A very bad experience. The women's toilet was filthy. A neighbour assaulted one of the children claiming that he had taken a picture of his wife. We were close to calling the police! The restaurant changed places but did not consider the aggression.

Met my family here in mid town for dinner. My wife and i have been to Wagamama’s in Amsterdam and in Dublin and had good experiences and enjoyed the food. The service was okay. They did not have hot tea available, which would have been great on such a cold night. Overall, the food was good and always enjoy the ramen.

Quality food, good quantity and great service! Great option in NYC for those who are tired of eating junk food! I'm used to eating “real food” (no snacks, pizza, greasy food) for lunch and dinner, and I was happy to find Wagamama with healthier options and still super tasty.

This is like Friday's with a pan-Asian menu. The food's simply tasty, and probably because of thick sauces, crispy frying, salt, sugar, fat. The flavors and spiciness are good. For Manhattan and the money, you can do better. The location is excellent for tourists but walking to 9 Avenue, 3 blocks west, you can get better food for the same or less money. Sake Bar Hagi, 5 Napkin Burger cross my mind.

This one went badly from the start, family of five seeking a table around 6:45, greeted by a sullen faced host whose only words were so you have a reservation, he stared at his screen and picked up menus and walked off having never uttered another word “great first impression!” We sat for 10 minutes nobody came near us despite loads of staff. When we finally got to order they had no curry for the chicken Katsura curry and then no wings for starters. Hard to believe one of the most popular dishes not available at 7pm. We have eaten regularly in Wagamama over the years but this was the worst experience we have had and a totally underwhelming visit. To be fair our waiter did try but it was just a series of disappointments. In the end food we got was good but not what we wanted.

Fabulous restaurant. Have eaten at Wagamamas many times and it never disappoints. We ate at the 5th ave restaurant a week ago and it was wonderful. We had been on an all day tour and it was the perfect end to a rainy day. The food was superb and the service prompt. Special mention to Elijah who's customer service was nothing short of superb ! thanks I'll definitely be back.

great discovery for an Asian dinner in Manhattan... good food and very nice waiters... try the Katsu (not a joke) reasonable prices

Asian fusion restaurant near Moma, excellent dishes and friendly, helpful staff. Low average expense and excellent environment.

The staff was terrible!! I don’t even know if they knew we were at a table. We felt as if we were bothering them. By the way when the food came it was cold.

I was in the area to pick up a piece of luggage and walked past this place. I decided I was in the mood for ramen and ordered the noodles with a duck leg. It was very tasty and well seasoned. Quick bite, but a delicious one.

Wow 😯 I love Wagamama in uk so coming to new York midtown came across this Wagamama and just wow Laurie is the restaurant mama get and she is just so welcoming and really looked after us .. the food is just so fresh and amazing Tokyo fries wow never tasted anything as good 👍 a must visit if in midtown

We had a reservation and we were seated at a booth. The tables are spaced apart and the restaurant was rather quiet when we were seated. The food (Yaki Soba, and Pad Thai) were good but not great. The service was rather terrible with one entrée arriving before the appetizers and the other 2 entrees arriving much much later. It was hard to find the waiter as he did not come back much once the orders were placed.

We had dinner for the price 59 dollar, so we paid by card. We could only choose for tip. And when we checked our bank account we payed 126 dollar for two meals and two drinks.

Wagamama is our go to restaurant wherever we are. Prices are affodardable and food delicious, as always. This location looks great and is comfortable. Try their baos and curry katsu.

Delicious! This place might be new to some folks, but it is a staple in the UK. I always enjoy a nice lunch from this spot, as the service is so friendly, the food is fresh and the vibe is cool. I tried one of their cocktails, and it was so tasty. I always go with the chicken udon noodles and they are always so delicious. The staff was so kind and gave me a complimentary glass of Prosecco! When I return to NYC, I will be sure to return.

Ordered the pad thai and calamari. Great choice as tasted lovely. Menu is small so not a lot to choose from. Excellent customer service

With prior reservation. Good atmosphere and excellent service. The food - noodles and ramen - well presented and tasty. It was great.
Nice lunch, great service
We were looking for "something different" for lunch, and Wagamama fit the bill since we were headed toward Central Park. We started with the pork and duck gyoza (dumplings), the tuna tataki, and the Korean chicken wings. All of them were wonderful. For mains, we ordered the ramen with duck, the nama spicy tuna bowl, and the cauliflower bao. Again, all of them were good (tho the appetizers were really the highlight.) Everything seems so healthy! The hostess/waitress was very friendly and helpful. I with the menu were a little more extensive, but the food quality is good, the service even better (they even brought in one of their outdoor chairs for us since the indoor chairs don't have backs.) Prices are reasonable. Overall, a nice lunch.
