Amazing Thai spot

By Raerae_Travels |

I stumbled upon this place while looking for lunch one day and was pleasantly surprised. There was a line out the door, so I figured it had to be good. My ramen and spring rolls were delicious. The servers were attentive and kind. Small joint, but worth a visit. They also have happy hour and lunch specials that I gladly enjoyed.

Authentic Thai food that won’t break bank

By Renny |

Our 1st time in NYC and we’re looking for a familiar food that we love. My husband I were craving for pad Thai. Most of the Thai restaurant that came up are this fancy infusion type of food. We found this gem and so glad we did. The restaurant is small but very busy with locals. That only means great things! The pad Thai was a good portion and good. Thai tea and fried calamari were delicious! If you’re craving for pad Thai or any Thai food in NYC, this place won’t disappoint you.

First visit

By AdlaiJN |

Very crowded when we first arrived at for lunch around 1:30 but almost empty by the time we were ready to leave. Service was very good friendly helpful and the food was good also. I ordered tofu Pad Thai. It was average. It came with a nice small salad and a little spring roll. My companion order duck over rice. It was simple but good.

Excellent New York Vibe!

By Angie B |

The food is really, really good. That red snapper is a must have. I returned 2 days later and had a noodle dish, that too excellent. Love it here.

Very good option near the Javits Centre

By Daniel Z |

If you are looking for a good option to the tasteless and very pricey meals of the Javits Center you can go to Zoob Zobi. It is just 3 blocks away and the food is very good! Ask for the sticky rice with mango for desert.

Great flavours

By kmilne948 |

Cosy restaurant with great flavoured food. Will definitely return. Best Tom yum soup. Great service.

It's okay

By AnnalunaNYC |

We're a big Thai foods fan . Weve been to many Thai restaurant .. On June 16th we're on west side so we've deiced to try a new Thai restaurant.. The place is small and it was very busy around 6-7pm so we've waited for about 10 minutes then sat by the windows side which is fine . I've ordered Grilled pork Moo yang.. For me it was too sweet so Ive had to ask for hot sauce. They seemed to killed the flavor of sauce adding too much sweetness . Comes with mango salad .. It tastes like fish sauce to seasoned so nothing special and served with the sticky rice instead of jasmine rice . The sticky rice was too dried and kinda hard to eat .. I am Japanese so I know what's sticky rice like .. I don't think I will ever go back there again. Perhaps I should have ordered Pad Thai or curry dishes. Few waitress was kind with great services Wish them a good luck .

Excellent little restaurant

By luxbrain |

Excellent restaurant: service was friendly and efficient; food was very tasty and the choice of dishes was impressive; very good vegetarian options; prices were very reasonable given the great food that we had; highly recommended for a quick lunch!

Very busy and therefore a very good Thai restaurant

By gogogoAmsterdam |

You enter your name inside and within 15 minutes or so you will be called and you can order. The food is delicious. Really Thai. The patthai with shrimps was great and the papaya salat with shrimps was nice and hot. You will be served nicely and it is crowded. Nice and the Chang beer is not to be missed. A great Thai restaurant!

Excellent Thai

By Gideon D |

Excellent all around , food , service, and value for the money. Has a very family run experience to dining in. Not to spicy so if looking for a stronger kick, ask for it.

As good as the reviews say it is

By O Bre |

Delicious food with fast friendly service. I had a hard time choosing from all the great looking dishes but ended up with the green papaya salad and curry puffs and was super pleased

Hit the spot

By Randall Tan |

Looking for some Asian food to satisfy an urge? This is the place to go! The beef stew noodles and the pork over rice really gave us a glimpse of home. Beef broth was amazing. A bit sweet but nothing some fish sauce won't help. The pork over rice was tender and flavorful. Service was prompt and friendly. And don't forget to try the Thai iced tea!

Nice little Thai restaurant

By SarahKP19 |

Based on trip advisor reviews and close proximity to our hotel we popped in for dinner. Quite a small/cosy restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good and served quickly.

Awesome place recommended will return

By Montrose3 |

What a great place with fab staff great traditional food cooked to perfection I would gladly return and will do on my next trip ! Great prices quick service highly recommended

Delicious Thai food that will make you want to go back.

By Michael E |

I’ve been here twice with a friend. It has exceptionally delicious food and great service. I am not a big fan of very spicy food, and this restaurant offers delicious entrees that are truly gourmet and not too spicy. I’m sure they have spicier dishes too if you enjoy that, but if you’re looking for a great Thai restaurant in the Hell’s Kitchen area, definitely check this one out.

Shrimp Tom Yam Soup

By Obr670 |

An absolute must for lovers of a savory, flavorful, unique foods. I was very impressed and would highly recommend! 👍

forthcoming waitress

By fotomom |

we had been here before , it´s not what it use to be.Food was good , but what a surprise when the waitress came to our table , clearly not OK with the tip. What could have been a good review , ended in this : DO NOT GO THERE !!!.

Loved this place!

By rkerr30 |

Must visit! This was a superb gem of a place. Near hudsons yard/edge and The New Yorker hotel! Traditional Thai food, good price and friendly staff, definitely recommend

Pad See Ew and Pad Tai were both excellent

By MRU20140505 |

Family trip to NYC. Pad See Ew and Pad Tai were both excellent (not spicy). Very fast and friendly service. Had a place for customers to charge iphones. Prices very reasonable for NYC. Would def return. They get busy around dinnertime.

Another NYC Hidden Gem

By Rodnell W |

Fun, quaint Thai spot deep in midtown West. Great food, attentive service and vibrant atmosphere makes this spot a must see. We discovered it by chance on our way to Penn Station, but will return again next time specifically to dine!

Yummy food!

By nickyee2016e |

We visited as close to where we were staying and had walked past this vibrant busy noodle bar many times. Food was hot, fresh and tasty don't hesitate walk right in!!

Love this Place!

By Ryan T |

Very good Thai food! We were here last year and I went with my usual Pad Kee Mao - Thai hot hot. Loved it! However until I looked at pictures on this website did I see so many other plates that look really nice. The service is good. It's a cozy place, rather tight seating but it's NYC. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent Thai Food in Midtown Manhattan

By Pat C |

There is always a queue, not sure if you can pre book. But well worth it. We had the Thai Basil rice with Chicken and the Tofu Massmana Noodles. Outstanding and as good as any I have had elsewhere. Restaurant is small and tables are tight but this is a little gem.

Always good!

By Brian P |

Ordered delivery. Came quickly and exactly as ordered. The food was delicious, as always. Never disappoints. Flavorful. Yum!

Fantastic pad Thai

By Monika M |

One of the best pad Thai I’ve ever had! Affordable prices and fun vibe at the noodle bar! Highly recommend margarita cocktail and any of the white wines! A must visit if you’re in NYC

Decent food near my hotel. Glad I stopped in.

