We dropped in to have a bite to eat and a drink on a very cold night. The welcome was as warm as the restaurant. The food was good and the Prosecco even better. Thinking we might pop back for breakfast whilst we are in NYC.

We had soups and bread. The servings were large and the bread was delicious, the best we have had anywhere in a long time. Little pricey but that may be because we ordered room service from the Hyatt Hotel upstairs.

Love the omelets here. I always look forward to breakfast here when I stay in the hotel. The atmosphere is really nice... like the booths... and the kitchen puts out excellent breakfast fare. Nice service by a friendly, caring waitstaff. This is a great spot that's off the radar so even if you are not staying at the hotel... you can duck in here and avoid the craziness of Times Square for a bite before the theater. Limited menu and a bit pricey (but in line with this tourist area) but the food is generally very good. The best part about it is the location, calm... the civility.

Attached to the Hyatt Times Square this diner offers a limited menu of nice food. I had the burger and was asked how I would like it cooked. I went with medium, as would be my choice with steak. It arrived quite pink - pinker than I thought burgers would be allowed to be served. Pushing my reservations about this to the back of my mind, it tasted amazing!! The staff were friendly but sometimes hard to attract. I haven't sampled enough diners to know the average price, but it seems expensive. It has none of the New York stereotypical experience about it. This is a well lit, high ceiling, spacious, modern diner. They offer a take-out service also.

The truffle french fries are to die for, so are the bloody marys and the burger! Very nice atmosphere, good music and a very nice waiter was serving us!

Great place to meet have a drink and a great meal with freindly service. We had the chance to go twice and there was a good choice on the menu and cooked as you liked it.

Location at the Hyatt Centric Times Square hotel, it’s one block off Times Square and the main restaurant for hotel guests. Breakfast: We’re Hyatt Globalist and breakfast is included, which is served here. Everything is pretty solid and typical breakfast fare. Dinner: We’re staying here and had two meals here. The restaurant is pretty large, so we didn’t need a reservation for an early dinner. The food is solid bistro food. The kale salad is excellent, the truffle fries are great, and the crispy calamari is also wonder in a spicy aioli sauce. Had two great meals here.

The drink selection was great. The flatbread was tasty. The happy hour specials were very reasonable. The bartender was so nice and gave us great recommendations about the area.

Impromptu visit for dinner after arriving in New York on a Sunday evening. Nice simple menu. We had the kale starter which was delicious and the quail wings equally as fab. Mains included a great free range chicken dish and a New York strip (which was a little dry unfortunately). The waiter was very attentive. Minimalist decor, relaxed atmosphere and low music. Perfect contrast to Manhattan!

Highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast if you are nearby this hotel or staying in the hotel. Excellent menu choices.. delicious food and the staff was great! Loved the organic tea...

My wife and I had lunch here after check in, it was fair priced for NYC and delicious! My wife had the half soup and sandwich combo which she reports as delicious and I had the pulled pork sandwich special which was a great filling lunch!

We stayed at Hyatt and thus this was our local restaurant. We used it mostly for breakfast. I felt it was around two times the price of other diners - and it is a diner. Quality is ok and service is average and thus not enough value for money.

Stayed for two nights at Hyatt Centric Times Square and had breakfast at T45 on the day of checkout as it was convenient. The breakfast menu has enough variety, in my view. The place is a bit overpriced but it's Times Square... Service was fine.

Good selection of breakfast options, and quick service. All a la carte, but with options for all tastes and waistlines.

We ate at T45 three times during a 4 day stay. Normally we wouldn't eat at the hotel restaurant that many times, but the food was quite good as was the service. It definitely is not typical Diner food, so don't be fooled by the name. The prices are what you expect in Times Square, but not over the top.

Only had drinks in T45. It is nicely decorated and comfortable and you get a nice welcome at the door. Staff behind the bar were very mixed - one lady had no idea what went into cocktails being ordered and had to ask the customer! Other staff were pleasant and helpful, but there is one very abrupt and rude man. Drinks are on a par, price wise, with many places in New York. Make a nice hot chocolate. Nothing to rave about but all right.

The food and service was ok. Nothing special but was a convenient place to have breakfast or a drink.

My spouse and I stayed at the Hyatt Times square last week. A couple of mornings it was raining, so we decided to have breakfast at T45 instead of going out and getting wet (we're also wimps from California!). It turned out to be a great choice and we ended up having b'fast there 2 mornings. Good food. Excellent service. Angelo and Jamie rock!!!

Came in late to have some food and drinks and watch some sports coverage. Food quality was great along with the service.

Stayed at the Hyatt, so this restaurant attached to the hotel. Food was real good, piping hot, and they accommodated some unique requests. Yogurt with bit of lemon curd was exceptional. While a bit pricey, it is NY but food delivered. We also stopped in for an early dinner on a cold day and the Tuscan Soup was recommended. It lived up to the recommendation. Service and the staff are very warm and on top of their game!

The food is ordinary. The place is clean but has nothing special to offer. The service is ok but there are a thousand other places to eat that have good food, great atmosphere & exceptionally go service!

The good service was poor. We were seated on the same bench of another couple when the rest of that half of the restaurant was empty. When I asked to be reseated I was confronted with excuses. We were finally reseated and our drinks weren’t even filled

If you love a good hamburger, try their Signature Burger. Yummy! Their breakfasts are also good. According to my little granddaughter and her friend - "The grilled cheese is awesome". The fries are also very good.

It was located within minutes of Sondheim Theater and it was super-easy to book a table. While not haute cuisine, the menu is interesting and the food well made. The sharing platters are excellent value for money and just perfect for that early meal before the theatre. We enjoyed the complimentary bread and butter, shared a great Tuscan soup, cauliflower dip, and spicy soppressata flatbread. They had a pretty decent wine list too.

See Ken at the bar for some great cocktails & fantastic service! The menu changes seasonally. Right now my favorite thing is the avocado toast appetizer!

Quick service. Huge portions and very tasty deserts. We especially enjoyed the blueberry cheesecake. Wouldn't hesitate to come back a second time.

This restaurant is attached to one of our favorite Hyatt Hotels - Hyatt Times Square so your expectation is upscale Hyatt experience. No such luck. Very ordinary restaurant with average food and okay service. Certainly not what you expect from a Hyatt.

