Just been there this afternoon and enjoyed the All You Can Eat Seafood Buffet for $29.99. All you can eat buffet for $29.99 - Cajun spiced Crawfish, Cajun spiced Crab Legs, Snow Crab Legs, Shrimp, Cajun Shrimp, Corn Cobs, Potatoes. Then Strawberry Jello and Fruit….Stuffed!! There is also ribs, rice, salads, fries, wings etc.

Rubbish

By FunkyMonkey001 |

Service absolutely atrocious, the place was freezing cold and the prices simply do not justify what you get. Tourist trap - and a poor one at that.

Dirt everywhere

By jrudders |

So dirty everywhere you went Cold food Sticky floor Water in toilets didn’t work Filthy windows Pee all over the restroom floor Disgusting place

Awesome

By scott v |

Not too busy cause Covid, we ordered spicy edamame, delicious. Great spice. Very large portion. The mussels in a spicy, hot broth with Corn on the cob, potatoes, and sausage was excellent. I ordered spicy level 5. And it most definitely was!!

Very good but very little crab

By Emiliano B |

Good restaurant in San Francisco, on the seafront, all you can eat for 30 euros (water included) based on fish, prawns, prawns, mussels, clams, fried fish etc. The only flaw is that the restaurant is called "Supreme Crab", but there is barely a trace of crab.

One of the weirdest restaurants I've ever been to

By pat l |

There is NO customer service here. That's generally ok unless you want more water or have a problem. You order and pay on an app and then people bring food to your table and disappear. I don't know if they are afraid of COVID or short-staffed or just have poor customer service. Very werid. Food now - that was good. I had shrimp and really enjoyed them! Family seemed happy with their foods, too.

Cajun seafood restaurant

By Queenie C |

Supreme crab is really cool restaurant , great Cajun seafood, supreme Cajun is spicy but tasty can’t go wrong

Redwood City location

By 700Wong |

Good experience. I got th basic pot A = 1 lb of any 3 items on th list to serve 2 to 3 people. Th items were spicy even though we asked for no spice/ not hot. There was only 2 piece of corn n 2 small potatoes in th bag - there was 3 of us. Maybe they should check how many people there r and cook accordingly, it is meant for 2 to 3 people. Th food itself was good n meaty. Keep in mind that if u pick th mussels or clam, u'll get some empty shells (th meat is on th bottom of th bag). Th fried lobster was good, 1st time I've had it fried. Th garlic noodles were garlicky n tasty. Th bid n gloves are very helpful. Service was good, they could b a Lil more attentive w refilling th water. Would go bac again.

Great feed of crab!

We really enjoyed our lunch here - had a great crab melt sandwich and a great crab roll. We had a nice table looking out on Fisherman's Wharf area.

Excellent!

By KellyF1972 |

Had dinner there last night. The food was fantastic! Service was fast and pleasant. I had the baked lobster and my husband had the fish and we were both very happy with our meals. The portions were a good size and the prices very reasonable for that area. The view was great as well!

I am giving them a two because of the giant tv screens.

By Greg J |

I gave a two for the tv screens because nothing else there deserves any points at all. You have to order by downloading the menu (terrible) with a QR code (like every human being has and knows how to use QR codes!) The food service is slow and totally inefficient. I watched a waiter fill six glasses with water and straws, put them on a tray, and carry them to a table and it took him almost 5 minutes because he kept stopping to do something else. when he could have put a pitcher of the same water and cups on a try in less than a minute. The food is rubbish. They advertise crawfish, but they are shipped frozen (from where?) pre-cooked, and then reheated (in a micro?) inside of a plastic bag that blows up like a soccer ball before service to the clients that don't know crawfish like cajuns know them. I DEFINITELY do NOT RECOMMEND this joke of a restaurant.

Too expensive for a seafood buffet

By Dave L |

Update use to be a regular restaurant, they converted to all-you-can-eat seafood buffet. The wife and I love buffet style restaurants so we when in, I gotta admit that they had several steam tables with a variety seafood. So went to the cash register as posted $29.99 for the buffet. Sounds good a lot of food reasonable price, does that include drinks, girls at the cash register said, no drinks or extra. Even if we purchased nonalcoholic drinks it would add another $15 to our bill and no refills, so we said no thanks and walked out. Other restaurants do charge extra for drinks, but the food is a lot cheaper and they will refill non-alcoholic beverages.

Cool place to eat!

By Tommy P |

Out of all the seafood places to eat at The Wharf, this place kinda caught our eyes. Neat place with great view. Service was great and food was delicious. Really surprised there weren’t as many people there when we went. And not as high on the list.

Food was OK but I little overpriced

By EduardPM |

This restaurant is located on the street across the the ocena by the Piers section. The restaurant has good food, the service is OK, however the food was a little overpriced. The requested our Covid vaccine certificate before come in. The restaurant was empty, so the food came to the table very quick.

10/10

By A B |

Juicy juicy seafood. Always consistent and delicious. All of the different sauces are amazing. Would eat here everyday if I could afford it.

Incredibly poor customer service.

