Putuo Mountain

普陀山风景区

Putuo Mountain is the dojo of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva and is known as the "Buddhist Kingdom of Sea and Sky". The entire island is long and narrow.
The scenic spots are mainly distributed in three areas centered on Puji Temple, Nanhai Guanyin and Foding Mountain. It takes about half a day to visit each area.
The Nanhai Guanyin is the landmark building on the island, and the "Bukenqu Guanyin Temple" has the most legendary legend of Putuo Mountain and should not be missed.
There are two excellent bathing beaches, Qianbusha and Baibusha, on the east side of the island. Those who like to watch the sea and play in the water can go there.
It takes about 2-3 days to visit Putuo Mountain Scenic Area. The prices on the island are relatively high. It is recommended to bring some snacks and drinks with you before going to the island.

It is surrounded by the sea on all sides and you can take a ferry from the Shenjiamen and Zhujiajian piers.

The scenic area is very large and it takes 2 days to play properly. We were short on time and didn't make it to Mount Luojia, so we can only leave it for next time.

There are buses in the scenic area, and the ticket prices range from 5 yuan to 10 yuan.

As time was limited, we first took a bus to the cable car, which cost 40 yuan one way to Huiji Temple. Then we went down the mountain from Huiji Temple to Fayu Temple, and then to Puji Temple.

The last places we went to were Nanhai Guanyin and Zizhulin, but we refused to go to Guanyin Temple.

Puji Temple is the main temple of Putuo Mountain, and it is also very popular. We took out the incense we prepared in advance, but we were not sure how to worship. At this time, a young man who seemed to be very knowledgeable came to us and gave us a detailed introduction to the series of actions of holding incense, lighting incense and bowing. Then he offered to take us around the temple as a tour guide for only 30 yuan. Considering that the main purpose of this trip was to worship Buddha, we agreed to find a professional person to lead us.

Putuo Mountain is one of the four famous Buddhist mountains and is the dojo of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. There are countless temples on the whole mountain. But generally speaking, the most important and must-visit ones are Puji Temple, Fayu Temple and Huiji Temple, which are located in the front mountain, back mountain and top mountain respectively.

2010.10.4 The whole family came to Putuo Mountain Scenic Area for the first time. Although the weather was gloomy, the scenery here was still very beautiful. It was very enjoyable to stroll along the seaside.

Mount Putuo is the dojo of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva and is known as the "Buddhist Kingdom of Sea and Sky" and the "Holy Land of the South China Sea".

It is a national 5A-level tourist scenic spot.

Putuo Mountain, originated from the refusal of Guanyin to go east, created this sea and sky Buddhist kingdom, making this piece of landscape out of the ordinary among countless islands in China. I was mixed among the believers, and they flocked to it one after another. I was sincere to worship, but I saw countless pious people like to express their piety with money. No matter how big or small the temples on the island are, in addition to the gold-plated and copper-plated Buddha statues, donation boxes are everywhere. Uncles and aunts are generous and regard money as dirt in front of faith. I think that the 160 yuan ticket and 60 yuan boat ferry alone are extraordinary in China. In fact, the sea is the sea of suffering in the world, and the ship is like Guanyin Bodhisattva, ferrying the hearts of all living beings. As long as everyone is calm and compassionate, the Buddhist Pure Land does not need money...

In the morning, there are buses from Zhoushan Putuo Long-distance Passenger Transport Center to Zhujiajian Zhoushan Tourism Distribution Center, which is Zhujiajian Wharf. Tourists from Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo and other places can first take a bus to Dinghai or Shenjiamen, and then transfer to the bus to Zhujiajian.

The ticket prices for Putuo Mountain Scenic Area will be reduced to:

In January and December, the ticket price is 120 yuan per person

From February to November, the ticket price is 160 yuan per person

From the first to the fifth day of the first lunar month, from the first to the third day of May, and from the first to the fifth day of October, the ticket price is 180 yuan per person (excluding boat tickets)

The one-way ticket is 30 yuan and the round-trip ticket is 60 yuan.

