We had an amazing dinner with friends. food was delicious! The restaurant look amazing- nice booths, tables, well decorated - we enjoyed it a lot. Traditional salads, grilled meats and old style desserts! Yummy! Will return back soon!

This restaurant claims to be not only the only Bulgarian restaurant in Las Vegas but the only Bulgarian restaurant on the entire west coast yet less than 2 miles away is another dining establishment with a similar origin. The ingredients in our arugula salad (lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, both sunflower and chia seeds plus feta topped with an oil and balsamic dressing) proved to be impeccably fresh and delicious. For an entree, my wife requested chicken kabobs (2 skewers) that proved to be a good portion and very tender. I regrettably ordered the mixed grill that included sausage, meatball, shish kabob and a large pork chop. A true overabundance of protein that had spent far too much time on the grill. Had my cardiologist been dining with us, he might have suggested stopping there, but no, we ordered a biscuit cake that was delightful.

One of a few non-smoking restaurants in Las Vegas, found on Goggle search. Food was excellent and the service was great. If in Vegas would go back.

We went there for lunch on the recommendation of a friend. It was delightful, great, unique Bulgarian food. Nice quite place with pleasant background music. The waitress was knowledgeable and very accommodating. The food different but very good. The baklava was exceptional. They have patio service too.

Great Bulgarian wine. Excellent salmon with great spinach salad (in lieu of fantastic potatoes, but needed to save room for desert). The highlight of dinner is always the yummy, delicious biscuit torte. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and our server Gaby was just outstanding. A wonderful, frequent great dining experience. A most place to dine.

Great staff, yummy food, clean and homey ambiance. Have separate room for smoking and non smoking. thanks

This was my second visit to BG Bistro and not sure why I don’t visit more often. We were seated quickly with friendly service. Full bar available with a nice selection of wine, beer and spirits. I ordered a margarita and was surprised to find it was not watered down. For dinner, I ordered the pork kavarma which is pork, red peppers, mushrooms and onions...DELICIOUS! It comes alone but would go great with a side of rice. They also serve fresh Bulgarian bread when your seated. Live music on Friday nights. Definitely give it a try

Very nice restaurant, traditional Bulgarian cuisine. Everything tastes so good. Very friendly staff, always happy to help. Love the Tarator. Don’t miss the French cake with yogurt. Definitely will visit again.

I used to go this this place at least once a week. I love the food . Couldn't be more tastier and fresh ! i m Eastern European so if u miss the taste from home, give it a try !

I have Been here with a few friends for the first time. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FOOD. Hard to find places like this these days. Its a must try.

Outstanding service, and great options on the menu. We couldn't believe how marvelous the food was.when we come back to Vegas we will definitely eat there again.....

Not knowing anything about Bulgarian food, we weren't sure what to expect. Hubs ordered chicken kabobs which had a wonderful grilled taste. I had chicken Kavarma, a casserole with tomatoes, onions and spices. Quite yummy! Prices are *extremely * reasonable and portions generous. Our waitress offered to box up our leftovers. Too good to leave behind!

By chance we came across this restaurant in Las Vegas and were positively surprised. Right at the entrance we were met by the waitress and were assigned a comfortable table. On the recommendation of the nice waitress we ordered a risotto with seafood and pasta with Skampi and Trueffel. Everything was deliciously prepared and cooked "a dente". The service was friendly and the ambience good. We will definitely come back!!!

I was looking for something different from the usual chain restaurants, and tried this amazing place. The food was delicious, but even better was the service. Our waitress explained menu items we were not familiar with, recommended an interesting salt blend to sprinkle on the home-made bread, and, when asked, told us her favorites. Superb dinner, delightful evening.

I had a wonderful dining experience this evening at BG Bistro. Everything was done extremely well here from the menu showing pictures of all the selections to food that was skillfully prepared with fine, fresh quality ingredients. I chose the Mixed Grill that included meatball, sausage, pork chop and a chicken kebab along with side orders of potatoes and a Shopska Garnish. All were very good and washed down with a good Bulgarian beer.

