Been in this chain in many us states and always like the atmosphere and drink selection. Not sure of the pricing policy but the venue on Times Square did appear to be pretty expensive.

Amazing! We visited one evening and due to the excellent food and service we went again for an early dinner on our last evening in NYC before our flight. Loved the atmosphere Loved the friendly staff, tables cleared quickly, refills arrived before you noticed drinks were finished. Great selection of dishes and cocktails!!! The portions are huge and so fresh and sent to table hot too. Could not fault it. The orange chicken is AMAZING and the jambalaya is packed full of seafood and sausage absolutely Yummy!! If you have room...the creme brulee cheesecake is delicious!!! We found the menu a good price and with great staff and atmosphere we will be back when we return to NYC

We were wondering around looking for a pre dinner drink and this place caught our eye. In we went and ordered 2 flights of house beer. Very tasty and diverse beers but just a skiver of the over 200 taps. The next day, we went back for supper. Our server was great, never an empty glass. The atmosphere is great with music being played via video screens and multiple TVs broadcasting sports. I had the 20oz ribeye, she had the ceaser salad. We started with queso dip. Food came fast and hot! The steak was perfectly dine and required no extra seasoning or salt. The queso was perfectly melted and the rightvlevel of spice. The salad was fresh, tasty, and massive! Would definitely recommend.

Our stomachs began to cry out, we walked Times Square, this restaurant seemed pleasant to us. As soon as the door passed, courtesy was in order. We will go upstairs and choose a table near the windows, to observe the vitality of the city. The assortment of burger and fried squid are excellent, the choice of beers impressive accompanied by good music. The service is absolutely perfect.

A stone's throw from Time Square, there are several solutions in the gluten-free menu is very varied and satisfying! Recommended!!

this is a really nice restaurant with delicious food, lovely atmosphere and really lovely staff,I had the chicken and avocado sandwich which was so delicious and exactly how i hoped american food would be as someone on holiday to new york for england :)jazmin was our waitress and was extremely friendly and accommodating.

New Year Eve Party at Yard House was AWESOME!! The Manager & staff were AMAZING!! Worth every dime!! Was about to see the ball drop from across the venue!! PERFECT!!!

Great bar tender that helped us Brits to choose an IPA. Friendly atmosphere, great ambiance. We didn’t eat here, but the food that was served to others looked delicious! Would highly recommend, even if it’s just for a drink in a vibrant bar/restaurant.

We wished we had come here an hour before we left. A great bar with 120 beers on tap and sports playing on tvs. Ricky was our Barman and he was super helpful! Highly recommend coming here to get the American bar experience!

While visiting NYC we were looking for a sports bar to watch the Lions play on SNF. We had some fun drinks, lots of beer on tap and it was a great vibe for the game. Our good luck server Munie was so fun and friendly. She is now an honoury Detroit Lions fan!!

Top service, fair price great service Go here for a family meal and be look after and warrants the service charge. Good food

Saw an acquaintance on Instagram post a picture of the 6 beer flight and i asked him where he was and if it was any good. He said the Yard House and yes it was so it was on my to do list when we visited last year. Having found the bar and got over the view of the 20+ meter row of beer pumps i choose the same 6 beer sampler flight and was very impressed. I then tried a few more before having to re join the family back at the hotel. We booked for diner a few days later but were told that someone had hired the whole place a few hours prior but they did say that they would accommodate us the next day. When we arrived the service we received from Mika was brilliant and she helped with sorting out my wife's serious allergy and giving her a massive tasty meal. The beer and burgers I had were first rate. A pre dinner beer was had on the next 2 nights which meant I only had 223 left to go on future visits. On the final day of our trip we had arranged for them to prepare some chicken and rice for my wife to take on the plane home and this was ready and waiting for me at the time that we had requested. I may have sneaked another beer in when waiting. Several friends have been to NYC since we visited and I have said go to the Yard House and they have all been impressed by the venue so thanks must go to former NZ cricket star Simon Doull for the initial recommendation.

The atmosphere was great and the food was great too. However, the bar ran out of coconut juice after one round of Pina Coladas, the 9oz red wine arrived as a 6 oz measure which took a while to be replaced and the appetiser was so late it turned up with the main courses. The service for more drinks was also very slow. All of this was a shame as the music was good, the atmosphere was good and our previous experience of other Yardhouses had been positive.

Quick seating in a very busy restaurant in a very busy location. Server was friendly and the food was excellent and came out quickly. The drink service was super slow though but it didnt matter so much as there was such a great atmosphere with the music and tv's with sport.

The environment is beautiful, but attention leaves much to be desired. I did not know the food because it was even served 20 minutes sitting at the table without anyone coming to the table, when I complained they asked me to leave the establishment

Popped in on way to nearby time square, food reasonably priced, ususl American fare..wall to wall tvs with sport coverage, staff very friendly and welcoming

Great food and atmosphere! We liked it so much that we ate here twice during our trip! Loved the spicy margarita. It was recommended by our waitress. Tip: sit upstairs by a window for a great view of the city! Relaxing environment.

This was literally the best restaurant experience we had in the three days we had in NYC. Even though we had three waitstaff helping us due to taking a break, each one was great and very enthusiastic! The food was amazing. No one in my party was disappointed. There were so many beer options. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Modern and clean place 2 steps from Times Square. If I counted correctly it has 124 beers on tap, of all types and for all palates. The food is also excellent, my wife's salad, varied and plentiful with the possibility of additions such as chicken or prawns. The burgers were also excellent, the one with two chillies that I took was spicy (just right) and balanced. Note of merit for the waitress Kaitlyn, fast, professional and above all always smiling.

Good music and yummy food the service was very good and quite fast I will be returning again and bringing also inviting some more friends

Good American Sports Bar, great food and effective and friendly service, nothing to complain about. They don’t take reservations though but the place is quite large and has lots of seating. Even if full, you can wait a little and will be seated within 15 min. Great selection of food.

Fun place in Times Square. If you like beer, this place is for you. However the food is excellent, surprisingly good for a “bar”. My wife and I both had excellent meals here. Salmon and a pineapple chicken. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want a casual dining place. They do have hundreds of beers to choose from, nice wine list and again, the food is really good. We found this to be much more enjoyable than a place like Hard Rock if that’s your type of casual dining.

