Loved it

By Daneisha S |

My first time coming here was Nov 2018 and it was AMAZING. The bartender was amazing, food was amazing and on time, and I loved the ambiance. Kind of like a sexy vibe in my opinion. Had I wrote this review before the 2nd visit in March 2019 they would have gotten 5 stars. Our server and food were amazing this time as well, but after we were sat we were never greeted. We sat there almost 20 minutes before I stopped a server to ask him where our server was. He went to talk to someone about it (maybe manager, not sure) but before he left he took our drink orders and ended up being our server for the night. His hospitality bumped it back up to 4 stars, he definitely changed the tone for our time there.

Delicious

Smoked brisket to die for. Perfectly cooked, fantastic flavours. Served with a delicious pilsner. Lovely Smokey aroma in the restaurant

Not sure it lives up to the hype

By seedospend |

We visited with friends who'd been two TWO urban licks before. It was our first visit. Service at the bar, while we waited for our friends to arrive, was top notch. Bartender was friendly and funny. Note: hostess requires that your WHOLE party present themselves at the hostess station (in the narrowest part of the restaurant) before they'll seat you. Most places just ask "is your whole party here?" Not sure why they're so militant about this. Once we were seated, food service was very slow, even though the restaurant wasn't nearly full. Food quality and quantity was good. Salmon chips were very good and perfect portion for four people to share. Most of our party liked their entrees, but my brisket hash was not good. Brisket was so tough and dry. I mentioned it to the server...he didn't seem to care. Based on other reviews and advice of friends, we may give them another try but this visit didn't make us big fans.

Dinner with Business Partner

By AKKAUB |

I had a great expectation visiting this resturant, unfortunately it did not get to the level of my liking. The food was good but nothing special, long wine list and no help from the host of suggested selection. Over all it is an average resturant nothing special.

Average Restaurant

By Mike F |

Service was fairly decent food average at best. I wouldn't go back and also probably wouldn't recommend anyone going here

Date night spot.

By Shadowtrixx |

Oh em gee!!! Dinner was amazing! Seriously the atmosphere is so uniquely sexy and the food was substantial and delicious! For starters you MUST try the salmon chips. Best. Ever. For dinner I ordered the brisket with Swiss chard and cauliflower. Soooo much food I had a whole other meal from the leftovers. I recommend making reservations as it’s a hot spot and valet is complimentary. They also have live music 👍🏼.

Amazing Brunch

By Sue T |

We had a great brunch here Sunday while walking the Beltway. The hash was a winner with all of us along with the salmon chips!! Others tried the for sure winner of Chicken & pork gravy on homemade biscuits. It was too tasty! And of course my granddaughter loved the huge glazed donuts with berries on top. Could go every week, but I live out of state. Can't wait to come back again!

Unique place-great good and service !

By Ed626 |

This by far has got to be one of most unique places I have ate at- as we are pulling up to get dropped off we pull into a warehouse complex- the drive proceeds to up a loading ramp and make a sharp right turn and stops- pretty cool- got dropped of on the loading dock! We open the door the place has music going- a bit dark they greet us and are taken to our table, the place is a renovated old Warehouse- let get to the food, we orders the oysters and calamari and mussels- all large portions and great tasting- especially the mussels! Bottom line the place is great- food is very good quality and great tasting! Only con is the bathrooms- seems like not enough for such a big place but minor detail just don't wait until the last minute to go because there are lines to use them. Other then that I would for sure hi back-oh and the service is superb!

Amazing experience

Great Spot

Great food. Priced moderately. Staff was very friendly. We sat at bar. Live music was great. Good date night.

Get the salmon chips!

By Kiana L |

This is one of my favorite places in Atlanta. The salmon chips are the best thing on the menu! You are guaranteed to have a great meal and great service. Portions are big though so make sure you’re hungry! It’s also located on the beltline walking distance from Ponce City Market. Perfect for a date night.

Fantastic!

By Gamecock97 |

I took my bestie here for her 50th birthday! I wanted to take her some her somewhere fun that she’d never been to. We got there at 5pm on Thursday and asked for the Chef’s Table so we could watch everything being prepared and see what all the different dishes looked like. The chef made a special effort to speak with us about his experience with the menu and what went into making each dish. We loved the salmon chips (insider tip: you can order them on romaine lettuce if you want them gluten free or low-carb), beef brisket, corn, Mac & cheese and the lime crème brûlée! The wait staff was really friendly and accommodating too! We will definitely be back!

Unique Atmosphere and Menu

By Lauren J |

This little gem is tucked away on the Belt Line. If I had come alone, I would tell you it was relatively hard to find; however, we came with a group of people that had been there before. The menu is split up into appetizer, small plates, main course, and dessert. It is a nontraditional menu and very unique. I read many reviews before coming here and the majority say that the salmon chips, brisket, and empanadas are amazing. I had the empanadas and the brisket in them was simply incredibly; however they were a bit spicy without warning. You would've thought that restaurant was the only one for blocks....it was PACKED. Still, our wait staff was very attentive and friendly. They have incredible bread to munch on while waiting. The ambiance in there is like no other; however, I would have preferred it to be a bit more lit up. The meal can definitely add up quickly especially if you are getting drinks. Portion size of the main plates are massive. I preferred to get an appetizer and a side and I was plenty full.

The Good And No So Good

By John F |

I had been wanting to dine at TUL for some time. I had heard many good things about the food so I had already picked out my food after studying the menu online. The ambiance was quite enjoyable. Some kind of converted warehouse type space. Very large and festive. We had a reservation so we were seated right away. Our server was pleasant and attentive. We started with the salmon chips and fried calamari. No sooner had we put our menu down than the salmon chips on our table. The portion was quite large and I would have given half of it back in exchange for some salt. The capers added a bit of brininess but it just wasn't enough. The salmon was also room temperature. Not cold and not warm. I found it offputting. The calamari had a nice flavor and was drizzled with a delicious sauce. Sadly, it was very overcooked and chewy. I had to send it back for a do-over with mixed results. My entree was the scallops which were very gritty. Nothing like having your mouth set for the creamy consistency of scallop and getting that sandy crunch. I don't know if there's a way to fix that but I've never experienced it to that degree. They were seared nicely, however. I'm not a big complainer in restaurants but for the price, I'd hoped for a better outcome. To sum it up, it has a great atmosphere, good service and large portions. The food, however, was not very enjoyable on the whole. Sorry.

Nice Vibe, Average Service

By JUANETTA R |

I have heard many mixed reviews about this restaurant and was excited to check it out for myself. I enjoyed the setting of the restaurant and the rustic décor but my excitement waned after soon thereafter. The host sat us immediately upon arrival and once seated, we were greeted by our bus person name Ty, who brought us water immediately, he was very nice and smiled and welcomed us. We waited about another 10 minutes for our server, who finally acknowledged us, only to state she would be back. After waiting another 10 minutes she returned and seemed less than excited to wait on us. We placed our order, which included drinks and I noticed something floating in my glass, I asked her to return it for another and she took it, with no comment and left. The server returned five minutes later with my new drink, without comment, sat it down and left. We waited about another 15 minutes for our food and in the interim there were two patrons who were seated next to us and stated "your server doesn't seem to care about you guys at all, too bad you don't have our server, he is awesome!" The food arrived and we started to eat, I requested some condiments from another server in the area and about 15 minutes into our meal, our server returned and asked if the food was good, we replied yes and she left. We finished our meal and as another member of the wait staff cleared the table, I asked for coffee, he immediately got the coffee and about another 10 minutes later our server returned with the check, she never asked if we needed anything else, just simply sat down the check and walked away. I heard another table remark that she is rude and simply does not care, to which one of the other servers agreed, he said "yes, she is horrible and management is aware but doesn't do anything about it." This was certainly disappointing because the food alone is not enough to sustain a great business. The food was good, the pairings are certainly interesting but nothing so stellar that you would overlook the service to experience. The banana fosters donut was delicious and decadent. We had the fish and grits, which were ok, somewhat bland and the succotash added on top was not the best garnish; the grits were definitely gritty and not the creamy texture I had envisioned. The mimosa's were small and nothing to write home about and the breakfast potatoes were satisfying. The neighboring table had the chicken and biscuit, which look really tasty and they both remarked that their food was really good. Valet parking is mandated when dining here, which is very unique because it seems that it should be optional for someone to decide if they want to entrust their vehicle to someone else. Valet drivers are not always experienced drivers, so the patrons should have the choice to opt out of this service, which in the event of an accident, could prove much more costly than a "discretionary gratuity." Outside of the valet policy, the valet attendants were very polite.

Fantastic!

By suzywh |

This place is amazing. From the atmosphere to the food everything was great. It is a bit noisy inside due to the large number of people they can accommodate but we sat outside and it was very peaceful. Overlooking the BeltLine, there were people walking, riding and biking by as we ate. The salmon chips are so yummy. Many items have a wonderful smoky flavor from the large grill in the center of the restaurant. Their macaroni and cheese was the best I have ever had! Fantastic aged cheddar flavor! Just great!

Brunch

By Courtney W |

The chef Cesar was amazing! We ate brunch and had dessert right after. No complaints as the food and desserts were delicious and we will be back!

10/10 must go

By Irina B |

One word... Phenomenal! Everything we had (except for the German chocolate cake, which was mediocre at best) was exceptional. The pork belly app and beef empanadas were delicious. The spicy ceaser was yummy even if a bit under dressed (also could use some pepper). The rotisserie chicken... OMG... Devine... And while the Mac & cheese with them were very good we both thought cheesy au gratin potatoes would have hit the spot. The lemon crust cheesecake with boozy cherries was the absolute perfect bite! Service was fantastic and live music was nice (though wish it was a bit louder) hubby wants to go back tomorrow to try other things!

