Depart from Chengdu at 7am, take the 9:13 Xipu to Qingcheng Mountain express train, turn left at the exit of the station to the No. 3 platform of the parking lot and take a minibus to the back mountain of Qingcheng. The round-trip ticket is 25 yuan. It takes about half an hour to reach the scenic spot. Walk a few minutes to the ticket office, and then walk about ten minutes to Tai'an Ancient Town. The route is from Feiquangou to Cuiying Lake (it costs two yuan to cross the river) - Baiyun Ancient Village - Baiyun Temple - Wofo Cave - Youyi Village - Wulonggou. There is no cable car in the whole journey, which took 6 and a half hours. Start from Weijiang Cable Bridge at 10:30 and arrive at Baiyun Temple at 1:00. There are 20 minutes of cumulative rest along the way. Rest for half an hour at Baiyun Temple, start to go down the mountain at 1:30, and arrive at the next stop of Baiyun Cableway at 2:30, which only takes an hour. Then it is Youyi Village. If you can't hold on here, there are black cars parked next to it. You can take a black car directly down the mountain, but you will miss many attractions. The road along the Longyin Gorge plank road was very cool. Because there was a lot of water on a section of the stairs, I took off my shoes, but my pants were still a little wet. Then I passed the Santan Wuquan and went to Wulonggou. I rested for half an hour on the way down the mountain. It was 4:30 when I walked to the main road, and 4:50 when I walked back to the bus stop. There is a shuttle bus from Wulonggou to Tai'an Ancient Town, which costs 5 yuan per person, but it is actually unnecessary because you still have to walk a distance before you can meet a bus. The minibus goes up the mountain on the front mountain road, and goes to Daguan Town when you return to the high-speed rail station, which also takes about half an hour. Catch the 17:52 train back to Xipu. It is recommended to go up Feiquangou and down Wulonggou. The slope from Baiyun Temple to Wulonggou is very steep. It will be very strenuous to go up the mountain, but you should pay attention to going down slowly when going down the mountain, otherwise it will hurt your knees. It is necessary to bring a hiking pole.

If you want to go to the top of the mountain, you have to pass Yingcui Lake. The lake is not particularly big, but the only means of transportation is this boat, and the ticket price is two yuan per person!

After passing Yingcui Lake, it’s not far to the top of the mountain. Because there was too much fog below, I couldn’t see clearly. It felt like I was in heaven!

I was really tired of walking down the mountain, so I chose to take the cable car down the mountain. I only chose one section of the route. The one-way cable car ticket seemed to be 25 yuan!

This is too much of a challenge for me. I didn't dare look down the whole time. If I could walk anymore, I definitely wouldn't have sat down. It's too scary!

After some calculations, the whole climb and cable car ride took about five hours in total. If I had climbed the whole way down, it would probably take about seven hours. Although it was quite tiring, there were mountains, water, and pavilions along the way to rest, so I didn't feel particularly tired!

The second turning point is the Baiyun Cableway. Some of the friends who have climbed here may want to go down. Save some energy and take the 25-minute open-top cable car (I didn't take it or ask the fare) down to Youyi Village (I will explain this place later). We continued to climb up and reached the top of Baiyun Temple in one breath (4 hours). After a short rest at Baiyun Temple, we continued to go down the mountain. I didn't know that the back mountain of Qingcheng was so high. I climbed the steep slopes up and down the mountain for about five hours, and my knees were shaking. But in fact, after going down the mountain, I felt that fortunately I didn't estimate the hardship of climbing the mountain, because the mountains and waters seen from the Wulonggou climbing, the Baiyun cableway that crossed three mountains from the top of the mountain, and the lush greenery coming down from Feilonggou, now think of it, they are all worth the hard work of climbing. The back mountain of Qingcheng is very beautiful. When you look up, the green trees cover the sky, waterfalls can be seen everywhere, and the water is clear green with a built-in filter. This place is really fairy-like.

