Located along Guanghua Avenue in Wenjiang District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, Biluo Lake was originally constructed as part of the outdoor exhibition area for the 6th China Flower Expo in 2005 and was completed in 2005. After the 6th China Flower Expo was withdrawn, the Wenjiang District government of Chengdu reused the expo venue and transformed the Biluo Lake scenic area into a constructed wetland park, now Biluo Lake Park, for nearby residents to enjoy.