Disappointing

By Brandy L |

The food and service was great. However the valet employee stole merchandise from my car. When I asked her about ny glasses she ignored me as though she didn’t hear me.

Double Charging Customers and not reversing the extra charge

By Tammie Jones |

I frequent this restaurant on many occasions which is why I invited my family and friends to join me in celebrating my 55 birthday there Saturday night. The food was awesome as always. However, I had a party of 8 at the end of the night, everyone at my table credit/debit cards were swiped and charged twice. I was cash app $130 for my birthday and used that to pay for my food. The waitress came back and informed me my card was denied on a $65meal in front of everyone. I had to move money from another account to fund my bill. When I got home I pulled up my account because I knew I had $130 and my card should not have declined. I called all of my family and friends to find out they were double charged as well. I immediately called the restaurant for what I hoped would be a speedy resolution. I spoke to Matt Bradford the general manger, who apologized and assured me the two charges would drop off the next business day. It has been three days and no one in my party has been credited the extra charge nor has any one compensated us for the error. This is bad business and totally unacceptable for an establishment such as Two Urban Licks. My niece had a stroke and is on disability but she was kind enough to join me for my birthday at Two Urban and they double charge her? Her account is still holding $70 on a $35 dollar meal. She can't afford not to have her money refunded. What was supposed to be a great celebration turned out to be a nightmare for me, my family and friends. Shame on you Two Urban Licks!! I want these double charges reversed IMMEDIATELY. I called my bank this morning and they informed me all Two Urban Licks has to do is reverse the second charge that was processed in error but they have yet to do that.

Nice place

By Markandnige |

Tucked away so the Uber couldn’t find it but glad he did. The restaurant is super trendy and very busy so a great atmosphere. We had a group booking so in a private area. The food was really nice, I had the flounder and it was delicious. Great service too

Dishonest and/or untrained waitstaff

By jerry |

Food was actually pretty good. I had a group of 8 and people enjoyed their drinks and meal. Check came with a detailed receipt and a credit card slip with a "tip" line. Yes, I should have checked the detail and yes there may have been something in the menu talking about parties over a certain size getting an automatic tip added (I cannot confirm this as I did not see it). However, in honest restaurants with honest waitstaff I have had it pointed out to me when the check is delivered that the tip has been added. I always add more for the notice and also return to the restaurant for the honesty. That will not be the cast with Two Urban Licks. I took the licken in this case.

Industrial Chic

By montbalt43 |

Industrial chic atmosphere. Trendy but not over the top. Shaved calamari app was a great way to start things off

Worth the wait and use open table

By Micheal C |

Amazing food but it will be busy! Love music was great and I recommend booking with open table app. Be sure and go to the bar and get some of the specialty house spirits! They are great before or after dinner cocktails! And get the Salmon CHIPs!!! Fu#%ing amazing!

Pretty good

By Sebastien |

The waiters are very proactive without being pushy, what we tried on the menu was great. The place is a bit loud, but overall it was a great experience. A bit on the pricy side value wise.

Outstanding Food, Service, and Ambience

By Ken A |

One of our party had eaten there the previous night and said it was so good that he convinced us to go back the next night. Interesting exterior but amazing interior. We arrived a little early for our reservation but were seated immediately. The server was amazing and the interaction with her twin sister. The menu is simple and limited which is a good sign they focus on what they are good at. We started with the salmon chips which were loaded with tasty salmon and just the right amount of spice. I usually don’t care for salmon but these were incredible. We also had the shaved calamari which were fresh, hot, and a slightly sweet sauce. We decided to order the chicken and brisket and share since the appetizers and bread were filling. Good thing we did because the brisket was a massive slap of perfectly cooked meat. The Mac and cheese was excellent. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy. The corn side dish was excellent. We decided to just have the Blackberry Brambles for dessert which were very good. An excellent experience and ready to go back again.

Two Urban Licks should go back to 2024

By ERIKA W |

Not as good as when I was there in 2024. The menu items were different and not of the same quality. Brisket was more like pot roast.

Great service and good food

By jersey5454 |

They sat us outside and of course it started to downpour during our entree! Ran to some tables in the corner outside under a roof but still getting wet so had to find a place to sit inside - threw all kinds of wait staff off! Hush puppies appetizer was fabulous. I had the duck breast for dinner and it was good and the sauce was fabulous. I had it on mashed potatoes because I just say no to grits! Coconut cake was split at the table and it was yummy - we all enjoyed it. Major down side is that their bathrooms are simply disgusting. There are three unisex bathrooms and none of them were clean and the sinks were jacked up.

Great food and service in a great atmosphere.

By M H |

Walked over from the brewery down the road and am glad we did. Food and service were excellent. Maybe a bit dark but gives the place a laid back feel. Started with the salmon chips which should not be skipped. Smoked brisket was excellent and I was good through the next day. Excellent service was icing on the cake.

Fun upscale restaurant

By Arvi G |

The outdoor seating area was very nice. Service was very attentive. The salmon taco appetizer was delicious. Good selection of wines. The pork chop was a very generous serving and was nicely spiced. I would definitely return the next time I’m in Atlanta

How Could You Go Wrong?

By ripraft |

My daughter lives in Atlanta. I had two Elton John Concert Tickets. She chose this restaurant before the concert. Needless to say, I was impressed. So much so that I was sending my husband, who owns two restaurants, menu pages and telling him he and his chef need to road trip to Two Urban Licks. I did not like salmon, but ordered the Salmon Chips. Converted! Daughter wanted the Pimento Hushpuppies. Amazing. The only thing better than dinner was THEE concert. We will be back.

Great food, big portions

By HerbertEdgewood |

'Ello chaps! Two Urban Licks is restaurant gem in Atlanta located in an old warehouse. Reservations can be tough to get sometimes as it's always hopping. Each table is given complimentary bread that is soft, chewy, and crispy. It's fantastic. We took a tour of the menu chowing down the smoked chicken and brisket. The portions - are - HUGE! Good luck licking the plate clean, but damn is it worth it. Well worth the trip.

Recommended by a co-worker

By Cojabnga |

We had a business dinner here based on the recommendation of a co-worker. The atmosphere is really cool and made me feel way hipper than I actually am! The place smells like a wood grill. The valet told us to try the salmon chips. I don’t eat fish but the group loved them so much they ordered more. The kale salad was delicious and the burger was good too! The only negative was the service otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The hostess was not very friendly or interested in us having a positive customer experience. The server was only okay but never brought one of our dishes. They wouldn’t let us order the burger to the temperature we wanted which was medium well. That was a first for me!! The valets were very friendly!

Tasty Dinner Interesting Location

By HSVDane |

There were 8 of us one night for a fantastic meal. we had delicious steaks. we sat in-between the giant grill and the open doors. Great night. The live band was very nice! the next time we are back in Atlanta, we will come back to two urban licks ENJOY!

Two Thumbs Up

By Call_dani |

A friend who lives in Atlanta highly recommends this place. I definitely was impressed entering the door. For dinner, I ordered the salmon dish and it lacked a little flavor. However, I loved the set up of the restaurant and how you could see the kitchen in the center. Definitely a nice social restaurant for drinks, apps, or dinner.

Great Place

By kidflemingo |

I was in town to see some friends and they suggested this place and I am very happy they did. From the time we walked in the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I think our server's name was David and he was probably one of the best servers I have ever had. He would bring you things before you asked. I had the brisket and it was so tender you could have cut it with a plastic spork!!!! It was super moist and melted in your mouth like warm butter. I am glad I live 3 hours away or I would weigh 1000lbs from eating there all the time. I will be going back the next time I am in town!!!!

Magnificent Dinner!

By Vixstar N |

A couple of friends took me out to this restaurant for dinner on a trip to Atlanta in January. We started off with the Salmon Chips and Lamb Meatballs, which were just loaded with flavors and texture. I had the Lamb Porterhouse for my main meal. This was again so nice with the lentils and paneer cheese working so well to compliment the lamb. I forgot what main dishes my friends had, but I know they really enjoyed their food as much as I did. No surprise why this restaurant is ranked among the top places to eat in Atlanta.

Great night out with friends

By mglas27823 |

First time here. Great atmosphere, food and service. How did we overlook this restaurant for so long... We suggest reservations, however, we got lucky and showed up on a Friday night

Amazing Experience!!

By Lindsey Spurgeon |

Great experience from start to finish. Our server Nicole was funny, knowledgeable and friendly. Our food came out fast and was delicious. The restaurant is a great atmosphere. Busy but not too loud for a group. Would recommend to anyone and visit again!

Great Atmosphere

By TigerFl0 |

This restaurant was amazing! The atmosphere was great and the food was equally as good. They are known for their salmon chips. I had never had them before and don’t really care for salmon. However, this dish was exceptional. The presentation along made it appetizing and the taste put it over the top. Every dish was well executed. There was a live band and an outdoor eating area. It was an ideal place for a nice date night. There was also valet parking which was a great plus.

Good Food, Nice Environment

By VeeW914 |

We had reservations for 4 and were seated right away. Everyone enjoyed their meals, drinks and the energetic environment on a Friday night. It was a little loud, but we weren't bothered and would return in the future.

So good. Great service.

By Minklehole |

Our servers, Eddie and Hannah were so kind. The food was awesome. Salmon chips were incredible. Great Hamburger. Great wine choice. We had a little run in with the french fries but they fixed it up. Perfect. Don’t judge this restaurant by the folks at the front that greet you. they are never very kind. Once your past that part, everything is really good.

Great lamb dish!!

By Charlotte B |

While I liked the interior design, it was very loud en very cold. Their lamb dish was great though!!