We went here for evening drinks and appetizers and boy were we glad we did! There was a short wait to get a table, but we were able to grab drinks from the bar while we waited. Once seated the selection on the menu was so amazing we had trouble choosing! We ordered the Jumbo Bavarian Pretzel, and when they say jumbo, they sure mean it!! It was HUGE and excellent with two options for dipping! We also ordered the Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds, which were very good as well, the pretzel however stole the show! The drinks, the food, the atmosphere, the service, it was all fantastic! If you are in the area the Yard House is a must!

A huge selection of beers on offer and very friendly service. We had the club sandwich and a chicken burger, as well as wings. The portions were huge and everything delicious.

Great location and great vibe. The staff provides service with a smile. Most importanly the food is delicious and the restaurant is very clean.

We stopped her for drinks, as my English husband is obsessed with hazy IPAs and wanted to find a good drink. We asked if we could have drinks, and we told 'yes'. When we headed to a table, we were told we couldn't sit there, and would need to got back to the host. We did, and finally got a table (it was about 6pm and was not busy). Anyway, we got a table, and had some really good drinks! A good place to stop for some drinks, but it felt like it was more for food.

no complaints about this restaurant right at Times Square. It was busy. Service was good. Pretty much normal American bar food. I had the poke salad and it was excellent. Not cheap, but what is these days? We had a good enough food in a famous place.

Two stops in there this week, once for dinner and then once for a celebratory beer after work was done. The food was wonderful. I did not realize the Korean Ribeye was 20oz, I guess I overlooked that, until it hit the table. The flavor was on point though, not quite a bulgogi taste but I guess the grill char altered that.. still it tasted wonderful. It came with these seasoned fries.. I don't think the menu had mentioned that, but these were full of a nice spicy flavor I could not quite identify. 2nd evening, was just a beer and bite, so I ordered cheesecurds.. these are without a doubt the best cheesecurds I have had outside of Madison Wisconsin. The beer selection is pretty varied, if you cannot find something you like then you don't like beer.. I took a chance and tried something new, and mow have a new beer to add to my favorites list and look for when I get back home. You can't go wrong here, the staff were friendly and attentive, the food was great and hte beer even better. 8.5/10

First time we came to New York, we knew others. Great Mood, good service, good and rich food (salad and burgers) and very good beer menu. To recommend

My Husband & 2 daughter's & I ate here on 2 days during our NY trip. We were served by a waiter called Patrick , he made good recommendations about food & drinks . Prices are ok considering it's times square. We didn't have a reservation but got a table no bother. There is a self service tablet on table for ordering. It's a sports bar but there is good music playing In background ,it's not too loud so you can still talk . We would definitely return if in NY again.

Such a cool restaurant, very impressive, over 130 types of beer, sensational location, prices are right too, NY after all, but the drinks, the fries, the wine were very good. And special mention should be made of the very motivated, friendly staff

The food here is amazing. We had the steaks and they were perfectly cooked to our liking. Our servers were Seamus and Andrew, they were so welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

I purchased tickets for the New Years Eve Party and I really recommend everyone to avoid coming to this place for that party. I bought the couples VIP package which included seating for $800. What we received was very short of this. The service was terrible, the food was ok, the buffet table was improvised, they had one server for 200 people, the line for this pricey experience was worst than a ride at Disney in summer. The cocktails took around 15 minutes to get to your table, and to top this amazingly bad experience, they kicked us out at 1230am even though our ticket said it was open bar until 1am. Once inside the venue, you are not allowed to step outside, the police do not let anyone outside the building during NYE. Please if you do not want to feel robbed, do not go to this place on NYE, save yourself some money and a bad time.

very good food and service. Rock music is way too loud for conversations. More headbanging music than Soft rock.

We initially chose Yard House for a drink as it advertised 50 different beers on tap. Seems quite a new bar/restaurant. What a place - many TVs showing live sport, great mix of music playing, huge selection of drinks, excellent menu but the staff really make it special. As a result we visited for drinks or food 4x in the 5 days we were in NYC. I can’t remember the names of all the staff that helped us but every one was friendly and helpful. Ordering/paying is also very easy as each table has a tablet/iPad for you to request food/drinks. Similar vibe to Hard Rock Cafe but a little more chilled.

We visited Yard House with a reservation for our group of 6 and had a great experience. This is a great spot for big groups. The menu is pretty standard - nothing too special. The burgers and truffle fries are good. The service was great! Everyone from the hostesses to our waiter were super friendly! Definitely a cool atmosphere with great views of Times Square.

If you like beer, you'll get your money's worth here. 260 different beers on tap! The bar is definitely worth seeing... The atmosphere is also great and the music is just cool. We really enjoyed the evening.

The Yard House is a franchise sports bar, but with the closure of Buffalo Wild Wings in Times Square, that sort of place is limited. There are lots of cool Irish and other bars, but the Yard House offers classical big sports environments. Just down 7th, it's got two floors and tge food is surprisingly good. I've been to other franchise locations, but this one seemed to have diversified the menu a bit. Downstairs is a long bar with super giant screen tvs, upstairs are booths and a shorter bar. All in all a good product. They do a monster half yard beer, which is pretty much the cheapest you'll get by volume in the Times Square area, but. I'm not saying it's cheap, everything's relative.

Unpretentious tap house right outside Time Square. Service was good and the selection of beers included a locals menu. Excellent ales. They play tons of classic rock tunes and have several screens blasting sports which is great for this 45 year old dad who just needs a minute. Yeah, it’s a chain. Who cares?! It gets the job done.

A typical American bar, with lots of choice of draught beers, countless options to eat, and TVs that show a whole day of sports. An easy choice for our first night in this city and since we were near times-square anyway. Smooth and friendly service. The burgers we ordered were definitely very tasty. Of course you have to pay the necessary pennies here, but hey, you are in New York...

