The Colorful Waterfall is one of the four first-class scenic spots in Shunan Bamboo Sea in Yibin City, Sichuan Province. It is located in the Hulu Valley between Shigu Mountain and Shiluo Mountain, 300 meters away from Wanli Town.

Springs gushing out from everywhere imbue the deep and secluded bamboo sea with spiritual energy; where the rocks tumble, they often form hanging springs and cascading waterfalls. Among the dozens of waterfalls with different shapes in the mountains, the most spectacular is the Colorful Falls.

Flanking the waterfall are Zhongshan Mountain and Gushan Mountain. It's said that in the dead of night, the majestic sound of the water mingles with the sounds of bells and drums. Nearby, the perilous boulders of the Falling Soul Terrace are breathtaking. Atop them, a small pavilion towers overhead. Above the waterfall, other attractions include the Stone Dragon Crossing the River, Meng Huo's Tomb, and the Ancient Jiaochang. A lake reflects the blue sky and lush bamboo; the tranquility of the lake complements the dynamic waterfall.