By Robert F |

Walked by this place on the way to get a beer and burger for a quick dinner, and decided to give it a try, as noodle soup sounded like a better option than a burger. Overall I was glad that I did. Good food, but I was not blown away. To be fair, I would give it a 3.5 rating if I could. I asked for a recommended appetizer, and they suggested the Duck Roll. Surprise, surprise, it was the most expensive app. I got it anyway, as I like duck. It actually was a bit large for app for a single person, so I can't complain about the price. However, the overall dish was average. No flavor really jumped out at you. Would have been great to have some crispy duck skin in there. I am a fan of coconut curry soup, so I got the yellow curry noodle soup. A big bowl of soup with lots of noodles and chicken, in a very flavorfull and spicy broth. Overall it was very good. I only finished about 2/3 of it given my large app, and my server was happy to put it in a container for me to take home. Service was very good. Value for the quantity of food was also very good. Would I go back? Not right away. I'll try some other Thai or noodle places first.

Delicious and inexpensive

By Mathias N |

We were greeted warmly and got a great seat by the window. The order was taken quickly and the food was served after a short time. It was really excellent and tasted fantastic. Tip: a dish with a chilli pepper is quite spicy. For people who don't like spicy food, this is definitely too spicy. I was delighted.

Thai on the go!

By Dogra11 |

If you are looking for a good meal with average midtown prices I will recommend this place. Service and staff is quick and attentive with food nicely prepared and hot. Overall their lunch menu is a bargain and you even order from the main course if you don't like their lunch menu.

Excellent Food! Warmed the soul

By Elena A |

Excellent tasting food, and great service. Food warmed the soul which is exactly what you want on a cold winter day. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting New York.

Nice little Thai place!

By MzFinnin |

Very nice and comfortable place where you can get a quick lunch. For $9 I bought the Chicken Noodle Garlic soup. It was tasty and filling. I was feeling a cold coming on and it was nice to sit down and eat some homemade soup! I will go back and try something else. Everyone was friendly and nice!

Delicious!!

By canter21 |

Amazing delicious & interesting foods! Our family of five (one teen, four adults) really enjoyed apps— Curry puffs (would love the recipe !), chicken satay, crab Rangoon … meals: perfectly roasted duck over rice with vibrant steamed veggies, chicken Thai noodle soup, a salted pork belly meal with noodles, chicken & rice with a peanut sauce, & duck, rice, garlic sauce (sorry can’t remember the correct names!)… and delicious mai tais … yum! & the final cost was completely reasonable compared to hometown

Great tasting food

By Philip S |

Well cooked food. The foos Tasted nice and fresh. Servers were very kind. Food was delicious and tasted very good. We recommend ZOOB ZIB fats serving

Decent - but not great

By James S |

Small Thai restaurant, it's pretty crowded and vet tight. It's extremely popular during lunch. It has a nice open wall on warm summer days. The service is efficient, but not over friendly. It's more get em in, get em out. I had a lunch special of chicken Pad Thai. It was good, but not great. It was a bit bland. It came with a dumpling and a salad. The price with beer was $17.00, fair price, but not a bargain. It was an okay lunch, just not anything special.

Simple, good

By therealalmo |

Not austentatious. Delicious. Not a lot of tables. Friendly staff. Would go again for sure. More characters.

Hidden gem, best Pad Thai

By Lucy |

We wanted a quick meal after a long day spent walking around the city, and this restaurant was around the corner from our hotel. There was a small queue outside, but we got in straight away as we were only a two (sat at the window seat). We had some starters, a main each and a Pad Thai to share and it was possibly the best Pad Thai we have ever eaten. Ordered way too much food so took some to the hotel, even the next day and cold, the Pad Thai was still great. A hidden little gem, would 100% recommend it.

Definitely won’t go back

By Carole_reviewing |

Had lunch during the busy lunch hour, I was jammed against a wall with people pushing past me all the time which was very uncomfortable. The food was ok, then when it was the time to pay they wanted to take my credit card away from the table which i don't allow so I went to the area where I could see what they were doing. I was given the print out for the total and my card back then asked to sign another print out I thought because I was using a 'travel card'. Then I was told to add a tip to the second print out, I said well you have already charged my card and I was told their system changes the total on my card!!! I refuse to add the tip so their system could change my charge on my credit card, after angry words I threw us$5 in cash at the guy and tore my signature off the second print out. All in all a very unpleasant experience, I won’t allow any merchant ever to change details on my credit card.

Amazing... Went 2 Days in a Row!

By jefferylesq |

My wife and I were staying around the corner at the Crowne Plaza. We tried to go to a local grill and they were packed for a Nebraska football game. We stumbled in here for lunch and it was the best “accident”. The staff was friendly. The food was incredible. They even had a great local IPA on tap, which is very rare for a Thai restaurant. We enjoyed it so much we went back the following day before we left town. The waiver recognized us, thanked us for coming back and when he learned we were from out of town he gave us the most amazing coconut pudding dessert for free. All this despite knowing we live in CA and cannot be regular customers. I will send everyone I know here. The entire experience was incredible. Try the Cantonese Spicy Noodles. They are amazing.

Nice lunch spot

By Julia N |

My family came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Got seated quickly and staff was friendly. My son and I ordered noodle soups—I got the garlic chicken noodle which was very fresh and authentic. I could tell it wasn’t the artificial chicken broth. My only complaint was that there was not enough noodles. The bowl was full of chicken so it didn’t seem in proportion. Same for my son who had a spicy noodle soup with meatballs. Hubby and daughter got sautéed noodles which were very good. I would go back but I would order the Pad Thai next time instead.

Tasty. Small portions.

By Margie C |

Very friendly service. Food should be served hotter, but everything was tasty. Amount of squid in the load thai was almost non-existent. Shrimp dumplings were terrific.

Average

By Lyn S |

We had Sautéed vegetables in oyster sauce, fried rice, steamed rice and green curry, all of which was just average. The vegetarian spring rolls were quite nice. Just a meal. Would not go out of my way to get there.

Great Food

By Haylie |

My sister and I stopped here on our way to Port Authority from Hudson Yards, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was great, and it had a cozy hole-in-the-wall type feel. We both got the Sangria to drink, and it was so refreshing (it was actually recommended by the waiter and we are very happy we got it). We got the spring rolls to start, and they were great. I got the crab meat fried rice as my meal, and it was AMAZING! And the portion size was so generous. My sister got the chicken pad thai and she said it was one of the best she’s ever had. Overall we both really enjoyed our meals and are very happy we decided to stop in to eat.