You can also buy tickets online to Mount Putuo + round-trip ferry tickets to Zhujiajian Pier from 6:20 to 17:00. Adult tickets are ¥235.

It is a little more expensive than buying them separately, but you can save time buying tickets and enter the island by boat directly by swiping your ID card.

The Buddhist kingdom of sea and sky, the dojo of Guanyin Bodhisattva. When you come to Putuo, you must feel the pious incense of the three major temples, Puji Temple, Huiji Temple, and Fayu Temple, enjoy the fresh green of the evergreen banyan trees all over the mountain, listen to the echoing sound of the Fanyin Cave, and stand on the top of the mountain to overlook the Zhoushan Islands, which are like islands scattered on the sea.

By The Third Young Master of the Fan Family |

It's a big island. It's easy to buy boat tickets. I recommend the WeChat public account Zhoushan Haixing Ferry to buy it. You don't have to queue! The prices on the island are expensive. The water seems to be 7 yuan. I went to the Nanhai Guanyin Temple, Zizhulin, and I didn't want to go to Guanyin Temple. Nantianmen is average. The scenery is just so-so. Putuo Mountain is mainly for worshiping Buddha.

From Zhujiajian, I took a boat to Pudaoshan Scenic Area. After landing on the island, I found that the scenic area is actually very large. Especially for distant scenic spots, it is best to pay for a scenic area bus, which costs 5 to 10 yuan. I personally think the scenery is average, mainly because this place has great significance and is given a certain meaning.

Mount Putuo is located in Zhoushan Islands, Zhejiang Province. It is a mountain surrounded by the sea and stands on the sea.

It is the dojo of the Thousand-armed and Thousand-eyed Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, who is compassionate and saves the suffering.

Every year, regardless of the season, a large number of pilgrims come to pray for blessings.

Whether as a tourist attraction or as a Buddhist resort, it is a very famous place.

It is much better than expected, with green trees and towering ancient trees, and the greening is very good. The combination of natural and cultural landscapes complements each other. The overall environmental protection is also very good. You can encounter trash cans in a few steps. You can see them when you want to throw things. I feel that this has greatly reduced the phenomenon of littering. Of course, some people still throw garbage casually. The grade and cost-effectiveness of the inn and hotel need to be improved. The scenic area vehicles and passenger ships are convenient to take. The staff are very efficient, and the service attitude can be improved.

By Panshan South Road |

The public service was really bad. Maybe it was because of the National Day holiday. Everyone was crowded to get on the boat and buy tickets. The guide inside the scenic area was quite unclear and the minibus was confusing.

By Cherry |

There are 9 scenic areas in Putuo Mountain, each with several scenic spots. You can take a scenic tourist bus to travel between scenic areas. To visit all the scenic spots in each scenic area, you still need to walk a lot. So you need to plan the route of the scenic bus well.

The roads in Putuo Mountain are very safe because there are no private cars or taxis, only scenic area vehicles and bicycles. However, only the island residents have bicycles, and they are not very willing to borrow them.

By Smile.Mr. |

As one of the four famous Buddhist mountains, it has a strong Buddhist atmosphere. If you are a devotee of Buddha, it is recommended that you come and see it and pay your respects. The whole island is like a green lung, and the air is particularly good. After staying in a big city for a long time, you can change the environment and breathe fresh air. If you are just here for entertainment, it is recommended that you think about it again, because there are not many amusement facilities, and the beach is not as good as the beaches in other places, because the area near Zhoushan Islands is a mudflat, unlike the beaches in other places, which are all sandy, so the sea water is relatively yellow.

By Kan |

On the way to the Guanyin statue, there are many devout pilgrims, and there are also many wandering monks from all over the world. The reason why Putuo Mountain can become a world-renowned scenic spot is because of Namo Guanyin Bodhisattva.

