Great experience at Tony’s. The place was packed on a Thursday evening so make a reservation! The server asked if we were going to a show and responded with quick efficient service. The portions are huge! Our party of 3 could not finish a salad and an order of spaghetti and meatballs. Dinner was hot and tasty. This is perfect for a pre- show dinner as it is close to many theaters. Highly recommend if you are in the area. If you don’t have a reservation expect a long wait. A fun place to visit and we will return.

My favourite restaurant in Manhattan. We go every time we're in town. Great food, great ambience, great decor and great service. Love it!

Great authentic American Italian restaurant! With a live singing performance by one of the waiters. Value for money with family style dinner. Share a plate of pasta with the table. We ordered the tagliatelle alfredo and a side of meatballs. Well done, great service by Gabriel! Thanks for a great night!

Lovely, tasty italian food and excellent portion sizes too. Very good, efficient and friendly service.. only small complaint would be the air con temperature, too cold for us..

Amazing food fast and fair price A little noisy but food choice o food and wine Size of plates was enormous and waitress very kind and available

What a fantastic Italian restaurant, great atmosphere and superb service. The meal was the true star of the evening. We ordered the Caesar salad which was more than enough for two people. The salad was fresh and just the right amount of dressing, it was all put together at the table which kept the lettuce from getting soggy. Then for our main dishes we ordered the ravioli with meat sauce. Without a doubt this was the best ravioli we have ever tasted, the cheese filling was excellent and the meat sauce terrific with sweet Italian sausage and shredded beef, light tomato sauce mixed in. Service was spot on with everyone working together. Fantastic place to take your family for dinner or lunch.

Sensational! Excellent food with very tasty tomato sauce. Care 10. Very nice environment and very fair price. It was worth it and we will return.

Went to Tony’s for a pre theatre dinner. We were two couples wanting some good Italian food. We were not disappointed. We started with a chopped salad that was delicious and plenty full. For entrees we chose chicken and a veal and eggplant dishes. Both were very good.

Stopped in for lunch and had good food and service. The clam sauce on pasta was excellent, and both the regular and gluten free pastas were cooked perfectly. Excellent service as well.

Excellent hidden gem. Lovely staff, ambience and food both great, enjoyable experience! So much food, make sure you go in hungry!

Stayed at the Casablanca Hotel. We had Reservations for Dinner at Tony's di Napoli Restaurant which is in the hotel. Dinner was very good, the food was wonderful, and the bread is one of the things I miss the most about the north, but the restaurant was very noisy and crowded and the tables are too close together. The portions are definitely more than enough for 3. I was glad that our very close table partners warned us to only order one entrée.

I was with my family in this restaurant and I really enjoyed it. I had booked with open table. Upon arrival I waited just a minute to have the table allocated. Soon comes the waiter (the one with the mustache) very kind, professional who helped us in our choices advising us well. We had rigatoni with vodka and linguine Alfredo. The pasta was cooked well and the dressing tasty. Recommendation for those in NYC who want to dine with a nice steaming plate of pasta.

The restaurant provided a commendable dining experience. The environment and ambiance were notably welcoming. The cuisine was of high quality and flavor. The service staff demonstrated commendable helpfulness in assisting with menu choices. Furthermore, the portion sizes were appropriate for the established price points.

I can’t imagine that with so many restaurants to chose from that we would return to Tony’s during our visit to New York but it’s just that good. The food is wonderful. The service, Nick and Carlos at the bar, was friendly and professional but its the amazing New York Italian family restaurant vibe that we couldn’t resist and Tony’s was as good as we remembered. We were in Travestere, Rome in August and didn’t find anything better.

First time and definitely not the last. We’re seating right away with a reservation. The entire wait staff moves nonstop. Drinks, dinner(chicken parm and veal Marsala) tasted fantastic. Then dessert was the perfect ending. Will be back.

We are in the midtown Manhattan area often and yet, somehow, this is our first time at Tony's di Napoli, but it will not be the last. I mistakenly thought this was more of a tourist restaurant but I stand corrected! Restaurants in this area obviously attract theater-goers and out-of-towners but the food, ambience and service is distinctly New York, in a very good way. Out family of seven were there for dinner following "Chicago" and this was a treat! Food: Family portions, so we ordered 2 apps (hot antipasto & calamari) and 4 mains (chicken parm, chicken francese, shrimp linguine, rigatoni ala vodka. We ate like we had a tip on a famine b/c it was SO good we couldn't stop. We then ordered ANOTHER rigatoni! We ordered basic fare b/c I had read that these dishes were too good to pass up. I cannot tell you how much this Brooklyn-born, NY Italian foodie loved the food. Just perfect and huge family portions. Drinks: Cocktails were excellent (espresso martinis and Bourbon Manhattan) and the Pino Grigio spot on. Dessert: Delicious cappuccino and mouse cake (memorable) and "mile-high tiramisu" was a huge, shared portion that was as good as any we've ever had. Service: I am a table snob and Alex from the front walked me to preview our table and it was a corner with more than enough room for seven! Our server, Enisa, is someone we will NOT forget. Friendly, funny, helpful, efficient; and I am not the easiest. I like slow pacing and drinks flowing and she was busy but ON IT! Thank you Enisa! I complimented the manager on the way out, b/c when you go soup-to-nuts in NY and don't bother with the bottom line you are entitled to the best and I have rarely had a better experience with a larger party than we did yesterday. We had not a single complaint and will be back for certain!!

Fantastic Atmosphere ,Place Was Buzzing But Food & Service Was Excellent ,Portions are Huge Which We Were Advised By Our Excellent Waiter Danny ,All Meals Are Big Enough To Share Between 2 ,Which Makes It an In-expensive Place to Dine ,Hence Why There So Busy ? Wine's Are Also Not Expensive For NY . A Must Visit If In the Broadway Area .

They placed us on the lower floor, at a table of 12 people...the place is well decorated, but it is very, very noisy. Almost impossible to talk to the person in front of you. The food was nothing out of the ordinary, pasta that one could perfectly make at home...not recommended. The waiters are very efficient and professional.

Spectacular! We're here to finish it. Day a nice dinner. From the entrance the atmosphere is amazing, very Italian, the waiters excellent, and the aroma of the food on entering is amazing. The dishes are super abundant, 2 courses is more than enough for 4 people. Amazing flavors. Very soft fried calamari with a crispy hood and a delicious marinara sauce. We ordered Linguini with Luciano shrimp, and chicken parmigiana and it was a lot of food! Highly recommended, and a spectacular location.