Great food, great service

By iseewholewheat |

We went here for a graduation dinner. The service was fantastic (we even asked to move tables because we were very cold under a vent,) and the food was great. Large servings with all food ordered. We ordered the salmon chip and hush puppies appetizers-- the salmon chips were fine, the hush puppies were great. Mains among the group were the brisket, steak, and bronzino-- no complaints from anyone. Also got the bourbon pecan tart for dessert that was great. The free bread was fantastic and super fresh. Would highly recommend.

Very Disappointed

By sweetsweetspot |

We were looking for a place to eat that was along the Beltline and Two Licks came up, sounded good, and off we went. It was a bad experience from the time we got there at 9pm on a Sunday night. We asked the hostess for a quiet table (my husband is hard of hearing) and she said she didn't have any quieter table available--even tho the restaurant was MAYBE half full and it was end of the evening. She then proceeded to sit us at a table in the middle of a busy thoroughfare. We decided to move to the bar of the open kitchen but both our stools wobbled so we then told her if she couldn't find a quieter table we'd go elsewhere. She finally put us at a quiet table (that was available all along) in the corner of restaurant. Then the food came...empanada which was recommended by others here had a sauce that was so strong you couldn't taste the brisket which is their signature dish. The crust was good. The romaine in the Ceasar salad was lettuce we would have thrown in trash at our home--wilted along the edges. The mac and cheese looked and tasted like it'd been sitting under a heat lamp all night. The banana bread desert was made with AWEFUL and DRY banana bread. The vanilla malted ice cream was missing the malt. Oops. The decor was forgiving.

plenty but not good

By Leif G |

My daughter had reserved this place for her aunts 70th birthday. some of us started with appetizers and they were all very pleased. Now to the main dishes, one familiy member returned her beef rib and said they were not good. 5 members ordered the brisket and they all complained. Dry, no juice. tasteless, a great disappointing. Big portions but no one could eat more than a small part. The pork sugo dish was large but missed the flavors. Then deserts, really nothing to call home for so overall a very bad 70th birthday celebration for the aunt. Don't understand how this place got a 4 rating, maybee guests only eat appetizers.

Great food in a cool atmosphere

By tlwld |

We came here about a month ago and are still talking about how great a meal we had. All 5 of us loved our dishes, our waiter was a gem and the ambience was great. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Severely Disappointing

By Jim_In_ATL |

I worked at my share of restaurants in NY, have been to top restaurants in the world, and I have fairly high standards and expect a level of expertise. We had friends in from out of town, and we’ve been to Two Urban Licks a few other times, and it has always been excellent. This time, it was terrible. Service was exceedingly slow and haphazard, our table did not have silverware, even though we did have napkins, so we asked the server for silverware, and she said she’d be right back, and 10 minutes later we took the silverware off of the empty table next to us. The oysters Rockefeller appetizer was uncooked and cold. I ordered the strip steak, and it was a low-quality cut of meat, I could get a better cut of meat at Food Depot. I ordered it medium, it was cold-rare. With gristle and fat running through the center. Lousy. I asked the server if they were short staffed in the kitchen and serving side, she said no. I thought we’d be impressing our guests with this place, but it was an embarrassment. I emailed the manager, I have not received a response. Not sure why the place has fallen so drastically. We will not return. There are much better places in town to go to. This was an absolute disappointment.

First stop in Atlanta

By Dee D |

We had just flown into Atlanta for the weekend, and we wanted more than just a good meal--we wanted an experience. Two Urban Licks did not disappoint! We wound our way through the industrial park, valeted our car, walked through a giant door, and were greeted by friendly hosts, the smell of barbecue and the sounds of southern blues music. We sat indoors, which was just a bit louder and darker for our preference. We probably would have enjoyed the outdoor patio, which was a bit farther from the music. The food was delicious and portions were generous. Definitively hope to visit again when we are in the area! A fabulous night out for food & drinks with friends!

Wife's birthday dinner

By drjlgar |

It is a hard to find place and has valet service only for parking From the outside it is just an old warehouse When you enter is a well designed restaurant with its bar and a place for a music group Food is good and at a very good price. Worth going back

New Year's Eve dinner

By ramblinggirl67 |

Our meal wasn't worth the price. We had a good time with friends but I know I won't return any time soon. The first problem was the shedding cloth napkins. All of the napkins were falling apart, and when I asked for a replacement, it was clear the waitress knew that all of their napkins are like this. (Not the waitress's fault, but management/owner's fault.) It was very tacky and cheap, and ruined my fancy black dress with large white fuzz. Not what'd you expect from a classy restaurant. The bread was delicious and the mac and cheese is some of the best I've ever had. However, we heard complaints around our table about lobster and an appetizer too spicy to eat. My grilled NY strip steak was less than average- it was giant but not very good- I only ate a fourth of it. Also, we were seated at a table near the bar, and a passing waiter spilled wine all down the back of one of our group. They were very apologetic but it's worth mentioning. Our waitress did a good job, and I was pleased that they had a good hard cider option. We've been here in the past but I imagine it'll be a long time before we return.

Great food and service.

By Kimo K |

This is a very cool restaurant. Great food and service. Love the vibe here. I went two nights in a row because the food and service were very good. It's a winner.

Was shocking in smoke, restrooms are nasty

By As100419 |

The ambiance and decoration are nice... Food is average. The room was filled with smoke from the wood oven they use, hot as hell from the wood oven and the giant oven they use to grill their chicken. We left smelling like we were grilling in our backyard. It felt like summer in Atlanta inside the restaurant. Restrooms were nasty, can't believe a place that serves food keep ther rest room's in such a nasty condition, peep, dirty water toilet paper all over the floor, so stinky and dirty. Our server was very nice.

Unique cocktails and yummy appetizers before show

By TrvlNDuo |

A fun unique place! We came here while visiting Atlanta for a show at the theater. Tried several appetizers, all of which were fabulous. The hush puppies were a hit! Cocktails were really creative. Would definitely return!

CLASSY, FABULOUS, FANTASTIC FOOD !!!!!

By BrooklynTravelAholic |

There were about 9 of us who visited this Diamond of a Restaurant which hosted the BEST smell and tastefully entertaining food!!!!!! Some ordered beef, chicken, fish, about 5 appetizers, no one at the table was disappointed!!!!!!! Everyone’s tastebuds were smiling with pure delight. The host was Fantastically knowledgeable about the food, drinks, and local evening entertainment. Also, there was a live band playing in the background!!!!!! If you go to the ATLANTA area and would like to have a Wonderful Meal in a Wonderful Atmosphere this is the place!!!!!! ENJOY

True customer service

By Nathan F |

I previously had written a negative review about this restaurant due to my experience. After a manager seeing my post they took care of my problem. Truly great customer service. I was never going to set foot in this place again but now I just might!

Anniversary

By nazarenevow |

Been some years since last visit. Not as I remembered, food quality and taste dropped off. Can't blame the --19 for the lack of. Still rate good descent at best. Order to table temp, warm. Order wait time for a party of two, 20mins. Good service at least that hasn't changed. Not sure if I would go back anytime in the near future. This was one of my favorite spots in ATL.

Delicious Dinner Spot in the ATL

By MRWoodall |

Have visited twice in the last couple months with friends for dinner. YUM! The atmosphere is very cool, and the food is delicious! Try the Brisket - it's a lot of food, but so tasty. The burrata appetizer is also really good. Valet is complimentary so parking is convenient. Situated directly on the belt line, the patio is very nice for dining outside. Service, food, drinks, atmosphere all 5 stars! Check it out for a date night or with people visiting from out of town. FYI - There is live music Friday nights and it was kind of loud at the tables nearest the bar. Still well worth it!

Really really good food

We did not have a reservation so ended up sitting at the bar/chief’s table and it was a blast! Being able to watch the chiefs cook the meats and plate the food was fun to experience. Our meals were good and the portions were large for the price. The place is a little loud but a fun spot to dine. We had not been in over 10 years and the restaurant is consistent and thriving.

Trendy expensive restaurant

By maureenmU8073SB |

First off, the parking isn’t easy. Valet or street. I choose valet. After many twists and turns, I finally found it. Very fun and cool atmosphere and much larger than I expected. We were initially seated at a table for six bordering the inside/outside. Not a great spot so we asked to be moved to a big booth. Hostess not pleased but she did move us. To the booth right next to the zillion degree oven. Luckily it was a cool night and didn’t really bother us. Our wait staff was great; although we never did receive bread. Food was very good although my scallops dish was a bit small. I am still not quite sure what to make of the “free” dessert we received. Be aware of that.

An amazing twist on shrimp and grits

By Carol M |

While at a conference in Atlanta, we stopped in here for dinner and were completely delighted. The smoked salmon chips are a MUST as a starter. I had the bronzed scallops with Gouda grits surrounded by a smoked tomato broth. Oh my. It was insanely delicious. I was looking for shrimp and grits and this twist on that classic was amazing. Don’t leave without trying the sweet potato cheesecake for dessert. Again, a very nice lighter version of a classic but even better.

Nice location on Beltline but food and service are lackluster

By GigiATL |

Disappointing visit to what was once a favorite restaurant. Location on the Beltline is currently the best thing going for Two Urban Licks. The chicken was tasteless, the empanadas too spicy (one in our party loves super spicy food and couldn't eat them), the drinks weren't mixed well and even the wonderful salmon chips weren't as tasty as in the past. Very disappointing to see lack of quality control. Service was spotty as well. Too bad.

Beltline bar hopping

By Gladys G |

Friends and I walked the beltline on Saturday. Our 2nd stop was this restaurant. Wait staff was extremely attentive, it was pretty crowded for a Saturday early afternoon The Salmon Chips were delish, and I had the strawberry fields cocktail. Will definitely go back.