A worm in my food

By Paulin M |

I never ever write reviews. I understand mistakes can happen, even a hair in my plate I can manage. My friends brought me to ZoobZib. We had a bad service mostly because of the manager. The waiter was really nice and he apologized for the time it took to have our food ( 1 hour) and he generously proposed to offer us the drinks but his manager refused. Because we were out of time, we’ve decided to put our barely touched food in boxes to bring it home. I warmed up my duck over rice 2 days after and I found a worm in it as I was about to eat. I really hope people will take time to read more carefully the reviews before going there

Great

By nitz111 |

Delicious, good service, good vibes. Great cocktails! Affordable. Great location. We enjoyed our visit and will be back.

Good service and food

By amyd1972 |

Stopped here because it was close to our hotel and the menu outside sounded good. The shrimp dumpling appetizer was delicious.......the chicken satay also very good. I ordered the steamed tilapia and didn't really care for the sauce that came with it. Just a little too much going on it I guess. Husband had a spicy noodle dish which was better than what I ordered. Despite the 3 star rating I would still recommend it because the appetizers we ordered were perfect!

Great food!

By TheTwinsMom |

We tried Zoob Zib for lunch and came back the next day to try other dishes. They were all very good. The staff was very friendly.

Delicious food!

By bandman15 |

I enjoyed the grilled chicken and vegetables/rice and it was prepared beautifully with great flavors. A delicious green salad was served first. Excellent service and friendly staff!

Tasty, definite repeat

By Amit G |

My Son and I walked into a packed restaurant but the turnover is pretty quick - hardly waited a few minutes. We sat at a comfortable counter style table along the window. We ordered various appetizers to and shared different dishes (about 7 dishes). Service was prompt while the staff could explain items we didn't understand or recognize. The larb and scallop pancakes were standouts but everything was tasty without having too much sauce or too much oil.

unexpected delight

By Gacho |

my wife, 2 boys and I landed here by coincidence. we had no expectations... except to see that the place was almost full on a summer weeknight, somewhat late. the food was stellar, especially the apparently famous panang. drinks were also quite good and fairly priced. NYC has sooo many restaurants that we rarely repeat... but Zoob makes it into our relatively short “worth repeating” list!

They changed for worse

By josecnyc |

I don’t know how to start my review. I used to come to this place before when used to be ‘Aura” the changed the name of the restaurant and the personnel….. and the quality of the food. Yesterday I went for dinner (to take out) and I ordered the Yen Ta Fo Noodle Soup, and honestly it was the worst noodle soup that I ever had, in fact, it upset my stomach, the broth was very, very hot, whoever made it, I guess put too much Sriracha hot sauce in it or it was cayenne pepper???..I don’t know. The seafood was poor, only three shrimps in the broth, two mussels and some squids, even it says on the menu that it comes with Tofu and white mushroom, I didn’t see them at all. I like changes, but positives one or when it’s for improvement but, I believe that this restaurant went from “A” to “Z”…Not recommend it

Just Yummy! 🤤

By Tiina H |

Sweet little Restaurant in Manhatten. Just stepped in ’cause it looked good! Food was perfekt. Be careful - the lemongrass chicken is hot 😃!

Delicious food, fast friendly service

By Angie B |

So happy we found this place during our long weekend visit. Good inexpensive drinks, fresh unique food and friendly service. We'll probably be back.

Okay Thai meal

By Propert |

We ate as a family of four and agreed it was an okay meal but nothing outstanding about it. The beers we ordered were $4 a piece which made up for the lack of wow factor in the food.We looked at the wine menu and it was silly New York prices and did not see a single bottle on anyone’s table which says something - or maybe it’s the fact beer compliments the food more ? Seems family run with slow lacklustre service and 18% charge automatically added to our bill!

Very delicious!!!! AND friendly

By Agnes |

We 2 Europeans / Austrians wanted to eat good typical Thai Food. We were there twice, enjoing much, due to the very friendly Team and the goooood taste. Thanks to the Team!!! Agnes

Give information on pricing and how to pay upfront

By hagen w |

Customer service here is tricky. The servers do not make it clear on pricing selections. Are happy to say yes to options offered for a certain price then add on items and make out they explained correctly the charges. Come to pay is not so easy if you like to pay using a credit card. Only 2 cards are allowed. Not possible to use more cards even if you accept an add on charge for using extra cards. Well the police will help by standing on the side of the business even though there is no information given before we sat and ordered. Quite simply....be hospitable...explain clearly and give correct information to your customers. Obviously we're not coming back...not that you care.

Best thai in NY

By Sylvie V |

The food was great! Best thai in NYCity. The service was also good. The only negative thing that I could say is that they bring you the food when you're still drinking your coctail. But that's everywhere in NY, so be it. I definitly recommend it!

Noodle Soup for the Soul

By Reslimpan |

Small quaint little Thai place with a focus on noodles. Missing that you don't get the condiments you would get in Thailand to customize your soup - the chili, nam prik, sugar, vinegar. However no complaints on my dish as such - the Duck Noodle Soup was excellent. They have a good selection of Craft Beers. You can't go wrong.

Delicious food in a cozy place

By conradstx |

Very good food and service in a cozy place just on the corner of 9th and 36th. I'm a big fan of Drunken noodles or Pad Ke Mao...but I have never had it with mixed seafood....and this experience did not disappoint. It was great. Some local Thai beers were on hand to accompany the food so it was a good experience

Thai Cuisine!

By Arthur Naing Win Aung |

I had a lunch with my friend in this restaurant. It's 5min walk from Hotel Wingate that i stay. Nice decoration, The place is clean. Waiting time is not too long. Taste is not bad. Check out the photos.

Cozy place with tasty food and great service

By Scott W |

I met up with friends here for an early dinner. It was perfect! Very friendly staff, terrific food, nice atmosphere. We were surprised when the bill came. Very reasonable! Highly recommend.

Happy Hour!

By Charlotte B |

Very pleased to hear when we sat down that all wines are $5 till 7pm and all cocktails $6. Food came out very quickly. We had the chicken and shrimp dumplings and they were amazing! The dipping sauce was the best.

Variety to the MAX!!!

By Simon J |

Wow, what a great selection of meals, calamari, dumplings, soup... all so delicious.... very cramped seating but service & meal make up for it... Thai food at its best!!

Excellent Food

By Debbie S |

We fell across this place by chance as there’s a good launderette a few doors away ... Glad we did .... the ambience is relaxed, the staff were happy and helpful and most important the food was excellent. Ordered the Duck noodle soup which was superb ... be warned the soup portions are huge! Would highly recommend

authentic thai food and warm friendly service - thailand taste in new york !

