Enterprise Rental Car on Montgomery Street

Hi. I will be renting a car from Enterprise at the airport and returning it to the Montgomery Street location on Sunday, Mar24. That location is closed on Sundays but the website says we can return the keys in a drop box. The information I need is where to leave the car. Their website doesn't give that information and I can't get anyone in their office to answer the phone. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

When returning your rental car to the Enterprise location on Montgomery Street in Savannah on Sunday, March 24, even though the office is closed, you can leave the car in the designated drop-off area. Here's what you should know:

  • Location: The drop-off area is typically near the office entrance. The Enterprise rental lot will likely be clearly marked, so look for signage directing you to the return area.
  • Drop Box: The drop box for the keys is usually located near the entrance to the rental lot or the office building itself. You should be able to leave the keys there once you park the car in the designated spot.
  • Park the Car: Park the car in any open parking spot within the lot, unless directed otherwise. If you’re unsure, you can usually park near the entrance or where other rental cars are parked. Be sure to leave the vehicle properly secured and make sure it’s in a legal spot to avoid any issues.
  • Check for Special Instructions: If the website doesn't provide specifics about where to leave the car, there may be instructions posted near the entrance or on the rental lot itself. Look for a sign indicating drop-off procedures for closed hours.

If you are unsure about anything on the day of your return, Enterprise should have contact information available (either through an emergency number or via the website) in case you need help, though they may be closed in person on Sundays. It’s always a good idea to take a quick photo of the parked car and the drop box for your own records, just in case there are any issues with the return.

Safe travels, and hope this helps!
