The mountain is covered with lush ancient trees and jagged rocks. The pagoda on the top of the peak competes with the North Peak Pagoda for dominance, known as the "Twin Pagodas Soaring to the Clouds" and is one of the traditional "Eight Scenic Spots of Yanling".