My sister who studied in Bulgaria a few years ago and was visit town has always wanted to go to this Bulgarian restaurant she had heard of in Las Vegas. So we finally went and it was actually quite good. I’m not sure what I was expecting, something a bit more foreign I guess. First off we started with the “Shopska” Salad which is basically tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers topped with a Bulgarian cheese. This was so fresh, so light, and so good we ordered a second one. I ordered the “Kebapche” which I’m told is like the official dish of Bulgaria and is kind of like a nicely seasoned beef burger only in the shape of a large breakfast sausage. I also ordered the “Kiufte” which is a Bulgarian Meatball and somewhat similar in flavor to the “Kebapche”. Next time I would like to try the “Karnache” which is a spiral (maybe pork?) grilled/smoked sausage. My sister ordered this dish that comes in a small clay pot. Had eggs and broth and I’m not sure what else. I can’t seem to find it on the take-out menu I took which is how I’m able to name the dishes. The service was a little on the slow side but extremely friendly. The decor is nothing fancy but had some nice pictures of Bulgaria and interesting looking ceiling fans… until I went to the restroom and was hit but a large Godfather Movie Poster??? Overall, it was a really fun experience and I will recommend this to other in the future.

I found this place on reviews from cigar lounges. Staff was great. Atmosphere is quite. Staff was attentive and friendly. I sat in the private area, met Marcus, the owner or representative of Icigars. He was attending to business, but sat and had a cigar with me, I had a great visit on his business and future businesses, and some of partners. Great evening. Thanks Marcus and Staff. Kirk

Friends took me to this Bulgarian restaurant – how often have you eaten in one, I can only remember one other occasion, long long time ago in the lower part of Broadway, South of Houston St. And my memories of that excursion are not bright, so I am reluctant but I am told I have to taste their stuff. Foodie that I am, I'm game and off we go – to the end of the Vegas world, South, South on W Tropicana. First impression is not favorable – too much smoke inside and a Hodge-podge of decoration: Dolce & Gabana, framed deer heads, mirrors and brick walls happily mingle in the large barn-like space. But then, we sit and a bit later we eat, and the food is delicious: there are choices for everybody, salads, soups, unfamiliar but quite yummy meat creations, vegetarian plates and, of course, booze, full bar, no less. Service is cheerful and prompt. Smoking is allowed in the Bistro section as opposed to the formal Dining area (next door). All very reasonably priced and all in all worth the trip. Nazodorovia!

Food here is really good, it's seasoned well, huge portions and great customer Service. They have the smoking and non smoking section and outside seating as well. The biscuit cake is so yummy. I will definitely be back here next time I'm in Vegas. Prices are reasonable and food is Good. Plenty of free parking. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have been visiting this restaurant about once a week, for for more than 15 months, after moving to Vegas. A great value, led by a hard working couple, Ruman and Vladimira Stefanov. The restaurant provides excellent service and a variety of meal options. Tanya is responsible for wonderful deserts. The mostly Bulgarian or Eastern European staff are very friendly and competent. A very warm, friendly environment.

We've never had Bulgarian food but we like ethnic. We had the eggplant appetizer, chicken stir fry, and a special with lamb, rice, and spinach. Really good. And the traditional biscuit cake dessert was amazing! Reasonable prices.

We were a little apprehensive about going here, but was pleasantly surprised. Food was great, especially the lamb chops and tirimasu. There were salad options for the vegans in the group. Service was excellent, took very good care of our large birthday party (including singing and roman candle on the cake). Very nice ambiance. Location is a little off the beaten track, but no problem using Google maps. Very well priced.

We are a family of Bulgarians having lived in Canada for the last 14 years. We drove from Canada down to Las Vegas stopping at multiple places. We knew that there was a Bulgarian restaurant and went to check it out. We ate 2 times for 2 days there and all we can say is “amazing”. Every dish we ate was authentic Bulgarian and tasted so great! Lots of options including salads, soups, meats, including daily specials. Very reasonably priced. Service was great, very friendly and attentive. We highly recommmend this little gem to anyone who wants to try Bulgarian cuisine.

This restaurant is a real find - great food at reasonable prices with an extensive menu. We ate here last night for the first time and at the moment it has become one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. Don't be put off by the fact they advertise themselves as a Bulgarian restaurant. Their menu of more American choices is large and they also have a good selection of regional foods. My wife who is a less adventuresome eater had an excellent chicken dish. There were also a number of excellent sounding beef and fish choices. Two of us went adventuresome with chicken livers which I can't get at very many restaurants and which my wife will not cook at home. The last person ordered tongue - again an item which isn't found on most menus. We ordered 3 appetizers, a very large salad and ended up the meal w a shared piece of baklava. It was an excellent meal. I should also add that the wait person was excellent. Give the place a try. We will certainly be back.