Wow! A magnificent restaurant with perfect service. You can enjoy a glass of wine in complete tranquility before ordering, without any pressure from the staff. A big thank you to Danielle for her impeccable service and beautiful smile. I hope that if you go to this restaurant, you'll have the chance to have her as your server.

Dinner in this beautiful Italian restaurant. Excellent service and ultra hearty dishes. Take 1 dish for 2 is enough. Remarkable seafood pasta, sublime minced meat pasta, exquisite cheese tortelini and tiramisu. Special mention for wine and coffee very cheap for NY. I recommend for lovers and quality Italian dishes.

This is a truly authentic New York Italian. The food was delicious and service was equally great. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant. Marco was our waiter and deserves a special mention.

Looking for great Italian cuisine served family style? This is it! I asked a NYPD Detective that just happened to be working uniform patrol outside Grand Central Station where the best Italian food could be found, and without hesitation he said Tony Di Napoli on W. 43rd. Robert, our server, took great care of us and we were well fed. Appetizer of stuffed mushrooms, Caesar salad, and the main course of Ravioli De Bolognese. Two thumbs up!

Portions are large. Starters were huge and tasted fine. Mains had linguine alfredo of which the pasta was very chewy as had not been cooked well. Waitress mentioned pasta was homemade and softer than normal pasta but our experience was the complete opposite as pasta tasted like cardboard. Had chicken which had been marinated in tomato puree laced with a sweet sugary taste and covered in mozzarella cheese. Overall experience was not great and would not recommend if you want good Italian food as was well below par.

Food, Drinks, Service the Best! Family Style, so big serving. The Veal Parm, one of the best I've eaten. I'd go once a week, if I lived in NYC

We were after some Italian, so we found Tony's. The waiter was super and advised up front that the serving sizes were large, like large enough to cover 2 to 3 people! He was not wrong!

This place is great! A traditional restaurant serving GREAT food! The servers are fab (friendly, hard working and attentive). The atmosphere is great. Unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up with our order & we got a half dish we didn’t really want, but this was purely an error & I would 100% recommend visiting. Walked passed the 3rd ave restaurant and that looked fab too.

Friendly service. We were nit rushed even though we had reservations at 9:30 PM on a Saturday evening. The food was good and served family style in large portions. We ordered the grilled octopus, which was smoky and tender. The ravioli and linguini and pasta dishes were good. We ordered branzino, which was nicely grilled. Our dessert mouse cake was light and flavorful.

Highly recommended! Food is AMAZING! Portions are huge, all staff friendly Amy was lovely and made our dining experience an absolute pleasure. It's a must place to eat! If I could give more stars I would ✨️

We were looking for an authentic Italian restaurant and found a great one. We had eleven people at our table, including five children, and everyone raved about the quality and taste of the food. The portions were large enough to feed several and I would say Tony's was the hit of our trip to NYC.

Very good food, and quick service. Only reason I rated the place a 4 is because I’m comparing it to a very similar restaurant nearby which was better so there is room for improvement. That said, it was a very decent meal.

We didn’t have a reservation but were able to get a table around 5pm. Such a great NY Italian vibe and wonderful food. Large portions and good drinks. Loved the food and tiramisu. Would definitely return. Around the corner from Bryant Park and Times Square. Perfect NY location.

Absolutely perfect place for a pre or post Show dinner. One of the best steaks and traditional sides we have had in many years. Worth every penny !!!

New York is not a city short on places to eat though if you are looking for a restaurant that offers an etraordinary menu selection this is for you. We did not have a booking and to our surprise we were found a table within minutes. Tony’s is not a quiet romantic venue but it is bustling with meals coming out of the kitchen at an incredible pace. As you would expect the menu has a traditional Italian style with a reasonable high end wine list as well as wine by the glass options should you like a drink with your meal. To the credit of the waiter (Anton I think) we were very well advised that the serves are big and that sharing a plate was the best way to go. We ordered the ravioli bolognese and it was excellent. The size of the meal was more than enough for the two of us. The bolognese sauce was well balanced and had pieces of tender beef throughout. Our waiter was attentive, patient and polite. For us, not that accustomed to the culture of tipping, we were more than happy to pay the extra gratuity. Would visit again if in New York.

This was exactly what we needed. We were looking for a place to take our kids after a matinee for dinner. Tony's has a very reasonably priced kids' menu, and the food was actually quite good. Perfect if you need a good meal that also has kid-friendly options and atmosphere. We made a reservation for our group of six, which was a good move.

Very hearty dishes. On paper they inspire, but in fact it seems more suitable for Americans than Italians, even if it looks like an “Italian” place

Best italian food. Marinara souce is godlike. Highly recommended. Great Atmosphere Great Music Great experience...

It was our first evening in New York after flying across the country and moving from sunny Texas (Dallas/Galveston/Fort Worth) to the northern metropolis. We could walk to the restaurant as it is very centrally located near Times Square. We were greeted very friendly and brought to our table in the very busy restaurant. The atmosphere was really great, all very lively and busy, but also very loud. The service was a bit more buccaneering but super nice and took into account that we didn't have the typical American speed when choosing food. She also explained to us that the portions tend to be very large and would be more suitable for two. This was true and so we divided two dishes for four, whereby this sharing of several dishes is normal here and this gives the food a very distinct character. The pasta dishes themselves were very delicious and obviously freshly prepared. Even the dessert was very delicious and we had a great debut in New York. We would go again on the next New York trip. Price performance was really good and especially considering the central location in Manhattan very moderate as long as you share the dishes. Otherwise it is a bit more expensive than a good Italian in Germany but still very fair. As mentioned, only the volume was a bit objectionable, on the other hand, this also made a part of the atmosphere out of a total of four points plus.

Delicious and exceptional, Tonnys Dnapoli offers very well served dishes with great location and excellent service at fair prices. We ordered an empanada rib and a fettuccine to Alfredo sauce for four people, both indescribable of so good. One of the best restaurants we visited during the trip, with servings serving 2 to 3 people.