Trying to be a big fish

By loveymesco |

We had dinner here with two other couples. We made a reservation and arrived on time. The hostess would not seat us until the entire party arrived which is standard for most restaurants, however when we all were there she insisted on visually checking , because people are liars I guess! The food was fine but the server apparently has better things to do. We had a very long wait for things like drinks, again It was a Saturday night but seemed excessive. The space was interesting but tables were crammed so closely together the man at the next table kept banging into me when he picked up his fork. Self parking is not an option, valet only and this was a complete nightmare! Not sure I would waste the time returning.

Completely disappointed

By Sulmx |

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants in ATL. Not anymore. We had to wait more than 20 minutes for our table… an when we got it.. it was not in the main restaurant… it was j a kind of added garage with plenty of empty tables. We ordered a bottle of wine, the waiter only poured once… all the other times we had to do it. Appetizers were fast… but cold. Main dinner was extra salty. … this is a place where a margarita can cost you 23 dlls… at least they should have a good service and good ambiance.

Fabulous Introduction to the Atlanta Culinary Scene

By Karen H |

This was my first visit to Atlanta and a coworker introduced me to this gem. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, even with the high ceilings. The scent of smoked meat was lovely. I had the Salmon Chips which were a good portion and a flavor extravaganza. The brisket had a mouthwatering crust and the street corn was a nice twist on corn. The sorbet was excellent as well, the cantaloupe flavor was like biting into a sweet and juicy piece of the actual fruit, the blood orange was good, with a bit of a tart bite.

GREAT FOOD and Service!

By TonyLovesToDineOut |

The ambiance is awesome! The food and service were OUTSTANDING! LOVED the scallops. The Salmon chips were fantastic. EVERYING was very good. We had 20 people and the staff were outstanding. Highly recommend.

Tasty (high priced) Dinner On The Beltway

By FinFanAtl |

It really is everything you'd expect from a trendy place on the Beltway: Quality food that costs you a lot of cash in a noisy 'warehouse' environment. The Good: You can't go wrong with dinner. Everything on the menu is very good. In fact, you could order the Salmon Chips (a huge scoop of salmon salad on an oversized tortilla chip - $15) and call it a meal. The 1/2 Chicken, at $24, comes with a small dish of extra creamy white cheddar mac & cheese that will be some of the best you've ever had. Among the other table favorites were the Salmon Salad (Huge) and Scallops with cheesy grits. You really can't go wrong. The Bad: Valet parking only - you can wait up to 1/2 hour just to drop your car, and another 15 to get it back. Their 'entire party must be present' policy is a joke! We were not seated for 30 minutes because ONE member of our party of 6 was late (so we waited outside rather than order a drink - too bad for them!). The modern restaurant with high, open ceilings makes it extremely loud and hard to carry on a conversation - and that's before the jazz band starts!. Bar drinks are priced higher than most places around ($8 beer??). Total tab for two: 1 wine, 2 beer, Salmon Chips, Chicken, Scallops, tax & tip: $120. All things considered, and with the hundreds of places to dine in the area, it will be a long wait until I revisit.

Great Place for a Sunday Brunch!

By Karen M |

Really enjoyed the atmosphere here which included a live blues/jazz band for Sunday's brunch. The Frittata with simple greens was delightful - and the pitcher of classic mimosas went down easy! Whitney, our server, was efficient and friendly. I would defintely recommend this place, and I will be back!

Never again for brunch

By Paul S |

We had terrible service. Had to wait for ever to be waited on. They were NOT that busy. Maybe half full. Finally order appetizers. Appetizers took forever and then when they arrived we had no silverware. Took forever for silverware to come. When food finally came out the quality was poor. And, then they kept bringing us the same food several more times. Kitchen was really mismanaged.

Wonderful Time

By Deanna M |

We had a great time. Drinks and food were on point. Great service the entire visit. Definitely try smoked salmon and the burger.

Second time to visit, will probably be the last

By MiltonMan007 |

To start off with, the parking here is very frustrating. Despite signs offering self park, you eventually give it to the valet since there are tow signs and booted cars all around. The atmosphere is urban chic, loud and dark. There is an extensive wine list BUT very limited cocktails and beers. Its smokey inside due to the exposed kitchen. and despite the visual attractiveness of the chicken rotisserie, the chicken itself is dry and tasteless. The spicy caesar salad is unusual. On the plus side, their scallops are very good and so is their creme brulee. Much better dining alternatives in Atlanta...

Food coma

By Annelize_UK |

A group of us went for a dinner after our annual team meeting. Unfortunately someone decided to order a bunch of appetisers so by the time my chicken came, my British stomach was too full to make much of a dent. (A roundabout way of saying everything was really tasty). The service was very good and the upstairs area we had was cool - I liked the ‘view’ of the restaurant.

Fun Industrial Vibe

By Marlene02673 |

Good food and service - industrial chic warehouse. We went with a large group and it was a good fit for sharing. Only complaint was the smoke from the grill became a bit overwhelming at times.

two urban licks

By Berlande S |

it was very yummy and quiet when i was there.. I was able to hear my friends talking to me. the food was so good i could have eaten a lot more. I would really suggest the burgers. The onion rings that come with it are divine.

Great food, music and service

By DrAlias |

I came here for my birthday and they had a live band playing awesome music. The ambiance of the place was romantic and perfect for the occasion. We ordered oysters, salmon chips, steak and chicken. Our meal was hot and delicious. Our waiter was knowledgeable with great customer service. They offer valet parking which was great and professional. The wait time for parking and dinner was not long at all. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome place.

By Bruce M |

Right on the belt line. Parked at Ponce City Market and short walk. Beautiful place. Very nice servers. Awesome food. Was here for Brunch and I will be back for dinner.

Great dinner near Beltline

By travelandfun09 |

Great dinner at a busy location near the Beltline. Don’t expect a quiet dinner for two, this location is very popular, with live music and a few wedding parties. This location had I ndoor and outdoor seating available. We made reservations, arrived on time and waited about 10-15 minutes for a table. The brisket, calamari and salmon dishes were flavorful and arrived hot. The food and drinks are pricey but taste and portion sizes made it worth it. Staff was attentive and kept our water glasses full. I would arrive early to allow time for parking because self parking spaces are limited. Valet parking is available, however we choose to self park. The parking lot is small and cost $4.00 for about 3 hours. Keep track of your parking expiration time because when we left the restaurant there were a number of cars with boots on them. Overall, we will visit again.

Stands the test of time!

By luv4phood |

It is hard for me to believe that a restaurant has survived for 14 years in Atlanta. And, not just survived, but remained relevant. We recently celebrated a birthday dinner at Two Urban Licks and we were all wowed from the bread to the dessert. Highlights: bread and lobster. The lobster was served lazy man style (pre-cracked) and with an insanely creamy, just right amount of heat broth. The bread was a grilled, naan style bread. Super tasty!! As perfect as everything was, just one piece of advice. Avoid the banana bread dessert, but order a double of the s'mores tart!!

Great restored warehouse. Great food

By kingofteeth |

Ate here for dinner and loved it all. From the coziness in our booth near the open kitchen to everything we ordered. Service was spot on. The salmon appetizer and the baked oysters were four stars. Go here. Valet park at the door. Had a special time here

3.5 Stars ..... Loved the venue but food was so so

By jck |

Based upon reputation we made reservation for large group. The location is very cool being in an old warehouse district with the valet entrance almost hidden unless you see the sign. Very industrial chic inside and very loud .... but that was fine since our group was loud also. Drinks beforehand at bar very pricey and average to small pours IMHO. Service at dinner was OK but hard to judge since we had large party. The menu looked great and I felt like I could order just about anything but I went with the brisket ... a house specialty cooked over open wood fire. The brisket was tasty but truly was half fat, half meat .... way too much fat. Those that got steaks & fish said they were all done correctly but lacked flavor and meat did not seem top quality. The prices for food were actually reasonable as opposed to the drinks. Overall, it is a fun place to visit and unique but I would not be hurrying back for the food.

Limited menu

By chadz52 |

We had been here in a while but it has not changed much in 10 years. I wanted the brisket but it was enough for two people and about the size of a small roast. We did have the scallops and they were very good. Drinks were excellent. Reservations are a must especially on weekends. Very crowded and no physical distancing to speak of.

Best Kale Salad Ever

By Shev61 |

This is a super cool restaurant. High quality food. Great beer and wine list. Kale salad was best ever. Calamari is great as is the chicken. This is definitely comfort food - delicious and you won’t leave hungry. Service also very good.

Loved the peach bellinis and the general industrial vibe

By Pepper |

We were nicely separated from people- hard in a big, noisy, bustling restaurant. We loved the Bellini to start with and the grilled artichoke was excellent. Our waiter was busy but very knowledgeable. We had the salmon, tacos which were excellent and the lettuce wrap was very good as well. We had a fun time and good food- but you gotta like noise and being around young people who want to be ":seen" ( we enjoyed that part).

Awesome, hip and great food

By Magnus H |

Starter, smoked salmon on a crispy something with capris. Wonderful, one of the best I've had. Brisket for dinner. Very good, tender and packed with flavour. Will certainly go there again if I am in town.

Anniversary

By SSW |

Great food with adult inspired atmosphere. The host are always attentive and the restaurant was very clean.

