Fresh, crispy and delicious pizza! We stopped here in the Essex St Market and the pizza was divine. We treated ourselves to the Nutella Pizza… and, wow. Taste explosion! It was divine!

Square flatbread-like pizza, crispy, a number of vegetarian options. The mushroom ones is super heavy thick with mushrooms, a variety of kinds (shemahi, cremini, oyster). The regular cheese slice also very good, vodka sauce slice even better, And they have Nutella pizza, which is kind of crazy.

Amazing pizza! I love the vegan pizza and appreciate all of the variations. The staff is always extremely nice and welcoming.

My best pizza of my stay in New York quite simply, there is a huge choice, everything is good and the service is top notch. I recommend 1000 times.

I got the vodka pizza and it was great but there were also a few good vegan options including the garlic squares, amazing.

wow this place is awesome, I will definitely eat there again. the mushroom pizza has THREE varieties of mushrooms, and all the squares look fantastic. I had the mini chicken parm sandwich ($7) and it was delicious - my only complaint is it was a little dry and they made me PAY for a tiny bit of extra tomato sauce. oh they also won't give you a glass of tap water. but otherwise all the food looked fresh and enticing. the server was nice.

This location is perfect for a home delivery lunch. The pizza has different types and they are all excellent. highly recommended

It's SUPER cute and SUPER friendly with great music. You can have classics or modern takes on NY pizza. If in NYC It's a must try!!

They have a diverse menu with vegetarian options! The Roman-style pizzas are extremely tasty with a heavenly crust! About the pasta fried we have to confess, it surprised us a lot, and we loved trying out this unique food!!

A modern take on the square Sicilian pizza. Excellent flavor. Small shop - no seating. Average service. Good value. I had a "Diavolona" - pepperoni, mozzarella, tomato sauce & hot honey, $5.50 a slice. I've already been back.

Nearly cried of happiness because I have finally found both dairy and nut free pizza! The lovely guy serving us without hesitation or complaint read the ingredients out loud for me, in other pizza places they might find the allergy questions a nuisance but not here. The pizza was hot, fresh and delicious, will be going back tomorrow.

We stayed at the pizzeria on 37th Street. Really disappointing experience... I admit we had high expectations being Roman and having seen several sponsorship videos. Margherita had raw tomatoes and the dough was shampoo. Bad service we asked for glasses and did not have them, dirty tables and floor... in short, I do not recommend it!

Unregular Pizza is a solid pizza joint. The crust is crispy and just the right thickness. Their claim to fame seems to be the burrata and pepperoni pizza. It's an expensive slice, but delicious nonetheless.

The pizza reminded us of Roman pizza 🤤🤤🤤. It was very delicious and well made. The crust was out of this world. It was insane!!!

I haven't had a meatball and sauce this delicious since my Italian grandmother was alive - and I've eaten at all the premium Italian spots in the city - Rao's, Emilio's Ballato, Carbone, Scalinatella 2. Forget Neapolitan pizza, Roman pizza is the only way to go. The pizza is crunchy and light. The pepperoni is small and tasty. And Burrata - OMG, pure heaven! One of the best pizza places in NYC! A must try for pizza and meatballs! Even the cauliflower is so good!

What an incredible place! Not only does all the pizza look incredible, they have amazing deals and the atmosphere is incredible. We got the burrata prosciutto and grandma peppina pizzas, they were both so good! Would definitely recommend.

We found this place by accident after looking for a quick bite before a bus tour. After seeing it on a map, we did some research and decided it was a must do. The pizza is so good. I loved it all, but the fried pasta was outstanding.

I had seen a TikTok about this place and just KNEW I had to try it on my upcoming trip to NYC!! SOOOOOOOO HAPPY I did!!!! I had the Cafonata, with the Burrata on top, they put it in the oven to heat up the burrata, so it gets all melty and gooey......drool!!! Quite possibly the best piece of pizza I've every had!!! Be prepared to get a little messy but its so worth it!!!

Roma pizza is their specialty. Also we'll known is their Burata Roma style pizza with pepperoni. Pizza was made beforehand like a lot of other places nut the lack of volume made this a little stale or not as fresh. Pizza actually was wonderful. Past Square was excellent. Will come back after I try other places

Unsafe and Uncaring – Avoid at All Costs I recently ordered from Unregular Pizza and was appalled by the lack of care and professionalism. They sent me vegan pizzas in a box that wasn’t properly sealed or securely taped, which raised serious food safety concerns. The packaging was had no stapling or taping AT ALL and left the food exposed and vulnerable during delivery. When I brought this to their attention, they showed zero concern, offered no apology, and didn’t even acknowledge the issue. Instead of addressing the problem or offering a refund, their attitude was dismissive, as if my concerns didn’t matter. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it comes to food safety. If they can’t even handle proper packaging, it makes me wonder what other corners they’re cutting. Do better next time? No, just do the basics right the first time. Save yourself the frustration and potential health risks—there are plenty of other options out there. I wouldn’t recommend Unregular Pizza to anyone.

Unregular Pizza was tasty when it first opened two years ago. Today my Grand Peppina square was uneven and ordinary. Prices shot up recently which makes it expensive. Service was attentive.

The pizza is phenomenal and authentic, a slice of Rome right here in NYC! Gabriele , the owner, is so pleasant. Make sure you stop in and grab a slice or two or a whole pie. The story of how this place started is very inspiring!

We visited the Unregular Pizza place in midtown last week. Pizza was superdelicious...we tried the Burrapizza which is absolutely yummy - and some other of their tastes. They have such a wide choice. Can't wait to go back to try their advertized fried pasta!

My family happened upon the best pizza of our life. We were waiting for a tour bus and wanted to grab a quick dinner. We saw the cute and vibrant colors of Unregular Pizza and decided to give it a try. WOW!WOW!WOW! It was the best pizza of my life! Staff was so friendly! We are from NC and looking forward to next NYC trip just for this pizza!

We ordered this pizza while staying at a local hotel. The place gets a 4.9 for pizza in New York from online reviewers. Everything starts well. Online ordering, free delivery. The cost, $36 for an 18 inch pie is high, but ok…. Then the pizza arrives, on time even. It is 12 inches of terrible undercooked bizarre texture crust. Toppings, sauce and cheese are good, but the worst crust ever. Maybe they gave us gluten free? Not sure. 33 percent too small and truly horrible. NY is famous for pizza, but won’t be anymore if this is representative. Worth $3.60 at a mall food court, maybe? I’ll go to Panda Express instead. Yuck.

This spot is brand new, open less than two weeks and you should go there soon! The pizza is excellent - nice bite to the sauce and the burrata (messy and tasty) is something you don't normally find. Great crunch to the crust, which I personally love. Many, many different options here, including vegetarian choices. Gabriele and his team are super friendly and great to talk with. Now we're going to come up with something to try and barter with so we can get more of this delicious food!

This pizza is amazing!! Very light and crunchy crust and great selection of toppings. I got the one with confit cherry tomatoes and asparagus which was insanely delicious (those tomatoes were so good!) and the amatriciana one with burrata, super creative and the combination of flavors is perfect. Cant wait to be back!