By happyvirgo73 |

amazing authentic thai food. Service was warm and friendly and they were happy to accommodate special dietary requirements which was a huge plus the chefs are thai which is a bonus We asked for authentic thai style food which the team were delighted to make. they have a great selection of authentic thai dishes and some great classics the krapow gai was just awesome, we also ordered the following food: kua gai noodles ginger tea classic fried rice tom yum soup the ambiance of the restaurant is welcoming, warm and the staff were very accommodating. this is a great thai gem in an unassuming street. it comes highly recommended

Hot, hot, hot

By flyeroli |

Ate here a few nights ago while in the City for the Gift Show. Unfortunately when ordering I neglected to see the little red chile next to the item I chose and as a result had a meal that was far to hot for me. Moral of story wear your readers when ordering and use smartphone for flashlight if you cannot see. That said my wife had a wonderful meal and we had superb service.

Great food

By Rebecca7H24 |

The food was really great and the portions were big too, definitely a good price for the amount of food you get, i’d definitely eat here again.

No Beer Here

By Cindy T |

The Mystery of the Missing Beer - We chose this restaurant, in part, because the website referred to it as a "Thai Beer Bar". Also, one of the TripAdvisor reviews, July of this year, referenced $4 beers. Our server told us - no beer. Why? No liquor license. Well, what were the beer taps in back of me doing there? So we drank … water. I didn't like my food. My shrimp salad was drowning in dressing and had an overwhelming cilantro flavor. In contrast, the vegetarian health soup was bland and tasteless. A disappointing experience.

Hidden gem

By FrankF14304 |

Any place with an all day happy hour is worth a try. Probably the best beer prices in the area. Coconut milk soup was very good. My request without mushrooms was not a problem. The beef and broccoli in peanut sauce was huge and delicious. Since happy hour hadn’t ended, had another beer before leaving. I can’t speak to the authenticity, but it was delicious.

Tasty Thai in the heart of Manhattan

By Riestis |

Eaten here on our first and last night in New York, food was super tasty and staff very friendly. Highly recommended!

Decent Penn Sta area Thai food

By Mark B |

The curry puffs were quite good, as was the Tom Yum soup, which was decently spicy. My “Drunken Noodles” with chicken was pretty good, with favors and texture to the noodles. I was also able to get a nice Asian beer there, and they also have a brown rice option, which I also appreciate.

Noisy/busy with great food

By Jens S |

Found this restaurant on trip advisor. The entire area is full of good restaurants. The place is extremely busy and the restaurant is extremely noisy. Your next neighbor is inches away. You have an hour before you must leave. Meanwhile, the food is super delicious. One of the better places in NYC. We had the chicken noodle soup, cashew chicken nuts, red curry, and lemon grass chicken. All highly recommendable. All starters were excellent. Summer rolls, mango salad, Bangkok dumplings. The calamari rings were on the chewy side. All in all a great experience for a visitor.

Yummy

By Peter R |

The "Authentic Thai Dumplings" were unique and absolutely delicious, as were the scallion pancakes. Cheap for NYC.

Amazing

By Lucy B |

Would definitely recommend- fast service, really good value for money and delicious food plus very cheap cocktails. Only bad thing was that the restaurant is a bit small but this only added to the cosy atmosphere created by the hanging lights

Delicious!

By Leonie R |

Great food; helpful, friendly staff and excellent value. We loved it so much the first time we came back twice more in our three week stay in New York! Thank you!!

Delish Thai food

By Jennifer K |

Found this on TripAdvisor and was so close to our hotel, we gave it a try. It’s a very small space, but our wait wasn’t too long. Cozy little spot in Hell’s Kitchen. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious and very fresh. Picture is Rama sauce entree with chicken.

Delicious Thai food!

By RosieP1234 |

Visited here with my boyfriend on our last night of holiday. It was amazing, the food was so fresh and large portions. We had the green curry, pad Thai and duck between 3 and ate it all. Very reasonably priced. The only problems were that they don't have an alcohol licence and the toilet was pretty rank.

lightning fast service

By Wardnick1 |

I had lunch here. The food arrived almost as soon as we had ordered it. First, a small salad was delivered. Before we finished, entrees were served. The food was very tasty and filling. The place was crowded at lunch and rather noisy. Nevertheless, it was pleasant enough and I will probably return.

Good food at reasonable prices

By Aileen T |

I love the calamari, chicken wings and chicken satay. Also love their other thai dishes. Food is not overpriced.

Very Pleasantly Surprised!

By YaleDad |

Honest Thai Food done very well, at reasonable prices, with good service. The Tom Yum Lemongrass soup was outstanding, my co-workers had papaya salad & cucumber salad. For entrees we enjoyed pad see-ew, curry, and pad lee mao, all made perfectly and true to Thai cuisine. Very accurate, kudos to the chef! Had no wait to get a table at dinner time- seems popular with locals but not yet found a following, which will come with great food like this.

FANTASTIC!!

By CMC_03 |

The food was excellent, super fresh and tasty and the service was A+. The place was crowded which made us happy because you know it’s good. We had several appetizers including fresh summer rolls with hoison sauce, chicken satay was cooked perfectly and came with a delicious peanut sauce, MooPing (bbq pork on skewer with sweet n spicy dipping sauce), Tom Ka soup (excellent) and ...drumroll please...THE BEST PAD THAI EVER. For the past 35 years I have ordered pad Thai everywhere I go. Theirs is hands down the best.

AWESOME FOOD!!!!

By KaySerena |

The food here was excellent!! You have to know how good it was, I was in town for 3 days and ate here 3 times ...once twice in a day!! I'm not that familliar with Thai cusine but everything I had was super tasty, ingredients fresh! It's a small place and one of the times we went it was packed ( a true testimony to how great the food was) but we were fine eating at the window bar seating. A must try!

Cosy, hearty food…

By rena t |

After a walking all day trip, and a little cold , this was my meal for the evening . I had the chicken ,noodle garlic and corrianda broth. It was a huge bowl , and very hearty ,hot and tastey. I thoroughly enjoyed it .The restaurant is family run and a traditional flavouring. Small and cosy inside with a cosy relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend . On my next visit to New York will definitely eat there again.

Street noodles at their finest

By stella_luna33 |

When my daughter got a mad noodle craving at 11 pm, the hotel concierge directed us to this place, telling us they had the best noodles in midtown Manhattan. Now, we did not sample all the noodles in midtown Manhattan, so I cannot vouch for that statement, but this place had amazingly delicious and satisfying noodles. Hot, fresh ingredients, and ready in minutes. Generous portions, fair prices. A great find!

Thai noodle

By Su Wen L |

Really close to the authentic.. The taste is very good also the presentation.. Its clean and nice. The restautant doesn't have so many seats. Easyly to find. Very friendly staff. The price very reasonable

Excellent food, pleasant atmosphere.

Had dinner here with several other people - the food was all excellent, the service was good and it was a comfortable, pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely return.

It was noodle soup!!