Visited in May party of 7, 2 of our guest had their steak turned up rare when requested medium well, and for the Vegan burger with no cheese but turned up with cheese. The waitress Sydney was exceptional and her service was brilliant and the head chef Patrick came out to speak to is to apologise for the error. Patrick was very professional and polite. We had around 20 drinks before hand at the bar and Rose was looking after us. She was absolutely brilliant and professional the best when it came to knocking up cocktails. When our food order went wrong we asked to speak to the manager. Travis came to the table and insulted two of my guest who received their steak raw and vegan burger with the cheese. These two guest did not get their food and was left hungry for the evening. Travis was very rude and abrupt to my two guest. He said to my guest to order what they like and not to waste the chefs time. Travis walked off amd left two of my guest really upset and with no food. Naturally I was upset with the situation and asked Sydney if she could call Teavis to the table to have a word. Travis sent Patrick to the table and I was told Travis would not come and speak to me and I had to speak with Patrick. Patrick was very professional but it was not his job to address the error and answer for what the manager of the restaurant is paid to do. Travis refused point blank to come and speak to us the customer and sent Patrick to resolve. In my eyes I was upset that Travis insulted two of guest and spoke to them in a rude manner. Extremely unprofessional and not exceptional and he walked off and refused to come and speak to me. Really upset amd dissapointed

This is the best experience in nyc , as I travel always to nyc this is the best of the best , staff are super friendly and food is the best , anything you will order from there will be super good and tasty, they have more than 130 kind of beers and alot of food vairatty, want to thank spiceally our server joi for the great night and all the staff as well

During our weeks holiday in January we came to Yard House several times for drinks and on one occasion food. Service was great and when the sport was on the atmosphere was awesome. The cocktails were reasonably and there was a vast array of beers on offer. I would definitely recommend the chicken nachos … but watch the portion was huge!

Classic "sports bar" near Times Square, large, well furnished, soft lights and large display of TV screens with baseball and football blaring (obviously). You eat on sofas or (as we did) on stools. Great choice of beers, we ordered nachos (exceptional but portion for 4 people) plus burgers and tacos (more normal portions, the chips are notable). Efficient service, good food (Americans should be left alone on their matters), prices a little high but in that area you just have to put up with it.

We stopped in as a two for some Thursday Night Football. Seated right away upstairs. Ibraham took great care of us. He was spot on for drinks (full bar, wine and tons of beer)and food without writing a thing down. We watched football (Giants lost to SF) while dining on burgers and pork chops. Both were cooked perfectly, hot and delicious. Tableside kiosk can be used to order drinks, summon waitstaff or pay. (Convenient). No need, Ibrahim was attentive to is and the very lively crowd for a Thursday Enjoy!

Fantastic bar offering a large range of beer, IPA, Larger and more. The staff are very good as well, very polite and always making sure everything is ok. The food is just as good as the beer, would definitely recommend anybody is is in the area to go.

We visited the yard house in New York after having a great experience in the vegas bar, it didn’t disappoint! We were a large family and were late to our reservation but were still able to eat, food was amazing the orange chicken was incredible! There was a small mix up with our child’s meal and when it arrived we’d all finished and she’s picked at everyone else’s. It was no trouble for our waiter she was lovely and just removed it from our bill. Would recommend and eat here again, we’d eaten at Hard Rock Cafe the previous day and this blew it out of the water at a fraction of the cost!

Great food with excellent service. Excellent choice of drinks and beers. Restaurant clean and all staff welcoming. Bar tender Norma was very helpful and cheerful. Good location and prices were good for Times Square.

We ate excellent burgers here, delicious and juicy meat, a thousand wads available, my children were also very happy with the gluten-free sandwiches and chips, for them and for me it's Top!

Made a booking for 5pm before a 7pm show. Had a lovely meal and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Plenty of time to have a drink, eat, enjoy company of friends and get to our show unhurried.

A wonderful New York experience. Excellent food and service. For all tastes. Varied beers. Show

Truly a place to recommend!!! The real American place where you can find good quality food and great beer. Very nice staff. I recommend hamburgers and salmon

Greeted well and was asked to wait whilst a table became free. Made my way to the bar in the mean time to be served by Star who was not welcoming, preferred to chat to her colleague for a while and gave me bad attitude about being at the bar. When I told her I was instructed by Caitlin that I could get a drink whilst waiting she soon became quiet! We were seated by Anaya who was lovely. Service and food were very nice and would recommend. Thank you 🙏🏻

This place is amazing to sip a great handcraft beer and food. Joy went above and beyond to suggest us the best dishes and beers to match. We took tacos as appetiser. Highly suggest the tuna steak burger and the Lobster noodles.

Booked a week before and arrived at the bar, looked great loads people in the place Was sent to the 2nd floor waited around 5 minutes, whilst the tried to find us somewhere to sit, Sent to the 3rd floor, table was broken Waitress looked like she hated her job, never asked if we enjoyed our food Food was ok service extremely poor

A large craft beer bar in Manhattan. Lots of taps and large variety of craft beer. Lots of seating on 2 levels. Food served as well. Friendly and very knowledgeable bar staff.

Stumbled across the bar after being in Times Square and we were drawn in by the advert of over 260 different beers! So we decided to go for a beer. We loved the vibe and friendliness of the bar staff that we decided to have an early dinner. The 20oz ribeye steak was amazing and a very good price. Can also recommend the spicy margaritas. A great find.

Fabulous choice of draught beers with the staff being friendly and attentive. Norna is a diamond. Food was great, jambalaya was so tasty. If we hadn't got plans this evening we would have stayed all night.

A place frequented mainly by Americans. We would never have entered because we know that only tourists go to Time Square.....and instead it was a wonderful surprise. Excellent typical American food. The meat is amazing but equally the MC&cheese. I give it a good 9 as a rating...not 10 because the volume of the music is a little too loud.

I had visited the Yard House in Vegas and really enjoyed it. After a day of shopping we decided to try this location. I have mixed feelings on it. Since I joined the club I did have a free appetizer and we ordered the pretzel which was really good. For entrees, I ordered the House cheesesteak which I liked, though it was a bit on the salty side. My mom ordered the chicken tenders which she though were awful. She said they were a bit rubbery. She said something to the waiter and he actually took it off the check, which was nice. Would not go back here, as there are other better options in NYC.

We visited recently for food and to rest our legs, It’s quite a busy spot so booking is recommended. We had a 30 min wait but they take your number and text you once your table is ready. The food and drink was good and you get a small tablet on the table so you can look at the menu and how the food looks before ordering. This can also be used to order drinks and call the server over. Highly recommend for dinner or and evening meal, They don’t serve breakfast. Opening hours are 11am - 1:30am

After a show and just strolling looking for a bite to eat before getting on the train back to Philly we walked right up to the Yard House. Oh, why not....a little early so it wasn't crowded...yet. Seated at a great window near the corner with a great view of Times Square. All the servers were great, accommodating, efficient, timely.I If you were so inclined there are well over 120 beers on tap. Food was fabulous....great way to end the day

Great experience! Top staff and no waiting without having booked! I recommend Fairly generous dish and fair price for the city

The best place to catch a game in central Manhattan. The beer line-up is second to none. The sheer size of the bar downstairs and the separate bar upstairs can accommodate a ton of people i was a single and it was easy to grab a seat. Watched the Lions/Giants game. Had 4 different beers. Awesome service.