If you are visiting Times Square and need a fresh lunch or dinner spot that does not charge tourist prices. You will love this place only half a block off Times Square.

The T45 is located in the lobby of the Hyatt Centric Times Square Hotel. The location is ideal with Times Square a couple of blocks away. We made reservations but they weren't really needed since we came early in the week. The restaurant is larger than it looks when you enter from the lobby of the hotel. There is a good sized bar and a blend of hi and lo top tables around the restaurant to choose from. The menu contains a bunch of shareable hot and cold items and approx. 6 entrees. Wine menu is small but decent with appropriate prices to match. She had the Salmon and I had the spaghetti; no starters. Both were excellent and the service was also very good. If you are looking for a casual place with good food and decent prices particularly for a largish group in Manhattan, this is a good place to try.

Outstanding service with great food...mostly ate breakfast. Wide range from traditional bacon and eggs to healthy alternatives. Rey our server most days made the experience amazing as he was very personable and made good suggestions on things to see and do in NYC. Lunch was also great but server not as good.

Best veggie burger I've ever had!! Well worth the $17. Can't wait to go back and order it again soon.

OKAY. I don’t even know how to leave reviews but we just had the best service we’ve ever received at this restaurant/bar that I’ve ever received, and this is coming from someone that drinks a lot and has been to way too many bars. KEN!! Thank you for taking care of us and showing us love. You provided the best service EVER!

Hotel restaurant, really enjoyed the variety on the menu. Including desserts! We ate here several times over the weekend.

had the ruben sandwich which came with fries, arrived fast, hot and delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly.

very good. buy the breakfast package with the rooom. You eat in the very nice hotel restaurant NOT a buffet and order off the menu , the same meniu walk-ins order from. Average daily breakfast check for 2 was $50-$75 a day, and GOOD food. I will stay again.

We stayed at the Hyatt Times Square and had breakfast here each morning. Whilst it was convenient and the food was nice, it is very pricey for a breakfast menu.

Located on street level of Hyatt, we got the NY Reuben and hit was fantastic!! Wait staff was so good, personable. A great restaurant on Times Square!!

Ambiance= 0 food = average, small tiny plates, Presentation and dishes= 0 Service = 0 with many mistakes, waiters unpresentable (tattoos and poorly dressed) Our New Year's Eve dinner has been a sad experience For 65$ 3 tiny ravioles in an ugly bowl plate, a fish in an ugly dish without any sides, and a tiny little carrot cake looks like a small cupcake for children and served in a saucer. Nothing has been done to make a nice ambiance, no decoration, dishes so ugly and poor that we almost cried. Really if you want to enjoy your dinner go somewhere else!!!!

What made this hotel stand out for us the most was the T45 restaurant. My son has many food allergies (some severe) and when booking a trip to NY we were hesitant that we would be able to find places for him to eat. I contacted the hotel before and they said it wouldn't be a problem, when we got there however, they really did go out of their way to ensure he was well catered for. They made him gluten and dairy free pancakes every day and even made him some choc chip and blueberry muffins, which were delicious. I have to give a special shout out to Syed Hussain (one of the waiters), he was so friendly and helpful and fully understood the seriousness of my son's allergies, he made us feel very welcome and comfortable that we could eat there without any issues. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey, but well worth it for the peace of mind.

The Service was very good at the T45 but I have never tasted such salty food. Pasta dishes were so salty, just so overbearing. Shame because it put us off having anything or going back.

Good breakfast options for guests of the Hyatt Times Square. Quick y efficient. Loved the nuttela waffles.

I would say this is. It a bad place to get an average meal. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here. Service was ok ...food was ok... Atmosphere was ok... Shouldn't you want more when in NYC?

Breakfast was good although a bit pricey. $ 17 for an omelette. Service was good, and being attached to the Hyatt Times Square we stayed at was very convenient. Not very big so could be a wait at busier times. They have lunch and dinner also but we only breakfast there.

Definitely on an upward trend toward 5 star. Food is delicious with generous portions. Service by Angela and Lisa was exemplary. Conveniently located adjacent to Hyatt Centric on 45th and Times Square, thus the name T45.

I was surprised by how good the breakfast was here - fresh ingredients and by NYC standard reasonably priced. We were warned that seating was limited, but that was never a problem.

This restaurant has a great menu with several healthy and vegetarian options. Service was great and its very conveniently located if your going to a show. Sure it's expensive, but no more expensive than any other similar eatery in NYC. A good choice in the theatre district.

You must order the French toast it is very good! I had it twice while staying at the Hyatt. I do recommend sharing because the portions are big. We ordered a bowl of fruit also and plenty to share. Enjoy!

We stopped in for drinks and decided to grab some snacks. The truffle fries are so good!!! Skip the Mac and cheese, can’t hold a candle to the fries :)

The service here is wonderful. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a nice variety of drinks and cocktails. I have to say, I liked the old food menu more than the new one. I used to love the Mac and Cheese in the skillet, but it was taken off the menu :( There's a variety of choices, but many are a bit too "creative" for my taste. A grilled cheese to me is toasted bread with melted cheese on it, not this huge, soggy bread, cheese and thick layers of cooked onions thing. But that's just me. I'd recommend that they add some "regular" food choices to the menu for the ppl who aren't into all that crazy stuff lol. The fries are great :) We usually love to sit out on the patio, but it was just too hot this past trip to enjoy it. It's a great spot to ppl watch.

my wife and I stayed at the Hyatt Times square last week with our granddaughter. A couple of mornings it was raining, so we decided to pop into T45 for breakfast instead of going out and getting wet (we're wimps from California!). It turned out to be a great choice and we ended up having b'fast there 3 mornings. Good food. Excellent service.

convenient for us as we stayed at the Hyatt. Lots of options for breakfast. food was good, servers were friendly.

Well appointed casual restaurant with somewhat eclectic menu. Quiet efficient service. Certainly will return.

The T45 Restaurant was one of my favorite parts of staying in NYC! We ate breakfast there every day, dinner once and lunch once as a take-out . That was 6 MEALS! Each time the staff was friendly/knowlegable about the area sites to see and very accommodating to all our food allergies. I highly recommend the T45!!!!

