Tianchi Mountain is the most famous attraction in the Mudu Scenic Area of ​​Taihu Lake, a remnant of Zhejiang's Tianmu Mountain. The most historically valuable relics within the scenic area are the three stone houses and stone Buddhas within Jijian Temple. Research indicates that the three stone houses were built successively in the 17th year of the Zhizheng reign of the Yuan Dynasty, making them over 600 years old. Furthermore, stone Buddhas are housed within the east and west stone houses, each of which is a natural, seamless formation, perfectly crafted from the stone. These stone houses and stone Buddhas are valuable materials for the study of Yuan Dynasty architecture and sculpture.
