
Baiqingzhai Township is a township under the jurisdiction of Sujiatun District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. It is located in the southeast of Shenyang City, in the golden area where Shenyang, Benxi and Fushun meet.
It borders Hailang in Fushun City to the east, Zhangqizhai in Benxi City to the south, Yaoqianhutun Town to the west, and Zhujia Town in Hunnan District to the north.
The township has 12 administrative villages and 33 natural villages, with Han and Manchu being the majority, making it a multi-ethnic settlement.
The township has a total land area of 78 square kilometers, with 24,317 mu of cultivated land, including 23,417 mu of dry farmland, 900 mu of paddy fields, 1,050 mu of vegetable fields, and 19,000 mu of commercial land (including multiple cropping areas).
Baiqingzhai Township is located in the foothills of Changbai Mountain. It is mostly low mountains and hills, with high terrain in the east and low terrain in the west. The altitude varies by 60 meters, with an average altitude of 100 to 180 meters and a slope of 15° to 25°.
Baiqingzhai Township is home to numerous mountain ranges, including Qinglong Mountain, Jixinling Mountain, Guishan Mountain, Niutou Mountain, and Fenghuangling Mountain in the south, and Shancheng Mountain and Erlong Mountain in the north. Qinglong Mountain, the highest peak, is known as the Mount Fuji south of Shenyang.
Qinglong Mountain is connected to numerous small peaks in the surrounding area, forming three major gullies and countless small gullies. The geological structure is granite and sandstone.
