The Shanghai Tunnel Science and Technology Museum, located on Fuxing East Road, consists of three floors and a lobby. Using advanced technology, the museum promotes the achievements of Shanghai's tunnel construction and management, while also providing scientific education to the public through interactive and participatory displays.
The Science and Technology Museum recreates the real interior of a large slurry shield, allowing visitors to experience the tunnel construction site up close; the upper level real-life area of the Fuxing East Road Tunnel increases its realism through a large projector screen and a real vehicle tunnel simulation set up in the tunnel.
In the virtual interactive area, you can use large projections, vehicle models and other props to let visitors truly experience the feeling of driving a vehicle through the tunnel.