Much better options

By 80Shaq80 |

Let me start by saying the food wasn’t amazing but wasn’t terrible either, however, for the same price, you can find much better food elsewhere. This place is more for getting a trendy atmosphere paired with decent food rather than a place that has great food and a great atmosphere to go with it. A lot of menu options were also sold out and which we were not told of when we sat down, we only found out when we were ready to order them. The waiter also didn’t seem to care when we were upset by this or when we mentioned we didn’t like something, he just told us that’s not within his role. The salmon chips are raves about by many but we found them to be lacking in flavour and tasted more like canned salmon that was thrown onto a potato chip.

Ridiculous!

By AlexanderDFraser |

Fantastic in every way! Without question, the Brisket is the dish to get here! Sooooo good and the portion is massive! The ambiance and rotating menu are also outstanding. If you fancy yourself a foodie it a must go!

Excellent Customer Service & Food

By Shelease S |

After our Cancun trip was cancelled due to Hurricane Delta, we ended up in Atlanta. We always go to Two Urban Licks for dinner, and this was visit was no different. This time we were celebrating our anniversary, and our waiters, Darnell and Emma were amazing. They were friendly, and very knowledgeable of the menu. Menu Suggestions: Salmon chips, Ahi Poke, and Blacken Salmon Just an overall wonderful evening and atmosphere.

Brunch was fair

By Diane S |

If you are on or near the Belt Line and want brunch - I would head down to Krog Street and eat at the Mexican Rearaurant there , or stop between Ponce and Krog Street and eat at Parish, or go to Murphy’s in Virginia Highlands ( I would go there first) Bartender made a good aperol spritzer on a hot day. The food was just ok- my friend had the briscuit and it was almost all fat- gross. I had the egg sandwich and it was fine. Place was almost empty when we arrived but more of the Sunday funday crowd arrived as we left. They could use better signage on the belt line easy to miss.

Celiac friendly... BEST MUSSELS!

By Je |

My coworker has celiac disease and this is one of her favorite places in ATL- she gets the artichoke appetizer then we split the mussels (no bread) and the brisket… Delicious and more than enough food for two people. The Aztec adult beverage is also quite tasty!!

Noisy, but worth it!

By Sudsarama |

This place is so popular it has a real noise issue! Seriously, if you want a quaint low key quiet meal go elsewhere. But, if you like big portions and a variety of excellent American faire food and great service, and you don’t mind speaking at a high level to be heard across the table, you can’t get better than this place! It’s a real fun open atmosphere, and one of our “go to” restaurant locations in ATL.

Good food and good vibes

By carliclouds |

The food was perfectly cooked with amazing flavors. I was initially disappointed with the limited options on the menu that intrigued me; however, I was pleasantly surprised by my presented food. The atmosphere and customer service were top notch. I’ll be returning for the brisket empanadas with the amazing chipotle creama… and I’ll be ordering TWO because one was just a tease.

BDay Weekend II

By d h |

Very crowded meeting place. The atmosphere was good, but loud. The service was great! The food is something you have to acquire a taste for, but not bad. The food portion is decent but pricey.

Jumbo portions

By dh24yaya |

wonderful space in the warehouse district. Enormous restaurant with a fun vibe and a very interesting menu. Our waitress was sweet but talked us into WAY too much food... we could have ordered 1/2.. so unless you are RAVENOUS.. be careful how much you order. Food was yummy but I hate to waste ( they do give you a doggie bag but we were from out of town and that was useless). Would try again...

Some highlights, service wasn’t one

By Lmaatlanta |

Pros: good spicy baked oysters, nice fresh fennel in the crab cake, hush puppies, scallops delicious Cons: obnoxious waiter, overcooked chicken

Good visit but um...

By Terence H |

I observed something odd..my girlfriend and I were sat in the middle aisle of the section, very awkwardly. Everyone had a booth or a window table on what was a beautiful day. We asked to relocate and the hostess took care of that for us. Later we noticed another couple sat in the middle when there were plenty other places to sit. And then another couple soon after, all of which asked to be moved to a table with size, comfort and NOT in the middle of the floor. The common denominator of all the couples is that they were African-American. Very odd for this to be coincidental since white couples were coming in as well but never once were they taken to a seat in the middle aisle of the restaurant. Nonetheless, our server was personable and helpful with the menu and the food was excellent but that definitely stood out to me.

Staff was the highlight. (Food was fantastic too!)

By CandFL |

Every staff member we encountered was so wonderful! Our waiter was so attentive and gave us some wonderful recommendations. He was also hilarious lol. The salmon chips and brisket empanadas were my absolute favorite!

Great Place!

By crystal b |

My husband and I along with his sister and her husband got dressed up and went here Sunday evening to start the celebration of my birthday. The food was great! The server was great! The ambiance and music was great! Overall it was a great experience! I’ll definitely go back!

Great Food and Atmosphere

By romoan1411 |

The food was great and I loved the location. You could possibly missing driving because it is in a warehouse district but once you find it, you will be happy you did. The waiter was excellent in providing details about all dishes.

7 star food!!!!

By Trip251502 |

Amazing atmosphere, service and most importantly the food is outstanding. Thank you for the Restaurant Manager and the great staff. My fifth time there...

Grade A PLUS!!!

By lvsutton |

Six of us went here and loved it. Very busy place but service is still very good. The Salmon Chips are the BEST! Big chunks of salmon with cream cheese and capers. We ordered a double of these. The baked oysters are cheesy with bacon. Yummy. The hush puppies have a great dipping sauce. The chicken is roasted over open flame. Fantastic. Both the S'Mores Tart and pound cake are delicious so save room. Total winner!

So Shocked by so many good reviews

By Megan P |

The only reason this restaurant is getting three stars instead of one or two, is because of the phenomenal service. The only other good thing about this restaurant is the ambiance, but don't enjoy it too much, because you'll leave smelling awful. The only dish we ordered that we really liked (and we ordered a lot of food) was the mussels. Also, the complementary bread with ricotta dipping was yummy. Everything else we got was truly awful. The steak was horrible, the mac n cheese was incredibly flavorless, and the burrata was disgustingly sweet. Also, every item is priced far above what it's worth. Lastly, more than one bathroom was out of soap and paper towels.

Not worth it anymore

By Chelsea Brown |

This place has really gone down over the years. The food is not consistent and the service is okay. They used to be great but now its just a hit or miss.

Still one of my Favorite Restaurants

By Karen J |

Had some Business Partners come in from Pennsylvania and was taking them out for a business dinner. I had initially chosen another restaurant but could not get in until very late. I suggested Two Urban Licks and of course, it never disappoints! The Salmon Chips are still the best and the Calamari is to die for as always. The guests loved the atmosphere and the food and said I could not have chosen a better place and could I ship them Salmon Chips from time to time 😀. This is a must visit for anyone visiting the ATL!!! TUL still one of the top restaurants in ATL for me!

Must eat place in Atlanta

By Auxdrea |

What a great place - I loved it from the time we were stepping in. The atmosphere are decor is amazing and so modern. Also I have to say the service there is very fast and nice. We were sitting outside and also the outside area right next to the belt line is very comfy. We shared some starters which were very tasty. I especially loved the tuna tartar, so soft and full of flavour and the salmon taco - juice and well balanced seasoned. Then I had the scallops which were perfectly cooked and also the grids were so delicious. At the end we also shared a German Chocolate Cake which was a lot bit very good. Super nice place. Highly recommended going there while being in the city.

Terrible service

By Miguel |

The atmosphere is cool, the food ok, the service pitiful. Our server was very nice and, on the surface, seemed to know the menu. Our appetizers arrived after three of our entres, our fourth entree after the other three were done and, to top it off the "tres leches" we ordered was replaced by chocolate cake. The waitress told us that it was their version of the cake cake although the check clearly stated chocolate cake. I had been there before but this time was by far the worst. The waitress should either learn to wait tables or do something else. The manager came to apologize and did not charge us for the appetizers or the fourth entre

You’ll Want to Keep Coming Back

Great location for a restaurant on the Beltline and city views. Live music throughout the day. Food was excellent. Very busy and loud but great ambience.

A rocky start and a smooth finish!

By susanpopewhitmire |

When we arrived, we were hauled to a very small table for two with less than clean curtains (take them down and launder them, just sayin). Since we knew we would be doing a review (and we are HUGE FOODIES), we would need more table space (we order a lot of food LOL. We asked for a larger table and explained why. We were denied. I, personally, wanted to leave. Sometimes, it's just not worth the experience. My friend decided we would eat, at the bar. When we sat down, we were immediately greeted by Dustin. His eager to please attitude and his smile, immediately turned the night around. We asked a lot of questions about the interesting boxes hanging from the ceiling with what looked like some yummy goodness that just might require a Uber and the menu. He explained the process, the menu items and we began sampling each and every drink option that was in fact, in the boxes, hanging from the ceiling. We had the tequila option, the bourbon option and frankly, after that it became fuzzy. LOL All were delicious thanks to Dustin. We began by ordering apps. The Salmon chips and the stuffed crab. The Salmon chips were on point. Sitting on top of a homemade chip with capers. Yum!! The stuffed crab was a interesting combo of crab and gazpacho "relish" on top. Devine!! We then ordered the burger and the squash blossom enchiladas. The burger is made with short ribs and comes with beer battered onion rings. Seriously......this was my absolute fav! The enchiladas were good and might be a good vegetarian option. They lacked taste to me but I am a foodie. I like a ton of flavor. We finished our meal with a good ole "Old Fashion" with Glendalough Irish whiskey. Dustin was on point!!!! I would definitely go back and if Dustin was working the bar, I would make it a point, to sit, at the bar. He turned our entire experience around and he is AWESOME. They are lucky to have him. He was the only employee we encountered that evening that seemed genuinely concerned about us having a good experience. I know I always say this, but it needs repeating. We are big time FOODIES. We do a TON of restaurant reviews. We expect great food and service to match. Especially when spending several hundred dollars, at a restaurant. We strongly believe, you should get what you pay for, whether you pay 20 for your meal or 200. Both should reflect the price you pay which means, it could go either way. We will be back. Look forward to trying the winter menu.