We were disappointed we thought too late to get a reservation here for Thursday dinner. We booked a lunch reservation for Friday and was not disappointed. We were seated just a few minutes after we arrived and had the nicest waitress (Sedjana). She explained the portion sizing and answered our questions. We went with a half order of chicken Parmesan, shrimp and chicken Capri, and a house salad for 4 of us. We also ordered a full size of linguine. Other than the salad - too many unpitted olives for us - the meal was delicious. We didn’t have a bite remaining on our plates - perfect portions for 4 of us ($125 including 22% tip) We decided we wanted to go back but the only time available for Saturday night was 9:15 but we took it. Our Saturday meal was also delicious but our waiter was off putting so it did take away from the overall experience. He had no time for questions and was clearly irritated we were even asking about the menu. His just general vibe was that he didn’t care for us to be there. Hard to explain other than off putting. The food was still delicious and we’re glad we went again but the staff can definitely add or detract from an experience. We opted for the vodka chicken instead of the shrimp and chicken capri and while it was good - the capri was better. We got full sized orders of everything for dinner this time and they were huge! We had left overs of both chicken dishes as well as linguine and spaghetti and meatballs. ($184 including 15% tip) This was ok with us because we wanted everyone to eat as much as they wanted. I already have Tony’s marked in my notes for the next time we’re in the city. Located on 43rd close to the Broadway intersection. A great place to eat near Times Square.

An absolute gem of a restaurant in the heart of Times Square. Friendly, welcoming staff who can’t do enough for you. Absolutely delicious food - we ordered the caprese salad and rigatoni alla vodka, highly highly recommend, you must go!

This is a fabulous find in busy New York where the competition for eateries is ferocious. The food was amazing the service brilliant - friendly and helpful as well as efficient. The atmosphere could not have been better with a lovely singing waiter who we were lucky enough to hear. Prices are reasonable....great value.

Coming from the Boston area, we have high expectations for Italian food. Tony’s rose to the challenge. With a 6:45 pm reservation the day before Thanksgiving, we were seated immediately. We indulged in table-made Caesar Salad, Mozzarella en Carroza, Chicken Parm and Shrimp Scampi while soaking in the full-on Italian ambience. The red sauce was some of the most robust and savory we’ve tasted. The salad, appetizer and two entrees were the right amount for our family of two adults and two teens. We were well taken care of by our waiter until he was assigned a large party. Luckily our food had arrived by that point. Tony’s is a high quality option in the bustling theater district - make reservations early to guarantee your spot.

Walked in without a reservation and sat at a counter with a window facing the street. Was great to people watch. Our service was excellent and the food was outstanding. Came to use hot and delicious. Kept our water glasses full and cleared dishes quickly when we were finished. Reasonable price since we ordered the 1/2 orders. This was still too much food. Again delicious and great service

Dinner in this fabulous location near Times Square. From grilled chicken to dishes everything was as usual at the top. White sauce seafood linguinis a killing for a reasonable price considering the concrete dishes to share. The ravioli and the veal... incredible. Cheap Primitivo wine. Special mention for the Affigatto....delicious

Cute place, appreciable service, absolutely insufficient cuisine. Just enough appetizer, linguine with clams rich in presence but with a cloying sweetness, eggplant parmesan included in the specialties unwatchable and inedible. Discreet tiramisu. Lots of laughter and goliardic weather nothing more.

The food was good. Service was also good. Food came quickly. However, it would all tolerate a little more “love”. You can tell that everything is prepared and everything has to happen quickly.

Place stuffed with clichés of Italian culture and gastronomy. Service ok but leaves quality to be desired. In my opinion not suitable for Italians. Only consolation the tiramisu that however does not straighten the evening.

We were in the area at lunchtime and luckily decided to check out Tony’s. Great ambiance, good service and delicious food! Food is on par with Italian restaurants in Little Italy. Definitely recommend!

Restaurant in downtown Manhattan run by Italians. Great food quality and exaggeratedly large portions. With a plate of pasta can eat safely three people of good appetite. The cost of the drinks is a bit exaggerated but otherwise is average for the place. Even if very large it is always better to book.

This family style restaurant was a real treat when we visited New York recently. The atmosphere was fantastic, with great service and delicious food. The pasta and menu were just as we would find when we visited Italy. We highly recommend this restaurant experience when visiting New York.

This was our first time here, and the service was exceptional. We had the fettuccine alfredo and baked ziti...the portions were large, and it was perfect for the 4 of us. We then split a strawberry cheesecake and tiramisù and they both were excellent choices. For the amount of food you get, the prices were also decent. Will definitely return on the next trip to NYC.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience, the restaurant was extremely noisy to a point where you couldn't hear each other across the table. Our food was cold when they finally served us at the table, after sitting there for a few minutes while the waiter laid some other tables. We had to send it back, they specialise more in quantity rather than quality. They also had the Air Con up so high that it was freezing. As we were only in New York for a few nights, it kind of ruined our evening, which is frustrating because the previous two nights, we had exceptional food and service at other restaurants nearby.

This restaurant was on the side of our hotel, we were 2x, but so good! We request aparmegiana and fettuccine Alfredo, wonderful! Super fast service, but arrive early, that the restaurant is always super crowded, but the food is wonderful.

Tony's Di Napoli is a hopping restaurant in the heart of midtown Manhattan. The food was excellent and our server gave us good recommendations. The portions are huge and have plenty to share. Two entrees would generally be plenty for three people. The prices were very reasonable.

Excellent restaurant. Rich dishes, to share, very good pasta, are abundant. Very good service (something unusual in NY ) and price according to the value for money, so I consider q is not expensive. Delicious desserts too. To come back

Amazing ! The best Super great food and service One of the best The afogatto as dessert and every meal Very recommendable

Lively Italian with really buzzy vibe , we visited twice, fab music playing . Fabulous menu although you have to guess what each dish is , no description on menu . One of our party has an egg allergy , staff were not interested and couldn’t give guidance on this . The bread was purchased from a bakery and they were unaware of ingredients . ( much of bread in NY contains egg ) . Reasonable priced , good quality would highly recommend a visit . Poor selection of wine by the glass . Each portion serves 2/3 hence the price per dish - big portions

Positively the most authentic Italian family style dining experience I have had since my trip to Italy a few years ago! Generous portions, flavorful and exciting dishes, pasta prepared perfectly, and the wait staff — PRIMO!!!! You cannot easily get a table without a reservation, so plan ahead.

