Its landscape is dominated by square mountains with steep cliffs, and features numerous scenic features such as red cliff peaks, sloping caves, walled valleys, and gorges. It is the most prominent example of Chenzhou's Danxia landforms. The terrain is dominated by mountains and forests, creating a pleasant landscape with a forest coverage rate of 95%.

Its biggest feature is that the Danxia landform is dotted with beautiful puddles, red rocks, green water, dangerous villages and strange streams. The ecology is natural and beautiful.