Mixed feelings about my experience...

By 4Starrguest |

I was so excited to try Two Urban Licks and I have to admit I had mixed feelings about my experience. I loved the ambiance and unique restaurant concept. It was extremely attractive and welcoming for our Sunday afternoon brunch. The waiter was very nice and attentive, as I asked for all of his recommendations on what we should try. The salmon chip appetizer was excellent so I was super excited for the main course, unfortunately that where it went downhill from there. I ordered the brisket hash and it was cold, especially the potato hash portion which taste like it had been cooked much earlier and just put on the plate. I'm sure the brisket was prepared in advance but they forgot to keep it warm or reheat. My husband had the chicken biscuit and he had the same complaint that the potato portion was cold and dry. Even though our first experience was not a great one we decided with all of the other factors, we would give it one more shot on a not so busy day to see if they could do better.

Great Dinner Out

By dleehg |

A bit hard to find but worth the effort! The empanadas and salmon chips are great starters! It’s a little loud during busy times but excellent service and exceptional food more than made up for having to talk a little louder to each other.

Diner Beware

By Marde L |

Dined at Two Urban Licks as suggested by our concierge. We arrived early and were promptly seated. Unfortunately, the staff failed to mention the tables had been recently varnished and the varnish had not dried. My wife and I had black marks on our hands and clothes. All of the tables around us had the same issue and the staff continued to seat diners without any warning that they should be careful not to get any of the black varnish on their clothes. When ordering, we asked our server for the restaurant’s signature dish and were told the brisket was excellent. My wife and I love brisket and both ordered the dish only to be truly disappointed. While the portions were large, the brisket was flavorless and so dry that my wife and I couldn't even get half-way through our meals. Also, the grill is in the center of the restaurant with poor ventilation and you will leave smelling like you have been in a smokehouse. With all these issues, I cannot recommend this restaurant and I specifically mentioned this to our concierge to keep in mind before recommending this establishment to other guests.

Worst restaurant experience ever

By Jaspercat10 |

Let’s see where do I start ….went there for a gathering had a reservation for six. They sat us crowded into a table for four. The muscles I ordered were overcooked, tiny over spiced . The halibut I ordered was overcooked dry and salty. The birthday cupcake they sent out was the colors of Halloween and tasted like it had been sitting around since Halloween. It was dry as a brick that had been in the sun for days. The beans that came with the halibut looked like they’ve been sitting in the bottom of a pressure cooker for three days. They were terribly mullered. And our waiter, bless him had no clue what he was doing. And the music was so loud, we couldn’t hear ourselves think. WILL Only use the bar in the future, if cattle prodded to do so!

Birthday Special Treat

By Jerry H |

I treated my sweetheart to a birthday brunch. Both the food and service were excellent. Some of the vegetables are locally grown and there are gluten free options.

Terrible experience with customer service

By Terrence |

The experience was horrible to have booked days in advance and spent over 600 dollars with them. The food was good, but we received such rude behavior from Matt. They seemed to have had some confusion at the door with our 2 separate parties. We booked 2 separate tables on the same side of the restaurant to celebrate my grandmother’s birthday. After they checked us in, we were then told the second table was not ready, so we were told to go back outside and wait until they figure it out since they were not prepared. When my mother tried to get details about this mix up, Matt didn’t hesitate to let us know that he’s in charge of the door and to go back outside in the rudest tone. He tried to take their lack of order and blame it on my mother by saying that she knew we all could not sit at the same table together. That was never the ask. We knew that and that’s why we booked two separate parties. I told him if he’s in charge of the door then he was supposed to handle this better. After scrambling to find us a table that we already reserved for, he put our second table on the opposite side of the restaurant and it was completely out of sight from the rest of our party. We asked to be put in a closer vicinity where their were more open tables, but were denied and said this was all they could do. This was embarrassing to have recommended this place to our family just to get mistreated and not be able to celebrate together. What was the point of even coming here then? There is much better customer service and better food else where. We will not be back here, nor recommend them anymore. It’s not worth our hard earned money to be mishandled. With the help of 2 glasses of Chardonnay, we made the most of the situation, and didn’t let it ruin our great spirits.

Always good

By Timothy D |

It has been awhile since I visited, but as always, good service, good food and atmosphere. It was a Friday night and packed. If you are looking for a quiet place to have a long talk, this is not the place. If you are looking for a fun environment, music, active, and good food, go. Place is getting loud but with all of the competition now, it seems to be working, hence the crowds. Grouper was average, wouldnt recommend it.

Great place for drinks along beltway

By drastler |

We had a very nice experience here. Pleasant outdoor seating; good service and appetizers; good select of wines by the glass Try the salmon chip appetizer I would come back to try dinner

A Scene to See and be Seen

By Kevin M |

Built in an old warehouse this place has a hip vibe and fun atmosphere - but it is also very loud...especially when the live music starts up. Don't mind this so much at a bar, but not ideal for dinner conversation. Specialty of the house is food cooked over an open wood fire and rotisserie. It sits in the middle of the restaurant, encased in glass, and the whole operation is a sight to behold. The unfortunate side effect is that the restaurant is pretty smokey. Took a few days to air out my coat. Be certain to leave your fine furs at home. The food prepared on the grills was excellent. Some of the other dishes left something to be desired. I can certainly see the appeal of this joint, and I might have enjoyed it more when I was 20 year younger, but I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

Horrible Service and overpriced

By Gi Gi |

The waiter was horrible, and rude. He forgot to bring out items we ordered and he was very impolite. My date and I did not want to split the bill we wanted to pay on one check. When we got the check he charged a graituity of 40%. The manager tried to justify this false charge. I DO NOT recommend this place. The food was ok but not great. Service horrible and double gratuity charge.

Trying places in ATL

By Vanizia W |

First time in ATL and we wanted to try non chain places. I searched online and Two Urban Licks came up. Descriptions on the menu had me licking my lips to get there. Items ordered: Brisket and collards- brisket was missing the mark on flavor it almost tasted watered down. The greens had too many stems in it, flavor was ok. Chicken and biscuit- my daughter and husband said it was delicious. Chicken seasoned and fried just right, the biscuit was similar in taste to cheddar bay biscuits. Pork Belly- delicious but you don’t get much meat but the flavor was on point! Grits could have been hotter but carry a good flavor. Kale… it’s kale. Breakfast potato - add some salt and pepper and they are on point. Empanadas: ok, they do pack a kick definitely nothing traditional. You only get 1 empanada covered in sauce. Not impressed especially for the price. All in all the restaurant has good atmosphere, friendly staff and food is average. Not something I would go out of my way for but if you are close by it’s worth a shot.

Upscale Brunch

At the recommendation of a friend who used to live in Atlanta, I came here for brunch when I was in town. Thankfully, my friend has great taste. Over the weekend, I was on an octopus kick so I started out with some calamari at brunch. Admittedly an unusual choice, but it was the right one. For my entree, I had the brisket hash. The brisket was cooked optimally and the potatoes were seasoned perfectly. Unfortunately I was too full to finish it all, but the brisket kept well and made for a great early morning snack before I had to catch a flight. Two Urban Licks has a great space and I’m very glad I followed the recommendation to come dine here.

Cool crowd, weak entree.

By Scootpunker |

Took our son there because he wanted a cool vibe and a view to celebrate a great report card. We got the vibe and the view but to be honest the food really wasn't that great. Service was fine although not awesome. Appetizers were quite good although kind of too large IMHO. The main gripe is that the entree's weren't really that great. The steak was very fatty and hard to cut. (the giant "steak & ale" knife wasn't up to the task) My drink was watery and not very good for the price. I suppose I'm spoiled with all the craft cocktail places around here, but if you are in Atlanta or Decatur these days you better know how to mix a decent drink. Desserts were uninspired. 3 Stars because it did the basic job, but I left feeling that I paid too much for aging decor, and a sub-par steak and cocktail.

Don't bother.

By Randall O |

This place is totally overrated. The only thing edible was the calamari. The hanger steak was dry and tasteless. Worst of all, the service was really bad. I waited 30 minutes for a drink and a check. Don't waste you money because it's on the Beltline.

Good food, inadequate bathrooms and parking.

By Mary C |

Food was different and very good. The music and noise was very loud. I would have rated it higher but it holds 350 or so people and had only 5 dirty bathrooms (one woman’s, one man’s and three unisex) with long lines. The valet parking (and it was necessary to valet) also had very long lines.

Gluten free- celiac

By Shannon W |

I love this restaurant so I wanted to take my daughter who has celiac disease and is on a strict gluten free diet. Everything I’ve read online says that there are gluten free options here if you notify the chef you are coming. There are NO GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS. Our waiter suggested we leave. We should have listened. My daughter had a reaction within an hour after eating what was recommended as gluten free and has been sick ever since. I would not recommend eating here if you are on gluten free diet.

Great ambiance

By C and S M |

We had 6 people in our party and each of tried something different. The appetizers were the best. Salmon chips and empanadas were so delicious! I had the scallops on grits. I’m not much of a grits fan, but the scallops were yummy. I was able to try the brined chicken, as well as steak and brisket. The brisket was too dry for my taste. Overall a great place for dinner or drinks.

Amazing Food - Could make a meal off appetizers

By Liblou |

My daughter and I ate here recently. We had a delightful server, Cortez. He explains the menu carefully to us and made recommendations when we asked him. He brought us samples of wine to taste and was most attentive. Everything we tried was outstanding. We could have made a meal from a couple of appetizers and a salad. We will go back again soon. We arrived at 6;00 p.m. so it was not crowded, but by the time we left, the place was full. they have free valet parking. a very nice perk.

