The Muruishan Revolutionary Base Memorial Park in Ding'an County, Hainan Province, was completed on August 1, 1996. The famous "23 Years of Unfettered Red Flags" in revolutionary history refers to the revolutionary spirit of Muruishan. In the center of the park stand 3.5-meter-tall bronze statues of General Feng Baiju and Chairman Wang Wenming, a major founder of the Qiongya Revolution.
The park features an exhibition hall, reception room, duty room, inscription pavilion, lake pavilion, rockery pond, two stone lions, gate, wall, and parking lot. The exhibition hall displays historical materials and precious cultural relics from the four phases of Hainan's New Democratic Revolution, including various daily necessities, work supplies, weapons, flags, seals, and historical photos used by the soldiers of the Qiongzong Army.
