Wangjiang Park is located in Block G-16 of Wangjiang District, Qianjiang New Town, Hangzhou . The overall landscape of the park can be described as a " wave " . The ground trails in the park are wavy, winding through the vegetation, and the lawns and bamboo forests are also clearly divided into high and low levels.

In addition to large lawns and dense plant forests, the park also has two facilities, namely the Guanjiang Tea House and the Guanyuan Tea House. The terraces on each floor of the 5- story Guanjiang Tea House are staggered, like the layers of the Qiantang River tide.
