Luolong Park, located next to the Shilong Interchange on Xinkunluo Road, is the first large-scale modern garden, leisure, and landscape park in Chenggong New District. Spanning 38.34 hectares, with 13.32 hectares of water, the park features various plazas, pavilions, corridors, and terraces. The park's elegant environment, shaded by lush trees, clear waters, and breathtaking scenery, has earned it the nickname "New Green Lake" among visitors.

Every evening, residents of the new district stroll and dance here, and the elderly often come to Luolong Park to sing, exercise, and other activities. In summer, the water lilies in the pond bloom during the day but shyly hide at night, creating a unique atmosphere.

The park has constructed 17,447 square meters of roads, laid 12,887 meters of various pipelines, and built five functional plazas: the Sun Plaza, themed around landscapes; the Lantern Plaza, themed around folk culture activities; the Dragon Ball Plaza, themed around stone landscapes and greenery; the Memorial Plaza, themed around commemorating the history of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression; and the Lakeside Plaza, themed around lakeside ecology and water-related activities. Furthermore, the park has renovated a 980-meter ecological embankment along the Luolong River and constructed five bridges along the river, three of which are landscape arch bridges and two are eastbound level bridges.