I didn't go to the front mountain, but the scenery of the back mountain is superb! There are mountains, water and bamboo rafts, but the weather is not very good, so I can't sit on the bamboo raft or step on the water. It is not difficult to go to the back of Qingcheng Mountain. You can buy the high-speed rail ticket from Xipu to Qingcheng Mountain online, and then transfer to the 101 bus to the main gate of the back of Qingcheng Mountain according to the prompts after arriving at the station. The high-speed rail ticket is 10 yuan per ticket, and the 101 bus is 25 yuan round trip. On the way, many people will ask you whether you want to take a private car to the main gate of the back of Qingcheng Mountain. Personally, I suggest taking a regular tourist bus for safety.

Basically, we visited all the major scenic spots, but due to time constraints (mainly because we were afraid of missing the high-speed train), we did not climb to the top.

The natural scenery is nice. I personally like Feiquangou, which has many waterfalls, although there are no large ones. The Internet seems to recommend Wulonggou more, which has fewer waterfalls, but the ones are so large that some people go there specifically for that group of waterfalls.

In the end, we went up the mountain by the cable car in Youyi Village, gave up the scenic spots such as the Water Curtain Cave by the lake, and went directly to Baiyun Temple, and then went down the mountain in Wulonggou. In addition, there is a lack of communication within the scenic area. Many tourists take the cable car from the foot of the mountain to Youyi Village, and then walk 45 minutes to prepare for the boat ride. Don’t the cable car staff remind you that the boat is broken? A large number of tourists have gone the wrong way. The signboards in the scenic area are not very clear. There are also no reminders at both ends of the maintenance section. Just like the maintenance of the cruise ship, tourists remind each other to avoid going the wrong way.

To go from the back mountain to the front mountain, the public transportation is the minibus, which will pass by the front mountain and you can get off. There is no accommodation at the entrance of the front mountain, but there is some inside the scenic area.

Just like what someone said before, the commercial development is too much. If you go there, don't take the bus. Also, don't go on holidays... Don't go. It took more than three hours to travel 10 kilometers (leaving at 8 am). It's really dark.

The back mountain of Qingcheng is not as famous as the front mountain, and there are not so many tourists. The main tourist route is Tai'an Ancient Town - Wulonggou - Youyi Village - Baiyun Temple - Cuiying Lake - Feiquangou - Tai'an Ancient Town, which is a circular route. The back mountain is larger than the front mountain, and it is a bit rushed to go back and forth in one day, so you usually need to stay there for a day. There are more accommodations in Tai'an Ancient Town, but if you want to climb the mountain, it is best to climb from Youyi Village and rest in Youyi Village. There are more and more farmhouses there, and some accommodation conditions are not bad. If you go to the other side, you can also stay in Baiyun Village, but there are fewer hotels and they are very old.

The road at the back of the mountain is not as easy to walk as the one at the front. In some places, people going up and down the mountain have to stop and pass each other. In some places, you have to use your hands and feet... Especially from Youyi Village to Baiyun Temple, many roads collapsed on May 12, and the new scaffolding is very dangerous. The steps to the Qianfo Cliff of Baiyun Temple are also narrow and dangerous. Baiyun Temple collapsed on May 12, and the funds are being raised for reconstruction. I don't know if it has been repaired now. The cable car is not recommended because it can't reach the top.

The spring water in the mountains is very clear. After it flows out, the color is obvious. "The spring water in the mountains is clear, and the spring water out of the mountains is turbid." Many farmhouses near Tai'an Ancient Town have set up "foot washing mahjong". If you are interested, you can try it in the summer.

I feel that there are too many farmhouses in Sichuan. In many places along the way, forests are being cut down and flattened to build farmhouses. I wonder what the environment will be like when I go there in a few years.

I went with the school's travel club. It was the first and only time I climbed to the top of Mount Qingcheng. We set off at 8 am and arrived at the dormitory at 8 pm. God knows what we went through. But it was too much to climb to the top in one go. If you have enough time, you can stay halfway up the mountain and travel slowly, so that you can enjoy the seclusion, greenery and tranquility of Mount Qingcheng better.

Every form of water is everywhere in Qingcheng. There are three kinds of interesting water. Walking along the mountain road, you will see blooming mountain flowers, waterfalls and springs; steep cliffs and rocks, and a line of skylight and cloud shadows; suddenly the plank road is winding and you can't see the beginning or the end; suddenly you will see a village surrounded by mountains and covered with green grass.

