sports bar near airport for NHL sunday
We will be leaving from Miami to go to St. Maarten Monday. We live in Florida and will drive to Miami Sunday. We would like to find a sports bar somewhat near the airport to watch the ST. Louis Blues beat the Winnipeg Jets in game 7. Ok, for all of you Panther Fans.. I like and respect the Panthers, but but have followed the Blues for almost 50 years. The Panthers do have something the Blues don't .....a Tkachuk! Maybe we will meet in the finals!!!
Thank you,
Rich Byars
If you’re looking for a sports bar near Miami International Airport to catch the St. Louis Blues vs. Winnipeg Jets Game 7, there are a few solid options within a short drive. These spots are casual, have plenty of TVs, and are used to showing NHL games.
Recommended Sports Bars Near MIA:
- Buffalo Wild Wings – Miami International Mall: About 10 minutes from the airport. Plenty of screens, wings, beer, and a reliable place to watch hockey.
- World of Beer – Doral: Approximately 10–15 minutes from the airport. Large beer selection, multiple TVs, and a casual vibe perfect for NHL games.
- Black Market Miami: Around 10 minutes away in Doral. Sports bar with big screens and a lively atmosphere, good for catching playoff hockey.
- American Social – Brickell: About 20 minutes from the airport. Popular for sports, lots of TVs, craft beer, and a vibrant crowd.
Tips for Watching the Game:
- Arrive early, especially for a Game 7 — sports bars can get packed quickly on playoff days.
- Call ahead to confirm they will be showing the NHL game; not all bars carry out-of-market broadcasts by default.
- If you want a quieter spot, try the Doral options rather than Brickell, which tends to be busier on Sunday evenings.
Any of these should give you a good chance to catch the Blues in a lively atmosphere before your flight to St. Maarten. Enjoy the game and go Blues!
