The Changqing Temple Pagoda, also known as the Ten Temples Pagoda, is located on Xiyu Mountain on the south bank of the Lian River west of She County. Originally, there were ten temples in this area, including one built in 1119 next to Changqing Temple . The temple is now destroyed, but the pagoda remains. The pagoda has been renovated throughout the ages. Each eave is raised with brick corbels, interspersed with five layers of angled aprons. Atop the corbels is a wooden waist eave covered with tubular tiles. Iron wind chimes hang from the eaves' wings.

The tower stands against the mountain and beside the water, its shadow glimpsed in the Lianshui River, it is exquisite and beautiful. Du Mu of the Tang Dynasty praised it as " a few sounds of the high bell shake the jade in autumn, and the clear river is silver at dawn for thousands of miles. " Another poem says: " The ancient temple is high and majestic connecting to the blue sky, and the spring breeze and string music last all morning. The square stone tower is towering, and the long willow embankment is far away across the bank. Two dangerous peaks compete to emerge from the dock, and a winding path half leads to the bridge. Sometimes a clear sound is heard from outside the railing, and I know it is the evening woodcutter singing in the south of the mountain . "

The pagoda is constructed of brick, with the first story being higher and gradually decreasing in height. The ground floor features a wooden gallery with a 4.33- meter-wide gap between stone eaves columns. Arched doors are located on all four sides, each containing a stone lotus-petal Buddha seat. From the second story onwards, the walls feature hidden arched windows in the middle, with partially concealed square corner columns at each corner. The walls are painted with colorful Buddhist images.
