Boyne mountain resort pools
We rented a condo at boyne mountain resort. I asked the owner if we could use the pool at the resort. Her answer was very vague. Last time we stayed at Disciples ride (same location) we were able to use the pool but it was the week before christmas. This year we are there the days after christmas. Does anyone have any advice about whether it can be used?
Also if I went ahead and bought the pool/spa pass it is possible i could share it with my kiddos?
At Boyne Mountain Resort, access to the resort pools for condo renters can vary depending on the specific condo association or rental agreement. Typically, owners of on-site condos have some access to the pools, but availability may depend on the season and whether the pool is open during the winter holidays.
From guest reports and resort information:
- The indoor pools and spa areas at Boyne Mountain are usually open year-round, including the week after Christmas, but hours can be limited compared to peak summer season.
- Outdoor pools are often closed in the winter, but the indoor waterpark/pool area (such as the Alpine Chophouse Waterpark) may be open for guests with a pool/spa pass.
- Pool passes can usually be used by the person who purchased it and their immediate family or children, but the exact policy may vary. It’s best to check with the resort directly for the current season’s rules.
Recommendations:
- Contact the resort directly a few days before your arrival to confirm which pools will be open and whether your condo rental includes access. This will avoid surprises once you arrive.
- If the condo does not include pool access, consider purchasing a day pass or multi-day pass for the indoor pool/waterpark area. Ask if children staying in your condo can use the pass as well — usually they can.
- Arrive early or check for reservations or time slots if the indoor pool has limited capacity due to winter maintenance or COVID protocols.
In summary, there’s a good chance you can use the indoor pools during your stay, especially with a pool/spa pass, and your kids can likely share it. Confirming with the resort is the safest way to ensure access and avoid disappointment.