With the very extensive beer and cocktail menu and the relaxed atmosphere, a long after-dinner meal is easy. With the family here fine food. Service is very attentive, right on entry. Beer tip: the House Honey Blonde, the big unit...

This place is so good for snacks and drinks. We went for the Super Bowl and the staff are the friendliest people in nyc😊 shout out to Ricky and Mike! This place really exceeded our expectations!

Great food & service, large selection of drinks, great music too. Location near to the theatre’s and hotels so easy stumbling distance back !

Amazing view & great selection of beer! Our server handled us with care & felt taken care of. Would return with friends!!

We were staying nearby and this place took up a large corner plot, advertising real ales and live sports. It was incredibly busy both times we visited, but a large selection of drinks, a decent food menu, friendly staff and lots of large screens playing various sports. Some food highlights included the korean ribeye steak, boneless wings and the spinach dip starter. The ales are wide ranging but quite expensive. That would be the only downside, it was expensive but this did not impact too much.

Had a great burger meal here. Vast choice of beer, and they do prosecco too! Service was friendly and quick. You can use the ipads or they will do it for you! Lovely atmosphere.

Really enjoyed the whole experience. Food was amazing and tasty. Drinks were plentiful. Had the taster flute to see what local beers there were. Great service

We were seated immediately and had a very attentive server. She was friendly and checked in frequently. We got the Queso Dip, Parm Truffle fries, Vampire Tacos and Honey Chicken sandwich. For drinks, the Coco Passion and Old fashioned along with local beer flights. All around very tasty and generous portions. Be warned the spicy flavor of the Queso Dip and Vampire Tacos are for those who appreciate the rich flavors but are good with heat. Drinks were tasty and later tried more beers like the Nitro fruit sour. All around great environment with good music and upper level dining is worth a look. Experience was wonderful and highly recommend this place. Tip: Look for the bathroom on upper level as the one on ground level is employees only.

Relaxed bar with buzzy atmosphere close to Times Square. Good value for money and plenty of choice on the menu. Fantastic staff - friendly, helpful and fun.

Wonderful experience!!! We traveled with a large group and ate here. It was the best!! The food was hot, fresh, and ready to eat when we arrived!! The variety of foods offered was excellent, the staff was friendly and very helpful!!! I would definitely return with or without a large group!!!

We ate here 5 months ago during a previous visit and the great service led us back on this trip. This time we had Akeem as our server and he was just as attentive in taking our order, getting our food out and checking back periodically to make sure everything was OK. Food is standard Yard House fare and nothing special, but it’s good and the prices are reasonable for New York.

Had a reservation booked for last night (19th December). When we arrived, it was locked up with a sign on at the entrance advising it was closed for a private event. Why did you take my reservation, which was only made the week previously, if you had a private event?? Why did you not contact customers with reservations to let them know. The place could be amazing but we will never know. Admin has let you down. We were very disappointed

Undercooked shrimp in tacos and pepperoni pizza dough was also undercooked and disgusting. This was reported to the server and only discovered part way through the meal and the 1st manager thought it was appropriate to limit the amount of a refund/reduction in the bill because part of the food had already been eaten. In my opinion, discovering the undercooked seafood part way through the meal is significantly worse than at the start. When restaurants get quality and experience so badly wrong, they should bend over backwards to restore trust, confidence and good faith with their customer. This was not the case with the management team at Yard House Times Square that didn’t seem to really care or understand just how poor everything was.

We were just wandering down the street in search of food and decided to go here, so we had no idea what to expect. The beer drinkers in our group loved the many beer choices, plus the tablet on the table that helps you narrow down your choice. We also ordered a margarita and a mango mojito and both were spectacular. One of us had the cheeseburger, two had the poke bowl, and one had the sliders. The sliders are listed as an appetizer, but it comes with four sliders and fries, which was plenty for a meal - couldn’t even finish it. The poke bowls were great, with generous amounts of tuna. The fries were fabulous. We had parmesan fries and the garlic fries, both with delicious amounts of fresh garlic/parmesan. The server was friendly and knowledgeable and the food came fairly quickly despite it being a busy night. We also loved that we could use the tablet on the table to split the meals up by item and easily pay separately for what we each ordered. That was really convenient. We also loved the music they played, which had the added bonus of not being too loud for those of us who have issues with that sort of thing. The only real drawback for us were enormous screens everywhere playing different sports. They were distracting and overwhelming. It didn’t seem like a real sports bar so we couldn’t imagine many people going there just to watch the games - especially as there was no sound - so they seem pretty pointless. The other issue we had was the slippery floors. One of our group uses a cane and found them quite treacherous. However, the exact same floors in the bathrooms are not slippery, which leads to the conclusion that they really need to wash the restaurant floors more often. On the whole, a very positive experience.

Tried going in here for a drink on Sunday and was met with a rude lady at the desk so we walked out, but went back again today and so glad we did , lovely staff this time and seated straight away. Menu is fantastic and a great vibe. Our food was amazing and the staff were great. One our best meals during our NY visit.

This is a 2 story restaurant near Times Square. On a busy Thursday night, it's full of a mix of tourists and office workers. There is plenty of seating and tables for large groups. Our large group of office workers was seated next to another large group of office workers, so it was loud! Ordering can be done on a tablet at the table or by a waiter who stops by to check on you. We opted for a little of both. Asking her for drinks but ordering food on the tablet. What was also convenient was using the tablet to pay using more than 1 card. Taking into consideration the expected quality level of food, the food was actually very good. We ordered several appetizers to share at the table. and there is a very generous tap beer selection. Guinness is served in the appropriate pint glass. So why the average rating? The noise is so loud we could not hear the people at the end of the table and the bathrooms were filthy. Bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor. I took the elevator so I could check out the upper floor. And as the door was shutting, a homeless man jumped in the elevator with me. Just the two of us for the ride to the 2nd floor. He was polite and chatted about the weather. Maybe he was a regular and they let him in to use the facilities. He was heading to the men's room. Even though there were at least 3 people at the reception table, no one stopped him from entering the restaurant. The ladies room was littered with TP on the floor and paper towels all over the place. No one had checked on this for a while. I reminded of an old saying: you can judge the overall cleanliness of a restaurant (kitchen included) by the condition of the bathrooms. Hopefully that is not true in this case.