Food is so good

Best brisket I have ever had in my life. The corn that comes with it is just as good!! MAKE RESERVATIONS!!

Standout restaurant disappointed this time

By Atlroadie |

This restaurant used to be our favorite destination for our after Thanksgiving family dinner but this year it was a really disappointing meal. We have visited Two Urban Licks on the Atlanta Beltline many times and have always enjoyed the smell of the wood fired grill when you enter, the excellent service staff that is friendly and efficient, the outdoor patio dining option, and of course the food. Our most recent visit was very disappointing and the kitchen really let us down. The creole shrimp appetizer was ok but uninspiring and lacking the creole flavor we were expecting, for $23. The Diver Scallops ($38) were bland and overcooked and did not match the experience from previous visits. The spit roasted pork loin, at $34 was lacking flavor and had more fatty meat than expected. Our group enjoyed the Smoked Brisket, the Wood Roasted Branzino, the Strawberry salad, and the five desserts options. Overall, the menu seems tired and could use an update with entrees that have more flavor. The menu seems tired and would benefit from an update with better Creole options.

Smoky like eating around a campfire

By Marty S |

Smoke from open kitchen was so bad in the restaurant I had to send my sport coat to the dry cleaner to get the smell out. Food was good and service was excellent. Entree portions are large enough to share. However I would not return because of the smoke from the kitchen permeating the restaurant.

Not for me....

By Rue14 |

1st time vist for me. Checknin was friendly.and efficient. I wasnt too pleased with our seat and setting. It was loud, dark and crowded. I was morenor less satnwith the couple next to me. Beer selection was good. I wanted the burger but they saidnthey were out. I chosebthe half a chicken. It was nice but not worth the price. Starter bread was good. Not sure what the sauce was. Wife had salmon. It was also good but expensive. One thing we were disappionted in was our server. He acted casual and random. Not overly impressed. It was not awful but definately not our preference. Place was extremely busy, so many others do love this place.

Yummy and different!

By Delta567 |

Love the open kitchen concept with view of the city. Scallops are divine! A bit loud if you want to have a personal conversation. Great wine selection.

Disappointed

By Katherine K |

Disappointed visit. It’s been awhile since my last visit. Service was great but food really lacking. Steak served cold. Sent back to have it warmed. Excessive oil on all foods in our party and lacked flavor. Tough cut of meat that was very overpriced. We won’t be back.

Great location on Beltline

By plava_laguna89 |

The dining room is very large, cavernous and noisy. If you want quieter space, ask for a table on or near the patio. We had reservations but the wait was about 45 min on Sat around 7pm. There is a smoker/grill in the middle of dining space, and my clothes smelled faintly of smoke afterwards. The ambiance was festive, and there was a live band. There were a lot of prom kids celebrating, so many that we in fact got carded although our prom was a long time ago. The restaurant is right on the beltline, so some people were wearing exercise clothes so no clear dress code. The great thing about the location is that you can walk to Ponce after dinner which was a very pleasant 10 min walk. The cocktails were tasty and strong. We had the famous salmon chips, and while the size was impressive and flavors ok, it lacked salt/seasoning. Entrees (especially the meat ones) are very large so consider sharing. Pork was very tasty and truly fell off the bone, and came with a pot of beans (not sure if they were supposed to be so al dente, but tasted ok). Adding mac&cheese made it a more rounded meal. Bread was interesting, but came after the appetizers. The service was polite and prompt. Dishes came out very fast. My only complaint was that we were charged $2.50 for 'complimentary' dessert which is quite tacky. We did not ask for it (server asked us at the beginning if we were celebrating something, which we were). So either make it truly complementary, or don't offer it.

Love the live music!

Great spot for a good time always. Great bands are always here which are a fun addition to a nice dinner out. Almost always packed, so make a reservation!

Best Birthday Experience

By S Whte |

We had reservations set for 6 people but I had to make changes on the day of our reservation. We ended up having 9 guest RSVP in all. Originally, I was informed that we would have to wait due to the adjustment from6 to 8 guest. Although, we waited a few minutes, each guest was kind and willing to assist along the way. Kay, Namila, and Ainsley were great host and seated us within 15 minutes of my arrival. I was even provided an option on two seating selections to choose from. They allowed me to set up the table with birthday gifts and cake before the rest of our guest came to be seated. The birthday lady was very happy as she walked in and saw everything set up. The host were absolutely great! Our server, Gershon, did an amazing job the entire time. He was kind and curious. At the end of the night, we asked for a round of shots but a few of us did not choose indulge. However, Gershon honored my request and brought me and the non-indulgers a shot of water. It was perfect! We were all able to participate. The food, was also Devine and I especially enjoyed the muscles, salmon chips, empanadas, and scallops (entree). Great place, great food, great host, server and manager. I will definitely return.

Great atmosphere!

By anchorchick |

We were in town on business and a friend that lives here took us to this restaurant. It's such a great atmosphere in a cool old building. The views are outstanding! The service was good and the food was to die for! Highly recommend to give this place a try.

Great Experience

By amber128 |

This was my first time here and I loved the atmosphere. A little noisy with the live jazz, but we were in the back which helped a lot. The food was amazing. So flavorful and the portions were huge, which surprised me. I will definitely be eating here again. Highly recommend!

Totally Wonderful

By CarolG4590 |

We went here for our anniversary. It was such a cool place, loud, fun, and busy. We ate the salmon chips which were fantastic. For the entrees we had the brisket and scallops and grits. Service was fast and dinner was delicious. Cortez was our server, and he was awesome. He was very attentive, helpful, entertaining and quick. We loved the place, the valet parking, and the food and drinks. My only suggestion is add a chocolate dessert to the menu!

Super swanky. Great service. Vegetarian friendly.

By Kate W |

Although not cheap, this restaurant was great. I had an egg dish and the waitress let me swap out fruit for bacon. My husband had eggs Benedict and was encouraged to swap in fried green tomatoes (yum!) for the near originally on the dish. We each got an order of grits but it was such a big helping. We should have split. Our cocktails were also good.

Great Food, Service, Music and Views

By TraveLynn40 |

Had my first visit to this gem last week and what a treat! Highly recommend the salmon chips and empanadas. The food is presented beautifully, service is outstanding and the cocktails are on point. Do save room for dessert because the coconut cake was amazing. This a larger venue and it was quite busy during our visit, but the noise level was still reasonable enough to have a conversation at the table. Also, this located right on the Beltline, so there are great views from inside and the outdoor seating is right next to the path.

Fun atmosphere

By cgloid |

I went here with girlfriends on Thursday night. They offer valet parking which is almost a must in Atlanta. The decor is fabulously done. We sat along the wall with a booth in back and backless cushions on the other side. I would not like to sit on the backless cushions as it looked not relaxing. If you go, you must order the smoked salmon chips appetizer. It is a generous 3 large chip serving of the most wonderful salmon you have ever experienced. The salads are large and very tasty. I enjoyed that they have live music, however; the smoke from the indoor pit was overwhelming. You will smell like smoke the rest of the night and into the next day. This is a great place to try, just be aware of the smoke if you are sensitive to that.

Worst food I have eaten in America

By Trix v |

The two urban licks looked good on tripadvisor as is there interior. However the services started out oke but not great and the place has a serious acoustic problem. Talking to the person on the other side of the table is very hard and unpleasant. If that would have been the only thing, we would still have had a good evening. But when we got our glasses of wine and main dish, the disappointment got real. Our red wine was cold and we got them in water glasses; in one word BAD (They charge you at least 10 doller a glass). We send our wine back and got nothing for replacement. Our bbq grilled burger was super dry and tasteless (19 dollar). It was one big disappointment. They charge heavy prices and you will get nothing. I will never come again!

Awkward

By Mary M |

First off, the food and knowledgeable staff were amazing. The ambiance is wonderful. We just had an awkward experience... I was traveling with my aunt who has stage 4 cancer. She doesn't always feel like eating or going out but a recent renewal of steroid treatment left her more energetic and hungry. Our waiter began explaining the menu, pointing out various choices, and making recommendations. He was young, probably early to mid 20s. His fingernails were filthy. Not stained but horrendously packed with dirt- each one. I didn't want to embarrass him or create a scene but, especially given my aunt's immune issues related to chemo, I had to say something- especially after watching him touch the bread across the room checking its readiness. So, I discreetly ask the hostess to have someone casually encourage him to wash his hands. I'd hoped a peer would point it or without involving us or his boss Well, the waiter returns to our table and awkwardly says that "[he] thinks we're good." He shows me his clean hands and doesn't even offer an apology or any regret/embarrassment. I felt very put on the spot. And, btw, his hands were finally clean. I didn't appreciate how my attempts to remedy this- something I shouldn't have had to address at all- was made even more uncomfortable by the staff. I was being very patient and kind. So, while I'd return in the future, I'll not be so accepting of this type of interaction.

Great place, make reservation!

By AlexanderDFraser |

This is a very cool smokehouse in the heart of Atlanta. MASSIVE rotisserie next to the open kitchen in the dead center of the restaurant. Huge bar off to the side, why you wait for your table..and it's totally worth it. The carport holds all of the stacked wood, very cool. My recommendation it the Double Cut Pork Chop and a local IPA..enjoy.

Enjoyed!!

By John S |

My second time to go to TWO urban licks. Atmosphere is very cool and the food is very tasty! The employees here treat you very well and make sure you are satisfied

Outstanding Dinner in Funky old warehouse

By acedaughter |

The moment we walked in, we smelled deliciousness and we weren’t disappointed. Everything we ordered, from the incredible salmon chips to the warm chocolate upside down cake were tasty. We shared several entrees — brisket was the tops! Make sure to have reservations so your table will be waiting for you to start experiencing the deliciousness!