I stayed at the Hyatt Times Square at the beginning of the month for 4 days. When i checked in i was starving so even before going up to my room, i stopped inside T45 Diner just off the lobby. I have had their burgers before and they are great. However, this time I ordered their all day breakfast option, the Adam & Eve. 2 eggs, breakfast potatoes, toast and you can pick from several meat options. The meal was fantastic. The service is also very good (Thanks Syed). You do not feel rushed to get out after you receive your meal. The best part is, this option is made available all day.

The highlight is the bar man Mikey an Irish lad that is passionate about his job and creating a customer experience, knowledgeable and efficient.. goes out of his way to work for the customer. The management would do well to hold on to this guy. Real asset to the hotel especially when you consider how poor the service is in the roof top lounge.

The restaurant lacks wide food selections and the food is average. It is more a bar than a restaurant.

My husband and I stayed in NYC for a couple of nights recently. Our first day there we had lunch in T45 to save time pre-theater. He had a BLT, I ordered Chicken Ceasar Salad. Both were very good in flavor however, the salad's presentation was lacking. I would have expected the kitchen to slice up the chicken breast but instead they just threw it on top of the salad for me to cut up myself. And, no sharp knife provided. We also had a breakfast delivered to our room 2 mornings. First we ordered 2 croissant bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches, served with home fries. This was very good, perfectly cooked and was actually too much for us to finish. Next time I think we can split an order. Another morning we ordered an American Breakfast and Lox and Bagels. Our order was misunderstood and they only delivered a bagel with cream cheese. They offered to remedy the order but by the time it would have come back my husbands breakfast would have been cold so I just ate the bagel as is. We also had one dinner sent up on a night when we were just too exhausted to go back out again. Both of us had cheeseburgers. His with fries and mine with house made chips. Burgers were darn good, the chips a better choice than the fries in this instance. Also ordered up cheesecake which was extremely good! Orders are not brought to the room on a cart - everything is packed in plastic to-go containers which was fine by us. Everything we needed was included and delivery was quick in all instances - about 10 minutes more or less. Prices are high for what it is but it is NY after all and one should expect to pay more here than elsewhere in general. Let alone for delivery to your room. Overall we were happy with our meals and if we stay at the Hyatt Centric again would certainly order from T45 again.

Chipper little artistic restaurant and bar right downstairs of our hotel - get in - have our lovely croissants and hash and eggs and check out ! Love it !

Being a guest at the Hyatt I chose to have both breakfast one day and lunch the next in T 45. Both times it was an incredibly happy experience !! The entire staff I encountered was friendly and extremely accommodating ! Both times the food was not only fresh, but prepared perfectly! Service impeccable ! A truly wonderful eating experience !

Service was great, we were seated immediately. The Manager was great, he asked us what bought us to New York, introduced himself, atmosphere...was just AMAZING!!

Ate at this restaurant about 4 times during our stay at the hotel. I had the Tuscan soup and small salad and it was well done. My husband had the Adam and Eve egg dish and he said it was good each time. We had the housemate banana pudding and chocolate mousse cake two times and they were yummy both times. We would return here again.

Odd place. Wasn’t busy for a breakfast visit but a simple order seemed to flummox the staff. Kept being asked what I order yet I was the only one standing there with my son. Food was reheated in an oven , coffee very average. You can find better I promise :-) Had empanada which was again pretty average.

I really dislike writing reviews like this- Stayed at the Hyatt and stopped in here for a quick drink between things on a Thursday afternoon. The woman at the counter wouldn't make eye contact, and refused to take my order. She then waited on another man who walked in after I'd stood there for 5 minutes trying to get her attention. We sat at a table to have our drinks and she didn't ask us once if we wanted anything else. My husband tried to get her attention for another 10 minutes to pay the bill. There were only 2 other tables in the place with anyone at them. The entire experience was as if we were bothering her for even being there!9

This restaurant is part of the Hyatt Times Square. The food is excellent and although the prices are high, they are in line with other equivalent hotel type restaurants. The staff were friendly but we did have one small issue with an order the first day where part of our order was not fulfilled. Thus the four rather than 5 star rating.

Ate breakfast the morning of our departure, friendly service and delicious food. Hearty portions despite higher priced items regularly seen on breakfast menus in other eateries. The food quality backed up the higher prices. The manager is very attentive to his guests, as I turned my head to look for our waitress and out of no where he appeared to see what it was I needed. That was impressive as all I needed was ketchup. You can be sure a good quality meal will be had at this establishment. Enjoy!

The hotel is located in the lobby of the Hyatt, and the location is just amazing. While we often don't dine in the hotel restaurants, we are grateful that we took the time to do so here. The food was great, but even better was the amazing customer service. Angelo was the most remarkable server who really made our stay wonderful. Great food, great view, great service- can't complain! The prices are comparable to other places in the area.

This is a place where you can see the manager doing his job. Food is very good and drinks excellent, including fresh orange juice and espresso. Very good for small business meetings (the high tables)

Nice settings, good food (toscan soup and great burger ), great service with friendly personnel, don't have to wait long for anything. Prices of wines a little high but in place we took beer.

T45 is the Hyatt Times Square's diner. The decor and service were great, for a hotel restaurant. The food was just ok. I would not suggest the butternut squash risotto. It was tasteless. The grilled chicken sandwich was better, but the cheese was not melted all the way through. The best thing I can say is that service was quick and we made it to the theater on time.

The breakfast was nice but nothing really special or extraordinary. Atmosphere is ok. I would not go out of my way to go back though.

Great place to eat and drink, lovely food, friendly staff. Their breakfasts are a great way to start the day :)

The T45 restaurant, on 45th Street, a block or so from Times Square, is housed in the Hyatt Centric Hotel and sits adjacent to the lobby. It's a multi-purpose facility encompassing a cafe/bar/eatery and serves up breakfast/lunch/dinner, no doubt in an attempt to service all the dining needs of the hotel guests as well as passer-bys. The seating space is quite voluminous, but sit down customers are coached to the back of the bus. Bar 54 is associated with the T45 and is located on the 54th floor the hotel. It is touted as the highest open-air rooftop bar in NYC . It's a great place to soak up the sun in the midst of killer views of the Chrysler Building and Lower Manhattan. At night, one can view the dazzling spectacle of Times Square. This is an enjoyable spot and probably the best in the hotel, with chic interior decor and an expansive fully furnished terrace. It is ideal for a prolonged night cap along with some light pre-bedtime gourmet fare. It is a matter of convenience to dine in the hotel you are staying at, while in NYC. The T45 has a respectable menu portfolio and I tried the "Tuscan Vegetable Soup" (OK..but it's hard to go wrong with vegetable soup) and the "Pan Roasted Atlantic Salmon" (NOK ..burnt edges and not cooked). As an entree chaser, I ordered an "Irish Coffee" (it was just Baileys..that's not an Irish coffee) and a "Bourbon Pecan Tart" (but I couldn't find the pecans). For a night cap at the B54, I tried the "Peach Therapy" cause I'm in therapy. This concoction of rum, cocci American, lemon, orange bitters and brandy soaked peaches was, well, peachy and good. Service was adequate in. both venues, but T45 is in dire need of culinary help. There are just to many establishments in Times Square to eat.........and where the food quality can be customer appreciated......so take a pass on T45...Not Running With A Full Deck.