By Road One Two Tadashi Xing |

I don't need to say much about the significance of Mount Putuo to Buddhist believers, just from the perspective of ordinary tourists. Mount Putuo is full of dense ancient trees, which are large and thick, towering into the clouds, and the trees are well protected. In this regard, strolling in Mount Putuo is a real enjoyment. In particular, several temples in the mountains are shining under the cover of the towering trees. The perfect combination of nature and faith is very beautiful. (However, the incense in the temples is too strong, and I was forced to cry in the fresh rain forest due to the smoke, which is very ironic)

Let me talk about one more good thing. I originally thought that living on Putuo Mountain, I would not be able to go anywhere after the sun sets. I didn't expect that there were dim yellow street lights everywhere on the mountain, which was very artistic. There were also many tourists who took advantage of the night to ride bicycles around the island (there should be a bicycle rental service somewhere). I have to say that the scenic area management is very good.

Then let's talk about the bad things, which are also well known. How crowded are there? We arrived at the temple at 8 o'clock on Monday morning. It was still rainy, but people could be seen everywhere. You can see what the scene will be like during the weekend. Then there are the high prices. For example, oranges are 15 yuan per catty, and corn is 10 yuan per head. Many believers have been forced to bring instant noodles and bread up the mountain in large and small bags. There is no cheap place on the island, and everyone wants to rip you off. They have forced themselves to have no business. It can be seen that the official management of the scenic area has no common sense of economics. This business philosophy of all scenic area management in China is really disgusting.

For non-believers, the conclusion is: definitely don't come on weekends and holidays. If you want to come, arrange a more comfortable itinerary for yourself and stay in a better hotel so that you can fully experience this primeval forest-like island on the sea. Otherwise, why bother coming to add to the congestion?

By The king who eats a whole bowl of food |

It was Saturday, and there were so many people worshipping Buddha that even though we rushed to the cableway right after getting off the boat, when we got there, it was already a sea of people. While queuing, we saw believers kneeling three times and kowtow nine times as they climbed the mountain, and we couldn't help but sigh at the power of faith.

After waiting in line for more than 40 minutes outside and another 20 minutes inside, we finally got on the cable car.

I have been to the Guanyin Bodhisattva in Hainan Island, to Emei Mountain, and to Nanputuo Mountain in Xiamen. To be honest, I don’t go to Putuo Mountain because I am not a believer. I don’t go there just because it is famous. You know how vain Chinese people are. But the scenery is not that attractive. There are a lot of people and beauties, haha, mainly because Jiangsu and Zhejiang are close, so many people come here.

Just came back from Putuo Mountain. The ticket price was 160, and the round trip boat ticket was 60. The entrance to Puji Temple was 5 yuan, and the lunch was 10 yuan. The entrance to the iconic Guanyin statue also required money. There were too many people and no queue. In short, you have to pay everywhere. I arrived on the island at 9:30 in the morning and left at 2 pm. It was really disappointing. I suggest that if you are not a believer, don't go. It was crowded and there was a lot of garbage on the ground. We went there after transferring from Xiamen. There is no comparison. A good Buddhist holy place has been commercialized, and it is too commercial. Some staff and local people have poor quality. Money has changed people under Luojia Mountain. Alas.

The tourist center of Mount Putuo looks like the Potala Palace. Both Putuo Luojia and the Potala Palace in Tibet are named after the transliteration of the Sanskrit word "Potalaka", and both are located at the magical 30 degrees north latitude. Mount Putuo is the dojo of Avalokitesvara, and the Potala Palace is also, commonly known as the "Second Mount Putuo". It's a coincidence, maybe this is the so-called destiny~

Boats are the only means of transportation to Mount Putuo, so sometimes people often say that worshipping Guanyin depends on fate, because in special weather such as fog, the boat will stop sailing and you will not be able to go to the island. The boat ticket is 30 yuan, and the real-name system is required to purchase the ticket.

