Small pub run by guys. Nice idea where you can plug beer through a prepaid card. Several choices of beers, I have tasted 3 and all really good. We even had a hamburger. Coupons and prices in line with the rest of New York restaurants. Recommended for those in the empire state building area.

every high recommend has been second times here you can choices 40 deferent beers and everyday has another special like €50 one piece chicken whatever anyway i like here tacos and beers 👍

We were there via Crave food app, and it was pretty great! Great food, amazing beer menu, service was on point. Definitely a place to come back!

Was bummed that Paloma Rocket in SOHO (similar self-serve beer concept) had closed down so you can imagine how excited I was to learn about Tap Haus 33! The space is very chic and has a good amount of seating for groups. They currently have discounts available if you load up your tap card with cash ($25 min for CCs). Basically, you put money on a tap card and then grab a cup and choose the beer you want to have/try. Tap your card and you can start pouring - you will get charged the amount for what you pour so you can pour a sip to taste or a full cup to enjoy. There are about 40 beers on tap so plenty of options to choose from. They also have a full bar in the back in case anyone is not a beer drinker. Got a couple of things off their food menu to try and let's just say that the pretzel sticks were extremely fluffy and good :). We were here on a Saturday but noticed their posted HH specials, which vary throughout the week from 3-7pm but deals looked amazing. Will be returning to check them out!

first time with my friend Here they has 40 different beers you can choice and a lot great food! I really highly recommended this store!!

Great spot for multiple occasions - whether or not you're just chilling for HH with a few friends, catching the games with a group or trying to make a night of it. The draft on tap concept is really cool and they do it well. There's over 30 selections so there's something for all taste buds. The system is easy - charging $ to a card for credit and then tap and go. You'll really on average spend $5-$7 for a glass of beer but you can pour less to try it (or if you're a slow drinker maybe). Space is modern and spacious for ktown with good size bar tables. They do have a full bar if you want something other than beer and staff is quick and efficient. Solid spot!

We were actually looking for a different bar when we stumbled across the Tap Haus. This new concept bar was a great find. 40+ taps lined one side of the bar, with a shared long table down the middle and a spirits bar at the back. The concept is this: you pre-purchase a 'tap card' with a set amount (refillable) and grab a glass. When you see a beer or cider you want to try out, tap your card and start pouring. The tap will run a max of 10 seconds, or until you stop pouring. This allows you to try 4-6 oz shots of different beers and ciders to see what you like. We loved the non-committal nature of this bar. $25 got us about 3 pints of beer. Bring some cash with you because they have reduced refill pricing. The staff was great, very informative, and outgoing. Definitely on our list of places to return the next time we are in NYC.

Fantastic oak bar in amongst many - the main thing here is the huge selection of beers and ciders on choice for a self serve, with a full bar anyways and good food! Really recommended

We happened to find this thanks to our 16 year old wanting something to eat before our ride back to PA! What a great place for all! Food is amazing! Nachos, cheesesteak so good but the wings OMG!!!!! Beer how do you choose???? So good! So fun to try them out too. Place was great and the bartender and server amazing!!! Thank you!

Great spot staff very friendly and accommodating. Beer was delicious and food was 10/10. Highly recommended this place
Fabulous find just around the corner from the Empire State Building!
Well this was an unexpected, delightful little find! We came here at about 5.30pm on a Monday to be told about the deal available on week nights for trying the taps. We were gutted we already had plans, so we came back the second night (Tuesday)! We planned to stay a little longer the second day, but then got a notification about tickets to Hamilton (as we stupidly thought we’d booked a different day!). My husband may never forgive me that I didn’t give him his ‘beer night’! Haha! We will definitely have to come back and leave a massive tip for running out before we could finish trying more taps (it was pre-pay - so not that kind of running out!). Since returning to England, we’ve mentioned this bar to everyone we’ve met with! We’re part of a local craft beer group (making own beer and cider, although some do also work at a brewery!), so we mentioned this place to them too. We loved it. It’s just a bar - focus is on the beer and cider. It’s not too loud, or pretentious or touristy or tacky! Will 100% be back!