I am in love with this place. Excellent service and the food was bomb.com. The place doesn't look like it's a big deal from outside. But when you step inside it's pretty big and elegant. It feels like you are not in the States anymore. It definitely has an eastern European feel to it. A friend took me there for the first time to have a traditional Romanian plate, mici cu muştar and i was really impressed with everything. After that experience, i told my best friend about it because i knew she was going to graduate from cosmetology school and she wanted to go out an eat. We were a pretty big group. It was about 15 of us. We all was so impressed with the way we were treated and served and the food was so amazing at very good prices. I have nothing but praises for this place. And i definitely reccomend it to everyone. P.s. they have THE BEST LAMB CHOPS EVEEEERRRRR!!!!

This is a Bulgarian restaurant. We stumbled upon it because it was very close to where we were staying. We seemed to be the only non-Bulgarians in the place and we were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent and VERY reasonable. We ordered a special pork stuffed with mushroom, cheese picked and other things. It was great. The waiter came to us and said that the kitchen had overcooked our order and would need to prepare a new one so he brought out some really nice cured meats on the house. Somehow one of out two dinners we ordered did not get prepared but the special was plenty for both of us to split. More gifts came from the house to compensate for that mix-up. I am glad we split the dinner because it left room for the delicious biscuit cake. The experience even with the mix ups was so much better than our lunch on the strip earlier in the data about one third the cost. When we left, all of the tables outside were filled with customers who just seemed to be hanging out.

The combinations are practically endless...the chef and staff have made a photographic travelogue of the Bulgarian wines, foods, spices, and generally amazing surprise in this otherwise unassuming restaurant. One of the most interesting aspects of this place is the willingness to allow diners to pick and customize their combinations. The photos are realistic replications of what you can expect. The kabobs (kebobs, kebabs???) are exceptionally delicious with some mysterious Bulgarian spices. Even the butter for your bread is spiced (if you are adventurous). The wines selections include Bulgarian favorites, and some attractively priced US specials.

For those who are skeptical of the Bulgarian cuisine DON’T be! Bulgarian food is very similar to Greek food! All Mediterranean dishes, filled with plenty vitamins, all at a low cost and SO MUCH flavor! Truthfully, I stopped by here with not much of an idea what to expect! The interior was nicely decorated, soft music playing, and several families enjoying their meals. The server was very informative regarding any questions I had. The menu also has photos which helps! We thoroughly enjoyed the stuffed peppers with feta, the chicken soup, vitamin salad, and octopus! I highly encourage any and every person to step out of their comfort zone and try something new! I will be coming back here in the near future!

I went to a Top Bar restaurant with my family, and all five of us were very satisfied! The waitress was great, and the food was delicious! We will definitely come back again!

As a person from that part of the world, that has travelled a lot, I was very impressed with the authenticity and quality of the food. Service was excellent too. Always there when you need them, but not overwhelming. If you like great Eastern European, Greek, Turkish, Middle Eastern flavors, this is a place you should definitely visit at least once, and you will be back!

We are coming to this restaurant frequently, with friends . We always have a great time service is excellent , friendly. Food is always fresh , anything I tried is very good. I recommend to everybody ! Great place for family , or friends .

Great food and great service. Authentic cuisine and atmosphere. Great flavors and value. You NEED TO CHECK IT OUT. And you will be back

Everything was amazing! Ioana was an attentive and very helpful server! She recommended all her favorites (which we chose every recommendation) and it blew my entire party away! We WILL be back! Thanks again for such an amazing experience!

I have visited this restaurant twice now and wonder why I haven't gone more. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. If you haven't tried Bulgarian food, you don't know what you're missing. Friendly staff, full bar, this place hits all the marks. Check it out!

Amazing and tasty food - lamb chops were moist and delicious- great service! Loved the Friday promotion with a free bottle of wine. 😍

I recently visited Top Bar & Restaurant in Las Vegas, and wow, what an experience! This place is a true hidden gem for Mediterranean and European food. We started with the charcuterie board, and it was amazing – the perfect mix of meats, cheeses, and little extras like olives and spreads. You can tell they really care about the quality of everything they serve. But the highlight for me was the ribeye and lamb chops. The ribeye was cooked perfectly, juicy, and full of flavor, while the lamb chops were so tender and seasoned just right. It honestly reminded me of a meal I had while traveling in Europe – it’s that authentic. If you're looking for a spot with great vibes and even better food, I can’t recommend Top Bar & Restaurant enough. It’s easily one of my new favorite places, and I’ll definitely be back!