We dined here a couple of times for breakfast and found it to be really good. Staff were attentive and pleasant too.

My adult daughter and I had a light early dinner and wine on the patio out front. The service was very attentive and fast. The area was nice, small enough to be quaint, but large enough not to feel crowded. It's near the street so you feel the city. The food was very good, but a tad on the pricey side (but this is NYC)

Dropped into T45 for breakfast as I was staying in the Hyatt Great choice - a menu for all - I went for the healthier options Granola with Greek yoghurt and berries and the Avocado toast with chilli and extra poached eggs - green tea to accompany - generous portions and yet still delicious - nicely served at the bar by Pedro Only quibble is the tea could have been hotter but that is setting a very high satisfaction level Tip - if you want to sit outside you may need to book if you can or expect a wait as it is popular - the bar however for one or two is good

Great service from wait staff who remain the same in the 3 years we've known of this place. Good range of imaginative dishes in a casual "diner" atmosphere. Our preferred breakfast option staying at the Hyatt where it is situated.

For a place that pitches itself as a diner, the place has a limited menu. Went here during the lunch hour. The place was more than half empty. A key warning sign in NYC and in Times Square area. Service was prompt and attentive, offering a possible good experience. Unfortunately, food quantity was on the small side. I had a turkey burger; I think McDonalds offers a larger meat patty, and a warmer one too. The patty was almost room temperature. Food quality I'd say was just ok. Prices are very high for what you get. I won't be back.

We went for Pre-Broadway lunch. Quiet and good food! It worked since we stayed at hotel but would not necessarily go back if we weren't staying in Hyatt.

Staying at Hyatt Times Square so it was nice to have restaurant located adjacent to front desk. As some have commented maybe you could find a less expensive breakfast but I feel it was worth the money. Breakfast for 2 was a little over $40 with tip. Large portions and food was very good. We had a late breakfast and then went sightseeing. Did not get hungry until early evening so saved money by not eating lunch. Service was also very good. Will probably eat there again this morning.

The food here was great! The service was phenomenal, and our server Rahman, was the best! The Big Apple pancakes, waffles, or French Toast (we tried all of them during our stay at the hotel) are divine! The County Fair version (banana and caramel popcorn) was great as well! The orange juice is fresh squeezed with pulp (my kids don't like pulp, so they offer the Naked orange juice in bottles as well). They make their own strawberry jam, and some other items which are simply delicious! We enjoyed this restaurant, and we look forward to returning!

It was my first time trying out the T45 DINER during my stay at the Hyatt Times Square but it wasn't a very tasty experience. We ordered the Kimchi Fried Rice as the main course and that ruined our taste for the T45 Diner. It was too oily, too salty and carried no taste, so much for trying to keep it safe in our options. And that ws the reason we didn't eat there again until we left New York The only reason I gave an average rating was because they had some really memorable dessert offerings. So I returned to sample all the different deserts they had and they were not a disappointment.

A clean, modern experience awaits you . The food's prepared fresh, done to a turn, and the presentation can't be beat.

Modern feel to old time diners! Good menu and great service. Were happy for me to sit awhile waiting for my Hyatt room to be vacated.

11pm, NYC, looking for a place to have drinks & late nights snacks - walked by several places on 45th St & T45 had the vibe & atmosphere we were looking for. Although it was late, we were welcomed. Although it did take longer than "usual" for our drinks to arrive, they were excellent. Our wait person was really nice, willing to accommodate dietary requests & changes, and totally acknowledged & apologized for the drink delay. The food we ordered arrived timely and was excellent. Although it was late (for us) to be eating and drinking, we ate everything we order AND ordered another round! When closing time arrived, we were not rushed or made to feel unwelcome. And, our wait person also acknowledged the good news we were celebrating but comping us a dessert. We did sit inside, but most people (at that time) were sitting outside and looked very content. This turned out pretty well for a random walk by selection - check it out...

We ate here before going to the theater in October 2019. I had a nice salad and my wife had a sandwich. It was decent, but the server was not the nicest and was slow at times.

Dropped in for breakfast on the way to take the kids to Rockefeller Center. The entire experience was terrible. Inattentive service, not properly staffed, and a manager who doesn't care one bit. Let's start off by saying, we were looking for breakfast. Eggs, yogurt, etc. Simple. 5 of us came in, we waited 15 minutes to even be addressed (and it wasn't packed), and we were greeted with "Give me a few minutes and I will take your drink order." Not starting off well. 5 minutes later, she took our drink order and said she wanted to put that in & come back & take our meal order. I said no, take it all now. She takes our order. This is a diner & it's not packed. We get drinks in another 10 minutes. We wait a total of 25 minutes for our meals to come out. 4 meals come out. There are 5 of us. So I figure she couldn't carry the 5th. I tell my family to go ahead & eat. Eggs are runny. Bacon is fatty. OJ is almost all pulp. 10 minutes later, no breakfast. Waitress comes to apologize. I tell her to forget it & take it off. She steams off & says to the manager "he don't want it now," and she says it loudly. I motion for the manager. He greets me with "What?" Yeah, this is going to go well. I told him what happened. His response: "Yeah, we took it off." So for $70, we got 3 meals, 1 yogurt parfait, 3 juices, and heartburn. No one ate more than 1/2 their meal. You can imagine what the tip was. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. I walked across the street to Starbucks. Got my latte & all was right again in the world. Never again. Do yourself a favor & find another place.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of eating here. The staff were truly interested in me having an excellent experience without being overly bothersome either. The food was served at the proper temperature, with a nice presentation, and amazing flavors.

