I visited a lot of Wagamama in UK, its my comfort food. I’ve always received great service and fantastic food and this location was not an exception. We were greeted and seated by very friendly and attentive staff who checked on us frequently. The food was great. They do have “happy hour” 3-6pm where some items are more affordable which is also great. The service is fast and food very tasty

The beef rice dish really hit the spot and Cedrik was an excellent host. Had a beer and the spicy margarita for happy hour and it was $15 well spent. Love people watching as I'm eating, so I love the place. If I'm in the area I would go again for the excellent service.

Sam was wonderful, kind and helpful. The best and most personable service I’ve had in NY. The food was also tasty! We will be back.

Came to wagamama with my parents and had amazing food and service. Our server JP was amazing from start to finish. The best ramen spot in Murray hill!

The food was delicious and there was also a nice outdoor space. Our server Sam was fantastic. Loved the bao buns, cauliflower and gyoza.

Sam, our server was so personable annd kind, and the food was so delicious- highly recommend starting with the gyoza- and the spicy tuna rice bowl was amazing!

Wagamama is an Asian fusion casual restaurant - good if you're grabbing lunch at work. It's clean and quick, but is casual enough that if you order multiple courses they may not arrive in the order meant to be served. Portions are large, so there is rarely a need to get more than 2 courses per person. Spice is also limited to hot chili pepper, but extremely yummy banana katsu and was such a delight to eat after everything spicy. Reservations optional. The restaurant week dinner menu of 3 courses for $30 is a good deal and worth the switch if available.

Sam is amazing! Best service and so considerate. Also, great food.. loved the cauliflower! Salmon teriyaki is all time fave!

I absolutely loved getting to visit Wagamama as they have such limited locations around the world. The food and drinks were divine. The atmosphere is modern, chic, and gave us a great feel for the diversity and dynamicism of New York City. Osiel as our server and bartender was phenomenal and went above and beyond for our table

The food here is phenomenal, no matter what you order. The drinks were nice and strong but the liquor was not over powering which is always great. The service was exactly what i expected and couldn’t have asked for anything better. If you’re ever in the area I’d definitely recommend, even if it’s just for a bite to eat or a quick drink. FYI, if you happen to have Henry as your bartender you’re lucky.

We had an amazing time at Wagamama! The ahi tuna nachos that our server Sam recommended were the standout, but everything else we had was delicious. The service and atmosphere were great too.

Came off the Long Island bus with little time to spare for a quick lunch before a meeting. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of the menu, the speed of delivery and the tastiness of the two dishes I tried. I would go back.

Sam had amazing suggestions — very nice. Karage Bao Buns and the Ahi Nachos. Very rare big outside patio with lots of room.

Located at bus stop of bus from Long Island. Panasian food is very good but host at entrance was finishing a telephone order and when we walked in did not acknowledge me. I understand a certificate of vaccination and ID are required but if you want to keep customers staff should welcome them, particularly during this stressful time, the day after the discovery of a new and more contagious variant...

My fiancé and I went for the first time and absolutely loved it! Not only was the food incredible, the service was too! Cedrik was our server and he was absolutely fantastic. My fiancé is handicap and Cedrik was very thoughtful as he provided us with the closest table to make it easier for my fiancé to be seated. On top of that, Cedrik provided us with specific menu suggestions tailored to our taste! We both decided on the chicken ramen and it was the best ramen we have ever had! Cedrik was always on top of everything and made sure our drinks were never empty! He was super kind and made our first experience incredible, we can’t wait to come back!

I went there to eat yesterday and was assisted by dane. I have allergies, and he helped me choose my meal. He was very helpful and very accommodating. The food was still tasty and yuzu cocktail is probably a must try drink..

Excellent dinner service from my man Sam, made me feel right at home. Food was delicious and quick, had a great cocktail to go with it.

The place has been known for more than 20 years in London. The menu offers few options. Dishes were very spicy and there was no mention of it. Portions were pretty small. Desserts were extremely small Overall, good option to have a fast lunch, tasty food but not the best place for ramen experts

The chain in London seems to be so much better than this one in midtown Manhattan. While the entrees of pork gyoza and spicy dried cauliflower were good, the spicy ramen mix had a thin liquid soup instead of the traditional thick one, which is all about the Ramen. I am not sure I would go back to this one again.

My wife and I had lunch there yesterday. The food and ambience were excellent. Above all Nuriel who took our order/ served was exceptional in her customer service ,courtesy warmth and welcoming attitude - the best. Highly recommend and we will visit again. Thank you!

It is a chain from the UK. But really the type of food I like. The tuna was of high quality. Good ramen. Nice chardonnay. Price as everywhere in new york. I recommend the restaurant. Fast service.

Ramens were lukewarm and lacked flavor. Broth was thin. Gyoza was floury. I'd been to a Wagamama in London and remembered it was better.

Sam was our server and he was very attentive and amazing during our dinner! The food was very yummy and they were presented very nicely .

The food here was terrible. I wanted to surprise my family and it ended being such a bad experience. I ordered the udon ginger chicken. It was tasteless and overcooked. Really shameful by Wagamama standards and truth be told, I don’t want to go to any more restaurants in this chain anymore. The waitress was so unfriendly, didn’t apologize once for the terrible food served. If you have a choice, don’t go to this restaurant.

Delicious! we went for a quick lunch and came out happy. the gyozas a show as well as the buns. the ramen was to die of happiness!

I had an awesome experience at Wagamama NYC, and Robbie’s customer service really stood out! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure our order was perfect from start to finish. Robbie went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome—from my 4-year-old nephew to my elderly mother, he made them feel happy and comfortable. He checked in without being intrusive and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the guests and their experience. Service like this makes dining out a lot more enjoyable—thanks, Robbie! I will be back.