This was a great find our food was lovely served by a great waiter I think his name Paul / David he was very friendly and food is very reasonable

As far as the food, the burger was cooked as requested, and the grilled chicken sandwich was tasty. The service, however, was comical. We finished the appetizer before making a second request just for some water. The iced tea was a separate battle to get. I got my iced tea but finished it (due to being thirsty) before the server came back with the requested sugar for the tea but it was some time later that she came with the spoon to put the sugar in the tea. I was now willing to wait for a second glass of tea as I was niw equipped with sugar and spoon but sadly the second glass never came.

We enjoyed lunch at Yard House— new to us! Outstanding tower of onion rings and delicious fish sandwich! Reasonable for NYC! Good service! We will definitely visit next time in the Big Apple!

Attended for a NYE party. Lovely food (pizza, veggies, buffalo veggie chicken, steak, amazing mashed potatoes). Fabulous service from the staff. Amazing range of alcohol on offer.

Essentially this is a bar but the food list is deep and interesting. With over 200 different beers the waiting staff could answer questions thereon. The avocado and crab food stack was divine. a good place for a drink but to get the best value of an evening or lunch best to order some food

I can't complain about the service received Our server was attentive and lovely However the food was average Nothing to pass rave reviews for . I thought the food was reasonably priced until we got the bill By the time tax and tips were added I thought it was very expensive for the average food we had . Atmosphere was good though and had a lovely spot looking over the streets of nyc But I definitely wouldn't return

Great spot for a bite to eat and a few beers. On a trip to NYC with our teenage daughter. Stopped by the Yard House for supper. Food was great, amazing selection of beer and atmosphere was awesome. We ended up going back for supper the next night. Both nights we had great service - super friendly and attentive staff. Quick to resolve any issues. Would 100% go back here again.

Good quality bar food. Been to Yard House in Denver before. This one was excellent too. Service was good and great location and vibe.

After being told not to eat in Time Square because of the prices , we were looking for somewhere to eat and came across The Yard House , the food was excellent and the staff were really helpful with nothing being too much trouble. I would highly recommend it. The only I would say is if you ask for a burger and they ask how you want it cooked if you like medium ask for well done, I asked for medium but it was rare , which was not a problem for me as I like my steak but it might be for some

Heard great things about Yard House however was disappointed with our visit to the NYC outpost. Service slow, food average, was just a below average experience. The location is just next to Times Square so we thought we pop in for a late lunch, but this lunch just dragged out as service and also food were very. the food was average, we expected something a bit better than that.

Pub/restaurant with American food very close to Times Square, very few tourists, great choice of beers with local food - burgers and the like - and TV on sports. Very cute, nice, nice and prepared bartenders

The food was good, but the service was Great and her name was Katie! Kept coming back to check on us, kept us full. She was great.

We've been there twice. The first night we ate there and it was very good. Good food, good choice of beers. On top! The second time we were there for a drink, at the bar, facing the typical American sports screens. We loved it

We visited this place on a few occasions whilst visiting New York. It has a really quirky vibe, the drinks and food is excellent. All staff are really friendly and efficient, would definitely recommend coming here. We will be returning when we visit again.

After our 1st full day In New York eating fast food and doing thousands of steps we were all worn out and needed a sit down and proper food. No problems with getting a table. Food and service was fantastic. Highly recommend. Can't remember who our server was. He was so polite and made our experience lovely. I paid by card on the table machine and pressed "$0" for a tip as I wanted to give him a ten dollar bill. After seeing him all the time. The minute we got ready to leave he disappeared. We waited and waited but never saw him again. Felt awful as he must have thought we purposely did not top him! Again.. highly recommend

Lovely bar with a warm and inviting atmosphere, we visited the yard house twice whilst staying in NYC. Food and drinks were great - first visit we had a lovely waiter called Eli who was very helpful, we enjoyed it so much here that we returned the following day!! Food and drinks were a very good price in comparison to other places in the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend this bar to friends and family visiting NYC!!

Went for dinner then back again for lunch the next day. Alcoholic drinks are very pricey but food was fair and to a great standard. Good vibe. Really enjoyed our visit

This is a typical Yard House, like all the others I’ve been to. But I gave it 4 stars because we were seated promptly and Andrew was a terrific server, checking throughout our meal to insure we didn’t need anything and the food was good. However, both my wife and I had the Beyond Burger and it’s hard to mess that up. Otherwise, the menu looked pretty much the same so it’s nothing special.

The place is huge with a great selections of drinks. It is not all about the beers albeit what an selection! They do spirits and cocktails. The atmosphere in the venue is enhanced by the great staff working there. The waitress who served us was bubbly and nothing was too much for her to do. The selection of sports on the screens were perfect for those who had an interest. The food menu was varied and the prices were not overly expensive given the location.

Food is amazing!!! Service is above any other place I’ve been to in New York!! Please visit, you won’t be disappointed!

Left without being seated. 30 minute wait was an hour 15 with no updates. Told we were fifth in line and 10 or so groups were then seated. No organisation at all.

We went for a quick meal before the theatre. We loved the menu choices. Our server really rocked it. He was personable and very knowledgeable about the vast selection of beers offered. We wouldn’t hesitate to return for more of the good service and good eats.

Hard to know how it worked when we arrived and had a reservation. Quick to take order, but poor timing of drink with food. Good food and good portions.

We were hungry and thirsty when we spotted Yard House. Having never seen one before we decided to give it a try. Good idea! Surrounded by music that is energizing but not an interference, it has a large bar and TVs to watch the game. We took a table and ordered Our party enjoyed fish and chips and chicken tenders. All were very satisfied. Our server, Ariana, promptly met our every request without being intrusive. She went beyond her normal duties. When we asked for directions to our next stop, she was unsure, being a Bostonian having only been in New York for seven months, but checked and pointed us in the right direction. We are glad we tried Yard House.