By Josh D |

I love noodle soup!! We were moving my sister into college and I needed some noodle soup for dinner!! We were going to go to tasty hand pulled noodles but it was so far and it got too late so we went here!! I thought the shrimp dumplings were ok!! It tasted like any other dumpling!! It wasn’t special!! I like to eat special food!! But then I got the roast pork noodle soup and it was a dream!! The porks flavor was so good!! The noodles were also so good!! I loved the noodles and the broth and the pork!! I saw a trailer once for Luke Cage season 2 where bushmaster (he’s a crazy dude) beat Luke (who’s so strong) up so easily!! That’s what I did to this noodle soup!! It was full when I got it and like 20 minutes later it was completely empty!!

Nice atmosphere, fantastic Thai food, great happy hour

By cnymike |

This terrific Thai restaurant was so close to our Hotel (36 Hudson) and we were thrilled with our great experience here. We got there in time for Happy Hour and had $4 beers and $5 wine. The menu was comprehensive and for an appetizer we chose the Curry Puffs. Wow, they were good...chicken, potato and curry in puff pastry. I chose Drunken Noodle for my main course. It was a large serving and I loved every bite of it. My wife got the Ginger Sauce (sauteed ginger, onion, scallion, celery, musrom, carrot and bell pepper in ginger sauce.) Fortunately for me, my wife could not eat the entire portion so I got to eat half of hers too. Loved it. For dessert we ordered Thai Coconut Pudding which was three small shallow little dishes with warmed pudding which was sort of like a two layer pudding. It was great. The server we had was wonderful. Very friendly and efficient. Dirty dishes were whisked away promptly. I'd definitely come back here again.

Good Pad Thai

By Diane L |

I had been here once before, but it had been over a year, and the colleague with me was interested in Thai for dinner. We were able to sit right down without reservations since it was early. Staff was really friendly and attentive. The pad Thai presentation was great! Tasted wonderful too. My colleague also enjoyed their meal, although had a bit of food envy because of how well the pad Thai was presented compared to their lemon grass chicken. Definitely would return again.

Small compact place but high on taste

By Ramamohan Pai |

We had dinner at this place on the 23rd May 2022. It is a very compact place like most places in NYC. Service was good and food very tasty (at least the dishes we ordered). We enjoyed the grilled shrimp salad, basil fried rice with shrimp, chicken garlic noodle soup and mango with sweet sticky rice. Really value for money. Recommend this place for anyone who wants to try it out.

Authentic Thai in Mid town !

By ghm11_2 |

Just got in to NYC, wandered around to find a place to eat on an early evening February night, an this place called out...... - Looked cozy inside, noodles sounded great, and, so we went in ! Service was excellent, we both ordered grilled pork noodle soup, and it was delicious ! Even came back for lunch the next day, ordered the same, but this time on the lunch menu.........a little different !

Excellent food!!!

I had Red Curry for dinner last weekend. It was perfect! I couldn't stop eating it. I hight recommend this place to my friends and family. When I go back to the city, I will visit this place again.

THIS RESTAURANT REUSES MISTAKE DISHES MADE

By Melanie Z |

THIS RESTAURANT REUSES MISTAKE DISHES MADE What a disappointing experience - in hopes to trying new restaurants in the area the company I work for decided to order lunch from Zoob Zib. I scheduled a delivery for the following day and paid $189 including tax and tip. Then I receive a notification from the lobby that a food delivery is downstairs. Upon arriving downstairs I noticed that it is the food I ordered for the following day. This was at 2:07pm. I immediately called the restaurant where they took fault and said they would delivery free of charge on the correct requested date. This was at 3:04pm. At 4:15pm I received a call a delivery man was at the building to pick up the mis-delivered order. An hour and a half later this restaurant sent someone to pick up cold old delivered food. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. I explained I did not know where the food had gone as I left it down in the lobby. I asked why they sent someone to pick up cold old food and they claimed it was “normal” to do so (not true). This is the kicker - then I asked what they would do with old cold food, throw it out. They said no. Then I asked would they reuse it...THEY SAID YES! They would reheat the food and use it in another delivery or in house. GROSS and totally violates some sort of Health Code. The “owner” came to my office building to look through the building trash for the food. HA. After a long and lengthy dispute, multiple phones call hung up on by the owner, and an in person confrontation. The “owner” refused to refund the $189 and refused to deliver the food as requested as the delivery receipt was signed for (this was a lie as our lobby associates never sign for food deliveries). This is a terrible restaurant to support. Take your business elsewhere...I am certain there is better Thai food in NYC.

Excellent food and service

Great restaurant with excellent traditional Thai menu. Service is great with friendly, helpful staff. Top tip...you need to book a table or get there early evening....very popular with locals.

Delicious Thai food in a charming setting

By barlando2 |

Delicious Thai food in a charming little spot. Chilly weekend warmed by a delicious chicken garlic soup with rice noodles and a yummy pork in garlic gravy. Gracious service in a fun atmosphere!

Super friendly people. Great choices, not expensive at all, food tastes so good and is authentic, real flavour bomb dishes, would def come back!

Delicious

By Marcia74 |

For dinner we had pad thai and drunken noodles and it was all very tasty. The food came out quickly and was presented with pretty garnishes. Very fresh and lots of vegetables. It was a warm and cozy atmosphere with friendly service.

Good address

By Chiaritou |

+ : Good food, affordable price and smiling, friendly staff. - : Not intimate room though, tables are close to one another and you can hear your neighbor's conversation.

Pad Thai, spring rolls, fresh spring rolls

By Kkii P |

Wonderful Pad Thai and apps, charming atmosphere, friendly staff, and great value! We were lucky enough to get the window seats and it was fun to people watch.

Amazing lunch

By chippaul |

All of the food we saw other people eat looked amazing. Had the duck pineapple curry and the duck soup, both delicious. Great ambiance with funky beats playing. Very reasonable price. Excellent service.

Great food

By Jambo |

Ate dinner here 3 times over a week, while staying at a nearby hotel. Noodle dishes were all tasty, of a good size and price. Really enjoyed the food, efficient service and sitting at the high table/bar looking out to the street.

Great Place with Great Food!

By Stephan D |

Been here twice now during our NYC visit. Very good food, fresh and tasty. Very nice and friendly service. Our kids loved the place!

A small restaurant with a big presence

By cl0wdy |

We had dinner there after the theater. It looked like not only tourists but locals were there as well. The service was friendly and efficient. It is a small place but quite delightful with us all packed into its comfortable atmosphere. The shrimp pad thai, the spring rolls and the thai salad were good.

Authentic delicious food

By Cschuch |

My husband and I enjoyed the authentic food. Very delicious. It was crowded and noisy but who cares food and service was exceptional! Highly recommend!

Excellent food and service

Excellent food and service. We had duck and chicken curry. Both were excellent. The food is fresh and super tasty. Highly recommend.