Putuoshan Scenic Area is one of the 1,390 islands in Zhoushan Archipelago, so it is accessible by boat. Vehicles can be parked in the parking lot at Zhujiajian Wharf, and you can buy a ticket and get on the boat in about 20 minutes. Now you need an ID card to buy a boat ticket. The boats here stop at 10 pm every day, but may stop at any time if the weather is bad. So if you are going to Putuoshan and are not staying in the scenic area, it is recommended that you keep an eye on the information on the island. We were in Putuoshan all day and visited Fanyin Cave, Puji Temple, Fayu Temple and Nanhai Guanyin!

By Greater freedom |

On October 15, 2016, I took a bus from Shaoxing to Zhoushan for about 4 hours, then took a bus to the beach and stayed in a hotel for one night. The next day, I started my pilgrimage.

Putuo Mountain is one of the four famous Buddhist mountains in China. I have not visited the other three. You must take a ferry to reach Putuo Mountain Scenic Area. There are two options: Zhujiajian Cihang Square and Shenjiamen Bansheng Cave. I set off from the latter pier. Unexpectedly, the pier was already crowded with pilgrims in the morning. We immediately bought ferry tickets and arrived at Putuo Mountain in about an hour.

You can directly enter the scenic spot by purchasing tickets online (with discounts), and follow the crowd to reach each scenic spot. It takes about 10 minutes from the main entrance to the scenic spot minibus, which takes you to the next scenic spot for 10 yuan per person.

As we walked, we saw the various aspects of life of the pilgrims and the historical heritage of the temples. Only by measuring them with our own feet can we understand their true meaning.

The Putuo Mountain Scenic Area is very well maintained. The main attractions of Putuo Mountain are the three major temples: Puji Temple, Fayu Temple and Huiji Temple. The symbol of Putuo is the large bronze statue of Nanhai Guanyin. Although you need to buy a ticket to enter each temple, the temples are very clean and refreshing. There are enlightened monks beside you to remind you how to worship different Buddhist gods, which is very particular.

The entire Putuo Mountain is divided into nine major scenic areas, each of which has its own scenic spots. The scenic spots are relatively scattered, mainly concentrated in the south and east of the island.

The nine scenic spots of Mount Putuo (from north to south): Baotuo Temple Scenic Area, Foding Mountain Scenic Area, Fanyin Cave Scenic Area, Fayu Temple Scenic Area, Xitian Scenic Area, Puji Temple Scenic Area, Nantianmen Scenic Area, Zizhulin Scenic Area, and Luojia Mountain Scenic Area.

Putuo Mountain, the holy land of Guanyin, is one of the four famous Buddhist mountains in my country, as famous as Wutai Mountain, Emei Mountain and Jiuhua Mountain, and has the unique charm of the Buddhist country. The Guanyin temple once had three major temples, Puji, Fayu and Huiji, 88 nunneries, 128 thatched huts, known as "500 forests and 3,000 monks", and more than 30 Zen temples for people to make pilgrimages and sightseeing. "Nanhai Guanyin", "Jiulong Hall" and "Yangzhi Guanyin Stele" are called the three treasures of the Buddhist country.

There is a video on the ferry that gives a detailed introduction to Putuo Mountain. Putuo Mountain is one of the four famous Buddhist mountains. It is the dojo of Guanyin Bodhisattva and is known as the Buddhist Kingdom of the Sea and Sky. Every year, there is an endless stream of people who come here to pray for children and fulfill their wishes. Putuo Mountain has a large area. Famous temples include Puji Temple, Huiji Temple and Fayu Temple, as well as a 33-meter-high Nanhai Guanyin statue. Some scenic spots are far apart and need to be reached by scenic bus. One day may be a bit tight, because Luojia Mountain is five kilometers away from the main island of Putuo Mountain, and you need to take a boat to get there, so it is recommended to spend one and a half to two days to play. The vegetarian food in the temple is also very famous. You can try it and it tastes okay.