Characteristic location, in Italian-American mafia style. Friendly staff, fast service. Here you can try the “real” Italian-American cuisine. We wanted to try different things, so we opted to divide various dishes in the center. To start with, we all had caesar salad, which was great. The best I've ever eaten in my life. A real revelation. First we had spaghetti meatballs, fettuccine alfredo, ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach with tomato sauce, spaghetti with seafood. Fettuccine alfredo made with cream, parmesan and peas. I enjoyed cooking the pasta of this dish, just right. Simple but good sauce. Parmesan cheese that was really such. Spaghetti meatballs with a sweet tomato flavor. It may seem almost like ketchup flavor, but I don't think there is, they simply use sweeter flavor tomatoes and salting this dish a little more stands out. Here the cooking of pasta was American... Meatballs that looked more like small hamburgers. Practically made only of meat, spices, aromas, smells. They're not evil, but they didn't drive me crazy. I didn't like the dumplings. Personally I didn't like the filling. Spaghetti with seafood with pasta cooking only slightly ahead. Not bad sauce. Medium quality fish, but flat which overall is sufficiently good. For second course Chicken parmesan and a dish whose name I can't remember, but it was basically lemon chicken. The chicken parmesan did not convince me, neither for the cutlet, nor for the tomdorato, nor for the mozzarella. Cutlet thick, dry and very full of flavor. Tomato that took the flavor of roast, of the oven. Mozzarella with a plastic flavor. By that I mean the flavor that pizzottella typically has. In fact, I think that's what was used. Of the lemon chicken instead I liked the chicken itself, which seemed to be of a different kind than the one used in the other dish. The lemon sauce good but too acidic. Like tiramisu dessert, chocolate cake, ice cream and cannoli. Tiramisu made with cream and sponge cake not wet, then a sprinkling of cocoa. It could be easily corrected by soaking the sponge cake with coffee and making a basic mascarpone cream. We are not talking about the original, but at least with small changes we get closer to the idea of tiramisu. What I ate was a dry and tasteless “cake”. Chocolate cake with a low quality chocolate flavor and that's it. Not even the cannoli convinced me, neither in the waffle, chewy, that is full of sugars, nor the cream inside, with a vague chocolate flavor equal to that of chocolate cake. Cream and vanilla ice cream acceptable. Only dessert to be saved. For this section of the menu they should make some changes. Mid-to-high-end prices, but understandable for the context. In conclusion I liked the place. Dinner is more spectacular than good. The dishes are not bad, but few impressed me. I tried to judge by keeping myself as partial as possible from the fact that I am Italian, but I didn't really like some dishes. I repeat, however, that overall I feel well represented by this place as an Italian. Then you have to accept that abroad this is Italian cuisine. The cooking of normal pasta is the one that is scalded. The tomato is sweet. Mozzarella is a low-quality spun paste cheese in relation to real mozzarella. But since the locals like this, that's fine. I understand the entrepreneur who wants to make Italian cuisine, but also wants to work, to be always full. And the place when I was there, on a Wednesday, would explode. As an Italian I say that there is a good basis but some things need to be changed, as an entrepreneur in the sector I congratulate you, because the customers present all seemed fully satisfied

I've been to Tony's Di Napoli multiple times, both at Times Square and the Upper East Side locations, and have always enjoyed the experience. However, our recent holiday dinner was a major disappointment. I dined with three others who have also visited Tony’s with me before, so we had high expectations. Our server, Mark, took our initial order of four full entrées, three full appetizers, and four cocktails. He appeared to have written everything down, but shortly after, only one entrée arrived. Surprisingly, about 15 minutes later, Mark brought us the dessert menu—despite the fact that most of our order had not yet been served. Initially, we assumed the restaurant was just busy, but after waiting 20 more minutes with an empty table, we followed up. Mark passed by multiple times yet never acknowledged the delay. Another 20 minutes later, we followed up again, and finally, our second entrée arrived—before any of the appetizers, which was both confusing and frustrating. We had a reservation at 7:15 PM, but our second entrée didn’t arrive until around 8:25 PM. By that point, the meal was completely disjointed, and our appetite was already ruined. The manager, James, was notified about the situation and offered to give us a complimentary dessert. Unfortunately, the dessert never arrived either. Given the experience, I asked for the check and, feeling the service did not meet expectations, tipped approximately 10% of our $280 bill, leaving a note that read “cause and effect.” While we understand that holiday rushes can lead to delays, the lack of communication, awareness, and proper pacing from our server, coupled with the frustration of waiting, made this an especially disappointing experience.

Pleasant experience for the excellence of service (service). Well crafted and tasty dishes (Camarão a Parmigiana and Rigatone a la vodka), as well as satiated. The relaxed and lively atmosphere featured the beautiful presentation of a singing waiter who issued notes of a true tenor.

So glad we had lunch here! We had the chicken parm & rigatoni with vodka sauce. Both were delicious, but that vodka sauce was the best we have ever had!!! Can’t wait to stop back again!

Fernando at the bar is an amazing person who makes the experience even better. Worth the trip. Food is great and environment is fun.

Great restaurant and definitely need to book as it gets very busy. Great food and cooking which is what I’d describe as family style. So the portions are large and described as platters that feed 2 - 3 people. So if you had 2 pasta dishes a meat dish and a side of potatoes that would easily feed 4. Meatballs for starter which was brilliant as was the grilled octopus. The special baked pasta for main was also great along with the chicken parmigiana. The service was great and you’ll probably end up taking your leftovers back with you which is definitely worth doing when the food is so good.

We went to dinner at this restaurant on a Monday. I wasn't full. The service was good. We ordered spaghetti with almonds and it was delicious. The dish was large and served three people.

Food was the worst food we had in New York chicken parmo was cold tough chicken with tomato puree and melted cheese. It was tasteless and I only tasted it couldn’t eat it as it was so disgusting complained to the waiter who come with some creamy pasta and still charged us for the chicken and pasta the chicken and we did not touch . I was so surprised as had been highly recommend to this place when I told the waiter I couldn’t possibly eat the meal he just nodded and walked away!

There is no pizza. Just going to write random letters to meet the minimum amount of letters. Hhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhh

We walked in very close to the kitchen closing after a Broadway show. Quick service & portions are huge. A large pasta plate is plenty for 2 to share. Reasonable prices, good atmosphere. Not touristy either!

While recently staying in Times Square, my wife and I decided to have a nice Italian dinner at Tony Di Napoli. The Host seated us downstairs which was quiet and romantic. As noted by other reviewers, the portion sizes are huge (family style), so we went with only 1 entree and 1 side along with a half order of spaghetti. After both of us were through with our meal, we took home an equal amount of the leftovers to go. The quality of the Chicken Marsala was spectacular. The Marsala wine was slightly sweet and the chicken was very tender. The green beans almondine were equally as good. The service was very good as well. We completed the meal with some robust coffee and Chocolate Mousse cake. Best Mousse cake I have ever had. When we went upstairs to leave, I noticed the upstairs dining room was noisy and congested, so I strongly recommend the seating downstairs. Also, be sure to make a reservation as this restaurant is quite busy after 5:00 p.m.