The ticket is 20 yuan, and the opening hours of Qingcheng Back Mountain are 8:00~19:00 (someone is on duty at night). I started my back mountain climbing journey at about 8:30 in the morning. I entered Wulonggou and crossed the wooden trestle bridge to enter the mountain. Because I came early, there were few people. I walked alone among the rocks, green plants, small bridges and flowing water. The scenery along the way was natural and primitive, without the hustle and bustle of people. It was quiet and quiet. It was really a place to cleanse the body and mind. After climbing for an hour, I saw a store in the mountain ready to open for business, so I ordered a bowl of dandan noodles and two tea eggs for breakfast, and asked the store to fill the water in the travel pot and continue to move forward. The waterfalls and deep pools along the way were extremely cool. I walked and stopped, passing Santan Wuquan and Longyin Plank Road to Youyi Village. In Youyi Village, I was fortunate to meet Nantong Wang Da Ge and his party, and traveled together. Take the Baiyun Cableway (one-way ticket price 45 yuan) to Baiyun Wanfo Cave, Tongtian Cave, and Baiyun Ancient Temple. Some dangerous buildings from the 512 earthquake can be seen on the road. Please do not approach when walking. It was already noon when we returned to Youyi Village. We had a simple meal in Youyi Village. The Jinli Cableway was closed for maintenance, so we walked down the mountain, took a ferry across Cuiying Lake (ticket price 2 yuan), crossed the Baizhang Bridge and Feiquangou to reach Tai'an Ancient Town. It was already past 4 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the foot of the mountain.

The ropeway said "Next Station" but I mistakenly thought it was the next station. As a result, I went up the mountain road on the left. Halfway through, I realized that I was walking towards the back mountain. It may be because of the New Year. There are few people, the environment is quiet and elegant, and the Taoist temples are not as dense as those in the front mountain, but they are also very impressive! I met three sixty-year-old men, hunched over and carrying heavy loads, shouting slogans, and I couldn't help but feel deeply moved! Every food on the mountain is carried up by such people, which is also hard work. The price at the top of the mountain is expensive, but I accepted it calmly!

Visited Dujiangyan and climbed Qingcheng Mountain. It was a rural area with a few family restaurants and supermarkets in the town for tourism, and the rest was just my mood.



The back mountain is close to the train station. The local villagers' cars at the entrance can go directly to the front and back mountains. Except for some unscrupulous people, the price is generally the same. There are many Taoist temples in the front mountain, and the road is easy to walk; the back mountain is suitable for hiking, looking at mountains and water, it is relatively steep, but compared with Huangshan, it is very flat. I hiked up the back mountain and down the front mountain. The scenery along the way is okay. It snowed a few days ago, and the sun came out that day, so there were snow scenes and sunlight, which is also a scene.



There are cable cars in the front and back mountains, which are convenient for going up and down; but if there is snow on the steps, it is easy to slip, so be careful in rainy and snowy weather. There is a paid shuttle bus for the scenic area down the mountain, which goes to an ancient town - similar to the most common local snack street. There is a bus in the ancient town that goes directly to the train station.



On that day, an aunt from Qingcheng Mountain drove us up the mountain. She introduced us to many places enthusiastically and sincerely, and even gave us a discount. But when we came back and chatted with passers-by, we found that she charged half more for the toll and the entrance fee to the scenic spot.

It's also a lesson. The rural enthusiasm makes people let down their guard.

The back mountain is really bad, the service is really bad, there is garbage everywhere, and the management is not good. As soon as you get off the high-speed train, there are people who come to solicit customers. Nine out of ten are scammers. There are even more scammers in the scenic area. A pot is sold for ten yuan. It is simply a crazy rip-off. If you have been to Mount Emei, don't go to Mount Qingcheng. The scenery is very monotonous and almost the same. Moreover, due to untimely maintenance, many ancient monuments have collapsed. The temples are also full of garbage. You can't take pictures even if you want to. I really don't recommend going there. You will regret it if you go there.

To be honest, the back mountain is really no worse than the front mountain, and most importantly, the ticket price is cheap!