We are actually fans of Yardhouse at other locations. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in Manhattan. The chicken on my Caesar salad was dry and ice cold. My sister's Sprite was chlorinated syrup. Our waiter was very nice (Ibrahim) and the location itself is great. I'll remain a fan of the chain but I'd rather go to LA or Miami

Good atmosphere and lovely Foods! Love the selection of Beer:) the service was also good:) i like the place, not to expensive and perfect location.

Superb atmosphere, lively loud venue, great to chill out for an hour or so and escaping Times Square, simple menu, but just the food you nee. Amazing selection of beers, even if some are over 10%. Great service!

NYC only …The waiter was so rude to our family …. We went in and only wanted drinks as was on way to a formal dinner and needed a pit stop. He abruptly said we could order on the app ( we only suggested this as he seemed very busy and flustered). He then aggressively said “I have to order for you no matter what!” … this seemed strange given that I have been to Yard House all over the USA in the last 12 months at least 15 times or more and never heard this before… I always use the device to order without issue … isn’t it why it’s on the table ?? . Anyway - He then proceeded to hide the ordering device and deployed very controlling and condescending behaviour. Rude nasty and curt! We have always championed this establishment and we regularly visit it in Orlando and LA when visiting our friends but the waiter went too far today treating us like low life tourists and he made us feel very unwelcome. To top it off …..he helped himself to a 25% tip until we amended it to 18% (and that was too generous considering the bad attitude but we felt so embarrassed!). I often wonder why people work in hospitality if they are so impatient and angry when people are just having drinks … albeit we did have dinner there a few days before this terrible experience … and it was good. In conclusion - this experience lets Yard House NYC. We were not rude at all… but he was rude to us … and we felt very unwelcome in an establishment where we had grown to love it over the years…..So sad really that one person can ruin our view of this company. I did complain to the front desk too so hopefully they will discuss with the waiter.

Would not have chosen the Yard House from the outside, but so glad we did. Great evening, excellent service from Xavier and the girls on reception. Tasty food food value, fantastic selection of beers, would definitely recommend & return. Great atmosphere

Food was so-so. Not sure why I came here, I’ve tried a number of Yard Houses and the food is always mediocre, no matter where I go. Our server Andrew was amazing, I’d give him 5+ stars.

We went into Yars House with zero expectations - chain restaurants don't usually woo me over. It was a positive surprise! They have hundreds of interesting beers on tap and otherwise so the place is worth visiting just for that. We had pasta and tacos - both really good and we did not leave hungry. Better service than in many places and the little machine on the table that let you could order drinks and pay was super convenient!

Really great atmosphere. We were staying opposite in Margaritaville.. so very handy. Loads of beers on tap.. food portions are huge and good.

We were sat in back of a whole field trip so no one ever acknowledged that we were there. Very disorganized, tables next to us were dirty our whole meal. Order drinks on the computer at the table and food from the waiter? As new Yorkers -should have known better.

I went with friends for an evening out on our NY dance tour. We had an incredible evening. The atmosphere was great with such great music we all sung along too. But without a doubt the best past of our experience was our incredible waiter Drewskii. He was so attentive to us and alway made sure we had drinks even while the restaurant was so busy and we were a big group. He brought an incredible vibe and put smiles on all our faces.

As a craft beer lover, I was so impressed with the Yard House and its selection.of beers. I’ve never seen such a selection of types of beer or breweries. We were served by a really knowledgeable young lady (I can’t remember her name but she told us her origins are from the Dom Rep) and she was absolutely spot-on with her recommendations for me. Mrs A does not like beer but even though her cocktail of choice wasn’t on the menu, our friend and her team thought nothing of making one for her. We also ate here and the food was great. Absolutely recommend this bar - just off Tmes Square - and we’d love to visit again!

Very good food ( very big ) , friendly & efficient staff, a really nice place - we are sure, that we will visit this restaurant again 😃

Great place for either drinks at the bar or food at the tables. We went here numerous times during our stay in Times Square. Staff are all polite but some better at service than others. Great selection of beers on offer. All the food we had was lovely and no complaints at all.

Big pub and restaurant stretching over three floors. Still, the place was full on a Friday night. Good chicken wings and Jambalaya. Large choice of draft beers, although the ran out of some of my favourites. Good and attentive staff. You can try to order (and pay) by a tablet on your table, but half the items were missing on the tablet, so we used the old-fashioned way and spoke to a waitress. Expensive, but this is Central New York.

It’s hard to pay attention to the attractively served dishes when 50 different screens are flashing at you, but ththe mrnu is varied, the beer choice is extensive and the prices are fair. Good choice for bofore or after the show.the food is very tasty, the club soda is unlimited, the prices are fair, the beer list is expt It’s hard to pay attention to the track if we start dishes It’s hard to pay attention when they were so many screens flashing at you, but the location is in the heart of Broadway, the beer list is extensive, the menu is varied, and the prices are fair. Good choice for before or after the theater

Place full of energy with super nice servers! We ate more than our hunger so delicious the burgers were 😋! A special nod to Maya who was a love. I hope to be able to come back to NYC one day to share a new moment with you!

Delicious place on Times Square. I think it is the bar with the largest variety of chops I have ever seen in my life (it should easily have more than 100 different types - I indicate a lot for who is a beer fan). Their Wings are really differentiated and worth the d+. Of the 7 nights we stayed in NYC, three nights we went to dinner there! Definitely one of our favorite NYC places to eat and drink. Details that do not require reservation (stay there for about 20-30min until you wander around a table, but get a place quietly - wait in a comfortable place, with a sofa to sit). And the detail also in the service of the waiters, which is very good!!!

If you are looking for a late night place to eat, especially on a Monday night, this is a good choice. Staff very friendly, food was plentiful and good, price for Manhattan was reasonable. The sliders were very good and the tomato soup and grilled cheese was very good. Loved the ability to look at photos of the food from the iPad on the tables. Will definitely return

Short couple block walk from Times Square/Broadway shows area. Staying at Luma Hotel, we visited twice. Not sure what to expect, we really enjoyed it. Sat second floor both times, steps or elevator. Great vibe, current popular music (no rap) good for senior rockers. Armando was our first server & explained how things worked, one of main reasons we came back was his superior service. IPADS used for photos/explanations/ pricing / ordering/payment. A very unique/fun/efficient service. First trip Korean steak sandwich, Club sandwich, so many selections of tap beer will blow your mind. For second visit this week, Made reservations for early dinner, second floor was fulfilled exactly as requested. Filet and rib eye steak for meal 2. All meals were really tasty. Bacon for club sandwich was not crispy enough for us, Armando got it taken care of. Recommended,

Went during the coldest week in January, good food, drinks & atmosphere. Was served by a lovely guy who had a young family in Florida couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely place to go

We were looking for a place to watch the hockey game and enjoy a beer. Service was excellent. Great music and lots of TVs with various sports. We had a couple appetizers- very tasty. Would recommend this as a great spot to enjoy a cold drink. So many options and the staff took the time to recommend the beer options.