In fact, the transportation bus to Putuo Mountain is 5 yuan per trip, and the small ticket is only about 5 or 6 yuan. Day 1 (2017.4.5) Chengdu-Ningbo-Putuo Mountain, Nanhai Guanyin, Duangu Daotou

Day 2 (April 6, 2017) Huiji Temple - Fayu Temple - Putuo Temple - Zizhulin (including Zizhulin, Bukenqu Guanyin Temple, Chaoyin Cave) - Nantianmen

We were so excited that we took a detour. The correct order should be: Huiji Temple - Putuo Lecture Temple - Fayu Temple - Zizhulin - Nantianmen. Huiji Temple and Putuo Lecture Temple should be visited together.

Day 3 (April 7, 2017) Xitian Scenic Area (Heart Stone, Yuantong Zen Forest, Meifu Zen Temple, Pantuo Stone, Two Tortoises Listening to Dharma Stone, Guanyin Ancient Cave) - Puji Temple - Baibusha

Let me tell you, Mount Putuo is actually very simple. The most important things are the Nanhai Guanyin and the three major temples. This is the route usually taken for a one-day tour.

If we want to play carefully, we can divide it into several large blocks.

1. On the mountain: Foding Mountain, Huiji Temple, Baotuojiang Temple

2. Halfway up the mountain: Fayu Temple and Yangzhi Zen Temple

3. Foot of the mountain: Puji Temple, Duobao Pagoda, Nanhai Guanyin, Purple Bamboo Forest, Baibusha

4. Others: Xitian Scenic Area requires climbing, but this section is a place with excellent scenery and air in Putuo. There are many good and interesting small temples and stones. It is highly recommended.

Note:

1. The three major temples in Putuo: Huiji Temple, Fayu Temple (Royal Temple), Puji Temple (the largest temple in Putuo Mountain)

2. The Three Treasures of Putuo: Nine-Dragon Algae Ceiling (Fayu Temple), Yan Liben’s Guanyin Rubbings (Yangzhi Monastery), Duobao Pagoda (near Puji Temple)

(If you are interested in the Nine Dragons caisson, you can watch CCTV's Putuo Ancient Charm - Thousands of Miles to the Nine Dragons Hall)

3. Three Putuo Stones: Pantuo Stone, Heart Stone, Two Tortoises Listening to the Dharma Stone (Xitian Scenic Area)

3. The only naturally growing hornbeam in the world: on the mountain, near Huiji Temple

stay:

Don't go to Mount Putuo on holidays, weekends, or during the Guanyin Incense Festival three times a year (i.e., February 19, June 19, and September 19 of the lunar calendar). Accommodation prices are twice as high on weekends, three times as high on holidays, and 10 times as high on Guanyin Incense Festivals -- I'm not kidding.

People usually choose to live in Xishan District 1 and Xishan District 2. Living in Xishan District 1 is close to the pier, which is also close to the bus station, suitable for traveling by car; living in Xishan District 2, transportation is not convenient, but it is very close to Xitian Scenic Area and Puji Temple, and can be reached on foot.

Price: Xishan District 1 is more expensive than Xishan District 2. We live in the prime location of Xishan District 1, very close to the pier. The standard room is 200 yuan, which is a special price. Usually, the price is more than 200 yuan. In Xishan District 2, it is more than 100 yuan. But the most expensive is Longwan New Village. It is said that the rooms there can see the sea view and are close to the pier. This is just what I say on the Internet. I have not experienced it myself. I write it down for your reference.

By the way, a bowl of fried rice is 25 yuan, which is a bit expensive. So in Putuo, you can eat fried rice and fast food. Rich people can eat seafood feast at will.

The scenery of Putuo Mountain is still very good. Many people go to Putuo Mountain to burn incense and worship Guanyin Bodhisattva. It is said to be very effective. Friends who believe in Buddhism can go and have a look. However, you still need to buy a ticket to enter Putuo Temple, which costs more than 130 yuan per person.

