Located on Tunxi Old Street at the foot of Huangshan Mountain , the Wancuilou Museum is a private museum spanning over 2,000 square meters. The museum blends the styles of Hui-style dwellings, gardens, mansions, and shops. The museum displays the owner's extensive collection of cultural relics, as well as over 500 pieces of calligraphy and paintings by contemporary celebrities and 900 precious inkstones.

The museum basically displays Huizhou architecture and Huizhou culture. It mainly uses the layout and furnishings of Huizhou ancient buildings to reproduce historical scenes. Through the display of 800 collections, documents, etc., it intuitively interprets the profoundness of Huizhou culture, making visitors feel as if they are in the long river of history.

The museum houses a rich and exquisite collection of cultural relics: a stone-carved Buddha head from the late Northern and Southern Dynasties (first-class); the best of the four famous inkstones, the She inkstone; a large altar table from the "Ziyang Academy", one of the four famous academies in ancient China ; the "Kui Xing Dian Dou " ( Ming Dynasty , Yongle ) , the best of Huizhou stone carvings ; an imperial edict from the 25th year of the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty; and a " Seven-color Mother-of-pearl Lacquer " plate, a masterpiece of Huizhou craftsmanship .