I personally prefer the back mountain. The front mountain is mainly for experiencing Taoist culture. It is more artificially developed, but the back mountain is more self-respecting and the scenery is more primitive. It is very cool in summer and you can go to see snow in winter. We went to Qingcheng Houshan Wan on the 30th of 2017. We took the intercity express train from Xipu to Qingcheng Mountain at 8 o'clock in the morning. It was very fast. Walk 100 meters to a place where there are special sightseeing buses. There are relevant staff who will talk about the front mountain or the back mountain. There was no traffic jam along the way on the sightseeing bus. It took about 40 to 50 minutes to reach an open space. Going back, I also took the sightseeing bus back at the place where I got off. I bought a round-trip ticket for a total of 25. Walk another kilometer to the ticket office. The student ticket I bought was 10 yuan, and I had to add 5 yuan for insurance, a total of 15. There are many small businesses selling sauced pork ribs and sausages in Tai'an Ancient Town. I bought a sausage, which was a bit salty, but it was real pork, and the others were OK. The scenery photographed in Tai'an Ancient Town is very beautiful. We walked to the Feiquangou Scenic Area. Along the way, we could see the clear water of the stream. I stopped to rest when I was exhausted and continued to walk. It is best to carry a bottle of water with you. The water in the scenic area is more expensive. You can drink water to replenish some water when you are tired. It took almost two and a half hours to reach Baiyun Ancient Village. I wanted to take a look at Baiyun Temple, but I didn’t have enough energy to go there. I took the Baiyun Cableway down to the halfway point of the mountain. It took about twenty minutes, and then it took another hour to go down the mountain. Finally, I had a bowl of beef noodles in Tai'an Ancient Town. Finally, I took a bus back to Qingcheng Mountain High-speed Railway Station after five o'clock. I had dinner at a fast food restaurant outside the high-speed railway station, and I saw a handsome foreign brother. Although I walked for almost four or five hours that day, seeing the green water and green mountains of Qingcheng Mountain was also a great gain for me. I was tired but happy! There were basically no people on the road. It was very quiet and comfortable. I climbed slowly for five hours to the top of the mountain. Because I was still quite tired, I took a section of the cable car to go down the mountain. It took nearly four hours to walk down the cable car. After all, it is easy to go up the mountain but difficult to go down the mountain. However, the scenery down the mountain is really beautiful, with many small waterfalls and clear and blue water. The pictures are all the scenery on the mountain, and the small videos are taken when going down the mountain. In short, you can experience the seclusion of Qingcheng Mountain only when you go there.

It was more beautiful than expected. If I had known that Qingcheng Mountain was so much fun, I wouldn't have stayed at Jiuyan Bridge until two o'clock the night before.

Because I was hungover and didn't have the energy to climb, I took the cable car up the mountain the whole way. The background music was Bai Suzhen at the foot of Qingcheng by my good sister. It was not a Qingcheng Mountain, but it was also very exciting. I didn't have the energy to go down the mountain, but I estimated it wrong again. I walked for nearly three hours. It was like traveling through a martial arts drama, bamboo forests, mountain streams, rafts floating quietly, and the heroine tiptoed up the tree, but I insisted on finishing the walk because I thought about Xiaolongkan.

You can take the intercity high-speed rail from Chengdu to Qingcheng Mountain, or you can take a taxi. The metered fare is about 100 yuan. If you want to have a good tour, it is best to spend a day.

The Qingcheng in the world is quiet, and the natural scenery of the back mountain is very beautiful. There are gurgling streams all the way, and there are continuous waterfalls, which is very cool! It is still very good to invite two or three friends to climb the mountain to escape the heat. The host went down the mountain from 3 pm to 9 pm, and witnessed the change of light from bright to dark. It was the last batch of scenic spots to leave, and I didn’t take the cable car the whole time! If you are not in good physical condition or have too few friends, it is not recommended. There is a section of the road on the mountain that is still very steep and a little dangerous, and there is almost no one at six or seven o'clock. You can choose to go up the mountain early and take the cable car. It is also good. The host does not know how to take pictures, but takes pictures for fun. The feeling of being in it is much better than the pictures taken!