Very small menu! We actually decided to eat elsewhere after sitting down after seeing that the menu had under 10 items which were of no interest to us.

If you're staying in the hotel and just want to get a bite without too much hassle, then sure. Have it, but there are much better in NYC for a bit less... that said, the service isn't bad, the breakfast is ok... I would recommend searching for a better place to have dinner!

We stumbled upon this gem Christmas Day! What a fabulous find for brunch. =) Brunch was approx. $15-$20 per plate. I would recommend "The Low Country" Your choice of pancakes, waffles, or T45 french toast made with bail pandora. comes with fried chicken, tabasco butter, and ny state maple syrup. YUM!!!!!!

I was staying at the hotel next door and came here for breakfast. Very friendly staff and tasty food. I'll certainly be coming again.

We literally happened upon this restaurant for a quick pre-theatre bite. We liked it so much we came back after the show for dinner. Had a great server, James, and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Cute, upscale diner feel with a full bar. Give it a try!

On a warm Sunday evening, we decided to have dinner on the T45 patio in front of the Hyatt Centric Hotel, and do some people watching. We enjoyed Happy Hour, a bottle of wine with some apps, then had a really nice dinner. The food was fresh and tasty. Our server, Rebecca, was excellent and friendly. We also had a lovely chat with John, the manager. Both offered over the top, hands on service. It was one of the most enjoyable evenings of our trip. Will go here again for sure.

This restaurant for the Times Square Hyatt is just okay. Service is slow and not all that chipper. This was in contrast to hotel employees themselves, who were universally friendly.

This place is really quite quirky and more than what it appears. Its new, its upscale and the food is delicious and varied. The wait staff are super friendly and given we were staying at the Hyatt was hands down for convenience.

Went here for a quick bite and something to drink after arriving at the Hyatt hotel. Service was great and we loved the truffle fries! Prices OK-ish.

Had two breakfasts and a brunch because of a late start. The breakfasts were better than what you would expect from a hotel restaurant. Actually very good! A Make My Own Omelet was very good. Was charged extra for toast though. The other that day was the Adam and Eve. She loved it. Their coffee and iced tea is very good. Biscuits and Gravy were excellent and the Vegan dish was perfect. The very late morning meal turned to lunch. We had the Lobster Roll with French Fries and the Veggie Burger with a nice green salad. The Cafe Americano and iced tea were the drinks. The veggie burger was very nice. A variety of ingredients that made her very happy. The Lobster Roll was very good but not excellent. But their fries are top notch. Remember this is the Hyatt Times Square restaurant and prices are a little steep. Go up to the roof in the evening for cocktails and appetizers. Have both inside and outside seating. The sunsets as well as the cocktails and food bites are fabulous there.

Food was good, coffee hot and one of the best I had in New York but overall it was a little pricey. The cafe was attached to the hotel but was available for any one to use.

Great food. Wait staff were able to provide details about the menu and provided great suggestions. Beautiful and ambient setting.

I ordered room service from T45 when I was a guest at the Hyatt Times Square Hotel New York. I ordered the shrimp quesadillas, cheese fries and carrot cake for dessert. My food arrived quickly and was hot and very tasty.

I had shrimps quesadillas with a spicy sauce. Its pricy. The location is nice, outside right on the street 45. Food was Good. Service was great, I was alone on the terrace!

Great spot to stop outside for very good food, good service, clean with great people watching at outside tables. Excellent gluten free options and knowledgable servers. Very close to Times Square.

We started with the Chicken Noodle soup which was tasty, then we ordered three of the 'small' plates - Calamari, Mediterranean Dip Platter and Cauliflower Dip. All three dishes were well prepared, the only problem was that they were far from small. We managed less than half of the food provided, two dishes would have been plenty.

We ate here for breakfast. Everything on the menu sounded yummy but what really caught me eye was the gluten free pancakes. A rarity in any restaurant. They were excellent. I make GF pancakes at home for myself since you cannot find them in our area out to eat and they were comparable if not better. The coffee was very good. My partner enjoyed his meal. He is your standard breakfast eater of bacon and eggs so he said it was doing the trick for him. Service was very good. We loved the decor. Stop in and eat.

We'd just arrived from the UK having had a 3 hour delay. We decided to eat in the hotel as it was easier and the restaurant was quiet. We had a mix of chicken, pasta and chilli between the 4 of us. All of which were fine and well presented. Service was good. The menu isn't extensive and I felt a little expensive for what it was. Having said that you are literally 1 minute from Times Square so this must be taken into account.

I only ate one meal there - breakfast - during at recent stay at the Hyatt Centric. Prices were what you'd expect from a hotel restaurant, but the food and service were very good. Being able to have breakfast outdoors, on their sidewalk patio was great!

Having stayed at the Hotel where T45 is located, we ate here twice. Lunch on the day we arrived and breakfast on the morning we left. My lunch was very good. I had a bowl of Chicken Noodle soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. Both were delicious. The soup had a lot of chicken, with some carrots, celery & noodles. You could definitely tell it was fresh made. Was a meal for me without the sandwich. The sandwich itself was very good also. Nicely toasted with the perfect amount of cheese. The breakfast was also very good. Just had some pancakes and bacon. The bacon was wonderful. Not fatty. Thick and crispy as I like it. They also warm the fresh maple syrup. A nice touch.

A small dinner right next to Hyatt @ Times Sq. Service is exceptional, food is local & free. Salmon dinner was perfect, Caesar salad perfect, breakfast sandwich of egg whites, tomato, avocado and coffee perfect. Menu is limited, but everything is cooked perfectly. Served at the right temperature too. Large slices of a rustic bread is placed on the table w/ butter. I was surprised by the breakfast also. It was so fresh/ perfect and severed with fruit. If I was not staying at this hotel I would have never known about this place. If you are in mid-town stop by, even for a drink and check out the menu. Wine selection - was enjoyable.

We stayed in the hotel that restaurant is attached to...and had a great casual meal from here. The food was tasty, fast and the servers were pleasant. The prices were average for Times Square. Try the a Truffle Fries.

We ate breakfast here 3 mornings whilst staying at the Hyatt (see my bad review). This restaurant does not hAve a wide variety to cater for overseas visitors. Only 2 styles of eggs. Sorry I do not recommend.

