Albertson's near The Palms Resort

Hi There

Four ladies who will be staying at the Palms Casino Resort in February, My question is...is there anywhere within walking distance of the resort to pick up Beer/wine/seltzers to keep in our hotel room and avoid the mini bar at all cost.. I know you can get these items at Albertsons but don't think there is one near the Palms..any suggestions would be great..thanks in advance for your help