Excellent!

By RedTurtle91 |

Great spot for dine-in or takeout. Really appreciated the quick, responsive service (we told the server we were in a rush to get to a performance at MSG). Delicious selection of Thai options. Likely one of the best places in its neighborhood. Try it!

My favourite Thai spot in NYC

By Melgin1 |

When I get a Thai craving this is my go-to. The drunken noodles are incredible. I've tried several other menu items and have been happy every time. The prices are pretty decent too.

Tasty Thai food and nice service

By SisPerth |

A busy place, with cheek-by-jowl tables, but with friendly service and very tasty food. We were a little bemused to learn that a Thai restaurant could somehow run out of Thai fish cakes early in the evening! They were our first choice, but we settled for fresh spring rolls instead, which were well filled with prawns and all the usual suspects. Chicken larb was well executed, and nicely spiced; we liked that the chili in all our food wasn't "dumbed down" and we didn't have to request extra chili on the side. The grilled pork with sticky rice & green papaya salad was great, with a good amount of chili kick to the salad; there was an ordering mix up with this dish, and our waiter initially brought a skewered pork appetizer by mistake but was gracious about changing it to what we really wanted. Chicken Pad Thai rounded out the meal and was very good. All in all, we thought the food was fairly authentic, with prices about where you'd expect for New York City.

Great Find

By Kathy L |

My daughter and I were looking for a place for dinner before an evening church service. Zoob Zib was directly across the street from the place we parked, so we decided to give it a try. I had the Vegetable Pad See Ew. The wide noodles were delicate and delicious. I’m not sure if they’re made in house, but they sure tasted like it! The dish was perfect! My daughter had Pad Thai-one of her favorite dishes. She’s had it in many restaurants, and she gave this dish a 10 out of 10! The service was just what we needed it to be, and the place was clean from the dining area to the bathrooms. I look forward to trying their other dishes.

happy hour drink specials

By Bee |

on a Friday this place was pretty full. Beers for happy hour - $4. Also wine and cocktail specials. Had a Magic Hat #9 and a Singha - both bottled. Sat at the counter facing out to the street with the open window (it was mid 60s day). Got tofu pad thai ($11) - did not have smoked tofu like my dinner companion who had the chicken pad thai - and didn't see any ground peanuts, only a few scant bean sprouts, and a wedge of lemon (not lime) on the side. I was starving at that point and the beers were cold and it was fast - were headed to see Billy Joel at Madison Square Garden.

Authentic Thai Near MSG!

By tskstaplet |

Had an amazing authentic Thai dinner at this restaurant. Spring rolls for appetizer and basil chicken and chicken garlic noodle soup. Both were fresh and delicious and each came with a perfect amount of heat. Service was excellent and the restaurant moved quickly to ensure the full dinner crowd was taken care of! This place hit the spot before my wife and I went to a concert at MSG.

Just what we were looking for

By Tolroy |

Ideal for a quick tasty meal. Generous sized noodle based bowl meals. Not too to far from penn station and the New Yorker Hotel. Fair prices would definitely return. Tables quite close together. Good selection of bottles beers

Remains a great find on 9th...

By jefferylesq |

My wife and stumbled on this place back in late 2017 because it was around the corner from our hotel and we needed a quick bite. We ended up eating there several times in that trip. We returned with our daughters and this time we sought it out despite staying in another part of the city. It remains as good as it was back in 2017 and apparently they are doing well as the place was packed on a Saturday later afternoon. We all shared the summer spring rolls, the Cantonese noodles, the duck curry and the pineapple fried rice. All of it was great. There were varying degrees of heat, but the menu accurately reflected that. For dessert get the coconut rice pudding. I do t know what the heck it is but they made us try it in 2017 and this time we ordered it so our girls could try it. It is incredible. The location on 9th is a little out of the way, but I like that because anywhere else this place might have a line out the door. The prices are reasonable and the portions are good. I really can’t say anything bad about this place other than that it is too small, which leads to cramped tables. Oh well, we should all talk to each other and get to know more people anyway.

Great lunch menu

By Jessica B |

We stumbled across this place after deciding our hotel restaurant was too expensive, and were very suprised at just how good it was. The lunch menu is very good value, the appetiser of the day was vegetable soup. I had the duck noodle soup, very rich broth with a good unami flavour and nice mouth feel, with lots of well cooked duck. My husband had the chicken noodle soup, the broth was very different from the duck, delicut in flavour and much lighter and herbier, it was also very good. Service was friendly and efficient.

Fabulous lunch special

By thepassenger_brklyn |

Everything was delish but the Pad See Ew was mouthwatering. Definitely recommend the lunch special and the Thai Iced Tea.

Great choice.

By Nikolai N |

This area on NYC doesn't have as many options for food as other parts of the city. I wasn't expecting much but it was great. I had the seafood cashew, made spicy. Friend had duck. Both were great! Service was quick, efficient & friendly despite it being a busy Saturday evening.

Good Thai Food

By Sumit S |

Stopped by for lunch and enjoyed the food which was delicious and well presented. For the price, it was good value. The service was good and staff were friendly. I liked the place even though it was a little small. Will surely go back again.

A TASTY FIND!!!

By GOOD2BSEEN |

I happened to be walking by this restaurant while search for a place to dine, just after the lunch crowd, in the afternoon. It was my first time and certainly will go again, in the future. My appetizer and entrée were delicious!!!!!

Second time .. Still It's okay

By AnnalunaNYC |

I had meals a year ago probably 2019. It was okay but bit salty so I wanted give them another chance. Still salty :):) Maybe me LOL The portion is big enough .. Reasonable but nothing so special to me .. Had basil beef. Tom The service was great.

Thai to recommend

By Fernando |

Extremely busy. But the wait is worth it. The food comes very quickly. The quality is extremely good. The staff is very friendly. Very fair prices for New York.

Very good Thai food

By Fearless52012835637 |

We had a great dinner, our second at this restaurant. We ordered spring rolls, papaya salad, larb, and fish cakes. We had the spicy pad prick khing with chicken and pad Thai to share. We had excellent service.

Best thai outside Thailand for me!

By Henrik B |

Amazing food - so authentic to what ive had in Thailand. Brings me straight back. Cosy athmosphere, open to the street for the buzzin. Good beer on tap and thai in bottles

Spontaneously Found

By Shaun M |

We stumbled upon this place spontaneously. We parked in Chelsea, started walking up to Times Square to catch our matinee, and decided to stop in for some noodles since we had some time. Boy are we glad we did! Neither of our plates had any food left on them. We both got the lunch special that comes with a salad (with a delicious dressing). I got the grilled chicken with cashew nut sauce. My friend got the grilled pork with pad see ew. Everything was really exquisite. Since it was the lunch rush, we were out in less than 45 minutes. We will definitely go back when we’re in the area!