I love Mount Putuo, a Buddhist kingdom of sea and sky, which lives up to its reputation.

Mount Putuo is one of the four famous Buddhist mountains in my country. It is the dojo of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. Mount Putuo is located on an island in the Zhoushan Archipelago. It is known as the famous mountain on the sea of the sea and sky. Due to its geographical location, it is a very distinctive dojo of Buddhism in my country. Therefore, it is recommended for all Buddhists to visit and worship.

Putuo is very beautiful, and the reputation of the Buddhist Kingdom of the South China Sea is well-deserved. The shortcoming is that there are too many incense sticks. We should learn from Lingyin Temple and give three high-quality incense sticks when entering the temple, and avoid high prices and high quantities of incense. Because it was a two-day tour with a group, we traveled on the road for one day, and only had one day to see it. It was a pity. I sent a few photos for bee friends to appreciate.

Here are some questions that puzzled me for a long time before I came to Zhoushan and Putuo Mountain. 1. There is a Putuo Mountain scenic area in Zhoushan, which is also a special island. You have to take a boat to get there from the main island of Zhoushan. There is also a district called Putuo District on the main island of Zhoushan. 2. There is a station in Zhoushan's long-distance passenger station, which is Putuo Station. This station is on the main island of Zhoushan, which is also the nearest bus station to Shenjiamen. This bus station is called: Putuo Long-distance Passenger Transport Center, also called Putuo Central Station, also called Shenjiamen Bus Station. There are so many names that I almost fainted when buying bus tickets. 3. In Zhoushan, the shipping terminal is called the passenger station! This must be noted for inland friends. The terminal from Shenjiamen to Putuo is called Banshengdong Passenger Station. 4. There are many boat trips from Shenjiamen Banshengdong Terminal (Passenger Station) to Putuo, and you can get on the boat as soon as you buy the ticket. It is similar to a bus ship. Don't worry about the departure time, just remember the last time. 5. It takes less than 20 minutes to sail from Shenjiamen Banshengdong to Putuo Mountain, which is very fast. 6. After entering Putuo Mountain, walk from the right side to each scenic spot. You will probably have no problem with your physical strength to reach Baibusha Puji Temple. You can consider taking the bus in the scenic area to the next scenic spot, Fayu Temple. 7. The taxi drivers in Zhoushan are not kind enough. The first driver I met detoured more than 20 yuan for a journey of more than 10 yuan. I didn’t dare to ask them to use the meter directly when I took a taxi later. Instead, I agreed on the price before getting on the bus. The drivers who came to Didi to call a taxi will bargain with you directly before leaving. 8. Even if you don’t go to worship Buddha in Putuo Mountain, you can still see the scenery. 9. After getting off the boat at Putuo Mountain, you can go directly to the ticket hall to buy tickets for Putuo Mountain, which is 160 yuan/person (off-season price). The bus in the scenic area is 5 yuan/person, and there are ticket sellers after getting on the bus. 10. Whether it is the boat from Shenjiamen to Putuo or the bus in the Putuo Mountain Scenic Area, overcrowding is strictly prohibited. The service staff will strictly control the number of people getting on the boat, so everyone has a seat and does not need to stand.

The scenery of Putuo Mountain is pretty good, but there are a lot of people and the prices are high. It’s best to spend two days there, it’s still worth it!

No other place can combine "out of the world" and "into the world" as well as Putuo Mountain. Seafood feasts and vegetarian food in temples coexist, and the bustling crowds and the heart seeking purity constitute the inner and outer sides. This is a prosperous little world at the feet of Guanyin, but as long as you are sincere and respectful, there will always be a quiet place for you.