We are staying at the Hyatt. Had a lovely breakfast at the T45. Service was excellent throughout. I didn't think the choices were that extensive and so we ordered what appeared to be a "special" Eggs Benedict. This was lovely, really nice. The cost of breakfast with two teas and one juice with the food was circa 70$ which I thought was steep. Decor was modern , restaurant was busy but well controlled by staff.

The salads are delicious here! If you need a quick, fresh bite in Time Square, look no further! We were very excited to be able tide ourselves over on great food, instead of junk. The interior is very hip, music is not too loud and there is outside dining. Worth the visit!

We stay at the Hyatt, so we often take advantage of this onsite restaurant. We've had lunch, dinner, deserts, and at times, just drinks here. The food is really good, and there's a nice variety of interesting dishes on the menu. There's a nice vibe in the bar area. The staff is friendly and accomodating. Big thanks to Janu, Chaba, Rebekah and James for making us feel like part of the family.

This place has been here for a hundred years. They even have pictures of the place with horses hitched up. Because it was mid-town, halfway between Barrie and Allentown, way back when. The cooking is almost as old-fashioned. I mentioned to the server how good the breakfast potatoes were. They were potatoes when I came in this morning, he said. Nothin' comes here inside a can. Some particular items might be healthy or not healthy, but the real thing that is healthy is cooking from scratch and from real ingredients. My vegetable omelette was very good, as was my wife's spinach and mushroom omelette -- stuffed to the gills with goodie stuff, she told me. The atmosphere is ultra-friendly. The waiter was a bit slow showing up to take our order. I'm not used to people not yelling at me, he said. You were sitting there so quiet, I didn't know you wanted anything! Planners call places like this a "third place," as I discuss in my book, Food for City Building. It's not home, it's not work, it's the third place where you feel at-home and everyone is very friendly. Reminds me of the TV series, Cheers, only it's real. We as customers have to protect such places, I believe. My one suggestion is that they should take advantage of cooking from scratch to cook local -- easy to do year-round with eggs and bacon and sausage and easy to do in summer with greens and tomatoes.

Stayed in the Hyatt Times Square, and stopped in this cafe a few times for various things. Two bottles of Sprite were $10. No joke. It's not worth it.

Very average service and food , most of ours was cold , expensive , Staff sitting on their phones when the kitchen doors open .

I had a risotto the other day that would not qualify as such in othe places of the world, if you ask for it they dump some chicken in it. A very disappointing experience, the chicken did not mix its flavour with the rice. I had an avocado toast as breakfast and this one I could certainly appreciate.

The meal was pretty good, although the menu was limited but it was so dark (where we were sat) that we had to resort to reading the menu by torchlight from our mobile phones. Friendly staff.

Went in for coffee one day, as we were staying in hotel next door. Got shuffled in to a corner and had to climb on to high stools, which wasnt good for my disability, felt very uncomfortable and couldn't wait to leave.

We stay at the Hyatt Centric, therefore have been having breakfasts here for the last two mornings, The menu has a fine balance of healthy eating and traditional breakfasts. All A-la-carte Service is very good, price wise, it’s property Midtown-Manhattan.

I have been to multiple Hyatts over the years, particularly in NYC, where the Grand Hyatt has become a second home, and most of the staff know me by sight, if not name. While the food at Grand Hyatt has been decent, the menu has not really changed much in the past 5 years or so where I have been eating on a regular basis. The only notable change really was the introduction of the Beyond Burger late last year or early this year. Other than that, the menu was ok. Imagine to my delight and surprise when I visited T45 at the Hyatt Centric in Times Square. The menu was refreshing. and delicious. The avocado toast is to die for! The vegan chili was hearty and filling. The staff were incredibly attentive and fun to chat with. This restaurant is definitely way above what they serve at their sister hotel, so much so that my business partner and I have decided this will be our new lunch spot. We complimented the chef who came up and explained to us how the bean chili was concocted in-house through various trial and errors to get the recipe right. If you cannot decide what to have on the menu, get the avocado toast and chili. They are the best.

Nothing special about the atmosphere but the food and drinks are of high quality and service was good.

T45 is the breakfast restaurant in Hyatt Times Square and offer good quality of food and service. I would not recommend it for dining (very limited selection and simple decoration) but an advantage over some neighboring places is low noise level.

Great service throughout the stay - very friendly and welcoming! Asif served us in the restaurant on NYE and couldn’t speak highly enough of him! Mickey served us behind the bar and was up for a great chat - very kind and made us lovely drinks! Definitely recommend - we can’t wait to go back!

We stayed in the Hyatt Centric Hotel. The was the restaurant attached to the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Many healthy options and out of the ordinary combinations. Comfortable rustic decor.

This diner added to the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt above. We did breakfast on two occasions and were pleasantly surprised by the fare. Vibrant staff in a trendy setting made this place VERY worthwhile. Try it

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt for our NYC trip. The service at T45 was good and so was the food. The menu was small consisting mostly of egg options. My husband enjoyed his eggs and hash browns and I enjoyed my pancakes. Aside from the fact that we thought breakfast was pretty over-priced it was a good meal.

T45 at the Hyatt Times square was convenient a we were staying in the hotel. The food was very good and the staff excellent. we each had an egg dish and ice coffee with an additional espresso shot [thank you Percy!] which was a great way to start the day. The room is cheerful and pleasant, and there is a small outside terrace. the menu had all the expected dishes plus a few more interesting ones.

Wow! What a difference since our last visit! Congratulations to the new team at T45. There is a major improvement in the food, service and overall attitude.....the Hyatt standard of excellence is now on display. Our waiter Percy provided exemplary service and we enjoyed the manager coming by to make sure we were happy. The pastrami hash breakfast was super delicious and generous. We also enjoyed healthy berry smoothies and the Adam and Eve breakfast. The chicken sausages were especially tasty. Morning coffee was excellent.

After a long day of work, I wanted to bike home and relax. I was too hungry though. So I said to myself:" let's be adventurous!". and I docked my citibike in times square and I walked in in this cute little diner inside the Hyatt hotel. I didn't know what to expect from a nyc times square restaurant. Usually it's just a tourist trap. The manager kyle came and greeted me and suggested me the free range chicken. Wow. The best chicken dish I have ever had. Crispy outside and juicy inside. Cooked to perfection. Then kyle suggested the chocolate mousse. Just one word to describe it: chocogasmic! At first it punches you with an explosion of Coco cream, then it cuddles you delicately until it melts in your mouth like snow in summer. T45 a real oasis of great food in the chaos of Times square. Also, Kyle was one of the best and most friendly managers I have ever met. Definitely coming back here.

