Which hotel

Question

we are headed to New Orleans the end of May, and our travel agent has suggested two hotels either the Maison Metier or Four Seasons. We are active older adults and will ve exploring. I would appreciate locals thoughts about the location of both hotels and if anybody has any recommendation for small group or private tours, I would be interested in that, as well. Thanks!