Excellent food with good quality/price ratio. The environment is familiar and the doses too! All dishes are very well served and are designed to share, but don’t worry because the staff make that warning. The food is well prepared and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Are fast, full food, acceptable, not bad. It's very popular.......... I really don't come back, lost the night...

After a long day of visits, we wanted to book a table but there was no room. We were able to order a dish for 2 and have it delivered to our room (hotel above the restaurant). Delicious.

My husband and I visited NYC to celebrate his Retirement! Our friends from VA used to live here and said we just had to go to Tony DiNapoli's for dinner! We are so glad we did. Our server, Cesar was amazing! Very attentive and had good recommendations! We decided on the rigatoni with vodka sauce and a meatball appetizer. Both were absolutely delicious! We were also lucky to meet the Manager on duty, Kazi T. Hossain. He gave us a NY Cheesecake to celebrate! We will definitely visit the next time we are in town, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

That's my address when I get to NYC. It's crowded and horribly noisy but it's very good and the portions are for several people so don't overcharge. And book otherwise it’s ruined

This was such a magnificent experience and food was very good. The servers were all amazing singers and very friendly. We really enjoyed it

We prebooked on the day after reading the great reviews. Times Square location. Loud, buzzy atmosphere. Very busy. Very large restaurant. We received a warm welcome from the staff. We had a beer each and a rigatoni bolognaise (made with beef brisket) which was absolutely delicious to share. Be aware that each dish serves 2 - 3 people. We went hungry and didn’t finish the dish. Very highly recommended when in the TS area.

Our family of 15 visited Tony’s after going to the Christmas Spectacular. We were able to walk from Radio City. The fact that they would take a reservation for a large party during Christmas week was great. The food and service were excellent! They went out of their way to accommodate the 5 children by bringing them ice cream for dessert, which was not on our planned menu. They also brought out a huge piece of cake with a candle to sing “Happy birthday” to my grandson. Our waiter was so pleasant and attentive. I would go back again and again.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal of meatballs and stuffed mushrooms with sangria and Chianti before a show. Dionysios waited on us. He ensured our meal came out quickly and that all went well throughout our time at the restaurant. I highly recommend Tony’s before a show and I hope you get the pleasure of being waited on by Dionysios!

We went to Tony’s after visiting Carmines the night before. My wife was running the NY marathon so lots of pasta was required. Both were busy but Tony’s was on a completely different level. Our table was ready when we arrived, whilst lively we could at least have a conversation, the waiter was welcoming and helpful and the pasta was amazing. So good we really enjoyed it even though it was pasta for the second night running. It was really tasty, the pasta cooked perfectly, portion perfect (family style) and ideal for two hungry people. We would definitely go to Tony’s again. Thoroughly recommend although make sure you book.

Tony’s was a surprisingly reasonable and tasty lunch is a sea of Broadway tourist traps. The half portions of the seafood pasta and veal and eggplant combo were great for a lunch/brunch for two, and allowed us to try a variety of food at a location that normally does family-style. The pasta was all done al dente, and the proteins were delicious. My only slight ding is that the veal and eggplant didn’t come with any pasta to soak up the delicious sauce, but that was easily remedied with a kid’s menu side of penne!

Absolutely loved this place. Old school Italian. Super busy as near Time Square & many theatres so lots of tourists but very fun. Staff were excellent. Food was great and absolutely huge portions. Go hungry.

Very good restaurant with all classic Italian cuisines. Service is very good and the atmosphere is great if you like hectic and noisy places. 3 important tips: 1. Make reservation at least one day before. The place is huge but also packed with people 2. Get there as hungry as you can be - dishes are very big. 3. Not for meetings. Fun with family and friends (or colleagues) only. It is to noisy for business meetings

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Great food and the waiter was just delightful. Situated just off Times Square, had expected it to be very touristy. Authentic and welcoming. A great night out.

This is a great old-fashioned restaurant very close to Times Square. The food and service are excellent. I would highly recommend it.

Was able to snag a reservation to this place and it was absolutely mobbed. Walk ins had a three-hour wait. Reviews stated that they did half portions but our server told us they could only do one per table. Weird. Anyway, Caesar salad was good and fettuccine Alfredo was beyond mediocre and tasted like something you’d get in the frozen food section at the grocery store. I was never asked if I wanted a drink nor shown the specials. Maybe because I was with my ten-year old? Just seemed like they wanted to flip our table asap. I knew it would be loud but it was total and complete insanity loud. I get it’s supposed to be a vibrant atmosphere etc but this was ungodly chaotic.

Very loud! We always go to Tony’s when we see Broadway shows, but last night was not good. Wednesday night, sat next to a 10 top of extremely loud diners yelling across the table to each other. Not a very enjoyable dining experience. Also, the eggplant Parmesan was not up to par.

Came out first night in the city and this did not disappoint. We had chicken Parmesan and spaghetti and it was the best I’ve had. Service was ok but was really busy. I’d recommend this to anyone.

I would rate the food a 2.75 and the service a near 5.0. I don’t mean this to sound disrespectful, but it was kind of like an upscale Olive Garden. If you want pretty decent solid food fast, it’s fine. Atmosphere was extremely loud. Could not hear my date at all, who was seated directly across from me. Don’t regret going but probably won’t be going back.

This restaurant is based on a SOLID reputation... that needed to be tested. OH MY GOD!!! Tastier than that, you die and resurrect the same evening x-)

Grate restaurant very tasty food with fare prices, we eat 3 days in this restaurant, very recommend Fresh vegetables and food

Manager tonight was incredible. Kind, understanding, accommodating. Treated our last minute party of 8 like family, super patient and so sweet. 5 stars to the manger. Food is always good too ;)

Family restaurant friendly and accommodating waiters but disappointing food. Ok we knew we weren’t sure about gastronomy but it’s still fat and fat. Apart from the spaghetti with clams that we sent back so strong the smell and the appearance frankly not stewing, you get the Impression of having eaten melted cheese washed down with liters of tomato sauce.

We had high expectations but had reservations as soon as we arrived and sat at our table…. It was so loud (85-95db) it was impossible to talk or discuss menu options without shouting. The food potions are massive as they are designed to be shared between two to three people, quality was ok but distinctly average. We paid $180 ($60 each) for a one course meal that I’d expect to cost no more than £70 in the UK. The noise levels were so high we couldn’t wait to escape.

