Positioned as a "revolutionary holy land and Guanyin temple," the scenic area focuses on red revolutionary tourism, green ecological tourism, and Buddhist cultural tourism. It is a large-scale comprehensive scenic area integrating revolutionary tradition education, religious cultural baptism, and leisure and vacation enjoyment. Located 50 kilometers north of Yaozhou City and 100 kilometers south of Xi'an, it covers a planned area of ​​312 square kilometers, with a core area of ​​83 square kilometers. It boasts beautiful natural scenery, well-preserved forest vegetation, and rich flora and fauna. There are 661 species of wild plants, over 140 species of animals, 841 species of insects, and over 20 ancient and famous trees.