We are twice here while visiting LasVegas. Between the four of us we had almost evening on the menu. The food was so delicious, we could not get enough of it. The setting is beautiful, the staff was super friendly. Thank you BG bistro for the great experience! I wish you were in Chicago!

We were visiting from germany/Croatia and wanted to feel home for a few hours. We were more than happy with our visit and would give more than 5 stars if possible. Incredible and authentic Croatian food. We would recommend 👍 Lidija Schuebel iz Virovitice

Came in after lunch rush hour around 2 pm. Not too busy so it was perfect to find a nice private booth to the back. Prices are very reasonable. Lots of choices for a vegan! Food arrived pretty fast after we ordered. By the time we left I realized this place was almost full! Nice set up and everything is clean. Will be back, thank you!

I just left BG Bistro and the experience was horrible. I arrived at 4:05 and was seated in the corner. A waiter asked us what we wanted to drink and we ordered two sodas. A little while after a waitress put the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper shaker on the table. Then they forgot about us! We were watching as other tables got served and totally ignored us. We waited till 4:40 and left. Needless to say I was very upset. I felt so bad and upset. They won’t be seeing me again!

Friends took us here for my hubby's birthday. So very good! Really enjoyed it , food so good. The service was excellent. Can't say enough good things about it. I know we will be back. I had the lamb chops & they were able to leave pepper off (as I have reactions to it) with some potatoes. Hubby had Mixed Grill which he enjoyed. They brought him biscuit cake for his birthday with a big candle like waterfall sparkler.

i am always ready for new food and this place amazed me with the tastiness of their food. I would give them 5 star for the food but service was not the best. wasnt even busy. Amazing way of salad choice and great musaka (if i spell that right ). will be back again hope wait stuff to be more attentive and speak more English :)

Came In not having any expectations for the food. Had been here before but never ate. Decided to try the food and it was really good. We had the Snow White salad which very close to zaziqui sauce pickles doll and yougurt, Shopska salad and the mixed grill. The service was interesting but the food was far much better then the attention. Don't expect the 5 star dinning but the food is worth trying just the coldness of the Eastern European restaurants. Other then that I would recommend the food.

I am a fan of this place because it is extremely unique and even though I've been in the F&B business for the majority of my life, I've never had Bulgarian food before. The place is quaint, a tiny little spot in a strip mall, but it has tons of culture. The staff was extremely friendly and guided us through the menu.

Nice and cozy atmosphere, smoking and non-smoking area, service is at it's best. Only 5 minutes away form The Strip.

We tried this restaurant because it was close to where we were staying and because it had good reviews. Everyone there were very friendly and helpful. Our waitress, Nasca, was great! The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I’ve already recommended it to my friends. We’ll be back.

These guys go above and beyond for their customers. 10+ customer service. The food is to die for. You have to go in and try it!

Great and diverse menu. Excellent and friendly service. Food was great. Meats were a favorite. Highly recommended

This restaurant is good for everyone. Good food - I like european foods, good location, waiters in the restaurant are supposed to be good.

First time in Vegas and first time in BG Bistro! Amazing food, excellent atmosphere super nice and positive people. Everything was above and beyond expectations. Thank you guys for the wonderful time and service!

We came to this restaurant after a recommendation by a waitress of another restaurant which was closed when we arrived and we are so glad we did. This little gem was the best food we ate in Vegas, so much so that we returned on our last night. Everything we ordered was excellent, lamb chops, sausage, salmon, potatoes and stuffed peppers were out of this world. Portions were big. Staff very helpful with their suggestions and recommendations. Prices fabulous. We sat outside and enjoyed the warm evenings, without feeling rushed to eat. What a fabulous place.
A special experience with an excellent cuisine
We highly recommend this interesting, natural european cuisine place. We had tarator (yogurt and cucumber cold soup), red peppers in tomato sauce (mmmmm!) and baklava as a dessert - oh, you are going to love this turkish sweet dessert!
