Great location, two blocks from theaters. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good and reasonably priced. It will be added to my contacts for our trips to NYC.

Visiting New York for the first time. Decided to go to Brooklyn Delicatessen Times Square for dinner. Looked at the website for the menu had all the party pick what they were eating before hand and their operational hours. Our party of six shows up at 6pm after a 20 minute walk at 610pm got to an attendant to tell us that the restaurant was closed for a party. I asked them there was no information about the closing tonight on the website. The attendant response was do you have a reservation? I asked there was nothing in the website about having to make a reservation. Her response was there were 80 people that made a reservation and you didn’t. If your restaurant requires reservations your website should say so.

Was so happy to try so many great NYC favorites in one spot! Right in Times Square, don't miss the Pastrami and Corned Beef! I had a triple decker Sandwich with all the meats! AMAZING!

We ducked into this deli on a whim headed back to the Westin Times Square. The turkey Reuben was literally one of the best sandwiches I have ever tasted. Everything was very fresh, the bread was soft and the sauce was amazing. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Azeez on cashier couldn’t do enough for us !!! Great guy credit to the company thank you, we would defo recommend!!!

I am originally from NY so desired a good NY Deli sandwich that wasn’t overly touristy like Katz’s Deli. This Deli Delivered. Was it the best NY Deli? No it was not the best. They do not have authentic Rye Bread. It is Marble Bread which to me was close enough. True, not toasted enough so make sure to ask for extra toasted if you want toasted bread. Is the sandwich stacked high like you would expect - no. But it is a normal size sandwich which is still filling. Yes, the meat is fatty unless you specifically request “No Fat”. I initially said Lean meat and the order taker man at the register had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. He said “what do you mean by “lean”. When I said “No Fat - Meat with the Fat cut off before putting it in the sandwich” - then he understood. My suggestion for the restaurant is to have a more knowledgeable person of NY Deli and the specific restaurant’s products to take orders and great customers in the front register or in the alternative better train the current register worker for weekday breakfast and lunch. He is terrible in terms of customer service which is someone’s first impression entering the Deli. Plus: We enjoyed the Pastrami and Corned Beef sandwiches with the “Fat cut off”. Convenient location to hotels in Time Square. Great Latte Coffee. Negative: No Rye Bread, No overstuffed sandwiches, terrible Turkey. Main Register worker knows nothing about Deli products and delivering good customer service.

What a fun time! Came in to grab a bite and got to see The Satin Dollz show! Such a great time! I love the Pastrami is made in house and I loved it! I had the Triple Decker sandwich with Pastrami, Corned Beef and Turkey on Rye! Don’t leave without the cheesecake too!
Really good experience.
We went in and everyone treated us very nicely. The food was quick and everything tasted great. I had a corned beef Reuben and my wife had a bowl of chicken soup and a side of tater tots. We had a huge piece of chocolate cake for desert. Everything came out timely and we really liked it all. Couldn’t recommend this restaurant more.