Lively atmosphere with no frills food and great service. Just found that the sheer volume of noise made it impossible to have a relaxing dining experience. Absolutely fine if you’re looking for a fun and vibrant atmosphere but not a place to go for if you want to have a quiet conversation and relax - the noise hits you like a sledgehammer. The food and service were great , just found the atmosphere a challenge.

Whenever we visit New York City, a dinner at Tony’s Di Napoli is always a must. And, as we frequently go to NYC with old friends or family, we love to introduce this place to first-timers — and it never fails to blow people away as to just how unbelievably good the food is. This most recent visit included a couple of people from two different families who have strong Italian heritages, especially when it comes to cooking and eating! “Eat at an Italian restaurant in Times Square?? Not in Little Italy??” They could not get over how great it was! Outstanding service and still reasonable prices! What a fabulous meal!

Fabulous neighbour hood Italian. Great atmosphere and terrific fast service. Will definitely visit again when back in NY city.

All right! Pasta and impeccable service really very good! 2 points of attention the wines are overpriced as everywhere in New York and for prices that may seem high they are dishes for 2 people! If you are alone ask for a half!

A dinner experience at this well-rated restaurant: It was full. Service was friendly -the food was plentiful, but of medium quality – but above all, the noise was hellish with the impossibility of getting along with our neighbour. All the customers and waiters were screaming to chat. An evening without any pleasure!!!!!

I felt lucky to get a lunchtime reservation right before Christmas on our trip to NYC. Some members of our party had been there before, but for others it was a new experience. We were seated promptly and given our drinks and some fresh bread. Our lunch consisted of some classics including chicken parmigiana and their pasta with red sauce, as well as the chopped salad and the daily seafood pasta special which was spaghetti with lobster and Alfredo. Everything was hot, well prepared, and the service was impeccable. The chopped salad was the perfect compliment to some of the heavier dishes. Tony’s never disappoints!

Some of the best food in nyc we come here at least twice a month they treat you like family everyone is a 10 . Been coming for years hope to bring grand children here one day

Great restaurant! Very well served dishes! For four people we ordered two dishes (one pasta and one parmigiana). The food was delicious and the attendant was very friendly. They also make portions of pasta in butter for the kids who are more selective in feeding. I recommend!

We were here twice as it was connected to our hotel, Casablanca. We had heard that restaurants in Times Square are overrated and expensive. Tony’s is family style and has a cute ambience and we shared several dishes each time. I didn’t think it was much more than some places we eat at home. Our waiter even sang one time! The food was amazing and the best NY Cheesecake and Tiramisu we had ever tasted!

Good and service was AMAZING! We visited as a family of 4 during busy tourist season and while the restaurant was packed, we had made a reservation in advance and when we arrived 15 minutes early we were shown to a table right away. Our family enjoyed the fettuccine Alfredo and chicken Parmesan and we all agreed it was the best we’d ever had. Having 2 entrees was just the right amount of food (we have a preteen and teenager, so not small kiddos). Our server was fantastic and boy could he sing! We finished the meal with 3 desserts, which were also great. Start to finish we were in the restaurant about an hour and a $160 bill (2 entrees, 4 drinks (2 alcoholic) and 3 desserts). Highly recommend and get a reservation in advance!

We were unfortunately lured in by the positive reviews. This is 'Italian-American' food, not Italian food. The ravioli looked plastic-y/artificial and the sauce tasted as if there was two tablespoons of sugar in it.

The best Italian in NYC. I love this place and make sure to visit at least once on every trip. Had the egg plant Parmesan with pasta it was very savory and filling. They did family style dining the traditional Italian way. This place is a must see. The interior is full of history of the theater and city. Attentive staff and quick service.

The portions are generous, perfect to share between three or four people. The food is delicious, nothing extraordinary. But what really makes you want to go back to Tony’s Di Napoli is the surprisingly cozy feeling in the middle of that frenetic and noisy Mood, almost like a big family party in the heart of Manhattan.

We returned after more than 10 years, the dishes are always plentiful, the pasta is good. The place is big and it creates a bit of confusion due to the voices of the people

Recommended by the hotel staff. Great find. Squeezed in without a reservation because it was at 5:40 pm on a thursday. Would not recommend that approach. Get a reservation as the place is full and when we left at 8:00 pm, there was a line of people waiting for tables. Food was great. The server was very good, although his italian accent seemed to disappear at times - ; )

Justbof Time Square ,busy and lively family orientated restaurant with welcoming friendly staff , great food ... dishes are for sharing, highly recommend

We came here for dinner before a show. We were seated on time and the waiter was very friendly and efficient. The food tasted great, the portion size was good and there was a special accommodation for one member who required gluten free. I mentioned we had a show to attend and maybe that resulted in the quick service or maybe the service is always quick. In any case, we were in and out in the time we needed to be.

We can only highly recommend it. The food is great in taste. Portions pretty big. We will come back.

The service was absolutely incredible, and the food was delicious. The only problem was that we had come here to celebrate a 16th birthday, and the chocolate cake tasted like a last-minute, hastily put-together dish, with cheap quality ingredients.

Every time you visit NYC,c is a must-see restaurant! We spent another good time there. Our gargantuan dish was very good. Eggplant and mozzarella rogatoni. A well prepared Spritzz and a thunderous atmosphere. Our waiter who is also a singer made two or three pieces of songs ,c was TOP. We recommend this property.

If you want an authentic Italian New York style then this is the place for you! Waiters singing, packed out and fantastic atmosphere. Food was amazing. We came twice while staying in New York nearby. Only point is that the plates are sharing platters so you have to want the same thing as your party...me and my husband wanted different things but didn't as there would have been way too much food and prices are a bit steep but worth a trip!

Service is top notch. He never missed a beat and was very attentive. Remember it is family style. Appetizers and salads were excellent. All the dinners and pastas come in half or full orders. The half orders can be shared too. All the food was so delicious. If you can make it to dessert, those are meant to be shared, too. Everything is made to order so be patient after you chose your courses. The restaurant has an energetic vibe to it. If you love Italian food, definitely give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Went here after a Broadway show (with a reservation) was very close to our show. Food is family style so entry is made for 2-3 people, and definitely serves that many. Was delicious and great service

Delicious Food and Excellent Service. Andres is an efficient, friendly and non-invasive attentive waiter. Lovely Mood and very good value for money. I recommend it for sure.

