Good option of food is available here. Pick your stuff and sit at out to enjoy the view

It was so good!

By Nursultan I |

Me and my parents arrived to the U.S and decided to visit Liberty Island, we got hungry after some time. The burgers we ordered were so delicious, sauces were great! It was a warm day, so we been eating outside. There I saw a dispenser with 3 sauces, kitchen, mayo, and some type of mustard. I have a question to the Crown Cafe, could you guys tell me what kind of mustard was that? That was so great! I'm still trying to find the same type of mustard in my country and keep messing up buying wrong ones... I hope I will receive a respond from u guys😁 My parents, sister and I have really enjoyed our experience with the Crown Cafe. I would definitely go there and get some burgers again.. With love, regards, Nursultan, From Astana, Kazakhstan

THIS IS HORRILE

By Emily R |

i hated it it was terrible there were bugs in the food and hair also it is so expensive there is also bernt hambergers it is so disgustign

Quick bite to eat

By Stacie L |

I think the reviews for this place depend on how hungry someone is after standing in line for tickets, security checks, the ferry, riding the ferry, walking around island, museum and climbing the steps to the crown. I was starving and the cafe was the only place to eat on the Island. They did have a variety of food choices and the food was satisfying. Seating was limited, but we did manage to find a table outside.

Healthy options - food pretty good too.

By Craig-World-Travelle |

Had the veggie panini and it was good and reasonably priced - especially considering it’s the only option. Crowded but lines moves fast. Lots of choices. Standing tables inside or tables with chairs outside on patio. Glad we ate here instead of waiting another 1-2 hours.

Not bad for an attraction cafe

By Need_more_free_time |

Nice outdoor seating area. A good spot for late morning coffee in the spring sunshine - stunning backdrop. Cafe as expected for a captive audience.

Decent food limited seating

By SharonB231 |

Food here is expensive but good. Pre made sandwiches were good but nothing special. Lines can be long on a busy day but this is the only dining option here. Seating is very limited with some seating inside and out along with some stand and eat tables inside. Nice option if you are hungry!

the onion rings looked amazing

By hokeyma |

the food was fresh and there was a nice assortment on the menu. Prices were reasonable as far as NYC standards.

Good Tasty Food

By Sanjeev_Sharma |

Have good option to choose from After a hectic walk around admiring the beauty and view points this is an ideal place to fill your stomach Lots of options to choose from - try the onion rings

Rip off

By RepUSA |

The place is dirty, food is horrendously overpriced. Most of the staff are surly although one young man was very helpful. My advice - take a brown bag lunch.

Not Great

By jmsmas |

The junior cheeseburger that came with no vegetables was very plain. The burger patty was clearly previously frozen. The bun was hard. The condiment containers were sitting outside in the sun. The bananas were green. The prices were high. The fries were good.

excellent service and good layout to accommodate crowds

By Summer88 |

The food was much better than expected for the area and the prices were good. Had expected exorbitant prices , so that was a happy surprise. I had a burger. It was substantial.

You do not have many choices on this island

By MarcusMilanoMilano |

As you will spend quite some time to visit the island with the Statue of Liberty, and then Ellis Island, you have almost no choice, unless you bring some food with you or just relay on hot dogs on the ferry. Burger-like style cuisine, full of fat and not that cheap.

Hmmmm

By Agnes |

Yeah, probably should have read the previous reviews before we got there as this restaurant is not very good.

Convenient with several options

By umassmom |

It was convenient to eat here but the food wasn't great. One of our party got soup and she didn't eat it. I had a mozzarella/basil panini which looked great but the cheese wasn't melted. Some of the tables have very uncomfortable "seats", really a short tube with no back. Other tables were standing only. It was there, though, and it tided us over until we got back.

Average, but if you're hungry...

By Pavla_Kupsova |

It was very busy, but it's not a surprise as it's the only food at the island. It wasn't so bad after all, but it wasn't something special either. If you are hungry, you will appreciate, but if you are not I would recommend to wait and eat somewhere else.

Pizza for Lunch

By vjwallen |

This is where I ate lunch after cruising ferry to see Statue of Liberty with Senior Center. Since this was my first time in New York City, I wanted to try their pizza. It was very crowded, so a few of the staff were directing traffic. I told one of the women that I wanted pizza, so she pointed to the line closest to where I was standing. After receiving my pizza, I went to get soft drink. When it came time to pay for my food and drink, I had a hard time figuring out how to get to the cash register. A nice young man pointed the way. There were four registers opened, so this did not take long at all. Some of my friends invited me to join them. My seat was small with no back and very uncomfortable, so I ended up standing to eat my pizza. I had about four slices with cheese and pepperoni. Loved my pizza!

Poorly organised and no seating

By 186400Caroline |

This reminded me of a zoo, there was no order to the place, it was a free for all. I asked for something, the guy walked away, came back with someone else’s food and said collect yours at the end! Nice you’ve picked up your order, no number system in place! Then you pay, there is no indoor seating and on the day we visited it was cold and rainy so you are stuck.

Avoid unless you really need a drink

By Trusty_Traveller |

This place really needs a complete reset. The tables were messy and covered in food, half the staff were screaming jokes at each other in the kitchen and ignoring customers and the others looked like they couldn’t care to be there. On top of this there were pigeons flying around inside, and the floors and toilets were a complete mess. Better to avoid unless you’re starving like I was.