By Unhappy |

Incredibly poor customer service. My crab cocktail turned out to be Claw meat on top of a bed of garden salad. My waitress said that’s the way it comes. I had to show her Their picture from the menu. When We left , I felt like had been in a fight for my meal. It was drive through at a dine-in site

Classic ayce

By drinodue |

The venue located in Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco is welcoming and well furnished. We expected to also be able to order à la carte but instead it's just a classic all you can eat with the addition of a few more fish dishes (oysters, lobsters, crabs) compared to the other ayces. Good quality but they should advertise that it's just a buffet.

Great food

By runninggirlEssex |

After a long afternoon wandering in the sun my husband found this place, which didn't look particularly inviting from the outside and you have to go upstairs. However, a large airy room greets you with retro kind of styling. I had clam chowder which was good, family had lobster roll, calamari and wings. All good and washed down with a great beer. Avoid the lines and crowds at pier 39 and fisherman's wharf and come here!

Great autentic see food

By George P |

Perfectly located in San Francisco pier, Supreme Crab restaurant, offers a great choice of local see food. We enjoy it and recomand it.

Amazingly bad service

By Evan |

The food, which was at best mediocre in an area of excellent seafood restaurants, was much better than the impressively abysmal service.

Seafood Boils

By Lynn S |

Stopped in during happy hour for an appetizer style pre-dinner. Started off with some oysters, they were small but delicious! We shared a seafood boil. The seasoning was amazing and the amount of food was perfect. The shrimp were a little hard to peal but still good. Loved that they included crawfish in the boils. Staff was friendly as well.

Sitting by The Dock of The Bay

By mrbandot |

Thanks to COVID Fisherman's Warf is quite. Today tried Supreme Crab, they have take out and a couple of tables in the street which are very comfortable allowing for a nice view of the fishing boats dock at Jefferson Street pier. We had the lobster roll and clam chowder with house salad with Italian dressing. It was absolutely delicious. It is one one of the best lobster rolls and chowder I have ever had. I will be going back. While COVID may be keeping international travelers away, it is certainly a treat for locals and a fine addition to eateries along the Warf. I'll be back.

Kinda crabby after this

By greatgobsofgouda |

So kinda disappointed in this place as I was looking forward to and the menu looked promising. I ordered the hot lobster roll and being at fisherman's wharf I would have thought it would have been fresh. The reason I say that is that while the flavor wasn't bad it wasn't great and my first bite ended up with a piece of plastic in it possibly something from a bag it looks like and the garlic Cajun fries could have been seasoned better and hot the fried were cold. So think twice or order something different as the roll is on my do not order list. Sad had high hopes.

Casual yumminess

By EmilyTKJCRE |

VERY casual dining experience. Bibs and gloves and eating from a bag in a bowl. But the taste was soooo good! Choose what seafood you want, what to add to it, what seasoning, and how spicy. They cook to your taste! I had snow crab and potatoes in garlic butter sauce and it was amazing! Kinda different ordering food from an ipad but such is technology these days. Someone lit up some marijuana in the restaurant which was off putting to my dinner but the manager must have stopped it and on with our dining enjoyment! Will go back. Only wine and beer. No full bar.

Cajun seafood

Amazing harbor sunset view, Cajun seafood boil is the best , love the food and big tv make it more fancy, great restaurant.

Best crab ever had

By mke2000 |

Wow, the crab here is amazing. I have always wanted to go to a restaurant like man vs food with the big metal bowl full of sea food and this is the place! We just came across this place as it's hidden upstairs on the sea front. On arrival they put is in a window view and gave us a tablet to order the food it was quiet but after a while it got busy I had cajan on the sea food mix and my partner had king crab legs. We did some recon and found most other establishments price was around $50 for a full size crab on jts own so the prices were around the same here. The bill was about $125.with tip n drinks but we was satisfide after the food was tasty. Really enjoyed it, sea food I don't get full from but this time I was. For a restaurant on the sea front I expected it would be expensive but from what we got and compared the food it was reasonable. I would go back! Warning it's gets messy so put your bip on and gloves lol great food experience.

Would go again

By Atile C |

The food is really good, considering its seafood from the Atlantic. The rules have changed. Maybe amend the reservation system to NONE as they just do walk ins according to the signage at the door when we walk in. Why the 90 minute dining? The service is good. Food stations were always replenished. Whoever said not to drink the soda before the meal was right. I managed to get me something from all the hot stations and have room for dessert. There were disposable gloves for crab degustation, can I recommend disposable aprons as well? That is all. Thanks.

Out of all the restaurant

By Jeaswerve |

Out of all the restaurant options in this area, we were partly drawn to Supreme Crab due to past reviews on TripAdvisor. Unfortunately, we were unhappy with our dinner choices especially given the price. We ordered crab cakes and lobster rolls. Crab cakes were average (although we expected more due to the restaurant name) and the lobster rolls tasted as if it was made with pimento cheese (oddly) or something along those lines. We wished we had chosen another dinner option given our limited time in San Francisco.

Very good!

By mrigs |

We had the combo bucket with super Cajun flavour, shrimp with head off, mussels, clams and sausage. The one thing I don’t like about these seafood boil places are the mussels they use are typically New Zealand green lip; I would much rather have PEI black mussels. This place was no exception as they use green lip, but they were actually very good in this dish! The portion was more than enough for 2 people. The flavour was very good. I would definitely return!
