We stayed for almost a month in March. Our first trip here. Stayed at castle reef. Great property on non driving part of beach. Big pool and beach access. Quiet resort with lots of snowbirds. Great location. Less than five minutes to driving beach.
Went to lots of restaurants. Favorites were Norwood’s, corkscrew and Sonapa. We also liked ib’s fish camp, River Deck and Riptides in edgewsater.
Only bad meal was colts bbq. Food came out in five minutes and all meats were very dried out.
Went to chases twice. Lunch and drinks were good. Went back at night and they have a different menu. Drinks were very bad. Bad service (bartender was too busy talking to friends). Appetizer was cold.
Our last week was during spring break. We just avoided Flagler and it was all great!
Would definitely return.