We were very positively surprised by what a great place to stay almost in Times Square awaits us. The Service just fantastic, thanks in particular to Mel, she was so attentive. The selection of drinks, especially the beers, was great and the food very delicious.

We ate here one night during a week in New York. Great selection of beer and cider and the menu was extensive. Everything we had was lovely and our server was great. Would definitely recommend

We visited the yard house twice during our trip in NYC with our teenagers. The food was good but our order of fish in a bun was wrong and we were brought fish and chips, no big deal but $5 each more expensive but we were hungry. Waited an age for condiments. But is was good. So we decided to return last night as my son Wanted a burger and it is on the way to our hotel. It was a Saturday night and very busy. We weren’t waiting too long and the food etc arrived by 2 surely waitresses who placed the food and walked off so we grabbed a passing server to ask for sauce. No reply just carried on walking. 5 minutes later a bottle of sauce plonked on the table. Fine no problem. Good good if a little pricey. $115 for a burger with fries, a blt with fries 2x club sandwich with fries, 2 cokes and 4 beers. We left $120 and were getting ready to leave when the server came running over shouting!!! We thought we hadn’t covered it. He said this is wrong you need to pay 20% tip my husband said we left you a tip and he said I now have to pay for your meal which we said no you don’t!!! He then went on to complain that it’s for the bar staff etc so I said you want $30 tip and he said yes and I said no way that ridiculous as it’s more than one of our meals and a drink!!! I said we aren’t Rich we leave what we can afford!! He then bent down to my husband showing him a tip chart and was extremely aggressive and rude and my husband told him so, he told him to go away but he wouldn’t!!! He was patronising saying that we didn’t know how USA tipping works implying we hadn’t visited before which we have many times. He was shouting customers and staff were looking and he was livid with what we left. He actually was the best out the bunch but the rest of the service was rude and cold. To be hassled for a $30 tip is disgusting and intimidating. We walked out and we would never recommend again absolutely disgusting you should be ashamed that let your staff do this to customers.

Called in for refreshments at the end of a long and hot afternoon. The air conditioning was a welcome change and we were met by an extremely friendly group of bar staff and a huge range of beers to choose from. Sample beers provided and we had a great chat with one or two of the people serving us. Free glass of tap water provided when requested and this was a nice way to end the afternoon. Loved it...!

Good location. A lot of beer choices. Was a bit loud and clean enough. The food was good and the portions were plentiful. Charisse was very friendly and attentive.

Typical American pub two minutes walk from Times Square! Huge selection of American and international beers. Varied food, burgers and chips but also Asian and Tex Mex dishes. Also present was a celiac friend who had a separate menu with the possibility of choosing many dishes.

Great food and good service. It was very busy but the open atmosphere still enabled us to relax. Satisfied with both staff and food service

Amazing selection of beers (~150 tabs). Waiters did not know much about the selection, but were happy to hand out tasters. Recommended if you know what you are looking for and don’t need guidance. I would have preferred a bit more help.

The spicy chicken burger was lovely. Initial mix up with my order was rectified. Service was good, ambience also good. I'd visit again.

Reservation made on the internet but not respected. When we arrived, we were told there would be a 20 to 25 minute wait, then I received an email informing me that my reservation was cancelled... I spoke to the hostess who told me "sorry" you will have to wait another 20 minutes 😡😡😡

Characteristic American place. With music and good sandwiches. Very kind waiters even for those who have difficulty with the language. Prices are not exaggerated. I recommend it

We were in the city for a few days before we left for a cruise and wanted to watch some college football and have a few beers on a Saturday afternoon. The place was hoping and very busy but we were still able to find a couple of seats at the bar. The bar menu is extensive and the bartender was very helpful us find a beer that we would like giving us a couple of samples to try. The place is really setup to watch sports with a ton of TVs and lots of different games on. We had just had a few sandwiches so we didn't order any food but I eyeballed the servers walking by us with serving trays of food that looked good. We enjoyed watching games and having some good beers for a couple of hours and glad we stopped by.

Having an amazing time at the Boston Yard House my expectations were high. The Times Square Yard House did not fail at all. Greeted at fhe door with a big smile and seated wirhin ten minutes on a busy friday night. Brayden, our server is amazing. Attentive and welcoming. Food came out fast. All was delicious. 4 cheese dip, cheesesteak, and veggie burger.

WOW! This place is amazing. There’s so much choice of food and drink here. The staff are knowledgeable of the food and drink. The staff we had contact with were brilliant, Jake, Sydni and Cassidy, keep up the good work guys you’re doing great. I had orange chicken with jasmine rice and it was absolutely delicious. Can you send some here to England? This was the best place for my husband and I on an evening, even for my two teens as well.

Found randomly in Time Square, and not disappointed, on the contrary. The waiters and waitresses are very nice and smiling. The atmosphere and the property are excellent. We feasted on burgers and good beers!

Alex took very good care of us. He was knowledgeable about the items on the menu - both the extensive beer selection as well as the large food menu. Both the beer and food items were excellent. Will return again on my next NYC trip.

Twice a very good time spent in this place Friendly waiter and very good food Good atmosphere If we lived in NY, we would come regularly

This is a brewpub around the corner from the Hilton between 41st and 42nd. I had the jambalaya, which was excellent. I was afraid it might be too spicy, so I had the sauce separate, but I needn't have worried. Dessert was good, too. Also excellent service. I'm not a beer drinker, but they did seem to have a good selection of beers. Highly Recommended.

We love this place and come here every time when in NY. Great choice of beer and cocktails, tasty and good looking food, wonderful service.

Quite a lively place off the Times Square. Sports bar with all the basics in place. Salmon was great. Good service and ample choice of beers.