Best authentic thai

I've come here with my families and got treated very well. They are very friendly and kind and very knowledge in suggesting me and my kids' meal. I do recommend this place to everybody. A+++ good job you guys. Cheers

Green Curry or Pad Thai— tough call

By wtklemp |

Definite thumbs up for this spot. Four of us visited Zoob Zib because it was close to our hotel and had pretty good ratings. Sure glad we did. They were crowded but a group was leaving just as we arrived. The green curry was great with just the right amount of heat. Loved it. Tasted the Pad Thai noodles which might have been a smidge better than the curry. Service was excellent. Definite return on my next trip.

"Go to" spot in Midtown

By stevelopes58 |

Seriously, the best Thai joint I've been to since our last visit in Phuket/Bangkok in 2019. It's cramped and loud, just as you would expect of a great spot in Manhattan. It has the energy one would hope for and food better than one would ever expect. We will be back.

Convenient Ninth Ave Location. Tasty Food.

By Nancy D |

We ran in after a long day working. The place as a diner (not much atmosphere) type decor with tables and chairs. Service was good and friendly. This was my first time at Zoob Zib. My friend had been there before and liked it enough to return. The food was very tasty and delivered hot to the table. The prices were very reasonable. Solid choice if you’re looking for Thai food in midtown.

Noodle

Just been here for lunch. Quaint little Thai restaurant, nice decor, friendly staff, and the noodles were great! :)

This was not far from our hotel and we love Thai food. I got the Peanut Chicken. I was very well done-lots of flavor. I would definitely recommend this one.

Delivery order

By Annie G |

I ordered for delivery on 23rd. Got a call from a worker saying it won’t be delivered since I didn’t out a tip . I was shocked to get a call saying that since I’ve been working in a restaurant for over 10 years had ppl not tip me before but what can you do. I told the person I was going to til I cash as I always do with my orders . I instructed the driver to come to 25 fl lobby and he called saying he wasn’t “allowed” he was told no . I asked the door guys and they said they didn’t say no . So now I have to come all the way down to grab my food . Same guy saying he won’t deikver without a tip. Get better workers !! And you should never judge people with $0

Amazing food

By Liz P |

It's raining in New York, so didn't want to take the kids out. Ordered a takeaway from here to take back to the hotel. They were very helpful as to what to ordered for the kids. Absolutely amazing food, highly recommended, enjoyed by the whole family.

Best lunch in town

By Lisa M |

We was so happy to find Zoob Zib on our recent holiday to NYC. Fantastic value off the lunch menu affordable drinks. The food is incredible we ate here twice and each time it was exceptional. The service is fantastic and super efficient. The best Thai food I have ever tasted.

A little rushed

By Peter A |

Having read the glowing reviews of Zoob Zib online, we visited the restaurant during a 4 day stay in New York. Arriving at the restaurant, the staff did not greet us and simply pointed us to a table with menus on. We ordered the spring rolls and authentic Thai dumplings for starters, and then the chicken panang curry and chicken pad Thai for mains. While the starters were quite enjoyable, the mains arrived instantly after meaning there was no room on the table. The mains were great portions, however they felt a touch bland compared to the reviews online. As soon as we had finished our meals, the bill was placed on our table without us asking which felt very rushed. While the experience was enjoyable, it didn't feel like it lived up to the raving reviews online!

You will be harassed to pay a minimum of an 18.5 % tip, although you will be given the option to pay more!

By John F |

Our bill was $42 We gave them $47 They brought our receipt back along with the tip we left (minus $2.00) saying the $45 we left wasn’t enough to cover the ‘minimum’ 18.5% tip. Food was good but it’s really a cafe with street food. Being harassed for an excessive tip and being told that I came to New York for ‘the experience’ therefore should expect this expense (huh?) was not pleasant. Service was rushed to get your money. This is not an experience I’ve ever had in New York or anywhere. Very disappointed to be manipulated and pressured in this way. Won’t be returning and would not recommend.

Disappointing

By Tanu M |

We thought this noodle bar would be amazing, but it turned out to be a big letdown. The service was bad, and the way they treated us was really rude. We were excited to try their food because people said it was great, but it was not. The dishes were not well-made, nothing like what we expected. The worst part was when we told the waitress about our feelings. Instead of listening, she got angry and said hurtful things, making us feel really small. We even felt she was being mean to us because of our ethnicity. To make things worse, they automatically added 18% extra to our bill for tips, even though we didn't like their service. This felt really unfair and showed they didn't care about us. It made us realize that this restaurant only cares about looking good, not making customers happy. In the end, this so-called AUTHENTIC NOODLE BAR was a big disappointment. The good things people said about it were not true. The bad service, tasteless food, rude and discriminatory behavior made us regret going there. We want to warn others so they don't have the same sad experience.

Perfect Weekday Afternoon Stop

By tenwaymom |

I happened on this restaurant after dropping my luggage at Schwartz storage nearby. I am so glad I did. The service was spot on and the food was delicious. The dining bar facing the street gave a great view of the activity on the street nearby.

True flavors - hearty service

By hydraniem |

2nd time I come to this little jewel in the middle of the relative no man's land of 8th and 9th avenue. The Thai dumplings are a must try, and every dish I had was so tasteful, service was very good, when the server ask you 'was everything alright?' They actually mean it. Much appreciated.

Best Thai food

By Kailash G |

This place has the best Thai food in Manhattan. A small place at 9th ave with gr8 staff and amazing dishes. They have a all day happy hour. The cocktails are good and drinks are cheap. Best place specially for some people who miss Thai food.

Small but fine

By Valdete |

Fine Thai food! The restaurant is “small but fine.” the service very friendly and fast. The price for NYC and good food is very good.

We’ll worth a visit

By Wendy VB |

Zoob Zib was a wonderful find on our trip to NYC. A compact little restaurant serving delicious Thai delights. The menu offers loads of options making it the most difficult part of your evening “what to choose?” We we’re a table of 4 all ordering different starters and mains which we’re all delicious and flavoursome. The service was great and the Lychee Martinis went down a treat. Would definitely recommend if your in the neighbourhood and are lucky enough to get a table. Otherwise make a reservation so your not disappointed.

Always amazing food

By World Tripper |

The food is always great, staff friendly, nice decor and well priced. I always come here when I’m in town

Great Thai Good. A must in New York.

By BootyBandy |

Happened upon this restaurant whilst walking from a local hotel looking for somewhere to eat on a Sunday evening. Friendly staff welcomed us and quickly seated with a bottle of cold water. Started with Happy Hour cocktails and starters of Calamari and Duck Spring Rolls. Man course of Duck and Pineapple Rice and Chicken Green Thai curry. All food was fresh and tasty. Will be looking to return again before we leave New York. After we sat down the place began to fill up rapidly and a queue began. A small establishment, but where other nearby restaurants were empty, this Thai Restaurant was full. An indication of quality and great priced food.