The service was amazing

By Patrick H |

Came here for a 6 person birthday dinner. We ordered the hot Cheeto fried cactus, empanada to start. Both so delicious and different. We also had the burger and rotisserie chicken. To be honest these dishes fell short in flavor and were dry. The service was amazing and definitely worth checking out again but I would more likely just stick with drink and appetizers. The ambiance is also amazing with the live music

Fun place to go

By JohnPatsi |

This is a fun place to go and that happening part of town. The food was good except for their wood fire chicken. It was too much on the dry side for my taste. The remainder of the food was good the service was outstanding. Worth going to

Fantastic meal on the belt line.

By ShakeandBake001 |

We had small bites because we enjoy sampling several dishes as opposed to one main course. The smoked salmon chips were flavorful and tasty. Their take on the crab cake was quite unique and pleasing. The brisket empanada had a little kick that we thoroughly enjoyed. Wrapped things up with the BBQ pork bellies which won the show. Two urban licks is serving up some fine dining in modern, cool surroundings right on the belt line. It will be on the top of our list for return trips.

3-Star Food with 5-Star Company

By Ralanda N |

Food was good. Company I was with made everything taste better. Girl's Night after a long work weekend. We ordered, the salmon chips (wait staff accidentally brought us out two additional orders that were not our) and indulged ourselves with the following additional apps: the calamari, the baked oysters and the hush puppies. The calamari was such a generous portion and none of us were crazy about the dipping sauce they came with. To me, the salmon chips were ok but my girls LOVED THEM. Capers were a nice addition. For our meals, we got the scallops and the steak. Scallops were cooked very well and the steak was satisfying. Portions are generous so come hungry. This place is good for groups. I'd def go if I were you!

Phenomenal

By Samantha M |

We came in from out of town and this place was highly recommended by the hotel staff when we told them we wanted to try something we can’t get everywhere else. When you first walk in there door the smell of brisket cooking hits you in the face which was wonderful especially since we were starving. The atmosphere here was very unique, it’s in an old warehouse that was redone which gives it character. Our waitress was incredible, she gave an amazing description of all the entrees and had great recommendations. I had the lamb chops and couscous salad which was delicious except I wish was a little more done but other than that it was perfect. My husband had the brisket and corn and I liked his even more than mine. The portions were huge also.

Good food, but loud - and try to avoid the parking

By Jim W. |

I'm semi-conflicted in how to write this review, actually. This place had a number of pros and cons, some of which I knew going in and some which are more matters of personal preference than issues with the restaurant. I'll detail my experience and let you judge. First, the main reason we booked a reservation here was to have convenient access (after dinner) to watch some of the Atlanta Beltline Lantern Parade. That part eventually worked out well. So we reserved a table at 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday night. You access the restaurant from Ralph McGill Blvd. There is a small sign about the restaurant, and you continue to see somewhat vague signs about valet parking as you proceed. It literally took us 15 minutes (including waiting in the wrong conga-line of cars for some other establishment's valets) and 3 passes by the spot to eventually guess where to enter for valet parking. In short, if I were to come back to TUL, I would NOT drive (or I'd park elsewhere and walk to it via the Beltline). That said, when we finally *did* get to the valet station, the guy who picked up our car (Connor) was so polite and helpful that I could almost overlook the rest of the experience. My impression from observations later was that most of the valets were similarly customer-friendly in spite of the obvious pressures of the job. I would prefer to self-park whenever possible, but I had to give a lot of credit to the valet staff here. Once inside, we checked in (barely in time for our reservation) and were told we would get txt-ed when our table was ready (probably a few minutes). It took about 10+ minutes, but we did get the txt. The only issue at this point is that there is NO waiting area. You have to either sit at the bar or find some unoccupied dining space to mill around in. And short waits here seemed common, so there definitely is a need for some sort of holding area. The noise level inside it loud. I knew that going in, but it isn't really something I enjoyed. Also: the place is huge inside, so it can hold a LOT of diners. They do seem to have a small army of servers too. We got seated and our waiter showed up quickly. He was quite friendly/professional and guided us through the menu initially. He explained how the starters/small plates/entrees were laid out, how their graduated wine-pours worked, etc. He got our drink order and promised some bread. We never got it initially (I think he asked someone to bring it but it never arrived). He later offered us 'more bread' (thinking we'd finished the first one?) and the bread was quite good. We got our drinks and he took our salad order but suggested we wait on the entree until he explained more. Later, he came back and just took the entree order (?). It was about 50 minutes after our reservation time when we placed that order. Normally this might have bothered me, but given that the overall intent was to pace the meal such that we got to see the parade, I didn't mind. Also, I was debating between a burger and the enchiladas. The burgers are 'limited availability' and the limit had run out, apparently. We got our food and it was pretty good. My wife's steak was prepared well and she also liked the mashed potatoes. I enjoyed my cheese enchiladas also. We wrapped up as the parade started to come by. The total bill (including ~ 2.5 drinks) was just over $100. We checked out the parade for a while next to the TUL patio. By around 9:30 p.m. we wanted to head out. We then got back to the valet station. It took a few minutes to pass along our ticket to a valet and they didn't offer any guidance on where to wait. We noticed some people drifting down to be further out near the parking lot (vs. the sort of u-turn portico where you drop-off) so we wandered out there. We hoped to intercept the valet and skip some time in the line. We succeeded, and were able to exit the lot. We then spent about 5 minutes in a traffic back-up getting to North Ave. It was approaching 10 p.m. when we finally were heading home. I doubt I'll return here, but that is not a reflection on TUL. It just isn't what I'm personally looking for in terms of dining out. It did meet my expectations for that particular evening, though.

Girl's Night 😍

By Kenya Eats Gluten Free✨ |

Finding new places that serves Gluten Free items...is like... the highlight of my life! Two Urban Licks was that place!!! I had grits with sea scallops and tomato sauce - which I confirmed with the Chef, was safe for me to eat! The dish was amazing and so was the service! After dinner , around 8 o'clock, My friend and I moved to the bar which felt like a new atmosphere changed. While sitting at the bar the mood was electric and upbeat. There was alive band, good people, and the drinks were "On Point"!!! So as a person who follows a gluten-free pescatarian diet , I would definitely recommend Two Urban Licks and will go back for more fun, laughs , and girls time💖

Great service, cool vibe, high quality food

By Amy |

We walked in at 9:45 on a Thursday night without a reservation. Initially told last seating was at 9:30 and we wouldn’t be able to be sat, which we totally understood. But, as we were discussing where to go next, the host came over and offered to go ahead and seat us, which was so kind. We ordered quickly, in respect of the fact that the kitchen was wrapping up, and honestly, I didn’t have very high expectations for the food, considering the timing. I was wrong! I had the scallops, which were perfection. My partner had the rotisserie chicken, which was sooo flavorful. Our server was attentive, upbeat, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Cocktails were also delicious. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Restaurant

By Elon N |

This is a fabulous restaurant in my opinion. I really enjoyed my experience at Two Urban Licks. My cousins and I came here to experience a new restaurant together and to celebrate. The atmosphere and service was great. I would definitely recommend to other family members and friends.

Smokiness in all aspects

By Lespreau |

This restaurant prides itself on delivering smoky fare. Enjoyed the empanada starter—just the right amount of creaminess, zip, and flavor and not greasy or salty. Moved on to the scallops, which were large, seared to perfection, and kept their warmth as I progressed through the dish and sides of Gouda grits and smoked tomato broth. A very nicely balanced meal in terms of proportions, marrying of flavors, and presentation. The drawbacks were the wait times on drinks and re-fills. If you choose to order alcohol, be sure to consult the menu ahead of time and research the brands or your palate may be less than satisfied if your selection does not have a suitable substitute waiting in the wings. Also be prepared to smell like a giant barbecue pit on the way home as the grill and kitchen are front and center in the facility.

Sunday Brunch

By diamond_egyptian |

This restaurant is a hidden gem near the Highlands! I love the rustic decorum and the food was delicious.

Very good

By livelife h |

This restaurant has been on my bucket list of places to try. The mashed potatoes were delicious. I love the mac and cheese. In the rotisserie chicken was season well and juicy. The customer service was great. You can download the menu from your phone. They give you a mask to wear inside while you're walking around. And created a social distance way of exiting the restaurant

🌸 Great Brunch 🥂

By rajfanning |

Loved this place! We went for brunch, reservations needed. Live music, the food was amazing, freshly made doughnuts. The food has such great flavor in every bite! Loved the good vibes, in/outdoor eating. Great atmosphere and staff. A must to check out.

Disappointing, especially for the price!

By Angie |

This was our first visit, and it was ok. We had a party of 7, and everyone at the table felt like their meal was mediocre, with the exception of my husband who ordered the rib-eye. I had the beef wagyu, and it was so salty, I had to scrape off the beef. The thing is, the atmosphere is terrific, service was outstanding, but the food was disappointing. Probably wouldn’t return…🤷‍♀️

“Meh.....Yawn”

By C0FLAW1 |

I was there for the grand opening years ago and not much has changed. Still a lot of smoke and noise. The food was pretty good. The fried calimari had the consistency of Captain’s Crunch cereal that had been sitting in milk for a while. The best thing about this place was the staff..they were great!

Unique menu and great service

By ElJefedeDiablo |

I was part of a large party in town for work and we had dinner during the work week. Our table had great service and everyone had a difficult time making a decision because so many entrees looked good. I had the bronzino a la talla and it was very good. Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for a unique menu.