Very friendly staff and loved the burger especially the one with roasted onion. Totally reccomend it.

Loved ordering room service from these guys! Its feel good foog....couldn't get enough! The chicken tenders and the fries with cheese are a must try!!

We used this one night as we were staying in the Hyatt, not impressed over priced steak came with a tiny amount of veg which was just for decoration , why didn't the waitress warn me and suggest a side dish, food dumped down staff vanished so couldn't resolve matter paid 115 bucks for a starter and 2 mains. But just was not good value and was nothing special I would not go back, there is a hamburger joint on the next block, a far better option.

While the menu was not large, the service was great and the food was also good. A nice place to stop before calling it a night.

Poor experience at this Hyatt restaurant, and now I'm second-guessing why we even ventured in. I make an effort to patronize local businesses back at home and while traveling, but in this instance, it was Christmas day and most places were closed. By default, we stopped in here just because they were open. Mistake! What started out as decent service with an attentive server ended with no service at all. I'll start with the END of the story first, and will try to make this short -- Our server had some sort of medical emergency and left to go home. No one told us. We sat and waited and waited and waited and waited for her to come back to ask us about our food, if we'd like another beverage...anything! We sat for 20 minutes looking around for her. My husband found a server who apologized and said he'd be right over with our bill, but not offering us another beverage, more food, dessert, or anything. Another 10 minutes went by (I'm not exaggerating) and he never came to our table either! I then went to the cash register to speak with the manager who explained that our server had to leave, but he apologized that no one serviced our table for a FULL 30 minutes after she left! He did blame himself and apologized, and offered to provide us with a free dessert. At that point, we were full, didn't want to stick around any longer, and were just floored at how a table so close to the cash register (near the front of the entrance) could have been avoided/ignored/left for so long! What started as a really nice Christmas day was soured at this place. The menu here looks good, but honestly, the food is typical hotel quality. Based on food quality and terrible service, we will not return to this Hyatt restaurant or any other Hyatt.

good breakfast and very good location. The balance of the day I find better restaurants in every direction

My husband and I went to T 45 for breakfast before checking out of the Hyatt, we were pleasantly surprised! Walking in we were greeted right away and brought to a great table in the front so we could people watch. Our server Angelo was the nicest waiter we could have imagined. He was quick and friendly and honestly I would go back just to chat with him again! My eggs were good but my husband's french toast was out of this world. Hands down best either of us have had. Prices are a little high but I would definitely go here again and recommend to anyone (especially the French Toast).

This was in our hotel (Hyatt Times Squares) and a good location for some coffee/tea and a quick bite. We had a late start a couple days just wanted something to hold us over. The first time, we had their soup; the vegetable was delicious and flavorful. The chicken noodle was also good, but was pretty bland, even after adding a lot of black pepper. Both were generous portions that came with bread. He had a Manhattan while I sipped on some tea. Another morning, I had the oatmeal, tea and fresh-squeezed OJ. All were great. The oatmeal portion was huge! It comes plain and they bring what you want to put in on the side, including brown sugar, butter, nuts, honey and milk. I was happy they had dairy-free options like almond milk, since I don't drink regular milk. Service both times was very good, and we liked sitting in front of the window people watching. I'm not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone NOT staying in the hotel, as there are thousands of wonderful (local) NYC restaurants to choose from. However, if you're in a hurry and just looking for a quick bite or some coffee/tea or drinks, it's certainly not bad.

I love this place. Never crowded, but the food is fabulous and fresh. Great for pre or post theatre. Signature cocktails are delish.

I ate both breakfast and a lunch at the revamped T45. good food and service. the décor is much more appealing post revamp

With the countless options available, we make an effort to try new places to eat every time we come to town. But when it comes to brunch, we have been in a rut. Not anymore. T45 was a pleasant surprise and convenient find in the heart of Times square and the Theater District. Offering a number of options including Omelets, traditional fare such as eggs in a variety of choices, cereals, bagels and T45's own twist on Pancakes, Waffles and French Toast, there is something to please every palate. The server was even willing to provide things not on the menu, like Iced Coffee and a side order of bacon. Service was prompt, courteous and friendly while the cost was reasonable for the City. The name suggests this is a diner. While it may not exude the class that one might associate with a Hyatt, this is not anything like a stereotypical diner. We are in a rut no more!

Since we stayed at the hotel, we did eat there too. Filling fare and quite good. Service is very good too. We saw office groups here having drinks and appetizers too.

Went here at about 8pm. Took the express lift to the 54th floor and were met by a hostess who explained that all the outside seats were taken, but that we were the 'first reserve' for when one came free. We ordered a drink, and before it came we were directed to a seat outside. The views are great, and the atmosphere and music were also really nice. In fact, inside the bar was also very nice as well. If there is one negative, it is that the drinks prices are pretty steep (bottle of standard wine costs $80 with the tax and tip) - but I suppose that is what you would expect.

Sometimes eating by yourself at a restaurant can feel a little awkward, not the T45 diner. Warm and friendly atmosphere, wonderful serviice. What better way to end a shopping spree at the a Rockefeller Center than a signature burger with fries and a cold glass of Sav Blanc! PS... Perfect sized meal.

Visited a couple of times whilst staying at the hyatt. 1st time good good service poor 2nd time both food and service Service was appalling waiter literally stood at his computer asking what we wanted when I said can we order drinks first he huffed and puffed Then waited a long time for food wanted another drink and couldn't find anyone to ask. Spotted the gut who seated us and he got the drinks. Food finally arrived and it was cold.... (being from the UK my family embarrass easily and didn't want me to complain) I tried to find the waiter again he had disappeared. My family got fed up waiting for the bill so retired to our room. I waited to try and get the bill from the waiter. When he arrived asked if the food was okay first time we saw him since placing our order advised him food was cold his response "Well why didn't you tell me" told him I was struggling to find him. His response well you can see I am on my own and struggling... (not even busy only about 6/7 tables) Eventually he offered to take off a couple of beers from the bill Feel that this restaurant really let's the hotel down

3 for a cocktail while we waited on our Über Delicious cocktails and cappuccino with attentive wait staff Per NYC near Times Square it is pricey

Had dinner one night and breakfast one morning while staying at the Hyatt. The salads were plentiful and the cheese fries were really good. Breakfast was carry out and was also pretty solid. Weird that they didn't have grape or strawberry jelly for the toast, but the place we were at the night before didn't have ranch...I guess maybe NYC is against "standard" condiments?