We were staying right next door at the Casa Blanca Hotel...came down for dinner here at Tony's Di Napoli. The entire restaurant was packed but luckily we had reservations. We had the very best food...warning, portions are family style and large!!!! We have been to Italy so many times, and I have to say, the food here is better than most spots we ate in Italy. Service was exceptional. Seating is a bit cramped but we made friends with everyone around us. We will definitely be back!!!

Restoring exceptional with top servers Very nice pattern and shopkeeper .the dishes are EXCELLENT . The Mood is great we got the singer. We were there 2 times with friends during our stay.

We just popped by because we stayed at the hotel next door. But this is a great Italien restaurant. Noicy, lots of food. Generous and good price. BUT make a reservation or wait for a table upstairs. Downstairs is not as nice

AMAZING! Food was fantastic, and I am picky. Truly great Italian, great atmosphere, bartender was full of personality and extremely efficient. Highly recommend. Prices were affordable and portions huge, even the half orders.

A beautifull expirence. The food was perfect and the waiters just as good! Always on the go and asking the coustomer for refills. Highly recomended.

Great family food, loads of it and sit downstairs is all I have to say the waiter was a brilliant man and we had a really engaging evening. He made great recommendations and was very attentive. Lovely food even though loads of it. Thank you

Lovely place, great food plenty of it. Only downside found it far too loud at times. Would book as it gets very busy. Staff helpful and polite.

Great Italian style food in an ideal location just off Times Square. Polite professional staff provide a speedy & efficient service.

We came for the second time for dinner and both times we enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service very much. This time we had a great surprise when our devoted waiter Riad took from time to time the microphone and sang Italian operas, reminding us of Pavarotti. We will be back!

A sure hit for a more casual business meal. The dishes we order were all a success from the Ceasar salad to the pasta dishes.

A great spot for dinner before or after a show. Right off Times Square, this is one of the most convenient spots for food and drinks either before a show or after a Matinee. It's busy, you should make reservations and you may have a short wait. The food is excellent, the drinks are great but it's a bit pricey, it's NYC. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Some of the best stuffed ravioli ever! Wonderful wine selection. Love that each plate is enough to share. Great date place.

Very busy and noisy restaurant, menu caters for sharing, however as a non meat eater, wasn’t able to share with my fellow diners, opted for half portion sea food linguine, there was far too much calimari, just two prawns and wasn’t really that nice. Overall say it was over priced and better places off the beaten track.

I don’t think I have adequate adjectives to apply to this review. This is not just eating out, it is a dining experience! From the plentiful, scrumptious Italian cuisine, to the boisterous atmosphere to the attentive wait staff and the singer with the beautiful tenor voice—the entire evening was a delight! So glad I got to experience this fine eatery.

Our server Anton made it very clear that this was a large portion sharing restaurant. I wish we had more people. The menu is extensive and the food is great. We were only able to manage: great manhattan and old fashioned, hot seafod appetizer and Nonna’s eggplant with rigatoni. Yummy. Very pleasant experience.

I collaborated with ChatGPT to plan our NYC trip and this restaurant was suggested based on our location and plans. It did not disappoint. There were 3 of us and we all chose one dish, knowing it would be more than enough. The chicken parm paired with the spaghetti pomodoro was to die for, best I’ve ever had!

Been here a couple of times, food is excellent. They are family portions so one meal to order is more than enough for 2. We had the linguine with meatballs and it was excellent we did not mange to eat it all but it was well worth it and the tiramisu is to die for we managed to eat it all although the portion was more than generous but could not stop eating it. Attentive staff, and very welcoming.

Had the sharing plate of ravioli with Bolognese sauce. Really nice, nice service. Big restaurant but very popular, would recommend booking if planning to go at peak times.

Tony’s di Napoli was highly recommended by staff at Hotel RIU off Times Square. We visited Tony’s twice during our 5 day stay and learned to make reservations at this very busy restaurant. Our first visit at 5 pm found the restaurant full with an hour wait but we were invited to sit at the bar for dinner service if we chose. I’m so glad we did. Our very busy bartender was so attentive and friendly and his recommendations from the menu were perfect. During our 2nd visit, it was the Fettuccine Alfredo that compelled us to go back-honestly the sauce was just extraordinary!, staff and service were equally outstanding. My next trip to New York will definitely include dining at Tony’s di Napoli!

Italian cuisine family portions, a dish is eaten in two people, we had a chicken and spaghetti parmesan with meatballs in sauce (those of Lilly and the Tramp who were at Tony's restaurant) and we could not finish everything. The waiter told us they were plentiful but we didn't think so! A bit of a waste for those of us who like to taste more dishes and share them. Parmesan I would recommend the classic because with chicken slices it is really heavy, but The taste was good, we tried out of curiosity. Really good spaghetti with 4 giant meatballs. To try

The food was so bad I couldn't even eat it. The 1st time I ever left a full plate of food on the table. In addition, it was so noisy you could hardly hear people setting next to you. Overall, the worst experience I have ever had. Thank you, Gene.

Our server Denny was FABULOUS! The fettuccine alfredo was the best. Chicken parm was great but one friend would have preferred vodka sauce over marinara. Great atmosphere, outstanding authentic food!

Great location, food fabulous and busy busy, so authentic, the service was great! Hence why it was busy…people queue up to get in so you need to book days in advance for a night spot.

Excellent place. Very abundant dishes to share. If you can choose not to go downstairs. It's very closed and a lot of buzz. But the food is great

Most satisfying Italian meal ever! The vodka pasta and the chicken Parm, both huge sharing portions. We are only in NYC for one week but we’re 100% going back to Tony’s

We visited here for a meal and were blown away by not only the place but the door too. The atmosphere is buzzing the restaurant was very busy, luckily we booked, but it was fantastic just like you would imagine and saw in films felt like stepping back in time when people just talked, laughed and enjoyed each other's company without mobile phones. Didn't see any young children in from where we were sat, so not sure if good for little ones. Ours are considerably older but one still under legal age to drink but that wasn't a problem. The food was really good, portion sizes huge, we had pasta bolognaise and pasta vodka which I have to say was the most amazing dish I've had. The bolognaise was lovely but if I had to choose then the vodka one would win every time. We shared 2 dishes between the 4 of us. Well worth a visit, you won't be disappointed.

This wasn't our first visit to Tony Di Napoli's and it won't be our last. As always there was a great atmosphere, really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & efficient staff as well as fantastic food. Our server, Sedi, could not have been better. We'll be back again.