Good choice of food, 250 beers on tap! Excellent staff with a great knowledge of the food and beverages. Gets packed early evening, has more room upstairs.

A lively very busy bar just on the edge of Times Square serving great beer and other drinks and some value bar food. My wife also enjoyed the Cabernet Sauvignon they served. We visited two or three times on our visit for reliability. I enjoyed beers from local Captain Lawrence and Coney Island and 5 Boroughs. Marley was a great bar tender too. The locals were great and and we had some good conversations. One warning is that it can be very busy but well worth a visit.

Ricky looked after us and was super helpful They really do have 120 taps and super nice cocktails reasonable price for so close to times square

Exceptional staff! Food is delicious! Must try the spicy tuna stack! Out of this world!!! Highly recommend! Will be back!

I met my daughter here for lunch on a Sunday in mid-November to watch football games with her. Yard House has such a wonderful array of beers! I made a reservation for Noon a took the subway from my hotel - I’m not from NYC and was in town on business. When exiting the subway, I went the wrong way - and by the time I got to Yard House, I was almost 25 minutes late for my reservation. They listened to my sad tale of “getting lost” and they were happy to seat me with a cold glass of water - along with their own stories of how they have gotten list too! I felt a little less dumb! Our server was Delfin and he was wonderful. Friendly yet professional, super attentive but not annoying. When I asked to have the Bears game put on one of the screens by our table (it was way only on one of the screens at the other end of the bar) there was no hesitation. Delfin put it on the big screen closest to our table! We enjoyed a couple cold delicious beers, chicken nachos, and Vampire Tacos and a sandwich. Food was delicious! I would definitely visit again - and would highly recommend.

Bad service and very average food. Main meals were drenched in oil. We had a virgin Bloody Mary and it was so salty it was undrinkable. We advised the waiter and, with attitude, they shrugged their shoulders and told us it was a pre mixed drink. We sent the drink back but never got a replacement and the drink was left on the bill.

The food is brilliant and really big meals. Service is quick and the waiters are very polite. Great atmosphere with a fantastic selection of drinks. Would recommend a visit if you’re in New York 👍

Got here during happy hour on a Wednesday to catch some Bruins playoff hockey. Server was awesome. great attitude. helped to get the game on a few of the MANY tv's they have even though i was in the heart of Ranger/Knicks country. this chain restaurant is well know for their draft beer selection and did not disappoint. We got happy hour prices for our entire stay (until about 930pm). chicken tenders, truffle fries, chicken nachos all good. House hazy IPA was ok. Switched to Sierra nevada hazy after. good size wine 9oz. plenty of TV;s of all sizes. plenty tables of all sizes for different party needs. 2 floors. 1 block from times square on 7th ave. even without happy hour prices decent given location.

We booked lunch for Christmas Day just for snacks to keep us going until the evening meal, and was truly disappointed in the service, waiter was rude and accusatory towards us. There are table top tablets for ordering food which we didn’t use, waiter accused us us of closing out the tab three times and we told him we hadn’t touched it and he continued to accuse us of closing out the tab, turns out there was a glitch in the system and two tables had the same table number, still waiting on his apology! On the plus side food was tasty.

Dashed in on a rainy afternoon and were so pleased we did. Great menu, great choice of beer and drinks. Food was delicious and reasonable cost. The staff were particularly warm and friendly. The place itself was buzzing with a great atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

My mom, her neighbor and I ventured into the city on a group trip to see a show today and had time for an early dinner before we had to be at our meeting spot. We wound up here and were all really pleased that we did. Armando (I hope I got that right) was super pleasant and happily answered any questions either of them had about the menu even quickly showing my mom how she could view what she would be ordering on the little touch screen thingy. Thanks, man. My drink Black Orchid, I think, was delicious but my Ahi-tuna was even better. My moms filet was cooked perfectly and she loved it. My neighbor had the Pork Chop which she raved about. The veggies were really good too. I typically like to sorta research restaurants esp if I’m going somewhere like NYC and pick one before hand but they felt better going somewhere closer to the pick up location so YH it was. If you’re here, you’re probably similar and I would definitely have to recommend this place. We had a great experience.

Visited here a couple of times for both food and drinks. Delicious food and the mojitos are amazing! Great vibe too with lots of different sports going on. Great to sit at the bar and watch

Patrica was awesome! The place it self is amazing, so many different beers to choose from. Food was delicious, great atmosphere and service. Can’t wait to come back!

It was the wettest Saturday ever and our 3rd day in NYC. We had been wet since 6am and decided to book here for dinner before heading to a show. It was really busy and glad we had booked ahead. We were quickly shown to our table and greeted by our brilliant server. Drinks came quickly and the food was delicious and plenty of it. It was a really relaxed atmosphere with every American sport playing on the TV screens, great classic rock music and a lovely place to just relax and watch the rain continue to put down outside. We enjoyed it so much we booked for another night before we leave NYC. Fab food and service.

Good beers, excellent cocktails with and without alcohol, excellent burgers and pizzas. The place close to Times Square is very nice.

Great place for a drink with your family (teenagers friendly by the way) or friends and even for an afterwork meeting. Plenty of beers flavors for the amateurs but also good cocktails (alcohol or virgin) Very well located on time Square and most of all, nice and very kind team. The food menu is not crazy but they have good appetizers that you can share (the cali roll stack is a blast !). Will definitely come back.

Large restaurant with quite a few choices. The servers are very friendly. Rare in Times Square, the food is good and the servers don't push you to eat. The atmosphere is supercharged! Normal for the place and it's quite nice. We have been there several times. The restaurant closes around 2 a.m.! So perfect for those coming out of a musical. We will return without hesitation. Good

Our server was amazing but the food was very poor even if you book a table you have to wait ages to be seated!! Then our meals came out at different times they for got my sons burger and my spicey beef noodles the beef was so chewy I didn’t eat it would not go back

Went for dinner on Saturday evening had a bit of waiting time , but u could start off at the bar. Choice of beers in extensive (over 100 different ones) food menu is also quite spread out. We ordered nachos, chicken wings , pizza , fish and chips and noodles . All of them were very good
Excellent
Visited a couple of times during our NYC stay. Great atmosphere and good range of drinks and food. Food was lovely, staff very attentive. Great location in Times Square. Would definitely recommend.