Lovely diner very close to Times Square. Excellent breakfast menu, the French toast is out of this world! Excellent pancakes and really good coffee. Staff were super friendly, excellent service and good value especially due to the great location.

We stopped in for lunch after a meeting. The menu was simple, had the lobster roll on a brioche roll with salad. Also tried the French fries which were just fabulous! Had the crème brulee and a cappuccino afterwards. The service was attentive, not intrusive, and the tables were well placed for a little privacy. We didn't feel rushed and the ambiance was a bit of serenity in the chaos that is Times Square.

Anything from breakfast to dinner, and in between could be satiated here. Especially good choices for those with dietary needs.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric at the end of January and ate breakfast here every day. The cold and my four year old made eating at the hotel an easy choice, although we almost ventured out after some difficulties with service on our second day. It was one mistake after another and the server’s attitude was horrible. We asked for and got the manager right away. He remedied the situation immediately by having another server help us and made sure that the mistakes were corrected. Beyond that, he went above and beyond to make us feel at home and excited to come back the next day. I’m not sure I can express how he exceeded any reasonable expectation for a restaurant manager. He met us every morning after that and saw to it that we were happy and that the food was good, and it was. I tried to order something other than the belgian waffle with berries, but it was so good that I never could make myself:). My daughter, the pickiest eater, always left with a smile and my husband did as well. Good food and exceptional, over the top good management. You’ve set the bar awfully high James!

We arrived at the Hyatt Times Square after a cruise. We were hungry so we stopped in here since is adjacent to the hotel. We had the Signature Burger. It was delicious! Hand made patty, roasted tomato, etc. Fresh cut French Fries very crispy and not greasy. Fresh Kosher pickle. Yummy! The serve breakfast lunch and dinner and are open late. Good modern American Cuisine.

The food was decent but small portions. Pricey, but not for Times Square. Most of the staff didn't seem to like their job but fortunately we had a good waiter who took the time to do his job well!

I loved this place! I stayed at the Hyatt at Times Square where T45 is located on the first floor. I had a great breakfast there. Everything was expertly prepared including the potatoes that came with my veggie omelet. I even made a comment to my waiter that someone in the T45 kitchen definitely knows what they're doing. The service was very good and friendly. I know this is a diner, but it is one of the best diners you’ll encounter anywhere.

The two times I've been to T45 was while I was staying at the Hyatt Times Square and both times I've ordered their bacon cheese burger and fries. The burgers come out hot, juicy and full of flavor. The staff has always been helpful, friendly and professional. Special thanks to Maureen & Michael for their help during my visit on Monday afternoon. The Caesar Salad was also good, i just didn't realize how big it was going to be. Lots of food!

Though we were staying at the Hyatt Times Square for a week, due to the unfavorable reviews in Tripadvisor we were not planning on eating at T45. However, as sometimes you just need a quick bite, we ended up eating there three times. We kept waiting to have an unpleasant experience, but were constantly pleasantly surprised! The service was friendly, prompt and efficient. And the food was great! Granted, being in NEW YORK...there are certainly a lot of more interesting options to choose from! However, the food at T45 was just fine and I wouldn't hesitate to eat there again.

We called in late one evening as it was near to the hotel. The staff were lovely but the food was not. I've never known my husband leave food before. We were given some bread once we were seated which felt like it had been left out all day. I ordered a risotto which was tasty but undercooked. This wasn't a cheap meal either. Very disappointed.

Had a burger while I waited for my cab to the airport. It was good, not great. Very good espresso. Nice staff.

I went here twice, had the same dish both times. Cooked to perfection with fresh corn and fresh asparagus served. Delicious bread too. If you're a guest of the Hyatt Times Square, they might give you a 20% off coupon for this adjacent restaurant. Friendly staff... try for one of the tables by the window, and watch the world go by.

I had a drink here while a was staying at Hyatt Hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is well decorated

Last day at the Hyatt Centric TS so decided to try their spot for breakfast before subwaying out of there. Had the steak and eggs. I thought the food was good.... I did like the chimichuri sauce, but overall too pricey. I know it's times square, but would like more value for the $.

Very good breakfast and super atmosphere slightly away from hectic Times Square. We found the healthy options super tasty. It’s a bit overpriced vs other diners nearby but worth it!

T45 has great food, atmosphere, and staff. Liz, the hostess, gave me a wonderful welcome to NYC! Will definitely be stopping here again.

There were many selections on the menu, including some healthy omelets with onions and veggies. I chose my typical fried eggs with bacon and had some great tea. The service was good and the decor was fun to look at. The prices seemed reasonable for a Midtown restaurant.
Amazing Service and Safe Food for this Food Allergy Girl
we stayed at the hyatt over labor day weekend. we had dinner reservations somewhere else, but we got to the city late bc of a prior commitment and a ridiculous amount of traffic. we called the other restaurant to see if they could serve me safely (i am gluten free, dairy free, soy free and i don't eat red meat) in the hour we had before seeing hamilton. they said yes. we were around the block so we went. i had recently purchased a nima sensor. short version...i received my dinner and it came back *gluten found* so i went hungry. we saw the amazing show and walked back to our hotel in the pouring rain. we wandered into t45 and the hostess sat us with chris. i explained my predicament and he said he could serve me not a problem. he even double and triple checked with the chef. since it was so late, i ordered the honey siracha sweet potato fries. all i can say was omg...they were so good. before i ate i checked them on my sensor (smiles as expected since they have a separate fryer) and the manager came over to see the device & then took a picture to show the chef. there was a parade the next morning that scrapped our late brunch plans so we went back for lunch. angela helped us and she was such a doll. she created a meal for me, no problem. she just said "what do you usually eat?" and made me something. i had a simple salad with grilled salmon (and the salmon came back happy too). she told me when she first started waitressing she served a nut allergy child a dessert with nuts, unaware of the allergy until afterwards because the mom never told her. it made her extra aware :& sensitive to guests in my situation. i knew that hyatt was great with food allergies, but chris & angela really went above and beyond for me. i am truly greatful to both of them.