I have been there twice, more than ten years apart. This time I stayed at a farmhouse and felt very good. However, I had a meal at a small hotel below the farmhouse the night I first arrived, which felt very expensive. A small stir-fried meat cost 37 yuan, and I asked for mantis shrimp, which cost more than 80 yuan. Shredded potatoes cost 27 yuan, which was comparable to Beijing. The next day, I had lunch at the canteen of Meichen Restaurant. It was very good, with many varieties and very affordable prices. Scenic spots need such restaurants, and they should not give people the feeling that everything in the scenic spot is expensive. In particular, small restaurants opened by individuals should be regulated, and the price department should take action.

Putuo Mountain, a sacred place with beautiful scenery

By Bean curd king |

We went there on the sixth day of the Lunar New Year. It was crowded with people. The ticket seller of the sightseeing bus said that there were not many people. Putuo Mountain is a place my father wanted to go, but!! Our family does not burn incense and worship Buddha at all. My father just wanted to go, so he went.

We stayed in Zhoushan Putuo District the night before, and drove to Zhujiajian Wugongshi parking lot the next day. There were so many cars, 30 yuan per car, no time limit. But I think we didn't park at the official Wugongshi parking lot. Anyway, there were too many cars there, so there were people directing us to park wherever they were directed.

It was written everywhere in the ticket hall that you don't have to queue up if you buy tickets with WeChat. There were a lot of QR codes, so I used my dad's WeChat to buy the boat ticket. However, the ticket window for WeChat and paper tickets were separated, and there were more people queuing for WeChat tickets. When we wanted to buy tickets with WeChat, this function written by WeChat was not activated. Then I found the QR code for buying tickets on the boat, and I could get a 10 yuan discount for the first purchase. It cost 470 yuan for 3 people (160 yuan per person). I didn't receive the QR code until I got off the boat, and I didn't receive the QR code when I arrived at the gate. The delivery was extremely slow. However, after getting off the boat, there was no need to queue up to buy tickets at the gate of the scenic area. My dad went to the window to buy another ticket and went in. Later, the QR code was sent over, but it didn't work, so I refunded the money.

Our family is a pure tourist, we don't burn incense or worship Buddha. So generally speaking, there is no need to go to Putuo Mountain. It's a bit awkward to be surrounded by people burning incense...

The tourist bus in the scenic area costs about 5 yuan per person for a short distance and 10 yuan per person for a long distance. There are signs at each stop. Just queue up at the corresponding location. The ticket price is written on the sign. I couldn't find a map in the scenic area, so I used the scenic area map I saw on the Internet before. I had a rough impression in my mind and walked around a few attractions. I only went to the Fanyin Cave. As a tourist, Zizhulin is barely okay. I went to Nanhai Guanyin because it is very big and famous.

I don't know if it's because there are too many people or because the ticket selling system has been cancelled. I heard before that the scenic spots in the scenic area will sell tickets separately, such as the Nanhai Guanyin and the three large temples will sell tickets again, but there was no such thing when we went there.

We also went to the Xitian Scenic Area, but it was really boring. It was just climbing mountains, walking, and there were a few magical stones to look at, but only the Pantuo Stone was okay.

Putuo Mountain covers an area of nearly 13 square kilometers. If you want to have fun, stay in Putuo Mountain for 2-3 days and walk around. Many landscapes cannot be seen by car. It is recommended to stay near Meichen Road (near Guanyin Cave). I went there on the second day of the Chinese New Year. The daily passenger flow exceeded 120,000. It is recommended to go there in spring and summer and avoid holidays. Suggested route: Day 1, Xitian Scenic Area---Puji Temple Scenic Area---Zizhulin Scenic Area---Nantianmen Scenic Area Day 2, Fayu Temple Scenic Area---Fanyin Cave Scenic Area---Foding Mountain Scenic Area Day 3, Luojia Mountain Scenic Area The Luojia Mountain mentioned here has suspended flights due to strong winds. This is the only regret of my trip to Putuo this time

Putuo, Zhejiang, is a Buddhist land of sea and sky. Come if you wish, and come again if you have the chance. It is a holy place for pilgrimage once a year.
