Aloha! My wife and I will be staying in Hilo next February for 3 nights before heading to Kailua-Kona for the rest of our vacation. Hilo Reeds Bay Hotel has a pretty decent price and looks to have generally good reviews as well as free parking. We have stayed in Hilo and have no specific things to do, unless Madam Pele is doing her thing at HVNP. Any thoughts on the hotel as to general condition, cleanliness, staff, Aloha spirit, etc?