Fantastic food. Great environment

By Asinfin |

Cosy and casual place to enjoy great curry and noodles. Highly recommended. I enjoys the green curry. My larty the pad thai and the red curry. Well prices. Dinner for 4 just $70

Best Pho evah!

By Jim D |

I go for pho once or twice a week back in Tampa...this place had the best! I had the N4 and it was awesome! Highly recommend if you are staying in this area. The service is very good too!

Lemon Chicken lacking flavour

By Larry B |

Expecting a little more flavour out of the lemon chicken. Coconut dessert was a bit odd. Service was fine. Dumplings were fine. I'm accustomed to some excellent Thai food and this didn't quite meet my expectations.

I have never eaten anywhere more than once whilst travelling. This broke the mould!

By A Midlife Adventure |

We visited on the last Friday of August, two days into our six day trip. We were able to take advantage of the lunchtime special menu. I had prawn pad Thai and my husband had the duck over rice. It came with a small complimentary starter. The food was truly amazing. The best pad Thai I’ve ever had!! Service was brilliant. Really friendly waiting staff. It seems like a family concern and certainly gave off a homely feel. Drink wise I tried the Thai iced tea which was really scrummy! We were so impressed we ate here again on the Sunday, two days later. This time I had beef massaman n my husband had the pad Thai combo. The lunchtime menu isn’t available at weekends. Equally impressed we returned a third time on our last day, the Tuesday. I had chicken pad Thai n my husband had a duck pad Thai. I have never eaten anywhere more than once whilst on holiday or travelling. This fantastic family run restaurant broke the mould for me.

Excellent and very kind

By caroline m |

Excellent cuisine, very friendly Service I chose chicken cashews, recommended by the waiter and I do not regret at all! Mango sticky rice for dessert

A must visit choice for Thai food

By Patti H |

Every time I'm in New York, I make it a priority to try and eat here, and after five years, I am still excited to come. Even when they are super busy, the service and the food are excellent. This trip, I made it for dinner and for lunch. I had the chicken pad Thai for dinner and the skirt steak salad for lunch with mango sticky rice for dessert. Everything was delicious and while the salad was extremely spicy (take the red pepper icon seriously!), each bite was just bursting with flavor, and the steak was tender and extremely well seasoned.

Yum

By melissa levy |

Small restaurant with great prices for the city OR for anywhere. Food was very good - came out quickly.

Worth seeking Out

By jim n |

We visited as a result of my Daughter declaring ‘I fancy some noodles tonight’ and the reviews on Tripadvisor. We discovered an excellent restaurant with great service from what appeared to be a young team. There was a good selection of well priced Thai food. My Penang curry was easily the best I’ve tasted. The drinks were reasonably priced for downtown NYC. I’d highly recommend Zoob Zib....it was well worth the walk to find it .

Great food ⭐️

By Tanja T |

Excellent restaurant which we found due to the fine recommendations. The music inside was a bit too loud though for my personal liking. Nevertheless, the food was outstanding and authentic — really worth visiting. Nice attentive and helpful servers. The food was cooked to our spicy liking 🌶

Great little Thai spot.

By enginerdkeith |

The curry, dumplings and the appetizer sampler were all great. The server seemed more like an owner or manager. Very nice and attentive. Overall, this was a great Thai spot that happened to be walking distance from our hotel.

Big 5 stars in Big Apple

By MayaMaya7 |

Great random finding, absolutely recommended! Cozy atmosphere, realistic pricing, clean place, kind service and the best of all - very tasty Thai food. We have eaten red chicken curry and pad thai, the latter was even better, but both great. They offer also different thai drinks and desserts. Just go, you will not regret it.

Amazing Thai food

By TLH |

Amazing Thai food. Small, cozy restaurant with great waitstaff. We loved this place so much we came here again and the waitress remembered us. Highly recommend this restaurant.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!!

By shan2u |

Seriously after a day walking around the city I just wanted to sit, chill, and eat good food. THIS WAS THE PLACE!!!! The atmosphere was trendy and relaxing. In fact, we went back the very next day!! The food and drinks was so so affordable but tasted upscale and fresh. It was very much a relaxed setting that you could discuss your day over sangria with the family or friends. The servers stayed hopping and were there to please! Everything we had over the two visits was THE BEST!!! Portions were huge too which was much needed for the two teenagers with us. This place will be a regular place to visit on our trips into the city.

Fantastic Thai!

We visited with our family for a quick lunch today. All of us have had plenty of Thai cuisine experiences and this was one of the best! Definitely a good spot.

Great Thai food

By junexoxo |

Stumbled upon this place near our hotel towards the end of our trip - ended up coming back 3 nights in a row to get our Asian fix. Loved the tom yum soup and pad thai noodles! Nice cosy place - might get crowded at peak hours. Our biggest group was 10 and we managed to get tables on the 1st night but during another night it would have been difficult.

VERY good Thai food for the neighborhood!

By Brian P |

This place is super cute with very good Thai food! The restaurant has a small bar, about 10 tables, and a window bar with seating which is great to enjoy your meal & people watch. The staff is always very friendly & the food never disappoints. I enjoy their soup bowls as they make a good hearty meal. This has been a great addition to the W30s neighborhood!

Lunch in the Garment District

By Rose M |

Walked past this restaurant in search of a lunch spot and caught a whiff of the delicious aroma, so we made our way back after scoping out other spots on the block. After providing proof of vaccination, we were seated. While it was indoors, the front awning was raised, moving fresh air throughout the entire space. The staff were all masked. We ordered the calamari appetizer and grilled pork over rice plates. The calamari wasn’t the best we’ve had, but good still. The grilled pork came with steamed veggies, which weren’t seasoned, but tasted good with the soy garlic sauce that was on the side. The plate was loaded with pork and rice, which made for a filling lunch. Service was prompt and friendly and the menu had nice options, including dessert.

We recommend

By Robert Jurica K |

An excellent Asian restaurant with good cuisine and great service. The feeling of a small family restaurant where everyone works hard. Good decision

Good spot. Service was good

By Adam M |

Good spot. Service was good and prompt. I had the pad tia with shrimp. Very tasty. Buddy had BBq pork that was really good. Tight seating is the only drawback.

Excellent ramen

By Warrrc |

Excellent ramen noodles. Friendly staff. I’m only disappointed that we found this restaurant on our last night! Would highly recommend if you enjoy Thai food.

Great authentic Thai place!

By Itt V |

As a Thai, this place is actually pretty authentic! The noodles are American-sized though, with the same size as ramen bowls. The soup noodles are great, especially the Nam-tok, which is hard to find in the US.