This place without intentions and of abundant portions was an extraordinary option for my family of 2 adults and three children. Hearty dishes, with good quality price, fast and attentive service.

one of our favorite addresses when we go to NU! we dine there at least twice. it's unique. it There are no pizzas but monstrous pâté dishes to share with 2. it's good. it's hearty. it's warm. it's new york!

Tony's motto is 'nobody goes away hungry,' and it's true: portions are generous and prices are pretty good. Vegetarian options available, as are half-portions, making this great for families. Two dining rooms w/tables well spaced. Attentive staff. My complaint is that the food consists mainly of coarse, tourist-trade renditions of Italian-America Red Sauce cuisine, which when prepared with some delicacy can shine.

We were amazed at the quality of the food (fantastic), the size of the portions (one main course between two is more than enough and probably 3 people ) and the speed of service (quick and efficient) The waiters were exceptionally pleasant We have eaten in numerous restaurants, in lots of countries over the last 40 years and this has to be in my top 5

Chose this place as online they say they do 1/2 portions so travelling with my elderly mother I thought this was perfect. When we got there we were told no 1/2 portions and so we ordered one starter and one main between us and they were huge, we left more than we ate. Most people were either leaving food or taking it home - we were in a hotel so couldn’t take. Food was pleasant but nothing special, staff and atmosphere were great though.

Great atmosphere, the service was fantastic never left us without a drink and advised us what to get. We were seated downstairs and it was lovely. Very busy so would book but good was delicious and huge portions big enough to share. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Many Attractions, very easy access, friendly staff very helpful breakfast ok, spacious, quiet hotel perfect for relaxation, large and clean hotel pools, I will stay again, of course.

Excellent! Highly recommended!!! We ate great fish .. tender grilled octopus (never eaten so good) and red linguine with lots of really fantastic fish. Large portions (one is for three people) Go at least once because the place really deserves! Good waiters, too. Very nice location Braviiiiiiii Daniela (Italia)

We went for a pre-theater dinner. We had no idea the place serves family style (huge portions). We ordered Veal Chops, So large we could not finish. We wish all the positive reviews had told us about the "family style" service. The food was really good but with that much food it makes no sense for a party of two. Please go there with a group!!

Sorry Chicago, but I think New York City has more outstanding Italian restaurants. At least my half-Italian wife thinks so. Before we got married in 1976, she worked in New York for five years. So she knows a good plate of lasagna and spaghetti and osso buco and veal parmigiana and tiramisu when she eats it. During our recent visit to the city, she took us to some of her old haunts. One of them is Tony's Di Napoli at 147 West 43rd Street in Times Square, between 6th and 7th Avenues. Founded in 1990, it is one of New York City's original family-style Italian restaurants offering authentic Italian red sauce recipes. Partners Herb of Wetson's Hamburgers and sons Greg and Stuart Wetanson have embraced the Broadway spirit of the neighborhood. The walls are decorated wth oil-painted caricatures, creating one of Broadway's most credible walls of fame. Open from 11:30 to 11 Tuesday through Saturday and 11:30 to 10 on Sunday and Monday, it offers indoor dining, takeout and delivery. For appetizers, we chose a full order of Tony's meatballs, a full order of Tony's shrimp and full orders of Caesar salad and Gem Salad. For entrees, we opted for spaghetti and meatballs and veal parmigiana with roasted potatoes and spinach. For dessert, we shared tiramisu with sweetened mascarpone and lady fingers soaked in espresso and coffee liqueur and New York cheesecake, a home-made New York favorite, served with an Oreo cookie crumble crust and fresh strawberries.

Conveniently located near Times Square, Tony’s offer an elegant setting, with great service. Most dishes listed on the menu are large servings(3-4 people). We tried Tony’s custom salad, very fresh and tasty, and the seafood spaghetti with tomato sauce: sublime! *place is a tad noisy

In the week I stayed in New York I stayed 2 times in this restaurant, which is located near the hotel I stayed, once dinner (wonderful Parmigiana vitela) and another lunch. Nice place, generous servings, delicious food and great service. I recommend.

Booked a table online just a few hours before we planned to eat there. Arrive early and they went ahead and sat us. Ordered Caesar salad, vodka pasta, and chicken with burrata cheese. They also provide bread. There were four of us - three female teens and a mom. It was the perfect amount of food with none leftover. Everything was delicious. Would definitely eat here again! Prices were a little high for family style pasta considering the portions we received, but given we were in NYC near Times Square that’s to be expected… it was about $30 per person.

We booked for dinner on a recommendation from a colleague who lives locally. The service was honestly some of the best we have ever received. Not a single member of staff was stood idly waiting for something to do at any point, with everyone being utterly attentive at all times. Delicious fresh salad and dressing and a massive chicken parm (perhaps too big) which could have fed at least 4 people. We would definitely recommend! Credit to whoever trains the waiting staff as you have the service element absolutely spot on!

Huge portions – very good quality and great taste! One serving is enough for two easy! Important: this is not from the placer to sit in the basement. Upstairs the place is definitely better!

Restaurant a stone's throw from Times Square, we dined there weekdays. The welcome and the warm atmosphere of the place put us very comfortable. At times we had the chance to have tenor sing Italian songs in the room... The dishes are served very heartily with simple but very tasty products. Back in France, I will cross an ocean to eat there.

The basic products served meet the requested quality and are worthy of Italian cuisine. The wine, Cianti in particular, is respectable. On the other hand, the service is totally deplorable and is not worthy of Italian restaurants. Customers are served like "pigs in a battery farm", an impersonal relationship, without attention, mediocre. It would be appropriate to train dining room staff for a catering service that is more attentive to customer expectations and of quality. At this level of mediocrity, it is appropriate to move on....

Local near Times square. The good eating except fish and pasta which I strongly advise against. The portions are abundant so you can divide a dish in two. Very good seconds. Very good desserts

This is a hoppin' spot. We had reservations for dinner, but had to wait about 20 or 25 minutes for a table to open up, and there was no place to comfortably wait inside the restaurant. Crowded standing room only. It was too chilly to wait outside as we weren't dressed for that. However, once we were seated, the service was great and the food was excellent. It was truly amazing Italian food. Be prepared for a loud, happening, dining experience. It's not designed to be a relaxing meal, but go there. Not only is the food outstanding, the prices are great for NYC. Recommend this restaurant.
Delicious and lots of food!
Great service. Good food and so much of it. Have the waiter guide you as family style helpings vary by dish. Cesar salad was amazing. Recommend for all ages.
