Not a low stress experience You need to find boarding pass, photo ID and Amex cars to get in and then take temp check. Half the seats are closed for Covid. The fold is better than the Delta lounge, but the physical space is very loud and crowded at busy times of the day. I got the only seat available at 8:45am. Staff is nice. Overall, if you don’t care about the food, the delta lounge is a better place (more space and less frenetic) and more convenient to more gates.

The staff at this Lounge is outstanding! They were constantly cleaning and attending to guests. The food was hot, fresh and tasted great. It had ample electric plugs and areas to work or rest. Membership has it’s privileges!

Located immediately after the security checkpoints you will find it on the left, the entrance is regulated according to capacity, once you enter you will find several areas, relaxation sofa, armchairs, work areas, Centurion reserved rooms, all distributed over three floors. The food available is quality, the offer is very good, full bar, Secret Bar / Speakeasy where you can enjoy great drinks. There is the possibility to print documents. With Amex Platinum Italiana it is possible to be accompanied by 2 guests over the cardholder, for a total of 3 people. Excellent airside view, very positive experience, recommend

Stopped in the AMEX Centurion Lounge at LGA. Located on the 3rd Floor BEFORE one gets to security. Amazing food. For lunch a buffet was available with brisket to die for. The gravy ever so delicate. Black legumes, ginger rice, Brussel sprouts (done perfectly) and a mushroom soup. Fantastic. Often, a Chef will have one or two signature dishes out. The rest may be very nice, but those will stand out. This Chef, Kiel, hit every dish at a "this is my best dish" level. This guy needs his own place downtown! Get an AMEX card and fly through LGA to try this food. Those who ravel, take the time to ask for Kiel's skills by name. You can't keep your cranky feeling no matter how crazy your travel stress has been if you sample his fare.

Firstly, we have visited the Centurion Lounge New York on a number of occasions solely for cocktails amidst the views and spectacular ambience never disappointed by the high level of service. The bars herein are a must for us on any trip to New York with a superb and creative collection of specialty cocktails. With that said, on a return engagement, we felt it compulsory to experience the fine dining program within and sadly would not be rushing back. With respect to the tasting menu, everything was most certainly very good, but simply not exceptional nor extraordinary in any way shape or form inclusive of the servicing. The only incomparable and outstanding aspect of said experience related to the views herein from the 55th floor of One Vanderbilt.

Centurion lounge at JFK has comfortable seating areas and a nice bar plus a speakeasy bar area. We really enjoyed the soup and savory chicken dish plus amazing cocktails. Great service by all staff. Bar includes some creative and tasty drinks with complex and top shelf ingredients.

Good drink and lounge offering, layout on two floors felt awkward and disjointed. Friendly staff. Luxury hand soap in toilets.

Invited, by members, to a friends lunch. The view is to fie for 👌. Slow service, in this elegant club. Good meny, with plenty of choices. A place like this, has to pay attention to details, execute everything, to a perfection. It took 40min to get the food, few guests, and plenty of staff. We had, Spanish omelett, pretty, but tasteless, pasta with mushrooms very nice, St Jaques excellent. Sunny but very warm, had to ask them to draw down the blinds! A luxurious place like this, should run smoothly.

Bartender Gabriel was awesome.. Pleasant yet professional Food on par with high end restaurants. Views are outstanding. Very quiet and good vibes including the music A must return.

It was such a pleasure and unforgettable experience for my milestone in life 🎉🎉🎉 I love to mention the success of this event with my dear friends. Such a special moment for my birthday 🎂 This event won’t be possible without the assistance of Alexandra 💕 ( Director of Operations) And Adam 👌 ( gracious manager) Brad 👍🏼 ( amiable person, Supervisor) everyone were very accommodating and helpful. All the staff from the Conceirge ( Christian) and reception were very welcoming 👍🏼 Thank you Jasslyn and Rick All my guests were so amazed of the view and ambiance of the place. It’s so beautifully decorated and those pretty fresh flowers and the decadent sweets buffet plus the nice beautiful birthday cake , delicious creations of Executive pastry chef Antoine Jardin who originally from Ritz in Paris 👍🏼. I was in awe arriving at our table by the gallery looking at the unbelievable view of the Chrysler building and the iconic Empire State Building. The entire celebration was incredible. I loved it so much and more importantly my guests were all happy and excited 😆 I need to thank all the servers ; Yuri , Bithal, Marlena, Afraj, Nicholas, Eduardo, and Ahmed , the cheese connoisseur. All of them deserved my respect and praises . Notably the food and appetizers like the Parmesan encrusted Focaccia, tuna tartare with seaweed crisps, seafood tower , Burratta with truffles and fillet mignon , lobster, fish entree. These were perfectly executed with elegant presentation by Chef Rodrigo 👌👍🏼♥️ the debonair and talented chef. The whole team of Daniel Boulod is absolutely outstanding and exceptional in every way. You definitely earned my respect and you all deserve my gratitude every cent of it . Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️. All my friends were overwhelmed with happiness and appreciation. I can’t thank you enough!!! This place is not just about location but the excellent hospitality!!!!

This is a nice club. Expected it to be a little more upscale, more like some of the others. More of a modern, sleek, clean look. The food and the service was fine. Amazing how LGA has changed... so great now. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
